I have recently purchased an Audi S3 from Ray Catena Audi Freehold. I would like to extend my thanks for a truly exceptional auto purchase experience. From the minute we walked in the door , my son and I were treated with respect by a friendly and professional staff. Larry Hutt allowed me to explain my wants and needs for new vehicle and never tried push me in a direction I did not want take. He was willing to go for a test drive and talk about the car I was interested in purchasing, but never tried to force a sale. Also Rich was understanding of my circumstances and I never felt pressured. This was really the reason we came back after going to others dealers. I felt welcomed everytime I walked in to the showroom and knew I would be treated with honesty and respect by everyone we encountered. Great job Larry, truly exceptional! Dan Thompson

Beautiful space. Low pressure, smart sales staff That effectively answered all of my questions and did not try to oversell me. I had been to another Audi dealership, and this dealership came in notably cheaper, and was actually able to locate the precise car I wanted, with perfect interior and exterior colors, etc. Highly recommended. Anthony Tango ( my sales person) was just the best... He knew all his stuff and made the purchase experience the best ever. he was very thorough in his explanation of the lease deal and all the options that were being offered. the new dealership - the facility it's self is just the state of the art building with all the amenities for customer service and satisfaction. all in all a great experience. Unfortunately when I brought the car home for my wife, a Mercedes Benz customer, she was very disappointed, to no avail. I had to call the dealership the next morning and talk to Richard about switching out of the car. That's when Richard perform his magic and talked with Ray Catena Mercedes of Freehold Mercedes and we were able to exchange the Q7 to a MB GLS 450. My wife is now as happy as can be, and as the wise words "Happy wife is a happy Life" resonate...

Had been searching for a 2016 CPO S6 or S7 and found both at Audi Freehold. I had been driving an Infiniti that I bought from Ray Catena Bridgewater and was very pleased with that dealer experience and was wondering how the Audi Freehold experience would go. I ended up buying a 2016 CPO Audi S7 with 8000 miles. The experience was great. Florentino was extremely helpful, accommodating of my schedule, and he certainly knows his cars. There was never any pressure, Florentno did a great job of coordinating the paperwork and even after the sale he has been tremendous in reaching out to me many times to explain the features of the car and to answer my questions. This has been another great Ray Catena purchase for me . I will continue to recommend Ray Catena and will recommend Florentino for anyone looking for an Audi.The Audi Freehold showroom is beautiful and while the location is not convenient for me I will make every effort to get my maintenance performed there.Also, it is always nice seeing Ray Catena himself on the showroom floor. He continues to be a hands on leader of his organization and in pushing for client satisfaction.

Prior to visiting this dealership, I was provided with exceptional 'above and beyond' professional customer service from both Anthony Tango and Jonathan Kiwacz. I live in upstate NY, 3h 30m from Freehold Audi. The majority of my interactions took place over the phone. They made it very easy to conduct business with from a far. I simply told them what I was looking for and they made this process nearly seamless. I was looking to lease a 2017 Q5. I was very impressed with the wide selection of choices in stock, which I was able to choose from. Anthony was very efficient with getting back to me immediately when I asked him any questions. Was only half serious about buying a new car. I actually just brought my daughters Audi in for air in her tires. Had spoken to the service guy in the past. He was super friendly and fixed me up with Kiki the salesman. No pressure. Had the perfect vehicle for me except it was black and black cars alway look dirty. Problem solved! Free car washes any time! I'm looking forward to replacing my leased SUV next summer with another vehicle from this dealership.

Dealing with the staff at Ray Catena was fantastic and I love my new CPO Audi. My salesman, Anthony Tango, was very accommodating and very professional, he answered my questions well, and didn't try to oversell me on the car I wanted. He even used FaceTime to help me see the condition of the car before I made my trip from CT down to NJ to look at the vehicle. The only thing I have a real complaint about is that they have no recycling bins at their Audi dealership in NJ. They make bottled water available to their customers (which is vety nice) but no place to recycle.

My excellent car buying experience started with Initial phone calls, followed up with emails presenting the available stock. Once I decided the car that I want, setting up a test drive was super easy. On the day of picking up the car, I was serviced with full attention for two hours. Throughout the whole process, I was never pressured to decide with a time frame. And, I was never hard upselled with unnecessary options. I bought 6 new cars in my life. I recently purchased a new 2017 A4 (my second from Audi Freehold). This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had! The process was (as usual) pressure free. Where Joe, Denis and Rich really went above and beyond was with an issue I was having with an Audi discount. There was some confusion as to how to apply it, and I couldn't believe how they stepped in and worked with Audi on my behalf to get the issue resolved. I can't think of too many other dealerships where the Sales Manager and the General Manager would sit with you and discuss the issue and then follow through to a successful conclusion! Joe, Denis and Rich are truly exemplary of the Ray Catena culture of customer care! I highly recommend Audi Freehold for both Sales and Service!

