Had a great experience with Robert Fine buying my first car. My mom was a total momma bear and he got everything she asked for. The waiting around was a little long, but it was a Saturday what are you going to do. While putting my spare tire in they forgot to put my mats back in the trunk, I asked Robert the next day and he had a set waiting for me with no issues. They truly look after you. Overall had a great time buying my Chevy Malibu and I love my car. I will be having all my maintenance done here as well. Genuinely understanding and nice people to work with.

we realize that with the current conditions that shipment of parts was being delayed. Raymond body shop kept us informed with text messages, when the parts arrived and about how long we could expect for our car to be done. We appreciate the updates, and being kept in the loop. I recently leased a brand new 2016 chevy Equinox from Raymond Chevrolet and could not be happier with my purchase! I had walked in with a 2004 Jeep Liberty trade-in and was nervous to see what I could be financed for. My sales person, Mike Volakis went ABOVE AND BEYOND getting me into a new vehicle. Mike was attentive, listened to what I wanted, and most importantly, stayed within my budget parameters. Additionally, Mike showed me a variety of options to choose from so that I could make an informed car buying decision. Mike is very informative and explained to me in detail the difference between a lease and purchase, which helped make my decision a lot easier. Signing the paperwork was easy and painless too! I am overall really impressed with the hospitality of the staff at Raymond Kia and will definitely be recommending friends and family to finance vehicles with Raymond and with Mike. I also appreciated the followup call from Kim Neiss, who went above and beyond as well to make sure I was satisfied with my service and purchase. It is great customer service like that phone call that will keep me coming back for years to come!

I come from a German car background. All of my previous cars have been Volkswagens, and I worked at one of the top 10 Audi dealerships. All I can say is that I'm blown away with the way Raymond Chevrolet did business. They exceeded my expectations for a domestic car dealership. They do business the way foreign high-end/luxury dealerships do business; transparent, friendly, and not pushy. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Stuart. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get into the pre-owned Volt I wanted due to the negative equity on my 2012 VW Beetle Turbo (banks don't like financing deals that have $5k of negative equity); however, Stuart was able to find the perfect solution to my situation. He found me a new 2016 Chevy Cruze that was able to hide my negative equity. Now, I owe less on a vehicle than what it's worth. I'm so thankful that he was able to help me out of that horrible situation. It's such a relief not being so far upside-down. Of course, that wouldn't have been possible without the help of Joe, the used car manager, giving me a phenomenal appraisal for my vehicle. I also have to give a major shout-out to Ray in the F&I department. When I originally walked into the dealership, I didn't have the intention of buying a new vehicle on that same day. He was able to get me approved, and worked with me on getting everything squared away. I'm a finance manager myself, and I can confidently say that they aren't shady by adding in additional fees. The F&I department only charges the customer the bare minimum for the TTL and Documentary fees. Finally, I received a friendly call from Kimberly Neiss in the Customer Relations department to follow-up with me on my new purchase. She made sure I was happy with it, and asked if there was anything I needed help with. The follow-up call was a really nice touch, and it made the deal feel finalized. I can't believe it's already been a month since I bought the Cruze, and I'm loving it a lot more than I though I would. I would highly recommend Raymond Chevrolet.

Don't believe anything they say. After repeated phone calls and promises of test drives I go there only to be denied the drive and talked down to by an arrogant sales manager. 2 hours wasted. Went a few miles down the road to Grayslake and got a much better deal.

Test drove used truck. The sales rep Dave Taub was very knowledgeable and never pushy. We eventually purchased the truck and setup an appointment to correct a brake problem. From Dave to Kim, the customer service rep, to the technical and service departments; all were friendly and accommodating to our needs. Highly recommend their dealership.

