25 years ago I bought a car there and had such a bad experience I swore I would never go back. Several weeks ago I went there just out of curiosity and I was very pleasantly surprised. I was treated with respect and offered a very very good deal on a 2016 CRV . No high-pressure sales no trickery just the straight good deal and I very much appreciate their courtesy. That was the most painless car buying experience I have ever had !

My experience with Regal Lakeland is not good. The salesperson seemed to be very disinterested in helping me and said she cannot give me good quote she did not have the car on her parking lot. i think the costco club managers should first check with the dealerships about the availability of the cars we are looking for and only then refer us. I am disappointed with my experience with this dealership.

BEWARE....I was contacted by Regal via the Kelly Blue Book website because I was trying to get an instant quote on my car. I had already purchased a new vehicle and was specifically just trying to sell mine. Kelly Blue Book gave me an instant offer of $18,900 after I gave them every detail possible about my vehicle (year, mileage, need of new tires, etc.). Regal was one of three dealerships that actually advertises with kbb.com that they will purchase your vehicle regardless of you purchasing a car with them. Without any prompting from me, Regal contacted me with an offer to do better than kbb. We emailed back and forth with Holli Francioni their representative. I sent pictures and per her request and she informed me that she spoke to her manager and came back with an initial offer of $21,000. She asked me to make an appointment to get my car "professionally appraised' which I did on Saturday, Sept. 17th. She was even extremely specific on the time of my so called appointment. She told me to ask for herself or someone by the name of Jerry. When I arrived on Saturday at 2pm, neither Holli or Jerry were there. I was sent to three different buildings to finally have someone look at my car for 2 minutes and come back and tell me they could give me $17,000....$4000 less than the offer they made me after seeing pictures, etc. I live approximately an hour and a half away from Regal, which is why I made sure our conversations were in writing so that if there were any discrepancies I would be able to show exactly what was said. None of this mattered. I spoke with the Finance Director, Cris Aviso and all that he could say was he had no idea where she got that number from. That was his apology. That was his apology for my 3 hours worth of driving, the additional miles now put on my vehicle, the babysitter that I had to pay, the complete and total was of my day. I left my phone number to hear back from their general manager...nothing.The bottom line is that Regal Lakeland lied. They are a typical sleazy car dealership where honesty and morality mean nothing. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to ANYONE!!

Took my new 2016 CRV in for initial service on the extended service plan . While typing in the information the oil change came up as $30 , not bad I thought for a full synthetic change . I asked Misael Burgos #844 about the oil and he said they a 50/50 synthetic blend . Later in checking the manual this is not what the vehicle uses , it's a full synthetic , the paperwork does not indicate what they used . Service plan calls for a change at 7506 , brought in at 7329 a difference of 177 miles . Service plan calls for next visit at 15,000 - techs sticker calls for 12,329 , difference of 2,671 . Why such a difference , whats in the vehicle ? What about the warranty ? Next is the eco shield plan which is due for re-application in Sept , I was there on 8/27 . They only do it during the week which was not explained to me and I live in Kissimmee. Finally got to someone and was told they'd try to get an exception for a week end or work on a loaner , still have heard from no one . Amanda was to have called last Friday as communicated through a young lady who called regarding the experience of the service visit , no call . Tires were set at 37 as there was a rotate and balance , should have been at 32 . After the service check tire indicator came on so I called the dealership and got to Donnie ext 1174 . Explained I was at work and not in the vehicle and would call back later lo walk me through the steps for a re set . left 2 messages and never received a call . Got in the manual and finally figured it out . Wash and vaccum . This is a CRV , only the front floor mats were done . I was hoping HONDA would contact me about the service provided but have not received a communication . I WILL find a contact method and send this experience to them . Having been in the food service industry for 45 years I can tell you any customer would drop us like the proverbial hot potato in a minute and go to another supplier because of this type of service . I unfortunately am stuck with this dealership . Don't respond with please call ________ , you've got my phone numbers .

