When we met James at the dealer, we told him exactly what we were looking for and the price range we were considering for a Jaguar F-Pace. This is my 3rd vehicle which i have purchased from Paul and Craig at Ray Catena Jaguar, both of these guys have gone above and beyond to make everything happen and at the same time make it enjoyable/pleasurable to make such a large purchase. The relationship which resulted in this from 2010 till now has evolved from being a customer to being treated like a family member, I cannot say enough positive things about both of these guys.....Do I recommend anyone to buy a vehicle or just visit Ray Catena Jaguar/Land Rover....Absolutely, positively without any doubt whatsoever YES!!!!....The 2017 F-Pace which we purchased is the best vehicle we have ever owned and it happened because of Craig and Paul.....Thank you both of you. Oh let me not forget as Paul kept me up to date with every detail and transaction on our F-Pace and he had every document ready to go, 15 minutes of signing and we were done. I have just purchased the new 2017 XE in beautiful British Racing Green! This was my first luxury car purchase and Jaguar was always my dream car.I am by nature a tense person, especially when making a large purchase. James Mull got coffee for my wife and I while he walked us through every single step of the way, from choosing the model, options, the math on whether it was better to buy or lease, all in a relaxed, pleasant, and patient manner. He happily tolerated our test drives, one of which I purposely got myself lost in order to test the car's navigation system! (It passed). I believe that I can sum-up my feelings toward James in this way: he made the entire process stress-free. I now call Jim a friend.I would also like to say a few words about Sales Manager Craig Sirota. He, together with Jim, worked to get me the best deal on both my new car and my trade-in. He too is a very pleasant man and runs a class act. I highly recommend them both. Try the coffee.

Alan Banjany fixed problems with my order, was always in touch while I was waiting delivery of the vehicle from factory, spent a lot of time making sure car and docs are prepared as they should be. In general, consumers today face apathetic sales reps, poor customer service and virtually no follow up. This dealership should teach the class on how to satisfy and exceed customer expectations. they set the standards and to date, I have not found another company that rises to their level. Well done!

CRM or Client Relationship Management is what I deal with day in and day out in my profession and I can say that Ray Catena Jaguar is very CRM oriented. I started my search slowly via the official Jaguar website and eventually placed a call to RC Jaguar and was fortunate enough to be put in touch with Jim Hull. He listened to my requirements and over time [ no pressure] arranged a test drive. Jim then did the research to find options for me and I then followed up with another visit where I was able to discuss the available inventory and figure out the best deal. Once I made my decision [again no pressure] he insured my vehicle of choice was isolated from the available inventory until I could come in for the actual purchase.Jim facilitated the initial paper work via the internet and or phone so that my next visit to the dealership was simply to finalize the paper work and take delivery. Again no pressure and no surprises; sorry I take that back there was one surprise and it was a pleasant one ; that was the quick turnaround for delivery of my new Jaguar. I arrived at RC Jaguar at 615pm and rolled out of RC Jaguar at 845pm a very happy Jaguar owner.

I first contacted the dealership in February 2016 to lease a new Jaguar XE, but at the time, I was severely upside down in my previous lease. As a result, it affected the price of the Jaguar and I realized I wasn't in an ideal financial situation to lease yet. I told the salesperson, James Mull, I would follow up in a few months. I stuck to my word and contacted him again in September 2016. James kept my file because he said he knew I'd be back. He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He even threw in complimentary all-weather mats. JT Kumar was patient and helpful with showing me all the car's features. I'm so glad I bought my Jaguar XE 35t R-Sport from Ray Catena in Edison. Their overall service was excellent!

I wanted a specific vehicle and a specific price point. No easy task. I contacted dealerships within a 300 mile radius and the only person to follow through, call me back and get me the car I wanted was Frank. I live in northern Virginia and it was a three hour drive. But it was worth every minute! Even when I move back to california, if I ever need a new Jaguar i would fly back! I had one dealership treat me terribly and several others promise calls back that never happened. Not Frank! He found me the car I wanted from another place brought it to him and got me the financing I wanted. None of it was easy but he did it all for me without hesitation. Now I turn heads in northern Virginia and love driving it. I couldn't be happier!

Spoke to the first available sales person. Michael Burnside was very accommodating and understanding. Alan Banjany was very helpful and showed me how to use all the features of my new suv he was very sweet and very funny he also got me into my dream vehicle and took me over to the other building a few miles away to show me the exact one I was looking at and went the extra mile to make sure I was getting the exact one I wanted I was gonna settle for the one without some of the options I wanted but Alan showed me why it made sense to go with the one with the better wheels and all the extra features that I wanted and he gave me a great deal so I was able to get it he was wonderful and everyone there is very friendly and the secretaries brought me drinks that was very kind of them they are very sweet girls and I will recommend this dealership and Alan Banjany to everyone I know