Raymond Chevy totally impressed me. We bought a new Buick Enclave at another dealer. Our service experience there was disappointing so we switched to Raymond. Raymond is just great .Because of their people we decided to see what they would work out for a new truck purchase. Well, we bought it from sales person Dave Taub.. He was just great . It was like talking to a friend or neighbor and NOT a pushy salesman trying to make a buck. He is professional , personable, and knew the vehicle. He asked all the right questions to make sure we were buying what we needed and NOT try to sell us just anything to make a sale.After completing the truck deal we were directed to Amy L. of customer relations and sales of the '' Protector '' interior/exterior finish. The presentation was informative and to the point and we viewed it on monitor. She too impressed me not like our experience at another dealer trying to sell you everything. Actually, the Protector was applied to my NEW 2000 Chevy 3/4 ton truck at purchase time in 2000. It does not have one spec of rust anywhere. The finish still looks like new and has been driven on our salted winter roads . A truly great product and hopefully this one will be as great. Getting this was a no brainer.Everyone made this a enjoyable experience. Oh, even the popcorn tasted good !I do not know anyone personally at Raymond or met them before.

I went to Antioch High School where my drivers ed. cars were donated by Raymond. In addition, the sports that I played throughout my years at Antioch were helped by the donations Raymond had made to the athletic programs. So the first place I wanted to look for a used car for my college years had to be Raymond. Yesterday I got an incredible car at a great price and had a great time test driving and talking to the salesman about the different cars on the lot. He was very helpful and friendly when it came to selection of the car within the price range that I needed to stick to. I also was able to say hi to one of my friends from high school that worked at Raymond which was a really fun experience.

I can't say enough good things about Raymond Chevrolet in Antioch. I'll start by saying I had the best car buying experience that I have ever had. Considering I have purchased 15 new cars in my lifetime, I think that says something fantastic about this dealership. I also need to give my salesman Mike Pandpocchi the biggest part of the credit, because working with Mike was truly amazing. I have never worked with such a helpful car salesman, who, by his actions, really made me feel that he wanted me to buy the right car at the right price. I have hip and back issues, which I always make known to the salesman and their management the second I walk in the door, and finding the right fitting seat is always a time consuming process for me and the dealership. Mike worked tirelessly with me over the course of FOUR days to ensure that I was completely comfortable in my new car. If I told you the full story of what we had to go through you probably wouldn't believe me, but just know that Mike and the management went the extra mile to ensure my needs were met, and I simply couldn't be happier. But the good news doesn't end with Mike. I have to give a nod to Bill Rusch in finance who was able to get me in an out of his office in 30 minutes. I was running tight on time the day I actually bought the car, so wrapping up the paperwork quickly was very important. Bill was great with this process. I don't need hand holding or any explanations with this process because I go through it every 12-24 months. With rebates, including 2k on my GM card, and the discount the dealership applied to the sticker price, I bought this car for 20% off the sticker price, which I was very pleased with. Also, because of my back and hip issues, we had to make an adjustment to the driver's seat, which the dealership did twice and did not charge me one cent. The service manager himself (Marty Geweke) actually did the work, and he was very understanding of my needs, and they got me into service immediately both times. Overall, I would tell anyone to buy their next car from Raymond Chevrolet and no where else, and I would tell you to insist that you work with Mike Pandochhi to complete the purchase. I'm sure the other salesmen are great too, but Mike is hands down the best!!!

There web site clearly states they will beat any deal by 500. B.S ..They were over 1000.00 more than the deal I got. Also I was strongly suggested to put a large down payment to lock in car before any pricing was discussed.

I had the best experience at Ray's Chevrolet. I worked with Marques Pinkston and he was absolutely fantastic! He worked with me on selling my car and the process couldn't have gone more smoothly! He even beat the offers that I found on Kelly Blue Book and other sites. If you are buying or selling I would ask for Marques and he will take care of you hands down. He is here to serve you the customer and make sure you leave happy in the car you want (which is very had to find in car salesman these days).