I was very excited at first when I spoke with the dealership but after words of being passed from one dealer to another and another WOW. Even after I had asked if they understood what I was looking for and they replied yes and at the end nothing was what I was looking for so that to me told me that they did not understand or read the notes done prior with the other dealers to understand my needs.But what got me the most was after getting the call that they might do a deal for me I asked if they were giving me a stripped truck and they did not know they had to go out and look. after getting the information that I had asked I then proceeded to ask the dealer how much was the truck and that I was looking for a red truck, they than told me that the best one for what I was looking for had to be black and that the price was 30 thousand dollars ... well I than asked why is there a red one for sale and it was only 28 thousand dollars?their response was that he did not know and that he would have to look. Well that was the icing on the cake because in my mind I was thinking to myself how could you be a dealer and serving the customers if you don't know what you have in the lot and why should a customer be telling them what they have?I have worked in a dealer ship in CT for 3 years to help with translation with their sales and I was only working a proximally 3 hours a day and I knew all of the cars that they had at one time we have 453 cars in the lot.I was just upset because I was being told that the deal was going to go thru and I was all happy and excited and getting ready to go down but then the dealer told me that I would have to bring the down payment and then all stopped because once again they had not listen to my needs.that was my experience with Regal, a dealer should ALWAYS LISTEN TO A CUSTOMER AND SEE WHAT THEIR NEEDS ARE AND THEN PROCEED AND NOT PROCEED WITHOUT LISTENING AND RAISE THE CUSTOMERS HOPE TO HAVE IT SHUTDOWN.THANKS, CARLOS MEDEIROS203/721/0466 OR 203/540/5460 WAS LOOKING AT THE CHEVY COLORADO

In April 2016., I wanted to trade in my 2013 Ford Escape SE for a newer Honda Accord EXL.. I live in the Brandon, Fl area and I had been on the internet for a while shopping and calling various area dealerships. It seemed that all I got was the run around. I was becoming very discouraged, so I prayed about it and got in contact with Regal Honda in Lakeland, Fl. From the very beginning, my telephone conversation with a delightful young lady went extremely well. She set me up with an appointment to come in to see the used Honda inventory and to meet with a salesperson that up-coming Saturday. When I arrived, I met a salesperson, Carl Siple, and he proceeded to ask me a series of questions about my want and needs. After a brief discussion, he started showing me the available used car inventory that was on the lot. To say the least, after looking and talking more, he eventually found me the car of my dreams. However, we still had the always challenging process of negotiating the purchase price of the car, the trade-in of my vehicle,and financing. To my surprise, the process was pleasant and. Carl, the used car sales manager and the finance officer were all very professional and flexible. I got the my trade-in and the car at a fair price and the financing was very competitive. The car had a few service items that needed to be addressed, and Carl ensured me that they would be completed as soon as possible. He and the service manager kept their word, and all the items were completed within a week. Just wanted to end this with I love my car, it's everything that I wanted and that I would recommend Carl Siple and this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. Good car hunting!

Bought our 2012 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite on 3/19/16 at Regal Honda. 71,xxx miles. Test drove it in the city, and not a highway. The following weekend, we took our 4 kids out to the beach, and noticed on the highway. When braking around 60+mph, the steering wheel shakes badly. I informed our salesman via text, and was advised to bring it in. I brought it in the following Monday morning, and had explained the issue to the service advisor. Which he immediately said was, " Warped Rotors". I had explained we just bought the van, and he just said that if it wasn't owed. It's my expense. Way to take care of new customers.

I recently went to Regal Acura in Lakeland Florida for an oil change. Before going to this dealership I did make a reservation for this service..I have owned and have had all my service performed at an Acura dealership since 1989. I have owned and enjoyed 6 Acura's since 1989.This simple service, an oil change, took 2 1/2 hours which has never happened to me. Keep in mind, I had made a service appointment. In addition, after leaving this dealership, I noticed all of my tires had been set to 37 PSI. There was no way I would return to have this corrected. Fortunately I have a tire pressure gauge in my car to do my own adjustmentI, personally, would not return to this dealership.

