They don't pressure you like most car salesman. They made sure I was happy from choosing my car to getting my payments right where I asked them to be. Wonderful place to buy a car! Salespeople not pushy, financial department knowledge and friendly. I met young man in service department who was very nice in explaining the importance of bringing my car to the delarship for service, even though it a 10 mile drive I'll do it because of his explanation. My experience was amazing because of the time the personnel took with me.

My issues were NOT with the salesperson but with the finance management staff. I had a very detailed discussion with the Sales Manager regarding how I wanted to proceed with my transaction and why I NEEDED things to be done the way we agreed to in our discussion. When I came in the next day to purchase, he had NOT relayed the information properly to the Finance guy who had sent my credit to 5 different places...I and my husband have GREAT credit so that was not a problem....but in order to maintain that GREAT credit I wanted to be shopped only at HYANDAI Finance to get the Flood Relief Voucher and NO WHERE ELSE... I was highly upset about this. When I spoke with the finance person about it he said noone had informed him of the information I spent 2 hours explaining to the sales manager. Also at that time I signed my documents and my husband had to sign later in the day so I left the documents and was told that they would be OVERNIGHTED to us....I NEVER RECEIVED THEM... I called the Salesperson after 2 weeks and informed him of that and he said he would check on it and get them out to us...WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR PAPERWORK AS OF TODAY. i am not pleased at the oversights of your company. Overall, I had a pleasant experience with the dealership. There were a few issues with getting charged for products that I wasn't receiving, but they were very pleasant and easy to work things out after some negotiating. I am very pleased with the vehicle.

I usually don't do reviews , so excuse this very long one. Amazing can't compare to how Mrs. Mary Porter made US all feel. I can definitely tell she is genuinely a good person. Just the LITTLE while we were together she made us feel really good about having to buy a new car. We originally went to team honda, and I just didn't like the way I was made to feel (I bought my first 2 cars from them, so I thought this was the right way to go). My husband and I felt uneasy while we were there and when we left "to think it over". Then randomly we decided to come to you guys. Well, all I can say is things have a way of working themselves out as they should. Mrs. Mary made the buying experience seem like a piece of cake. We didn't feel rushed, we didn't feel like we had to make an immediate decision, but we knew we weren't leaving until we purchased a car. After Mrs. Mary helped us we when then referred to Chase Gonzales in the financing department. He was also very friendly and helpful. I can honestly state this was my best experience in buying a car. The funny thing about this is, when getting a new car you should be talking about the new car the entire ride home, not us, we are talking about how GREAT Mrs. Mary was. You guys definitely have a gem on your hands! Next car will be purchased again from her!

Demarkus Carlin was a great sales person, and he made it a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. He was very patient with me and my four year old little girl. David Chambers and his team went out of their way to help us out and I really appreciate all that they've done. I love all of the features in my new Sonata sport and it drives very well. However, I have only one complaint and it's not really towards the dealership. I have had issues with the a/c ever since the first night I was about to drive it off the lot. The circulation button keeps cutting off by itself, and it won't cut back on when the button is pushed. They went ahead and kept it overnight to run tests on it but found nothing wrong. Even the loaner that I took home in the meantime had the same exact problem! As soon as I got my new car back home, it continued to act up again. It's been a couple of weeks, and I'm still having issues with it. I need to get the car back in to get serviced, but it's hard with my work/home schedule. Overall a great experience, but I'm a little disappointed that Hyundai has a defect in the a/c already.

Been on hold 20 minutes three different times trying to figure out when vehicle will be ready so that I can set up transportation to get my vehicle. First and foremost ... Have always been a Dodge/Jeep fan! Just recently purchased another Jeep and love it . Outstanding performance and overall great vehicle ! Our saleslady was Kim King and she really went the distance in helping us. Could not be more pleased. So a big thumps up all around !!Secondly ,... great service dept. ! However, the line and parking to utilize it is really bad. Too cramped up and very hard to get in and out of. Could something please be done ? Showroom and rest of facility very clean and accommodating. But just get really frustrated in service dept. line and parking area for that part of facility.