What a nightmare. Ron Derosa is just about as bad as it gets when it comes to used car dealers. Everyone is looking for something different when they go car shopping. If you do not care what you end up with, but are just looking to purchase that day, Ron is your guy; otherwise, I would recommend staying as far away from Ron and his dealership as possible. After being called three times (and receiving 3 voicemails), I finally picked up on the fourth and set a meeting with Rubin...who was busy in a meeting at our specified time. I had the unfortunate luck to run into Ron. He made me wait 20 minutes while he looked for the keys to the car, and then another 20 while he filled it up with one gallon of gas. Throughout the test drive I got to know Ron, and how he knew nothing about the car. Ron was less interested in informing me about the vehicle and his dealership, and more interested in selling me whatever he had in stock. These quotes are not verbatim, but he told me that normally people come there and test drive 2 or 3 cars and then purchase the one they like the best. Without knowing anything about the car? I'll pass on the $15,000 impulse purchase. He began to get pushy and was asking when I was going to finally "pull the trigger" and purchase a car. According to him, "someone" was going to buy this car and every other car soon, so I better hurry up. What am I waiting for? What's the difference between this car and other cars just like it? I'll tell you Ron, it's a dealer I can trust, and that is certainly not you. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM RON DEROSA. There are plenty of other dealers out there with friendlier and more trustworthy staff, and better quality and priced cars as well.

Terrible experience. Trying to buy a car via the internet dept. Can't get the technology to work, won't return phone calls, no follow, and then the night before I am supposed to pickup the car, I finally get Joe on the line (he wouldn't return my calls) he tells me the cars not available. Then he says he will go down and talk the manager right away and call me right back, never heard from him.Terrible way to treat a customer and do business.Find another dealer...

Myself and my wife have just purchased our third Chevrolet vehicle from Raymond Chevrolet. We have worked with Marcus Andrews each time and the thing we like the most is that he listened to us and did everything we asked. He spent the time explaining things so that we had a clear understanding of the options open to us in purchasing these vehicles. For the newest purchase, we arrived on a snowy day and the car we would be trading in was dirty from the roads. I asked Marcus to run it through the car wash before they looked at it to give us the trade in value and he had it run through and brought back up front for the evaluation. The trade in was a gem, and I wanted them to evaluate it in a clean state. The entire Raymond organization did all that we could have asked. Oh! There were a couple of follow up items, and they were addressed immediately. Great Dealership!

Went on the 1st of October to buy a used car - needed to replace my 1995 car. I was greeted by John Collias who showed around the dealership, then sat with me to assess what I needed. He talked me into buying a 2014 Spark and I love this car. John was personable and easy to talk to and very willing to answer any questions I had about the car. I went back a few more times with questions and he was more than happy to assist me. He worked with me on my down payment so it was acceptable. The car was a bit more than I had initially wanted but am so glad to have dealt with him and the whole Raymond experience in general. Would I recommend buying a car from Raymond? You betcha!!

I was car shopping and stopped in at Raymond Chevrolet in Antioch to check out their lineup of new 2013 cars, I was approached by one of the sales associates. He introduced himself as Brian but he allowed us to look around for a while then he asked if I was interested in going for a test drive in the Equinox I seemed interested in, my wife and I took him up on the offer with no obligation to do anything else but drive it. We liked the car a lot but we also test drove the Traverse for comparison. To make a long story short, we had no intention of buying a car that evening but Brian was really helpful and very knowledgeable about the vehicle, he showed us comparisons of other manufacturers vehicles and the Equinox fared best among those he compared, not just in features but also on price. Needles to say, we made our purchase that evening even though my wife and I had said that we wouldn't make a decision that day, Brian made it hard to say no and there was no pressure at all from him on us to make a purchase that evening but we made our decision then and there and we are very glad we stopped in at Raymond Chevrolet, they are a real great bunch of people there, really friendly. My daughter and I went to Raymond to look around for a good cheap affordable car. Matt greeted us and was the most helpful sales person I have dealt with in years. We found a car. The payment estimated in the range we provided. We also told him we would like to see what else there is besides a car. He took the extra time to walk us through the used, new and budget cars. So we picked out a car. Everything Matt has done to help us find this car is greatly appreciated. The other part was not so pleasant...the financial person rushed and didn't go over nothing. He said one thing and meant another. I went back in to talk it over (frustrated). Scott Hensel step in and went over everything. He even went beyond "thinking out of the box". If it wasn't for Matt being very honest and polite and Scott's welcoming and caring personalities, I don't think this experience would be as great as it was. They both went above the norm to make sure their customer was satisfied. Thank you to both Matt and Scott. I would highly recommend Matt for anyone's sales person. More needs to be less pushy like Matt. I will only go through Matt and Scott with my next purchase.