I can't say enough about the service I received from Alan and Joe! Alan was my initial contact when I contacted the dealership regarding a new Jaguar XE. He called me back within 10 min of sending an inquiry. Alan was super friendly and answered every question I had at the time over the phone without the usual "Well let's have you come down to the show room so we can chat" nonsense I have received other places. I set up an appointment for when my schedule was free a couple days later. I ended up coming in a day early because I was in the area but Alan was unavailable so he had Joe assist me. Joe was WONDERFUL. He took so much time with us and made us feel so comfortable and not pressured at all to make the right decision. That was one of the main reasons we ended up purchasing our Jaguar XE. We just felt so confident in the service and the car thanks to Joe. He was honest about the pros and cons (which every car can have) we are realistic with this me and my husband. It makes us feel better when someone is totally upfront with EVERYTHING! When we picked up the car I was able to meet Alan face to face and he was just as friendly even though he actually didn't make the sale, it was so refreshing so see such nice team work at Ray Catena and hear the great things the employees had to say about the owner and Managers, I would highly recommend dealing with a Ray Catena dealership and if you are in Edison def see Joe or Alan! We took in a 2014 Range Rover for repair, and asked for a quote on a new lease out of curiosity. Michael was never pushy and so unbelievably helpful with all of our questions! Does not matter if it's day or night even on weekends .He would go above and beyond to resolve your issue, he pretty much makes it like its his own issue( that's the level of customer service I am talking about ). This is where almost every single sales person fails as nobody cares after you bought a product, but Frank retains a customer for life.Honestly nobody does that these days. Even though I had few issues with jaguar, Frank is the ONLY reason I have no hesitation in buying another JAGUAR/Land Rover which I did .As long as I buy through him I know I will be taken care .The proof of this is I bought another Range Rover sport . I test drove the new 2016 Jaguar XF at 11:00AM on a Tuesday morning. After 2 minutes behind the wheel I knew the car was a perfect fit for me. James, my sales associate knew the car inside and out and was very professional. After returning to dealership I gave James all my business lease information and headed back to my office to work for a few hours. By 3:30PM my car was ready, I spent 10 minutes signing papers and off I went. Simple, period. I have leased many different higher end vehicles (Lexus, Mercedes, Lincoln, BMW) from different dealerships over the years but nothing comes close to my experience at Ray Catena Jaguar of Edison. First of all, Pat Tapke is one of the most personable and knowledgeable salespeople I've ever dealt with and the sales manager, Rich Majesky is an absolute gentleman and pleasure to meet. They made me and my teenage son feel so comfortable and their attention to detail and ability to connect with us was beyone reproach. When I expressed a potential concern about the XJ L fitting in my garage (since I have a lot of storage towards the rear of it), Pat grabbed a key from one of the new XJ Ls that was outside and we drove to my home more than 20 miles away just to see if it would fit (and thankfully it did). When Rich sensed that my son was getting bored he brought him around to look at some of the other cars and offered him food and drinks while I worked with Pat on the paperwork. During the negotiation of the final price, Pat was upfront, showing me all of the numbers on his computer and he explained the various rebates and incentives, along with the exact terms. I did my homework so knew what a fair price was and Pat worked with Rich to actually beat the price I had expected when I first went to see them. They never pressured me but, instead, impressed me with their patience and knowledge. In addition, the dealership itself is absolutely gorgeous, warm and inviting - a huge differnce from many of the other dealerships, including most if not all of the higher end dealerships I've been to. Ray Catena is heads and shoulders above the rest and I would highly recommend putting them at the top of your list for a fantastic car buying/leasing experience - and make sure you reach out to Pat Tapke and say Hi to Rich - they will make your experience the best it can be!

In my 36 years of buying vehicles this was the most enjoyable, pleasant experience I ever had. From the moment I met Ralph Gallina I was at ease, none of usual apprehension that , regrettably, is so often part of the process. Ralph was very knowledgeable and located the car I wanted the next day. Kudos to Ralph and staff for a great experience. Oh, by the way, we are thrilled with the car!

As a female, for years, I've felt intimidated to go to a dealership and purchase/haggle on my own. It wasn't until this experience with Tom, that I felt like a sales employee was on MY SIDE! Tom really worked with his mgmt team to help get the vehicle to a price that worked for me. He was very helpful and welcoming. On top of that, my younger brother came to the dealership with me to pick up the car, and Tom recommended employment options for him at the dealership (he's a college student home for break). I would certainly recommend this dealership to other buyers...especially ladies with a feeling of "uneasiness" as far as price haggling is concerned. Tom is the guy!! :)

After initially visiting another Jaguar dealer that refused to take my order on a $83k car,(don't ask me why) I reviewed Ray Catena's website. I didn't know anyone at RC previously so I reached out to Gus after noticing in his bio that he is also Greek. We immediately hit it off. I pre-ordered one of the 1st 2015 Jaguar F-Type Coupes from their initial allotment. (actually #002). Great experience, very helpful. I had a very good overall experience with Gus, John and their team. The car was delivered on time and at the price we discussed. I would highly recommend Gus and Gang!

