This was my 3rd vehicle purchase from them. They are always one of the faster car buying places we have bought from (which is nice when you have kids with you). Everyone there is really friendly and it is super clean inside. They have given us the best deal (all 3 times) with our trade in. They have vending machines and clean restrooms. And I do like how their financing department has always been quick and doesn't drag out the process.

Wow! We had a great experience at Randall Ford. Exceptionally clean inside. Easy to maintain physical distance. Waiting area offers vending, but there is also coffee and water available to customers. The only negative thing I have to say is that when my husband brought my car in for service (appointment at 8am) he was told it would be ready by noon. It was not ready, so he walked over to get some lunch and he noticed it setting in the back lot. When he got back and asked about it, he was told they would go check on it. He set there until 4pm. A little more communication on the progress would have been helpful because we know sometimes things just happen that can delay. The service is usually great and I like being able to take my car there and I will continue to.

From the recent hail storm back in the summer, I chose to have Randall Ford Body Shop do the repairs as they were professional and honest with my initial contact a month ago. I saw the before and after of a vehicle that was damaged and all parties involved were very informative and professional to me. After making my appointment and having the repairs done a few weeks ago, I cannot be happier with the outcome and service provided. My Ford F-150 looks better than it did when it was new. I highly recommend Randall Ford Body Shop to do my repairs in the future as I also have sent a few friends there as well and they had a wonderful service as I did. We purchased a 2011 ford flex from here 10 months ago. We have done so much business with them, and figured we would go back again. MISTAKE! They were ready to make CRAZY deals. But they make those crazy deals by offering me 4500 less then every other lot in a 30 miles radius had offered me. What finance guy Chad said was "a crazy number". He talked to us for less then 2 minutes before getting up to walk away. Randall needs to consider finding friendlier finance guys. This is time TWO we have been disrespected by them. After telling him his trade number was insulting, he basically shrugged off that he insulted us. His last statement was "we are done here". Our salesman didn't say another word to use either. All this was over a new 2015 flex, that was priced MORE then a 2016 at other lots. I'll steer clear and make sure EVERYBODY else I know does as well too.

Your best bet is to keep driving to another dealer, my family has had many vehicles serviced there and have had nothing but problems, the most recent examples include backing my fathers 2015 F150 into a poll (offering a sub-par quality fix in their own bodyshop) and trying to up-sell my wife a diagnostic scan on her 2012 Mustang for the oil change light being illuminated. The prices on vehicles can be overrated vs most other dealers in the area and I have found it is worth it to just drive somewhere else.

Amazing is all I have to say. Everyone was nice and extremely helpful, from helping us find a tow service to almost having to rent a car. There was nothing they didn't try to help solve. The parts department went over and above to accommodate. Techs didn't stop looking or testing to get the problem solved and all the mechanics that helped were polite and had a great since of humor as well as assisting the techs. I had a very difficult time getting to a service advisor. I had to call back several times to get an advisor on the line. The lady that was answer the calls for the service department had no clue what was going on. Very frustrating when I all that I trying to do is schedule an appointment for a tire rotation and balance.

Second time to bring my car in for a loud road noise. First they thought a wheel bearing was going out and service did replace it. Had to bring it back because the noise was still there. Ended up being a bearing in the transfer case going out. It was fixed and my car drives fine

David, the service manager, and Isaac, the service writer, were able to get my f-150 into the shop at a short notice to install a previously ordered accessory that was late in arriving at the dealership. They knew I was in a hurry, and that the shipment of the accessory was delayed. David got my truck into the shop within 20 minutes of my call. Isaac got the job done in 39 minutes. I was on the road with relative inconvenience. Brad Randall has hired some amazing people. These are the best in their positions I have known in my 38 years of buying vehicles from Brad and his Dad, Clyde Randall, deceased.

Being that my vehicle is a class A motorhome andthat we live in it full time and that we were just passing through the area, the service worked out very well. The onlything that would have been better would have been having the fix completed the same day we arrived although I understand you have pre-existing schedules. Many dealers can't handle the class A motorhome service just because ofthe size of the motorhome, again, thanks! You also explained to me your policy of no appointments in the servicedepartment which I have great respect for "no appointments". I feel this policy actually works better for all involved.Again, thank you!Danny

Some work was done that was supposed to be pre approved first, due to this they honored their bid and gave me a fair price. Even gave me a rental car because they thought it was their error and thought it was going to take a while. I didnt even buy my vehicle from them!!

Awesome place! did you know a cars trans will adjust to the driver ? well they dont .they (FIXED) the car . wen i finlly got it back itwas not fixed. so i took t back and was the far most worst dealer ship i have ever been to. i will never go back just becaus all the lies and xxxxxxxxx. they had the car longer then i did and i was the owner. and then they could not give me my money back that i put down on it. i was treated real xxxxxx.