I was looking for a used trailblazer, I had a budget in mind from looking at several websites. Raymond was the third dealer and I was unhappy with the way i was treated at the others when I said what I was looking to spend, that i went to that day and there I met Kyllo, he was very respectful and friendly. Kyllo listened to what i wanted and what i wanted to spend, we walked the lot looking at several cars that fit my needs and price range. I eventually found the trailblazer i was looking for. When we settled on a car Kyllo helped with the trade in and dealing with the sales manager. This is the fourth car that i purchased from a dealer and this is the first salesman that i would recommend. While I was finishing up paperwork Kyllo took the license plates off my old car and put a set on my new. Also sometime there was a set of keys that got lost for my new car Kyllo told me to come back the next day and he would take care of it. In the end this was by far the best experience that I have had with a dealer.

My wife and i were in the market for a used car and we decided to give Raymond Chevy a visit. Their selections were decent, and most were decently priced. Upon arriving, we were immediately greeted by Darek Kryszkiewicz, who was extremely friendly and helpful (ended up closing with a different sales associate, but wanted to give him a shout out). Purchased a used Honda Accord that same day, and thus begin our journey. Without being too detailed, that sale was cancelled within the next few days due to an unforseen defect in the car. Typically, a run of the mill dealership would've turned us away, made us chalk it up to experience and most likely offered no consolation on our money lost. This is where Raymond and their staff shine. Raymond offered to look at the car and fix it accordingly even after the sale was closed. Kim (sales manager?) didn't hesitate to offer us a free rental car during the ordeal. After a few days, the car was deemed unsafe due to tranmission issues and our sales agreement was rescinded. We were then offered a new pre-owned vehicle that was along the line of our budget. Charles Ponder (sales) and Charlie Hansmeyer (sales manager) both tirelessly worked with us to close the deal as painlessly as possible. Joe Addante was also very helpful in finalizing the deal, as well as offering us several services on the house. Joe is a true professional and completely rocks!!Several months have passed since we drove away with our new used car, and we couldn't be any happier. Thank you Joe/Charlie/Charles/Kim/Derek for making the unpleasant used car sales process, well, pleasant!! Kudos to all and Raymond Chevy will always have our business!!

We decided to just start looking at the GMC Equinox. I bought my first car ever at Raymond Chevrolet in 1980! We were driving around the lot looking at vehicles and then decided to go inside and talk to someone. Charles approached us in a very professional manner. He was not pushy, so that gave him our business. In dealing with Chuck we were very relaxed and he made sure he got us the price we wanted. He did not give up with getting us that price. Dont trust what they say and dont let them trade nor buy your vehicle because they are LOW BALLERS and liars. I had a autotrader/kbb APPROVED appraised offer only valid for 4days (even my vin# was submitted to be accurate) which i took to them that day and the first thing i asked Frank will they honored and redeem my appraisal which he said YES for sure plus they even inspected the car that day to make sure everything was good and true on my appraisal. On top of that they were very impressed, and if they were real men they would man up to it but instead the next day when i went back to sign the papers they turned into little girls and went from $18,795 to $16,000. even one fella thought it was a joke he wanted to flip a dime to call the deal like it was a xxxx casino. stay away from this dealer! reported this to kbb/auto trader because they are NOT an official buying center as they say they are. BEWARE! DO NOT LET THEM TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!