Ralph was friendly and attentive yet did not pressure me to make an immediate purchase. When I was ready to purchase, the process was very smooth. He went above and beyond by taking the paperwork to my husband's place of employment for his signature as this is a very busy time of year for him. It was definately a pleasant buying experience.

It was a pleasure to be associated with Nick in my purchase of my new vehicle. Although he was courteous and very helpful, he most impressed me with his knowledge of the features on the vehicle I purchased. I had downloaded info about this particular vehicle and identified many features with which I was unfamiliar. Preceding, during, and following a test drive, I asked Nick to explain each of those features. He was extremely proficient.In anticipation of my appointment for the test drive, Nick had discussed my interest with his manager. Together they arrived at an all-inclusive price (vehicle, taxes, fees), which Nick provided via e-mail. I evaluated that price and felt a somewhat reduced amount would be more appropriate, because the vehicle had been in the dealer's inventory for at least two months.. At the conclusion of the test drive and back at Nick's desk, I presented my counter-offer. Nick seemed to feel it was reasonable and took it to his manager. He returned with a confirmation of acceptance. There was no haggling nor delay in closing our deal. I got the car I wanted, and Ray Catena Jaguar moved a vehicle from its inventory.I had purchased my previous Jag at the same dealership. This transaction was as pleasant -- if not more so -- than my initial experience.

From the moment I walked into Ray Catena Jaguar I was treated like a guest. I was politely asked if I needed help, and after responding, "not yet, thanks", I was left alone to look at the cars. When I ultimately called in for a price, the process was quick and easy...no games, and no bargaining back and forth. I was given a fair price right from the start. I picked up my new car today, and it was an easy, quick experience. There was no last minute "hard sales pitch" for additional products or warranties. I signed the papers, received a quick tutorial from Mike, synced my phone, and I left.

I used to bring my Jaguar to Ray Catena's service area in Oakhurst. They were fabulous. Everyone in the place couldn't do enough to make the customer happy. Now that the Oakhurst service center has closed, they've moved everything to Edison. I'm a realtor and use my car daily in my business, so when I had a problem this morning, I called the Edison center for help. Their answer? "Sure, you can bring it to us in two weeks." When I explained the gravity of my situation, they blew me off with a "Let me see what I can do. I'll call you back in a few minutes." That was six hours ago. It's definitely not the sort of experience you should have when trying to have your $75k car serviced at the dealership. Mercedes Benz is looking better and better.

The Custom service at this dealership is SUPERB! Even though I didn't purchase my car at this dealer they always have treated me as if I was their # 1 customer. They cheerfully performed required warranty work and routinely provided a loaner car. The level of customer service at Ray Catena is a model not only for the auto industry but for ALL Service businesses!

Last visit to Ray Catena Jaquar Service was for 30K mile servicing. Turned out that due to dented rims I had some wierd and dangerous wear patterns on my tires. Service managerwas very friendly problem repaired that day and they (as always) gave me a loaner car for the day even though I originally didn't think I'd need one. Newly renovated service area is extremely nice and comfortable. If things aren't covered under warranty things are a bit pricey but not more so than any other high-end dealership service. One thing they have dramatically improved over past few years is number of service techs. I was able to schedule an appointment in one day where in the past it took weeks.

While I would still not recommend this dealership, the service has improved somewhat, and Mr. Morangelli was very helpful and courteous. The new facility on South Main Street just outside Metuchen is also very nice. <br><br>Still, I had to literally insist that the significant problem (car was and is under warranty) with my Jaguar actually be resolved, because at first he insisted that the service tech could not "duplicate the problem" and would just have given the car back to me without fixing it. During this visit I also had to demand that a problem I reported previously (the demister vents popping up like a cheap Yugo) be fixed, and again, my car was returned to me dirty inside (despite Catena's standing promises to clean vehicles brought in for service), with rap music blaring on my radio and the mirrors bent back. Above all, the Jersey-girl attitudes of the big-haired, long-taloned, white-trash women at the front desk is a disgrace to a high-end car dealershipthese women are too busy doing their nails and talking filthy to be courteous or attentive to customers. And they sounds as though they never graduated 6th grade (unlike Jethro Bodine). <br><br>So, Catena is better than it used to be, but has a loooooooooooooooooong way to go. And I wont be getting my next car there. <br>

The service has declined tremendously. You are treated as a number. The integrity of the car is not there. My car has been brought in numerous times for the same problem which never seems to be able to get fixed. The employees do not follow the rule the customer is always right. They think they are superior. However, Ray Catena is NOT the only luxury car dealer. My lease is up within a couple months. Next time I will research dealers. Not only the Jaguar part of Ray Catena but Mercedes and Infinity also have bad service. A friend's Mercedes broke down and Ray Catena refused to pick it up because it was in Long Island. If your thinking Jag, think Morristown, if Mercedes think Millenium in Bridgewater. Good luck to any future Ray Catena customer, you will need it.