Unfortunately, I cannot delete my review so instead I chose to edit it. We had a poor experience previously with a salesman who made empty promise after empty promise, but we decided to give them one more shot. We had the same issue with another salesman. I was so happy with him at first, but after we signed the papers for the car, we had the same issue. At this point, I won't name names, because I feel that this may just be the type of personality that gets hired in the used sales department. Luckily for Regal, we were put in the hands of Shawn for finance. He got us the lowest rate available, 1.99%! Then when we had issues with the salesman providing us incorrect information on multiple occasions, Stan stepped in. It is still frustrating that with Regal it seems as though issues are always having to be resolved, but at least that is what happened. If you purchase from here, I would take the salesmen's word worth a grain of salt, but just know Stan's name, because you'll most likely need to contact him for something.Thank you Stan and Shawn for excellent service!

I inquired online about a new 2016 Civic EX. Jenn texted me and asked me when I could come in. When I was finally able to visit, I then had to deal with Joe, not Jenn. During the entire process, which took over 4 hours (their fault, not mine), I felt like I was being "sold". I came in there knowing exactly what I wanted and exactly how much I should pay due to market value and credit score. Joe went back and forth with the desk manager multiple times (wasting time) with prices that were much higher than I told them I wanted to pay. After examining multiple numbers sheets, I realized that the sale price was $2k over the online price. And they knew I was an internet lead. They just tried to get more money out of me. After about 3.5 hours, and trading in my old car, they said I need to insure the car before I leave. Why couldn't they tell me this before my State Farm office closed? Why couldn't they do this for me? We were just waiting around. While I struggled to find my info, I noticed Joe was delivering a car to another customer. Seriously? Then he left to gas up the car. Seriously? Why wasn't the car gassed up? I didn't even test drive it. All this and I didn't even mention that I actually wanted a red car and they claimed there was a "stop sale" on the red, not due to the paint, but due to something mechanic that must have been different than the rest of the colors? Seriously? They didn't want to do a dealer trade because it would cost them money. Anyway, after transferring my items from my old car without any assistance, I stepped into my new car. It clearly hadn't been detailed before I drove it off the lot and Joe definitely didn't go out his way to make anything smooth. He's clearly there for his commission check and didn't seem to care that I was there for over 4 hours. I would have left if they didn't already have my old car in their possession. I know on multiple occasions throughout the process that I was lied to. Seriously? IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A SMOOTH AND POSITIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE, DO NOT GO TO REGAL. Other Honda dealerships in the area would give you better service, better process, and make you feel good about buying a new car. Lastly, I never write reviews...but as a former Honda salesman, I understand what it takes to deliver a good experience to a customer. Please do not take this review lightly, and please consider all other options before stepping foot in Regal Honda.

I bought a used KIA Sorrento in Orlando from a local dealer... but my mechanic recommended that I return it, so I did. Problem was, I really wanted a KIA Sorrento with the 7 seats... so I broadened my net. I searched inventory from Lakeland to Daytona Beach. There were multiple dealers that had what I wanted (Certified Used from 2013). I asked them all for a price and Lakeland Regal beat them all, and their car had the fewest miles by far. I felt wanted from my first phone call and drove 90 minutes with confidence that I was getting the best deal. The car was immaculate and in perfect running order... there were no pricing games, in fact I got a much better rate than I did the day before in Orlando.

Christopher Whittington provided an outstanding and thorough introduction to the 2016 Touring Honda Pilot making sure we knew everything about the features of this new car! He was courteous and we never felt pressured by he or JT Thomas. Christopher should provide professional development for aspiring car salespersons because he is a good role model to follow. We knew what we wanted in the Honda Pilot, but we were not in a hurry and Christopher made sure that we got to know the car by walking us through all the features of the car - not once - but three times before we drove the car home!!! That is extraordinary, and we have bought many new cars over the years and not experienced such a high level of thoroughness. We purchased a 2011 GMC Terrain in January. Douglas Maynard was our salesman, we gave him a price to work with and told him what we needed, he exceeded our expectations! 5 star service all round. A few weeks after the purchase we ended up with a screw in the tire and found some dry rot on it, took it to them, they took it right in and put a new set of tires on the same day, no questions asked! I had no transportation to get to the dealership and was very surprised when they offered to send someone to pick me up. That alone made my quest for a car more enjoyable. Do NOT deal with Kelvin! He will sweet talk you, but as soon as your pen touches that signature line, he's gone and you'll never see him again. When signing for the new, used vehicle, we discussed a few things to be fixed on it. It was negotiated into the contract so legally Regal Lakeland had to fix those things for us. I made appointment after appointment to fix the few things and Kelvin would always give me the run around. EVERY TIME. I don't use words like "every", "always", and "never". But he did that to me EVERY time! He would tell me, "Oh... the guy got fired..." Or he would tell me to be at the dealership from 12 pm to 1 pm and then would tell me that the vendor was only at the dealership from 8 am to 9 am. So many wasted trips. So many lies. I hate having to get ugly with people, but I have to keep my word when I tell you I will pay my bill each month, so I expect you to keep yours. If you buy from this dealership, BEWARE!!!