From the moment we stepped into the dealership to the time we drove the new car off the lot we were treated exceptionally well. The staff was very attentive, answered all questions to full satisfaction and the process of buying the car was completely smooth, hassle free and enjoyable. After having bought cars fr several other brands and dealers in the past twenty years, none was so accommodating and diligent as Audi Freehold. Roberto, although very young was extremely knowledgeable and solved all issues in less time than it took to be aware of them. The dealership is very professional, absolutely no pressure at any point. One cannot have any other impression but to conclude that Audi Freehold has your best interest in mind. After more than ten car purchases in twenty years none but this one have we felt enjoyable. I never thought that the process of buying a new car can be fun, I have been taught better. I can more than warmly recommend this dealership for a car purchase.

On August 18th 2016 Myself and my 17 year old son visited your business. We were greeted by Frankie Lopes within the first few minutes. I have purchased many vehicles from many different dealerships over the years but I want to commend you on the excellent service that you and your staff provided. The salesman was only interested in selling the vehicles in inventory, and made no effort to find a Q7 with the features I was looking for elsewhere. When I inquired about ordering direct from the factory, I was told that delivery would not be until December. I live in Freehold - a stones's throw from Catena - but it was worth the drive to another dealer to purchase the car I wanted. Drove home my Q7 last week - ordered direct from the factory, arrived amazingly 6 months sooner than Catena suggested. During a follow up phone call from the salesman, I was immediately hung up upon when I told him that we were working with another dealer ... guess I will be going elsewhere for service too.