I hate the "sales pitch" that most dealerships use and am glad to report that the staff at Ralph Sellers didn't try any of that that on me. I bought a 2016 Chrysler 300 and got a great deal. And it didn't take all day! My total time at the dealership was 3 hours! If you live in Baton Rouge or the surrounding area, it is certainly worth it to drive to Gonzales to visit Ralph Sellers! The 2016 Hyundai is everything I had hoped for and more. Car is excellent on gas mileage so far and quite peppy to drive. This car has proved to be all that the reviews have claimed ... excellent acceleration after stopping; smooth ride and quiet road noise. Base model has better than average accessories which include great stereo system that is not standard.

Started a little slow as we had contacted dealership through Internet and made arrangements for test drive. There was a little confusion as to who would go on test drive since we initiated via Internet. Eddie (currently don't have access to his card for last name) promptly greeted us at door upon our arrival and was very professional. The manager was good too but seemed to be pulled in many different directions throughout the negotiations and buying process which went fairly quickly when it came to price. Perhaps you should consider hiring an additional manager or more staff for red tag sales.

Went to see the Hyundai Santa Fe Sport because the Red Tag sale price was $3000 less than New Orleans dealer best price. This dealer stood by the advertised price with no add ons or tricks. I got a fair price for my trade and we were able to make a deal and I drove away with my new Hyundai. Two weeks later I am still learning about this vehicle but I am very pleased with everything about it. The salesman was great. The service after the sale is awful. This is the worst service department that I have ever used. My car comes back dirty and in less than 6 months, I am having to bring my car in twice for the same problem. Try getting into your car when it won't unlock. Every time I have gone in, they don't have a clue how long it will take and promise to call me when its done. I always end up having to call 15 minutes before they close to see if it's done because they can't seem to call anyone. They don't provide a loaner car when it's warranty work and do not wash the vehicles whenever they are done with them. I have never heard of that until I went to Ralph Sellers. Will definitely not buy from them again. The service department is what sells me on a vehicle and I should have done research before I bought from them. Also, the Bluelink is a joke. It's pretty much useless.

After finally deciding on car at noon it took three more hours before the credit dept saw me to sign for a lease. I should have left way before but I liked the car. My son was next door at the jeep dealership buying a vehicle and his total drive/sign was less than three hours - he showed up after me and was finished before me. For my frustrations they gave me a year worth of oil changes, which works out to 1 free oil change.Two days later he received a call day to say that they were off on the paper work and he needed to come back in and sign again - good for him saved 5/month.Five days later they called and said that they are .36 off on the paper work and want me to come in and sign documents again - really? You want me to come in spend my gas and my mileage towards the lease that will cost me way over 36 cents to fix their paper work.Something is very wrong with their credit department..

Was told that I was being given an extended warranty. That a special coupon was set aside for me. The impression was that it was included with the price of the car. But in reality included in the finance of the car. The warranty was ridiculously over priced. And is the creation of Ralph Sellers themselves. It was set up to believe it is a nationwide company. When later refused after investigating the real cost which was never discussed and researching top company warranties, it seems to take over 45 days to removed from your finacing of the vehicle. Really left a bad taste. Never going there again.

I bought my second dodge from Ralph Sellers this weekend, because the first time they were so courteous and made the process seamless. Theresa A was my sales rep and she was FABULOUS, she was courteous and knowledgeable, and she was attentive. I signed the papers on Friday and I had to go back on Sat to get the inspection sticker and get it cleaned up. Well I was there before 9 and they took my vehicle in the back, Theresa didn't come in until around 10 or 10:30 and I was still there, she kept checking back with me to let me know the progress on what they were doing and she apologized profusely for the delays. That's what I like about her she acknowledged that I was there and still waiting, she didn't just walk back and forth past me without saying anything. With all of the complaints about customer service these days, Theresa provided excellent customer service skills. I gave it a 4 rating for overall because I did have to wait a long time for them to service the vehicle.

