I got my dream vehicle from here, my husband called to tell them what I was looking for and they all went above and beyond to find EXACTLY what I wanted within just a couple of days. Closing process was so simple and smooth, I left with my vehicle within an hour of test driving it. Kelly French made this possibly the best car buying experience I have ever had, she shared so much excitement with me and had a sincere heart the entire time. I recently purchase a brand new Ram 1500 from this dealership, and couldn't be more pleased. The dealership had a very welcoming feel to it, and the staff was wonderful. I was extremely impressed with Kelly French, the sales person I bought the truck from. Not only was she knowledgable and pleasant to work with, but she made my experience as painless as possible. I will definitley be coming back here to buy my vehicles in the future, and I'll absolutley be using Kelly French. Overall I give my experience an 11/10

Kelly French and Dean Meadows are some of the most sincer and genuine sales people you could have. They are excellent shen it comes to product knowledge and eill get the job done. Never making you feel under pressure or like they are just there for a pay check. They truly care about their customers and will take great care of you. Definitely recommend them to anyone.

I recently bought a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan at Randy Wise in Durand. Kelly French, the sales associate who helped me, was fantastic every step of the way. She never pressured or tried to hurry me. She was very professional, friendly, and always helpful. They were able to quickly get me financing. I have had several questions about different things since purchasing the car, and Kelly was always quick to call or text me back with the answer. Everyone was friendly and helpful, making it a very enjoyable process. I love my new van, and will return to have Kelly help me with any future car purchases, and will recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a new vehicle.

Kelly French is our favorite salesperson! She's up-front and answers all our questions. She even let us test-drive a car overnight because of the long hours I work!Service department it's excellent! I was having a problem with my right front wheel. I took it there and they looked at it and offered to take it to a non-affiliated dealer because they were booked solid for a few days. Then they didn't charge anything... but the wheel was actually acting better since then!

I found the vehicle I wanted on the website, requested more info and within minutes was contacted by two separate dealerships. I made an appointment, went to the dealership, and Garrett Benson and Mike( I can't remember his last name-sorry!) streamlined the process and I left the honored owner of a 2006 PT cruiser. the whole process was easy and stress-free and the vehicle runs like a dream. I had shopped for a new car at a couple agencies when my husband suggested that we go to Durand to Randy Wise dealership. I am so thankful we did......from the time we walked through the door, we were welcomed and helped with the car buying decision. Garrett, my salesman, is an awesome young man, and was very helpful in answering questions about the 2017 Pacifica that I wanted, and giving me a good price. This was all with no high pressure! I bought my second car here and they where great! They will work on the price with you with no hassle. i never felt pressured in to buying anything I told Andy what I was looking for and the price range I wanted and he showed me just what he had for that price range. other places I have gone too will try and jack up the price of all there cars. but tucker jacks them down. I will for sure be back to buy my next car and for all my auto service!