This was the "best experience" I have ever had dealing with a dealership. When I entered I was greeted in a timely manner. The atmosphere is "airy, immaculate , inviting". I sat down, explained my needs, and wanted to know what my options were. I went in skeptical, due to my sales associate "Frankie Lopez", after leaving I called back to make an appointment to seal the deal. There was no "pressure, which I felt was an important factor in my decision. The Audi A4 drove like a dream. They were patient showing me all of the features. I did have a problem, with the team in service "Michael was wonderful as well. Richard Majewski is the best I have ever deal with in business. He was very pleasant and reassuring. Several months ago we met with Alex Demsky of your Freehold dealership to discuss a new Audi convertible, either A3 or A5. This month when we were ready to move on it, we learned that Alex was no longer employed. We got in touch with Alex who recommended Ilyass Benohod. Automobile dealers come with a lot of baggage regarding the purchase of vehicles. Ilyass was simply terrific throughout the entire process of completing our lease deal with Catena Audi - Freehold. They did it again. I took my S5 in for service, I was offered a loaner. So I said to my service adviser, Jon, what do you have that's interesting? First I was offered an A3, but he quickly withdrew that and offered me a 2017 A4 with a lot of on board toys. Speaking with Mike Castoria on the phone motivated me to make the trip from Princeton to Freehold to explore what Mike and Ray Catena Audi would be able to do to earn my business. Mike was waiting for me despite the fact that I arrived a half hour later than expected. He was personable, engaging, warm and friendly offering my wife and me coffee and personally making us a cappuccino before we even began discussing business. He had the 2-3 cars that we had preliminarily discussed on the phone ready for our review and a test drive. I walked in to the dealership to take a peak at the new 2017 audi r8 but it had not arrived yet. Larry Hutt came up to me and treated me very respectfully even though I didn't look like someone that would be able to buy an r8. He was very patient with my questions about the new r8 and we started talking about cars in general. I had just recently bought a new camera and wanted to take a few pictures of the r8 and Larry said I could take as many pictures as I wanted. I still did not show any signs that I would be getting the r8 but he was patient and engaged. I then told him I was interested in the 2017 r8 and now I'm using the mobile hotspot from the r8 for 4glte in order to post this review of my buying experience. I don't actually know how the 4g lte hotspot on the r8 works or that it's using my data plan/has its own data plan. I hope it does because I've been streaming lots of high quality songs from spotify while connected to the r8 hotspot. I should probably call at&t and get down to the bottom of this. I wrote all the above on my mobile but now I'm back on my computer with a keyboard.I had to do some traveling for business after I initially met with Larry and he kept me up to date on the movements of the car from port to their dealership. He sent me several pictures while I was traveling to keep me engaged with the process. I had not put down a deposit yet but he was still keeping in touch with me every few days, which I found to be just the right amount of contact.After I returned from my trip, I came into the dealership and actually saw the 2017 R8 non plus version in person. It had all the options that I would've wanted in the car if I had built it myself. Nothing more nothing less. Okay maybe it would've been nice if the brake calipers were red ($700 option). I didn't have my drivers license at the time because I lost my wallet at the airport (found it using the airport's online lost and found system, super convenient and easy to navigate, and now I just have to call them during their operating hours, pay them a 20 Euro processing fee to get it back) and it was a Saturday after 1pm so I couldn't get my replacement license until Monday. Let me tell you about my DMV experience on Monday. I came in with what I thought was enough points but apparently my insurance bill to my address wasn't enough for proof of address. I was told I needed a credit card or debit card statement to pass that criteria. I went to my local banking branch and talked with a manager there on how I could obtain a statement with my new address. This was where I ran into an issue because I had forgotten to change my address when I moved back to NJ. I could not obtain a statement with my new address until a week later. The branch offered to write a letter saying I now live at my current address but the DMV official said that would not suffice. I then listed everything I had in my possession at that moment in time to the DMV official over the phone. (Keep in mind that I had lost my wallet with a good amount of cards that would've served as points towards the NJ 6 Point ID verification system.) The polite official told me that I did not have enough points with everything I had on hand. (passport, SS card, cabelas visa - this didn't count for a reason that I don't remember - and some other pieces of paper) I was then told I could bring my college diploma in as a point. "Can I bring in the laminated miniaturized version the size of a credit card my mother made so that I could carry it with me at all times?" I said. (I don't actually carry it around with me, I keep it at home)"You will have to bring in the original diploma. Just remove it from any frame that it might be in and you're good to go." She said."Thank you very much for you help! Have a great day!" I said."You too!" She said.After the above conversation, I went home to grab my diploma but then realized I would have to remove 20 metal fasteners that did not look like they could be reused in an aesthetically pleasing manner. At least not to my mother. I had just been all over the country for work and recently moved back to NJ. I'm still looking for a place while staying at my parents. My grandpa lives with us too and I really like his cooking. I might just live with my parents for a while, and save up money until I actually need my own place. Anyways, back to the DMV story. I grabbed my diploma, frame and all, went to the DMV and took my ticket to get placed in line. Everyone had a good chuckle or grin at my expense, which I don't mind as long as their day was made just a little better. So this particular DMV is known for their short lines and quick turn around in processing anything DMV related. (Do DMV's do anything else? I can't say because I haven't worked at a DMV yet) This was not the case for that particular day because some of the workers in a freak accident had to call in sick or something because I was there for almost 3 hours waiting in line with my obnoxiously large diploma frame at my hip with the writing facing down. I sat for about half the time and stood for the other half. Talked to a nice lady about the musical "Sound of Music" and told her that I love to sing. "Oh yeah? My daughter is actually trying to become a professional singer. I have a copy of her CD with me." The charming lady in her twilight years said."Does she also have a youtube channel?" Me says."She actually does! Her name is Alexis Keegan." She said."I actually make youtube videos too. I'm going to subscribe to her channel and leave a comment saying that I'm sitting next to her mother at the DMV. She might find that funny or weird. I donut know how she'll react honestly." I said.We then talked about the Sound of Music and how it's the best musical in the history of musicals. Enough about that! So it's finally my turn at the DMV and the lady at the counter gives me a funny look since they probably don't get too many people coming in with their diplomas as a point of verification."I couldn't take the diploma out and put it back in without it looking messy." I said"You actually have enough points with everything else not including the diploma." She politely said."................." as I typed out what looks like a whale face in my mind. "That'll be 11 dollars. How will you be paying today?" She continued while I was still typing out periods in my mind.So I got my replacement drivers license and test drove the R8, fell in love, and the rest is history.Also Richard Majewski really helped out with the process as well. I can't thank him enough online for his help so I'll thank him in person instead. I tried to insert some emojis earlier when I was on my phone but it just came out like "???????" that. I wish dealerrater.com would implement the ability to insert emojis while writing reviews via mobile devices. That's it for now. I might add to this later when something pops up in my mind.

I have been looking to buy a car for a number of months and to be honest was dreading the experience. I never appreciate sitting at the desk for hours at a time while watching the salesperson joke around with the manager about who knows what. When I walked in to Ray Catena and asked for sales person I was assigned Matt Seuffert. He was not only sincere but was extremely knowledgeable about the car. I appreciated how he went over the entire car with me without ever pressing me to buy the car. After the test drive I went over numbers with him and then the manager Rich Majewski. There was no pressure to buy the car. They sat down and went through all the numbers with me and when I had questions about servicing and told Rich about some bad experiences I have had at other dealers (not Ray Catena) he actually game me his cell phone number and told me to call him at any time. I ended up buying the car that day. It was a great experience and I appreciate the way they do business at Ray Catena Audi.