Refused to honor the price posted on the Internet for a new car. Listing included the VIN and dealer stock along with matching details and photos of the new car on the lot. Salesman wrote up the paperwork for the LIST PRICE and when confronted with the Internet listing information stated that it was a "generic" listing for a similar car. The story then changed to the listing was for a "demo" vehicle with 9,000 miles as "dealers in Illinois are allowed to sell demo cars as new"--huh? They then tried to show me the "invoice" for the vehicle (which means nothing as we know as the car manufacturer will rebate money to the dealer after the sale) and actually has nothing to do with the advertised selling price. After calling FRAUD and threatening to contact the States Attorney's office, I was allowed to purchase the vehicle at the correct price. Wait to finalize was unbearably long. Dealer's customer "advocate" person was sitting at a desk in the middle of the sales floor shopping online. Owner refused to discuss the issues. Absolutely worst new car buying experience ever (and I have purchased many throughout the years). Will never return to Raymond.

The overall positive customer relationship is seen throughout this dealership. Mike Revecco helped me decide which was the best ruck for my business. I bought a red cargo van. Kim in customer care followed up and help schedule a window installation in Roselle. I bought a 2012 camaro and the service department has been outstanding. I came in on Friday September 7th, 2012 to Raymond Chevrolet/Kia in Antioch Ill, because we were looking to trade our 2007 Nissan Altima for a crossover/suv and overall just to get the vehicle appraised. We were looking at purchasing the Kia Sorento and the sales person who met me outside was Jarvis. Jarvis was very humble as well as patient and never tried to hard sell us at any point. You guys appraised my vehicle and gave me what I felt to be top dollars for my trade. On Saturday, I came in with my family and it was suggested that I work with Jarivs and Volkon on the Chevy side. Volkon was very knowledgeable and stopped at nothing to ensure that we were happy when we pulled off of your lot. He answered every question as well as concern. While the paperwork and deal was being finalized, he put a plate on the truck we selected and allowed us to go feed our 2 kids. Once we got back, everything was ready to go. We were in the finance office within 15-20 minutes and out in 5 minutes (now thats service). Volkon then sat down with us for another 15 minutes just to go over some more functions of the vehicle. We chose the 2012 Chevy Equinox and it is amazing. Volkon even gave me a call just to make sure all was well with the vehicle. Thank you so much for making our buying experience one to remember. We have told so many people about Raymond Chevrolet/Kia and Im sure you will be getting some calls. Thank you for setting a standard!

I purchased my 2007 avalanche from raymond in 2008.the sales dept was very good.However my problems began the following day when the service dept told me the couldnt repair scratches as promised by sales.I should have returned the truck then.In the next 2 1/2 years remaining on the warranty I was back repeatedly for recurring repairs.In 8 visits they replaced and reglued each of my door moldings 3 of 4 were done more than once.Before the warranty expired I expressed my concerns to Fred who was in charge of service for ray and raymond. he assured me he would personally make sure the repairs were done right this time. 6 months after warranty expired same problem started agian. SUPRISE!!! Guess what Fred no longer works here. The service writer never called back as promised. At my next oil change it was worse. Agian no return call. So I called several times before being told "You have no waranty it expired." I asked why they wouldnt stand behind their work.I was told "what,do you expect the warranty to go on forever?" No I did not I just expected it to be done right. NOW THEY EXPECT ME TO PAY THEM FOR THE REPAIRS THEYVE ALREADY DONE MULTIPLE TIMES. As I write this 3 of my moldings are coming off of my truck.Now I will have to pay to have a PROFESSIONAL repair them. Thanks RAYMOND CHEVROLET I WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM YOU. in fact as you are my local dealer I will probably NEVER BUY ANOTHER CHEVY. i have been to many dealer before going to Raymond chevrolet i was looking for my first new car it was so stressful i have been looking for two months'As i was walking looking at cars i am thinking a sales person will be coming and the pressure will start just like all the other dealership but that never happened because my sales person Marcus was great he did everything to make my visit great no pressure at all.I wanted the 2011 Malibu but i did not think i could get it but Marcus and some else made it happen i am sorry to the other guy that i did not get your name.I am 53 years old and getting my first new car i feel like a kid with a new toy.Thank you again Marcus and all the other people who helped make it happen. By far the worst customer courtesy, and service I have Witnessed in my life, My Girlfriend and I went down to this dealership to get a warranty cancellation on a Chevrolet Equinox the refund was supposed to take 4-6 weeks, whenever she would call to get any kind of update it was the same old story. "Renee is out on vacation" "Oh she's been here for a long time so she has a lot of vacation time, huh ha huh." How the hell do you run a dealership when your finance manager is always gone? Then when we finally got through to the almighty Renee she was like oh ha ha ha the check has been sitting on my desk for 2 weeks, I'll send it out tomorrow, that was on a Monday waiting for the mail now and we hadn't received it on Thursday we live an hour away what the hell did they send it on a drunken donkey, now it's Friday still no check in the mail so I decided to call on my girlfriends behalf since she wasn't getting anywhere with them. Dealership Manager Mark can't even deliver any sort of customer service, when I asked him about it he said he would call me right back, my answer was are you sure because we've been getting that a lot from you guys lately with no answer back, he called back and asked to talk to Jennifer only to start screaming at her he then said " I'm not the %ucking Postman!". This Dealership is garbage, and there customer service is garbage. If i were you I'd stay the hell away because once you buy a car there they will not want to have anything to do with you...I wouldn't steer clear, I'd steer next county clear of these %^&*^$!