I recently bought a 2014 Ford F-150 FX4 with a 6.2L V8. It was a demo model that had 5000 miles on it. Greg was very patient and very helpful in finding the right vehicle for me as well as with the right price. Two days after the purchase my oil change light came on. I contacted Greg immediately and had me come in at a moments notice for to get it changed. Drove into Randall Ford to test drive a new mustang. When the salesman finally came out he acted very snobby and treated me as though I was wasting his time. I loved the car but due to the customer service I drove down the street and bought a camaro. Their specialty vehicles such as the raptor and the mustang are insanely marked up.

I was very pleased with everything regarding this transaction. I was literally in and out in about an hour, having traded in a used mini van and purchased a used 2013 Limited Explorer. The credit approval process went very smooth and they got us a very good interest rate, which was about 2% better than the bank we always use. I traded in a vehicle recently because of issues I was having with it, and got into a used vehicle. Within just 48 hours I was experiencing some fairly major issues such as the vehicle leaking oil, check engine light on, heater not working, gas guage malfunctioning, and a couple minor issues. Granted this is a used vehicle, I expect some hiccups to happen, but I THOUGHT since I had had it less than a full week I could get some sort of help getting this clearly major PRE-EXISTING issue fixed. I have been waiting over two weeks to get a mere service call to get the ball rolling on this heap, but I keep just getting the run-around with "we'll call you back" and otherwise. I will never purchase another vehicle from Randall Ford, and I will never reccommend anyone do so. Thank you, Randall Ford, for providing excellent customer service and a quality vehicle to a "valued customer". Never again.

I am very disappointed with the customer service after the sale.I was given 2 non working key fobs and was told they just needed new batteries. I replaced the batteries but they still didn't work. Randall Ford told us to get them tested at the Chevy dealership who told us they were broken and would cost about $400 to replace them. Went back to Ford and they did nothing to try and satisfy our complaint. I feel they misrepresented the vehicle by saying it had keyless entry and remote start and never disclosed to us that the fobs did not work. I will not look for another car at Randall and I would not recommend anyone else to, espescially if it's a used car. Worst customer service ever! Randall Ford should have made some attempt to keep us happy yet they did nothing!

Called Rebecca (Becky if you have bought a vehicle from her...lol) Called Becky on Fri. morning and told her they had the truck I wanted and what I would pay as I had been shopping around. Becky went to work, stayed in touch and surprised me Sat. evening to tell me she had gotten me the deal I wanted. Something my local dealers would not do. I drove to Ft. Smith, AR that evening late to pick up my new Ford 4x4 with max tow package. Becky went over everything, explaining the things I was not real familiar with. I was checking out the new Escapes on Ford's web site & when I wanted to check prices & stock at Randall Ford, I had to enter my information. After I did that, within a few minutes Becky the internet mng. for Randall Ford, contacted me. I told her that I don't mess around when I buy & I want to buy exactly what I wanted. She said come & test drive one. I told her I would & when I got there, she had my name on a sign out front & a parking spot reserved & a new Escape ready to go. I had already figured out everything I wanted but the color & my wife chose pearl white. We got in the car, she explained lots of the features & we loved it. I've been selling automotive equipment to them for years & I wanted to give them some business. They were great to deal with & I enjoyed meeting Bradford Randall. Besides all that; I love Fords & I hate welfare companies.

First time for us buying on the Internet, but Becky Cunneen, Internet Manager, was so positive and helpful that we traveled from South Florida to Ft. Smith Arkansas to trade in our old F-150 and purchase the specific vehicle that we could not find locally. Becky's "can do" attitude made it all possible without any hint of hassle. I bought a 2006 Ford escape from a different dealer a couple of years ago and it was still under warranty. I had some warranty work done at your dealership and then bought tires from you. The reason that I bought the tires from you is b/c of the excellent customer service that Mary had given me in the few times that I had come in. I have always brought my truck to your service team for oil changes and have always been greeted plesantly by Mary by name. I recently bought a new car and wanted very much to purchase from your delership but due to finacial issues could not, but the dealer I spoke to, Joe, was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to try and help me, knowing it was a very real possiblity that he wouldn't be able to. I ended up buying a car from Harry Robinson, but it was also a ford that was still under warranty, and again I brought it to you and David in service helped me this time, he was very helpful, worked me in when his schedule was full and got it finished in great time. Mary was sure to say hello to me as I came in. I have told everyone that is getting work done or looking for a car to try your dealership as I feel that you have an awesome team there, it appears in every department! My wife and I just bought a 2008 Ford Edge Limited from Randall Ford and we love it. Nice and roomy, a comfortable ride with plenty of storage in the back, (and no "doughnut" wheel!). Everybody we talked to was very friendly, helpful and professional, including the employees who were not directly involved in our purchase.They let us test drive the car for a couple of days and walked us through the sales agreement. It was a very pleasurable experience and we recommend them highly.