After being a loyal 9 year Nissan customer, I decided to check out Audi. I was expecting an intimidating boughie experience but my experience was the exact opposite!! Kiki Infante was the salesman I worked with and he was great. Very informative and not pushy at all. He took his time with a test drive and showed me all the features of the a3. He worked with me on price and got me into that Audi the same day. The only minor problem was returning back my Nissan Maxima. I was afraid to get hit with a huge bill reflecting my over miles and excess wear and use. When I got the bill from Nissan I called Kiki and he put me in touch with Denis Carey who is the sales manager. He was so nice and helped me by sending me a copy of Nissan's wear and use paperwork which helped me negotiate the bill with Nissan. He then put me in touch with the GM Rich Majeski who was also so helpful and polite and helped me resolve my issue. Ray Catena Audi gained a long term customer out of me! My car is amazing, I got a great deal, and everyone I spoked to and worked with at this dealership was phenomenal. They don't dodge phone phone calls like other dealerships I've worked with and they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied, even after the deal is made! They are up front and treat their customers better than any dealership I've been to (and I've been to them all!!!) Don't hesitate checking out this dealership!!

Where to start...the first thing you'll notice is the facility, it's beautiful!! Very clean,modern and huge! Friendly welcome and offer of a refreshment I worked with Mike W and Matt B. Very professional guys. Very accommodating with the test drive and at no time did I ever feel any pressure whatsoever. From the second I walked into the showroom, I was treated with the highest respect and felt like royalty. I wasn't pressured, was able to take a test drive and not pressured to make a decision. I looked at other vehicles and ultimately chose the A6 which was miles above the competition. Alex was very knowledgeable about the features of the A4 and A6, the two vehicles we (my wife and I) were considering and also discussed options for financing that we hadn't considered, but which could be advantageous. If you live anywhere near this dealership and want to purchase an Audi, this is definitely the place to go!! We were traveling home from Florida and stopped there to get some help with our key fob. Chris Gioffre, the service manager went out of his way to help us. He treated us like long lost friends. He took the battery out of his own key fob, invited us in for coffee while we waited and had our car washed. Salesman Florentino Ayende even made us a cappuccino coffee and told us about the cars on the floor. You couldn't ask for nicer people. My current car is a Lexus but I have been an Audi driver for many years. I loved my Audi! So, yes, definitely buy from Ray Catena Audi. You won't be disappointed! Great dealership, great people!

I went into Audi of freehold over the summer after visiting a few other dealers. Once there I started to speak to Roberto. I explained what I was looking for and how I wanted it. I very professionally and straight forward told me at that present time we can not do that. I was slightly shocked because the other dealers I have gone said they could. I have been a Ray Catena Mercedes-Benz customer for many years and I was in the market for a new car so I wanted to check out the Audi A8 and this new Freehold Dealership before I made a final decision on a Mercedes S Class. I made two visits to this dealership, the first at the end of September 2015, and the second on October 16, 2015. I was so impressed with the dealership especially dealing with Mr. Frankie Lopes. Sales Representatives make a very important impression on a car dealership and Mr. Lopes was top notch. I am temporarily disabled and the lease on my wife's car was coming to an end. I couldn't get to the showroom to do a deal so sales rep Phil Orapello brought a car to my home, took my wife for a test drive, then made the negotiations and lease deal easy and fun (the way it should be). He then delivered the car to our home, went through all of the features with my wife, then returned to install the license plates. It doesn't get any better than this!I can only rate this type of customer care as outstanding.

This is the first Audi I have leased and after almost 20 years in BMW's I was a little apprehensive about the change. The experience was very straightforward and upfront. I was very impressed with the dealership, especially Mr Rodriguez , who took time to show us the Audi SUV's even though we were a few months from actually being ready. My wife does therapy dog visits to assisted living facilities/nursing homes in Monmouth/Ocean counties, and we needed to get a vehicle a little larger than what we currently have that has rear AC/Heat vents as SUV's take a long time to climate control with just the dash and low flow second row vents we currently have. The dogs are the last to get the cool/warm air in the Subaru Outback. Although we explored the Audi options, the Q5 was slightly smaller than what we have now (and no rear vents) and the Q7, while it would work, was a tad out of our budget as we would need the diesel option. Driving the premium fuel option around for local driving, when you are volunteering, is not cost effective. Again, thank you Julio.