This place was fantastic! J Johnson was very helpful to me and listened to what I wanted. Erica Foster ended up actually making my delivery because Jimmie had another appointment away from the dealership. I really liked both of them but Erica is absolutely my kind of person. She has a wicked sense of humor like me and I had a blast during the delivery of my absolutely gorgeous new car. I left there feeling like I had a new car and some new friends. It wasn't just an act either. Erica has called me a couple of times (in a short period of time) to remind me to come in and see her anytime, they have a free car wash service, don't forget the free oil change included in your delivery, are you happy with the car and is everything good with it, etc. She and Jimmie both have had excellent follow up with me and I couldn't be happier with my decision to go to Raymond KIA or with my car!

Very pleasant experience buying this car. We were given a test drive, told upfront pricing and when the color my husband wanted wasn't available on their lot, a car was found and delivered to the Antioch dealership within a day. I went to about three dealers in my area but Raymond Chevrolet treated me like i was family. The salesman as soon as i got there offered me a softdrink because it was hot out and then we went to look at some cars. The knowlage that the salesman had was amazing he showed me everything that the car had to offer. then when i was talking to the finance manager he explain all the contracts to me because i was unaware what they were. I short it was an amazing experince.

I jumped through hoops trying to get the car approved and they said they had it done and the next minute they dont know. I would not reccomend this dealer to anyone they have know idea what they are doing and and they try the bait and switch on you they say they have the car or can finance it and then they have to get another car . I brought my vehicle in to Raymond Chevrolets service department after being let down by another dealer. My Check engine light was on and this other dealer said it was some part that costed me alot of money and light still was on. I told my boss about the problem and He told me to bring my vehicle to Raymond they have always done a great job on his cars so I did and let me tell you Im so happy that I did they really helped out alot! They got me a loaner car for no cost to me, washed my vehicle and they worked with me on my bill. They have made a life time customer out of me!!! I went to another dealer near me and had an uneasy feeling. I was looking for a used car for my son who just turned 16. We knew what we had to spend and we wanted a 4 door smaller car with good mpg. We ended up driving to Antioch from Grayslake and looked at a few cars that WE wanted to look at, not that the salesman was pusing onto us. The car we decided on was almost $1000 over what we wanted to spend but it was perfect. Tom worked with the manager and we left with the car me and my son wanted at the price we wanted to pay. Tom and the manager he went to were helpfull in getting us to that price and showed us around the dealership if we ever needed anything, we met the owner, who was nice also. They filled up my gas tank and we are now VERY happy Raymond owners!