There was never an ounce of pressure put on me as I checked out the Hyundai Sonata. Michael Cahill explained the features of the car thoroughly, and since he had also sold Toyotas and Hondas, he was able to compare the three vehicles I was considering. (He was honest, too, in telling me about areas of advantage the Camry or Accord had). He spent just the right amount of time with us. They are knowledgable about the differences in models and offer advice rather than try to sell a specific car. The sales man called me and told me they had the jeep I was looking for in stock. When I arrived to the dealership they did not have the jeep and informed me that the jeep was at the other dealership and they would get it the next few days. I agreed to a price and traded in my older jeep. Later in the week, I received a call that the jeep that I though was sold to me was actually sold to another person, that I should look at another jeep to buy from them. I asked from my trade back and they held it hostage. After one week with no progress being meet I meet with Ralph Seller and salesman, Ralph told me to buy another one on the lot, I did not want one at this point. Server hours go buy and he finally got my trade back to me. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!! THEY LIE LIE LIE LIE RUN FAR WAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After test driving and viewing the my future car, I sat in the office for an 1 1/2hr waiting for the salesman to fill out my bill of sales paper so that I could take it to my credit union, after my credit union received the paperwork and cut out my check, I was retuning back to the dealership to pick up my car when I received a phone call saying that the car had been sold. If I would known all of that, I wouldn't have wasted my TIME, GAS, and MONEY!!!!! Not once but twice I was told that my oil filter was changed along with the oil and it was not. The first time I actually had an oil and filter change and got home and checked the filter only to discover that it was the same one in there. The second time was when I brought my 2012 Jeep in for an oil leak. The leak was repaired and I asked to change the filter at this time because they had to pull the oil pan to repair the leak. So that meant they had to drain the oil and refill with new oil. I got home only to discover AGAIN the oil filter was not changed, when i was clearly told that it was. I had the date engraved on the oil filter this is how I knew they were not changed. Beware of this, no telling how many times this is done, to no telling how many people. Very unhappy with this service.

Our salesperson was excellent. This is the second time we have been to Hyundai, and we will be back. They always work with you on a fair price that benefits everyone. The sales manager had a slight resemblance of the stereotypical "car salesman", so I was happy we didn't have to deal with him too much. The salesman and finance manager we dealt with were fantastic though, and very knowledgeable. We were told that we couldn't get a certain vehicle because of our price range, but I honestly think that was the sales manger's way of pushing a vehicle on us. It wasn't a big deal, because we were still able to get a vehicle we were looking for. Overall every person we have dealt with was knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with.

I went to this car lot to buy a used vehicle, and the car did not start at all...looked at a few others...it appears that none of the cars were serviced..as one smelled of cigarette smoke and mildew..I was reluctant to want a test drive...I was very discouraged in considering my purchase here.....the customer service wasn't the worst I ever experienced...but that was by far the most pleasant part of the entire experience..the salesman was honest and thorough...consumers must be very careful when considering a used car purchase here..as the dealership is more interested in sales rather than the "quality" of their inventory...