Stopped at Ray Catena Audi in Freehold to take a quick look at The convertibles. Immediately approached and asked if I needed help, and within a minute or so, met Frankie. We looked at cars, and I accepted his offer of a test drive. Loved the car but I had to get home. Worked with Frankie, mostly via text, to choose the car and make the deal. I had my beautiful car within a week. Frankie- who scared me a little because he looked so young- was the best sales person I have ever dealt with over the many years I have been buying it leasing cars. No BS, and we quicy completed our transaction. No hours of waiting, no dealing with a separate finance guy trying to sell me what I didn't want, or someone else showing me the car. It's Ray Catena, so not surprisingly, everyone we met at the dealership was great, including Another Frank, and the General manager who we had the chance to chat with. Frankie was aces, and just made a video for me to show me how to switch my navigation screen. I could not recommend him higher!

This was the easiest, most enjoyable and least painful experience I've ever had getting a new car. I always buy my cars and this was the first time we decided to try a lease. We knew what we wanted, about what we wanted to pay and how soon we wanted to do it. Initially we visited the Audi dealer in our backyard in northern NJ. Spent time with the salesman, did a test drive and that awkward dance at their desk where you try to negotiate and they go to to their boss, he come over to shake your hand and it's all just a waste of time. I was clear about what I wanted to pay and was ready to make the deal. It was a lot of back and forth and hassle at this dealership and another Audi dealer about 20 minutes from my house as well. The same annoying negotiations. I decided to call ray catena Audi of freehold and I am SO GLAD I did. After a few phone calls and texts with Frankie Lopes it was a done deal. Never went to th dealership until the day we picked it up. Frankie was friendly, honest, direct and didn't try to upsell or even swap out for a different model like some dealers had offered. He shared pictures, a video. Answered a ton of questions via text even late at night when I finally had time to review everything. Frankie has such a good personality he made this process fun and not stressful. It was worth the drive to freehold to pick up our beautiful new Audi and work with Frankie. I can't stress enough how easy going and NOT overly pushy Frankie was during the whole process. He obviously wanted the sale but made it feel like, and I believe it was genuine, he wanted you to get the car you wanted, at the price you want and be happy. The dealership is beautiful and everyone is pleasant and friendly. Their customer service was amazing. I definitely shopped this around to multiple dealers and Audi of freehold beat the lease price significantly vs all the others

The Audi dealership is new but it runs like it has been around for a long time. We walked in and were assigned Julio Rodriguez as our sales person. I have purchased many new high end cars in my life but this experience was the best. Julio has such a passion for his job and the dealership and it shows in his skills. Never any pressure; no slimy sales techniques and we could not be happier. Delivery was as promised and silky smooth. There were follow-ups by Julio and I look forward to sending some business his way. And btw....2016 A3 is a great ride! We actually live closer to Princeton and have visited that dealership where our experience was more of a "take it or leave it proposition". We are happy to make the trip to Freehold!

Everyone was very friendly from the person who greeted me to the Manager that helped - Steve Stoop. They all wanted me to have my new 2016 Q5 (helped me search for what I really needed in options). There was no games. Matt Seuffert is a true professional. We bought a CPO 2013 A5 Cabrio and our entire deal was made via the internet. Matt went far beyond our expectations to ensure we got an awesome deal. We live in Long Island and drove almost 4 hours to meet Matt for the 1st time to pick up our car, site unseen. I visited Audi of Freehold knowing it was a Ray Catena dealership and expecting a great experience, my visit was everything but a great experience. I owned mostly BMW's but Audi has been stepping up their game lately. I came in and delt with Florentino who I have to say was the only pleasant part of this experience. He was very polite and professional. We however could not come to making a deal, my first issue was the appraisal on my BMW which was $2,300- $3,000 less than another Audi dealer and a BMW dealer I went to that same week. They showed me no flexibility on my trade. Their lease deal was almost $100 more than another Audi dealer. When I asked Florentino if that was it he said let me get my manager. That was when my experience went very south. Steven Stoops not sure what manager he was but he said he was the "boss." He said as far as my trade goes he called wholesalers and they give them a number on my car... well you might want to get new wholesalers as other dealers are giving more money for trades. Steven didn't even sit down to talk with me, and as the new Audi I was trying to lease he came down $20 which was still almost $80 more than another Audi dealer. When I told him about the number I got from the other Audi store he said well why didn't you buy it? I said I'm still shopping, and then he went on about how big his dealer is and that it's not cheap to keep a building like that running. That's not my problem at all. Then he stated that I would get free shuttle and free car washes for life etc. Almost every dealer offers that today. My sister has a kia and they offer the same amenities. I ended up leasing my s5 from Princeton Audi, much better service, I visited them first, and received aggressive numbers right from the start.

