I know cars are scarce, but do they really need to extract every penny out of each deal? I recently purchased a jeep wrangler here. The people themselves are very friendly and very nice. The transaction was very smooth. Here is my major beef; they are just plain greedy. Given the scarcity of cars, there is no negotiations on price. I thought they would at least toss in a full tank of gas and new floor mats. After expressing my distain for their resistance to put in new floor mats, they finally agreed. All they had to do was wash and clean the car, and fill up the tank for delivery. When I arrived the next day to pick up the car, it had not been detailed and there was almost no fuel in the tank. In fact, when I was driving home, I was on fumes and had to pull over for gas. Left a pretty sour taste in my mouth after an otherwise a smooth transaction.

The used car sales department never took me seriously despite placing a $500 hold on a vehicle I was interested in buying. The salesman never provided a conclusive answer to whether the vehicle was certified. In the end, I bought my Jeep from a dealer 30 miles away despite living within 2 miles of Ray Laethem. I'd recommend buying from another dealership.

Jeff Jones and Donna are amazing too work with. I came in at 1 drove off at 330. Easy simple process they both were nice and polite. I got all the extra warranties. 10/10 definitely recommend.

*buying the vehicle was a wonderful experience, the first service was as well, but boy did it go downhill from there. Catherine who answered the phone is very rude and condescending, the service department took my dash apart to fix a noise and told me to keep the extra screws in the bright orange bag they gave me for the lug nut. the lady who was setting me up scratched my suv with the keys on her hip. never again. don't go here. Maybe I watched Matilda too many times as a kid, but I was ready for a pushy salesmen when we arrived. Thankfully Steve Elich was my salesmen, because he was incredible. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. There was no pressure what so ever. The entire process went smoothly, and all of the employees we delt with were wonderful. I did have to come back to the service department and even they were speedy, kind and professional. I highly recommend starting here if you're looking for a vehicle.
