Experience was efficient and timely. I made a reservation online. I had to change it once which was easy to do. My wife dropped off the vehicle. The maintenance was done. I was called when it was ready for pick-up. Overall uneventful which is good for me. I would like it faster but I would prefer good quality review over speed since I rarely bring in my vehicle for service mainly for regular maintenance. Very happy with overall service. Thanks.

The service person was gracious and helpful. The car was serviced so quickly. It was a nice experience. However, my previous car was a Lincoln and that dealer always washed my car when it came in for service. I did not get that from Ray Laethem Buick. You might want to think about this extra treat. \

I brought my car in At 7am because my engine light kept coming on and off (off when I brought it in). I was told that they would be able to the see the history and why it was on and that my car would be ready by the afternoon. By 4:30 I had called 4 times because no one called to update me. Finally someone answers around 5:30 and tells me they couldn’t find the problem and they would try to test drive it again in the morning. No one asked me if it was okay for my car to stay overnight, just told me. Had I not called so many times I wouldn’t have known. This isn’t the first time no one has called me, last time I rushed and made it 5 minutes before closing to pick my car up that was ready because no one answered the phone. So after being told they couldn’t find nor fix the problem I went to pick my car up. I was charged $127 for absolutely nothing. The man claims it was because the servicer spent over an hour trying to diagnose it, which is amazing to me because my engine light came on literally less than 10 minutes after I left. I find it ridiculous that I had to pay so much money for them to not even find or fix the problem. When in the past I’ve paid much less for them to find and fix the problem. I brought my car back the next morning because the light was on. It still took about 10 hours just to be told they still didn’t find the problem. It was overall a terrible experience and I won’t be back. I usually come to this dealership whenever I have any issues with my car but after this experience, I will find another dealership or shop.