My experience with the Audi dealership in Freehold was excellent. It is a pristine dealership, first of all. Anthony Tango was very professional, knew a lot about the vehicles and didnt pressure me. I ended up leaving the dealership, going to a couple more - disgusted with their customer service - and then came right back to Audi and signed! Anthony answered all of my questions and was with me through the whole deal - he didnt push me off to someone else when he made the sale....and I really value that. He then called me the next day to make sure everything was OK and then a week later. The Audi is an amazingly safe car for me and my two boys and I am SO happy with my purchase!

I purchased a R8 from Audi Freehold. I had my local Audi dealer do an inspection to assure there were no issues with the car. Unfortunately they discovered that a shock absorber had been leaking; the car would not pass inspection.Audi Freehold has gone WAY above and beyond to fix the issue. Really, I'm speechless. Denis and Chris have been very apologetic and have done everything imaginable to make things right. While it is a bummer to not have my car at the moment, I feel very good knowing all the needed work is being done by a dealer I can trust.They picked up the car from PA, they are replacing all 4 shocks along with some other items that seem to be the root of the shock issue, they've shipped me an A8 loaner and will be shipping the R8 back to me when the work is complete. All of this work and service they are paying for. It's amazing.There is a reason Ray Catena dealerships have such a wonderful reputation the staff goes above and beyond in terms of service.

I walked into the Audi dealership and it was an experience much different than other dealerships. The showroom is large and uncluttered and perfectly shows the automobiles. There is a receptionist who greets you and directs a sales person to you. I was lucky to have been referred to Phil Orapello.I chose the Audi A3 convertible because it was all wheel drive and a good value. My car payments worked right into my budget. It is a pleasure to drive, great pick up and I feel great in it!!! The dealership didn't have the exact car I wanted in stock.... but they went out of their way to locate it. They held the for me while I was on vacation....and stayed in touch with me...sending me photos and making arrangements till I came back. Phil is a great salesman and a nice person. He was pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. Rich Majewski, the General Manager, is a good business man and a true gentleman. I had some issues regarding my trade-in and he was able to work with me to make me comfortable with the transaction. I am grateful for his assistance.In general, this dealership is a notch above the rest....and the Audi car... well...its a dream come true. I am a satisfied customer! Frankie worked very hard for me, to find the exact car I wanted. I truly appreciated the ease of working with him through text, phone calls and visits to the dealership as my work schedule did not always allow me the most time during dealership hours. The use of videos he made/sent on his phone showing me features in the car so I could make an informed decision was awesome, and not something I have seen with a salesperson before. Frankie came in on his day off two weeks in a row... first just to show me features in a car I was considering, the next week so I could take delivery of the car. Situations beyond Frankie's control, I had hoped to pick the car up a few days earlier than I was able due to scratch removal on the car required, but again I was appreciative Frankie came in on his day off so I could take delivery as soon as possible. He worked to get me the best possible financing thinking outside the box, and was persistent while not obnoxious following up even when I thought I was buying from another dealer. His pricing was sharp from the beginning making me take a second look at Freehold Audi over other dealers. Appreciated the no 'sales office' mentality at Freehold Audi. Not once did Frankie have to go talk with his manager or leave me at his desk waiting to fetch an answer. He was in control at all times. Never felt like I was waiting around or not acknowledged at the dealership whether from Frankie, other Freehold Audi professionals, the receptionist, etc.Would recommend Frankie Lopes to anyone interested in an Audi.

When you get there you pull into an automatic garage that opens up and you pull into their super clean, huge garage. Their service team is immediately there to greet you. The day after giving my credit card to hold the vehicle, I'm told that it was sold. I agreed to a different color combination. I was promised that the car would be waiting for me by 7pm. Later I was told that wasn't the case, it wouldn't be there until after 9. I was being spoken down to, being told that I would never find a deal like this. At one point I was suggested that I buy a Mercedes. I was told by Kiki that his management has his back. As a previous Ray Catena customer, and a member of their referral program, I'm very surprised the way I was treated. When you buy a new car, you want to have a positive experience. This was completely opposite. Price isn't everything, customer relationship is.

