I just purchase my vehicle in June and had one slight problem with the air bag light coming on. The vehicle was brought back to the dealer and because this had happened twice, the suggestion by the service manager was to replace the entire seat. Brought car in for first 3,000-mile oil change yesterday, Oct. 6, 2014. Lots of cars ahead of me, so figured I'd be there for hours, but no, oil and oil filter change and multi-point inspection all done in less than an hour. PLUS(!), guess what: I had forgotten that the first two oil changes are free, so the whole thing cost me nothing. What a deal. Was able to go play tennis all afternoon. Yay, Ray Brandt Nissan.

The car had so many extras and the price was great. Of course I went in prepared for a nasty haggling contest. I was able to get the car at the price I decided was my highest price. The employees were efficient, helpful, honest, and a real pleasure to work with. I never felt like they were attempting to take advantage. Mike, Mike, and Byron, worked hard to make sure I was satisfied. The process was extremely quick.. it took about 2-3 hours. Byron was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing since he recently purchased the same one. He showed me how to use a lot of the features, was able to answer all of my questions, and walked me over to financing where I completed the transaction with Harold, who was also extremely efficient. Everything was explained to me in terms that I understood. Byron took my car for a wash, and saw me off. They will definitely get referrals from me and I will look to them in the future whenever I need to purchase another vehicle.I did NOT purchase a Nissan, that was the only option on the drop down menu. I purchased a Dodge from Ray Brandt Nissan.

I have bought many cars in my life and always leaving the dealership feeling that somehow I got payed more than I should have. Ray Brandt Nissan is different. My salesman (Mitch) was the best salesman and DID NOT pressure me at all and gave me a great deal. The service department is great too. They get you out as soon as they can and don't "FIND" things that are "wrong" with your car. They do as asked and the facilities are comfortable too.

I asked for the best deal on my trade in and on the new car they did exactly that no back in forth with the manager I know it's was a good deal from dealing with others. They also gave a breakdown of sticker price. discounts , rebates etc. Where the others would just give price no breakdown

On arrival everyone we spoke to was polite and helpful. Our sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful in fulfilling our car needs. He took time to ask question about what we were looking for in our new vehicle and found one for us that meet our expectations of features and price. The actual purchasing of the vehicle took a while due to all the paper work that need to be done, but this was done in a professional manner. When we took delivery the vehicle was detailed to perfection. The sales person went over everything we asked about and even more. After er took delivery of the vehicle the sales person called to ask if we had any other question on the vehicle or issues. All in all this was one of our more pleasurable purchasing experiences.

He was very knowledgeable of all the vehicles, he especially gave very informative information on the vehicle (Juke) of my choice. He persuaded me to test drive the vehicle, the vehicle was so comfortable. while test driving he demonstrated all the features to make my test drive smooth as possible. I went to Nissan on thurs to get my oil changed, but ended up looking at cars. Chad Morrow approached my fiance and I, (this was after two other employees asked did we need help). We told the previous employees that we were just looking just as we told Chad. However, after talking with Chad for about 20Minutes he had convinced my fiance and I to finance 2014 maxima. I was amazed, because we were only there to get an oil change and ended up leaving with a new car. Craig Pesses was also very friendly and helpful.I would recommend anyone to this location.

From the time my husband and I entered the dealership, we were treated very well, very professionally. I could not be more pleased. Daniel was very friendly and honest. He listed to what our wishes were, and made suggestions to help us find a car that fit our needs and our budget. Everyone from the sales manager, to the finance person was very respectful of our time. They expedited the sale of our new car, which we absolutely love! I will be sending more customers their way, and especially to Daniel. For a young salesman, he is very polished in his presentation, honest in the way he deals with customers, and we appreciate the hard work that he did on our behalf. I'm not entirely too happy with my 2014 VW Jetta but I am very pleased with Ray Brandt's service department. I've had my Jetta serviced at Ray Brandt three times and I've experienced nothing but great service each time, thus my 'excellent' rating. Found a car online and discussed on phone with online sales rep who agreed to price; however, it was a different story after we drove in to possibly purchase the vehicle. The sales rep stated there was no way he could do the price he said he could on the phone. Wrote an E-mail and left message with corporate, told phone surveyor what happened, and left a customer review on their website which never showed up. No "sorry," no returned phone calls or e-mails.

I bought my car at the end of Sept. 2012. The buying experience could not have been better; my salesman, Mel Guerra, was professional and knowledgable. In January 2013, my experience went downhill. I noticed water in my backseat. I was told the evaporator box was cracked. It took about ten days to get the part and repair the car. When it was done, my salesman insisted that the carpet be replaced because it was going to mildew and smell. I'm not sure what the sequence of events was after that, but it was five weeks later that the car was ready. Someone called my home on a Friday evening, but left no message. I called my salesman Monday and he said the car was ready, but because of a hail storm the night before, my car was badly damaged. The dealership denied that it should have to fix the car. I picked up my car on Wednesday, only to find out the a/c didn't work. I had to return again and leave my car for two more days. I have tried to call the dealership manager, but he will not return my phone calls. The dealership claims that it could not have prevented the damage, but I disagree. If my car had been returned in a timely manner, the damage would not have occurred. The loaner I returned was undamaged..

I had immediate attention and was offered a free rental car or a ride.The car was delivered on time and clean!! WAshed.They did a great job, especially as compared to Premier who returned my car filthy with exploded diet Coke all over it. It was a long drive but well worth it.