We dealt with other Acura dealerships prior to contacting Regal and we disappointed by the lack of professionalism from a luxury car dealership. I am so happy we were put in touch with Wanda from Regal. The other dealerships were pushy and kept trying to play games. Regal showed me that there are still honest dealerships. From day 1 Wanda was very easy to communicate with and was not frustrated by my email communication. When I asked her to call me back in a month, she did and that follow-up was really helpful. She emailed me the lease info without me having to drive to see it. I would recommend this dealership 100%!

WE looked online for several weeks at all dealers in the Tampa Bay Area. Found several SUV's. Finally about the third week we decided to visit Regal Acura online, Our neighbor and very good friends had recently purchased an Acura from Regal Acura. Since we live in Ellenton, Fl. it would be quite a drive to see the Acura SUV we saw online, but it had all the features we were interested in. A 2013 Acura RDX,with light colors, low mileage and the Tech package. We decided it would be worth the trip. Arrived at Regal Land and went to the Honda building by mistake. We walked inside and were met by Michael Greenhow. I can't say enough about Michael, a very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly salesman. He is a credit to Regal, also Miranda his assistant. There's Billy Han a gracious and charming Sales Manager. We were there most of the evening and enjoyed being in such a well organized operation. We bought the Acura RDX a great automobile and have really enjoyed driving it. We too would recommend the Regal Dealerships, Especially Michael Greenhow.

I negotiated the sale online and arranged to pick up the car on a Saturday. I had called several days ahead to ensure that the car I requested would be available as I planned to pick it up and pay cash. When I arrived, the car was not ready and we spent about 2 and a half hours at the dealership while they "got the car ready". I had a trade in and was offered far less than blue book value for a trade in. They did come up on the offer, but still was far lower than expected considering the very good condition of my trade in. I left the dealer feeling taken advantage of. The salesman and finance office workers were very pleasant but I didn't feel as though my wife and I were a priority. Overall it was a disappointing experience for us, but we loved the car.

Love the crv lx. Really liked the initial sale guy, was young but v eager to help and was v helpful. I was told I would get 0% for 72, then when I was signing everything with the business guy he said 3.99%. I questioned him and he said they don't do 0%. He then dropped it to 1.99%. If I qualified for 1.99 why did they put me down for 3.99.He offered the different warranties and after I declined he then tried to pressure me into getting one. Asked me a total of 7 times after I declined and said it makes sense and I should do it.Overall I have had the cr-v for a week and we really like it. I would definitely get another Honda just not from regal Honda in Lakeland.

I bought Honda Accord EXL car for my daughter. I give David Schultz a 5 star rating, as he was exceptional. He went over every detail of the Honda Accord EXL has and showed all the features in the car. I have been to Brandon Honda and Kia no other sales person demonstrated all the features like David Schultz did. I give Regal Honda Lakeland dealer 4 stars as the Honda Accord EXL car sold to us has 335 miles. My daughter was little bit disappointment as the car has that many miles. When I talk to David Schultz about this and he immediatetly asked me how could he can make my daughter happy but unfortunately he was helpless, as his manager said no. It would be nice if Regal Honda had given us some type of compensation since the car had so many miles. Overall experience at Regal Honda is good.