Excellent experience, was short on time and able to complete most of the transaction for my new RS5 via email. I never felt pressured into buying products I didn't want or need, price negotiations were reasonable, and at closing he had all of the paperwork ready to go. It was a seamless and painless process. When I entered the showroom I expected to be approach by a salesman as soon as I walked through the door. This was no the case at all. The professional young ladies welcomed us and when we told them were just going to look around they immediately said to feel free and take all the time you need. It's only when we asked to see a salesperson we are introduced to Alex Demsky. We explained to him that we were interested in the Audi A6 and he was extremely helpful in showing an also explaining everything about the vehicle to us. So much so that we decided to take a test drive. Alex accompanied us and also suggested that my wife also drive the vehicle. We liked it so much we decided right there to purchase one. Excellent! This is the best way to describe my experience with the level of service provided to me at Ray Catena Audi of Freehold. While I had imagined a torturous array of schemes designed to pressure me into something I didn't want, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I experienced a salesman focused on precisely what I wanted and eager to find the car that met my specifications. My initial contact with Audi Specialist, Philip Orapello was through an Audi web search. Philip's initial email was directly aimed at my requested information, even including various potential automobiles. The second email I received was very courteous, without pressure, asking a little more information to help him understand my time frame and re: purchase vs lease (even though I hadn't responded to his first email). After looking around, I telephoned Philip to set up a meeting. Philip guided me through all the necessary information, test drive and answered all questions/concerns. I was most impressed with his eye contact during the paperwork process. Philip was always certain to pause to make sure everything was clear and understood. His professionalism and expertise made the entire purchase process a pleasure. I own a company that Imports fine German production machinery for 25 years. I am in Germany for extensive travel 6-10 times per year and I have driven many cars there. My goal was to purchase a fine German automobile with a manual transmission and a clutch which has become very difficult these days. After doing research I had settled on the Audi S4. I walked into the new Ray Catena dealership in Freehold and was very impressed. I first me with Steve the business manager who was very professional. I told him exactly what I wanted. He introduced me to a young salesman Matt Seuffert. We sat down to discuss the car. I met with Matthew Seuffert to discuss purchasing an Audi A3. He was readily available to answer all of my questions, even after I left the dealership. Matt came in to work on a day he was off, in the middle of a snowstorm, simply because the timing was convenient for me. That is truly what sold me on not only buying the A3, but buying from Matt and Ray Catena. When I picked up my brand new car I was greeted with congratulatory remarks from the entire staff. This put a smile on my face from ear to ear. Ray Catena concentrates on every detail, even down to Matt presenting me with a giffbag of items thanking me for my purchase. Matt followed up with me that day to make sure my new car was exactly what I wanted. I am confident that Matt would be there to answer any questions I had in the future involving the car, which is extremely comforting. I was even extremely impressed by the kindness I received while bringing my car in for its first car wash! The gentlemen took care of everything with smiles on their faces. I am absolutely blown away by this level of service. I came in to buy a new car, but thanks to Matt Seuffert and Ray Catena, I received much more than a vehicle. I received an entire experience.

Before settling on the Audi Q5, I did a lot of shopping (BMW,Lexus,Infiniti). Out of all of my experiences, I felt the most comfortable at Ray Catena Audi of Freehold specifically with my sales associate Roberto Rivera. He answered all of my questions and did not pressure me into buying anything. He was patient while I was decision making and made himself available for questions before and after his normal work hours. When I finally decided to buy, he stood by his promise and helped me every step of the way. Even when I could not decide on a color, he walked out onto the lot to take additional pictures of the colors I was debating for a reference. When it was time to pick up my car, he spent a signifiant amount of time showing me how the car works and making sure every financial detail was correct and as discussed. I am so happy I found both Ray Catena Audi of Freehold and Roberto. I look forward to many more experiences with both in the future, and sending all my friends and family their way as well!

I was recommended to Rob Rivera from a friend that works at another Catena dealership. This was my 3rd car purchase from Ray Catena (BMW of Westchester , MB of edison and now Audi of Freehold). Rob was great to deal with from start to finish. He answers my e-mails and calls immediately about all concerns and questions. I placed the order for my new 2015 Audi S4 in just under 2 hrs from start to finish including a test drive. I got a great price and treated like I was a valued customer ( I have had over 20 cars and not every dealership provides this great service like Ray Catena does). Rob did not try to push options/accessories that I did not want on the vehicle and provided me with honest and valuable input on what options he would get if he purchased the same vehicle. Needless to say I am every excited for delivery of my new vehicle once it is completed being built.