I was actually looking for a used Jeep and he offered me better options without being pushy. I was super nervous about buying my first car on my own being that I am a woman. With that said, I was worried about getting intimidated or fooled into a deal that wasn't fair or reasonable. I am from Lafayette, LA and Ralph Sellers is not our local Jeep dealer. I was not pleased with what Lafayette had to offer and quickly realized this dealership was totally worth the drive! One would think that with the revenue that Ralph Sellers generates they would be able to afford to send their sales personnel to customer service training classes and at least teach them a little tact, as my sales person could surely have used a lesson in tact. This is my fourth new car purchase in the past ten years, and I must say without hesitation that this was by far my most un-pleasant and worst car-buying experience ever!! I urge you to please reconsider stopping by Ralph Sellers to purchase a new vehicle. I purchased a new vehicle at Ralph Sellers while it was pitch black dark outside. Once I got my new car home under the light a friend noticed some deep gouges and scratches on the vehicle. I immediately notified my salesperson who advised me not to worry about this, and that it would be repaired because it was dark and very hard to see anything upon inspecting the vehicle before the purchase. I brought the vehicle back into the dealership where I then was told that the wash team, the salesperson, and the other dealership missed this problem. I was then all but accused of hitting something with the vehicle. Please drive past Ralph Sellers when shopping for a new vehicle, as I sure wish I would have. But if you insist on buying from them, please take my advise and buy during daylight hours and inspect your vehicle very carefully, because I assure you your integrity will be questioned if you purchase at night and then later a find a problem.

My husband and I went to buy a jeep we had salesperson Sam we are very nice people and we feel like we were taken advantage of we were sent home in a blue jeep and were told that the black one was coming from another dealership and that it would be EXACTLY the same other than color. When we received the black car we took it home and noticed the rims were not the same so we called our salesperson whom then gave us this story about how he told us about the wheels being different. We spent alot of money on this car and we were told one thing and then received another. We are not stupid people so we know for a fact that we were never told about this. My car is now 3 weeks old and the leather is cracking in many places and we are very upset about the wheels and NOONE was willing to make this right. Very sad when you have good people going in to buy a 40,000 dollar car and this is how they are treated after. Will never use this dealership again!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a new Hyundai Elantra from Ralph Sellers. Luke Davis, my sales person, greeted me right away and was very helpful through the entire experience. In addition to Luke, both the sales manager and finance manager were very helpful. I really feel like I got the best possible price for my new car as well as everything I could have possibly asked for! I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family in the future.

A good "hometown dealership." My salesman "Robert Tamplain" was super nice. He showed me every car that I wanted to look at. He answered every question. Very knowledgeable. Made buying a vehicle much easier than I thought it would be as I never dreamed I would drive one home today. The atmosphere of the dealership was very nice. They make you feel like part of the family. David Chambers was very friendly and to the point with the deal. The finance guy "Jeremy Vicknair" was very nice and helpful. I will come here again and will be recommending them to my friends. OVERALL EXPERIENCE A+!!! I can not say enough good things.

I visited Ralph Sellers along with my father on Friday, January 18, 2013, and purchased a 2013 Dodge Challenger SXT. Sam Allgood was our sales consultant, and he was absolutely great to work with. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, especially as it was my first time buying a new vehicle. Mr. Sam Raswashdeh also talked with us and gave us advice regarding financing and even offered to help in a year or so when I plan to refinance (to remove my father as a cosigner). Mr. Terry Ledet handled our financing, and I was very happy with the rate and payments he worked out for us. I really appreciate all the help we received from Mr. Allgood, Mr. Raswashdeh, and Mr. Ledet. Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Even though it was a Friday afternoon, no one was in a rush or hurry to make a sale or get us out of the dealership. I plan on keeping this car for a long time, but I'll certainly be looking forward to doing business with Ralph Sellers in the future. I would absolutely recommend visiting this dealership if you're in the market for a vehicle.

The entire experience was painless - because of my Sales Associate - CARL! He was fabulous! He really took time with me, listened to me and went above and beyond all my expectations. We had stopped in here because we were looking for a new truck as ours was starting to get a little worn out. We had picked out a truck that we liked online and went in the next day to test drive it and possibly work out a deal. We dealt with Jimmy Ledbetter and Terrance Scott with the entire process and can I just say how amazing the experience was?! Very smooth, accomodating, and we worked out a great deal with the payments being almost $50 lower than where I had initially said I wanted to be at. We were in and out, test drive, financing, and keys in hand within 2 hours! The atmosphere was great, everyone was very helpful. It was awesome. I cannot recommend this dealership enough.