I was shopping for my 74 year old mom. She was turning in a Honda Lease from another dealership but wasn't happy with the high sales tactics of the other dealership. I called a number of dealerships around the Tampa area. The person from Regal Lakeland who I spoke with on the phone was very easy to speak with and provided me with the information I requested on the phone. In this day and age of the internet, it is easy to know the deals that are out there and the price of a new car. So it is easy to ask questions and judge how the person you are speaking with will answer. With other people I called, it was the same old tired game. Not with Regal Lakeland. They were honest and forthright. That is why I traveled 40 minutes to their dealership when there were others closer to me. I could have gotten a similar deal elsewhere but I want to deal with hones tpeople. I wasn't disappointed with Regal. The customer relationship and service exhibited by all, from the initial phone call, to my salesperson, to the manager was outstanding. It was a real pleasure leasing a new car from Regal Lakeland. My family has purchased 6 Hondas over the past 25 years at Regal Honda. We could buy our Honda's anywhere but end up choosing Regal for the purchase. What keeps us coming back to Regal is customer service, price, the service technicians and service managers, the salesmen, their community involvement, and their reputation. Hondas hold their resale value, are very safe, stylish, comfortable, and stand behind their products. Customer service is number one because if the dealer doesn't care or respect you while you are browsing or negotiating a deal or follow up for years to come then what difference does it make if you may or may not have saved $100 elsewhere. I have had the sales manager show me Kelly Blue Book value and Edmunds value and other local Honda dealerships prices, and they have always matched or sold the vehicle for under that price. In today's world of disposable products, lack of communication, and concern for the customer, it is very nice to be treated as a real person, fairly, and knowing that the dealership will stand behind their word.In particular, salesperson David Schultz goes above and beyond to devote time to answering all my questions. In fact, I have specifically asked for David to be the salesperson to sell me a vehicle two purchases in a row now. And I am likely to ask for him again whenever I decide I want a new Honda. He is very knowledgeable about the Honda vehicles. He treats all generation of customers with the upmost respect. I can't say enough good things about Gil Heim. He works in top management at Regal Honda. It's clear to see he sets an excellent example of working with the customer, going the extra mile, and doing all that they can to make the buying experience at Regal Honda and continued service at Regal Honda a pleasant, relaxing experience. The facilities are always spotless. The service managers and technicians are knowledgeable and efficient. The customer service area is pleasant.

We had the transmission worked on took 15 days and they left the tranny hose clamps off. Fluid every where after a 500 mile trip very lucky we did not have a major failure. Also had damage done to the vehicle. Complained and got no response from the service manager or Honda

Troy our salesman was absent from our first encounter and he knew we were coming. Heave us the keys to the car we came to see and sent us for an unattended test drive. That alone was a first but of course there was no one to answer questions. On our return Troy was still "too busy" to speak with us. Troy found us a Honda rep to help us. Although it was not his fault he was put in that position he was virtually worthless. When asked about warranty he had to read the sticker on a new car in the showroom to answer it. After he had to find someone to answet several other questions he said to stick around Troy would be right with us. In an hour if sitting around and not getting answer or speaking with Troy we left. We made a deal via email days later and my wife made an appointment with Troy for last Saturday morning. Once again when my wife arrived at the dealer as scheduled Troy was too busy to help her. The poor guy from Hinda again got tasked with delivery. He was as helpful as he could be. the delivery process lingered to three hours. During which time neither Troy or the sales manager made an appearance. It is important to nite the sales manager at Regal Acura was even less helpful than Troy and never do much as introduced himself to us. After my wife left the dealer she got a mile away before she realized her new 2015 Acura TLX had a half a tank if gas. She returned to the dealer where they asked her to wait for Troy again. She denied that request and at her insistance someone took her car and 30 minutes later returned the car to her. It's gets better. When she got home it was obvious no one had detailed the car before delivery because she noticed the windshield was dirty. It's ibvious no one did a delivery checklist which would have caught the half empty gas tank. Oh and did I mention the dealer failed to provide the owners manual. Sadly, my wife's new acura started to surge when stopping and there's a noticeable rattle in the car. Again a proper prep of the car before delivery might have detected these issues. My wife is headed to Regsl Acura this morning to leave her three day old car at the service department to pick up a loaner. In over 40 new cars and dealing with dealerships in three states I've NEVER had an experience as frustrating and apoalling as I have with Regal Acura. BEWAREUPDATE:Apparently they read these reviews. I got a phone call from Regal the morning this review posted. As a result we had a completely e different experience when we bought our Acura back to Regal. They really went out of their way to make things right. The service advisor was excellent. They addressed every issue and detailed the car. Kudos to Regal for making things right.