Brought my car in for service, because it was the closest dealer to my house. I want to say the facility is impressive, but that's about it. The service seemed like they were trying to get me to pay for the place. I went in for a check engine light and was told everything that was going to go bad on my car, never given a cause, however , I needed a timing belt. Due to the age of my car I decided that while I was there I would look at a new car, here is where it gets good. I wanted a price, and was bombed by 4 different people . I don't want to go into details, however I called another dealer by the shore about my car in the shop, and they explained over the phone that a timing belt would not cause a check engine light to come on unless the car was running bad, and proceeded to tell me that yes my timing belt was due bases on time and mileage if the car is running fine something else is causing the light to come on. The person who I spoke with at the other dealer said bring it to us I won't even charge you too look at it. Needless to say I did bring it to them, it turned out to be a minor repair, which I was relieved. I decided to ask them for a price on a new car, and was shocked when they $2000.00 less than Ray Catena right off the bat. Summary- Shop around

I purchased two of my Audis through Alex Demsky and had seamless experiences on both accounts When It came time to service my new Q5, I had a choice of my closer local dealer or driving a few extra miles to Ray Catena. Alex spoke highly of their service department, so I decided to give them a try. I am so glad that I did. Once the appointment was set, I received a friendly email reminder of the service date. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Shawn Sosner, who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My car was serviced, cleaned, and ready to go when they promised, it was very evident that they take pride in what they do. I had my 2013 Audi Cabri serviced by Ray Catena Audi in Freehold, about the best service experience I have ever had and I have had many. as a long time luxury car driver.I was attended to immediately, the work was done as promised and I actually received a phone call to advise me my car was ready.When I returned the spotless loaner I was given and once again attended to immediately I was escorted to my car. It was returned to me in such pristine condition I had to be sure it was mine, it was a clean as when delivered as a new car.I even received a phone call the next morning asking if I was satisfied with my service experience.I can't say enough about my service advisor Michael and most of all Chris the service manager.The service this deanship provides is enough reason to gat a car there, a true Ray Catena experience.

When I heard Denis Carey was going to be at RAY CATENA AUDI OF FREEHOLDI knew that's where I was supposed to be. From the second I walked into the showroom I was greeted with smiles and hellos . When I asked the manager Dan Malloy to please point me in the direction of the ladies room , he excourted me. And then to find hand lotion in the ladies room was such a bonus. I had a great time and taking care of business at the same time. I felt extremely comfortable with not a ounce of pressure . What dealership does this? RAY CATENIA AUDI OF FREEHOLD, that's who!! Being a Ray Catena Lexus customer for years I could not wait for the Audi dealership to open so I could service my A8 at one of his facilities. The level of customer service is amazing compared to my past Audi service visits at other locations. From the moment you enter the enclosed service department you know you are in a first class operation. (in the past I had to park out in a lot , many times in the rain and walk into a small service area to service my A8). You are greeted by a service member who will direct you to a service desk where you are taken care of without a wait. The write up process was painless and I was provided with a A8 loaner. Service manager Chris Gioffre made sure I was satisfied and taken care of properly throughout my service experience. My car was returned to me washed, serviced and repaired perfectly. I was so impressed by the dealership that I decided to purchase my next car from Ray Catena.

i stopped in to the dealership to see what it was all about since it just opened. I was greeted by Alex Demsky and we talked for a minute or two about the new dealer. He was obviously excited about it which showed.When we got back to the sales floor we looked at my favorite, the s5. Alex knew all about it, not surprising. What was surprising was how he asked questions to make sure this was the right choice for me rather than rattle on about specs. We did discuss numbers, though I was very straightforward that I wasn't buying that day. I was sincerely impressed with how Alex handled that. It didn't change his demeanor or style one bit. I will be going to him in a few months when I am ready to purchase. I highly recommend anyone else do the same.

The phrase "amazing experience" is a complete understatement. I had the pleasure of working with Phil Orapello and he was hands down the best salesman Ive dealt with. He went beyond above and over top for me, he knew straight from the start what I wanted, what I wanted to pay, and never once tried to waste my time, or money, never tried to rip me off, or hassle and lie to me like a lot of these car dealerships have. He also was extremely knowlegable on my Q5 I was looking at, and as I said before, went above and beyond to make sure that I was more than satisfied with not only my purchase, but the whole car buying experience, including personally delivering my Q5 to my house when I got tied up in traffic on the night I was supposed to pickup my car from the dealership. I don't ever plan on shopping anywhere else but Audi Freehold, and even though I have heard nothing but good things on the other sales people, I plan on never seeing anyone else but Phil, and would highly recommend the same for anyone else. My 2015 Audi A6 new car lease experience was exceptional. My sales consultant, Philip Orapello was very friendly, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job explaining models, options and pricing. He took his time answering all my questions and helped guide me to a decision that met all my needs. I have leased many cars in the past, but I can truly say this was the first time I felt totally comfortable with the entire transaction.