My sister and coworkers have all purchased their cars from Regal Honda and have been extremely happy with their purchases. We live pretty far about 2.5 hours round trip and everybody seems to bypass the local Honda dealers in the local area to do business with Regal instead. I shopped around for a car for awhile and was promised a price from a local dealer, but I contacting Dean over at Regal Honda he was able to beat their prices and as everybody else who has purchased from Regal, they really seem to have a large inventory of cars and the best prices. It was a pleasure dealing with Dean who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and I never felt like I was in a car dealership at all.Somebody in the dealership noticed I was wearing a shirt from a country that I have visited and he spoke to me about the country for a short period of time. I found out later that it was Sal the owner of the dealership and he was just so down to earth and friendly that I can see why everybody loves his dealership.The only issue I had with my car was that there was some type of chemical stain on the plastic part of the car. A family member noticed it right away the next morning when I was showing my car to them. Of course I can't blame Regal, because the car is brand new and you can tell it was something that was done at the factory in Mexico. I called Dean right away and sent pictures and he said he told me to bring it in. I'm not happy about the 2.5 hour round trip, but it's not Regal's fault and at least they are stepping up to make it right.I'm looking at getting a minivan from them in the near future.

I purchased 2 cars on 5/31/14 from Regal. I had problems with both within 2 wks. I took my Altima to the Nissan dealer 5-6 times for repair due to manufacture warranty. Regal agreed to buy back the vehicles for the purchase price and warranty to paid for. After the purchase my credit was ruined dropping from 740 to 580 and had a wait 3-4 mths to qualify for another one. I finally traded in my Acura in Sept 2014 but much neg equity was rolled in, payment went from $281 to $350, and found out today they didn't include the maintenance warranty which was CLEARLY requested and was part of the agreement. I also went back to Regal today, 12/2014, to finally trade back in the Altima since our credit slightly improved to a 620 but was told by Stan, the finance mgr, that they would no longer honor the agreement and would not buy back the car for the purchase price and warranty. So now my credit is ruined, I'm stuck with a car that is not reliable, & upside downin it by about $7000. No other dealership can help us (we checked). They ripped us off

bought a 2011 mdx and paid 5000 down payment, traded the next day for a 2008 mdx, didn't transfer the maintenance warranty and sold a new maintenance warranty for a 2008 mdx. asked me to bring the maintenance warranty book for the 2011 and collect the 599 refund after I received the book in the mail. the next day some guy drives to my house all the way from Lakeland to Tampa and says that they forgot to have all the papers signed which is a complete lie. I trusted them and signed the papers again. what they did was very tricky - lowered the value of the trade-in from the previous day by 599 dollars and added 599 refund that I am supposed to get so that the final monthly payment stayed the same-very tricky. just found out their dishonesty when I went there last week and asked for the refund of 599 dollars. they said that they already gave me the refund and that is what I have paid as down payment. very clever and very dishonest way of doing business with unsuspecting customers who trust them. imagine how many customers they were cheating like this. will take it up with better business bureau shortly. luckily didnt throw away the prior contract paper and still have it.

I had an opportunity to compare a Costco AutoProgram and TrueCar buying experience on June 6, 2014. I was looking for an Acura RDX AWD 2014. TrueCar quoted a price at a $2,170 savings of MSRP and connected me to Crown Acura in Clearwater. Costco AutoProgram connected me with Regal Acura in Lakeland, which quoted me a $4,466 discount, twice as large as TrueCars. I checked with both dealerships and both promised they had precisely the car I was looking for precisely at the price they advertised. I first scheduled an appointment with Regal in Lakeland as they offered a bigger discount. The dealership was empty. Kendall Miller and Raj Abraham greeted us cordially and friendly, offered coffee, and a ride in a car that was already prepared for us. Then it turned out that they did not have the car they earlier said they had it in stock. At that point Mr. Abraham brought two (!) sales managers who tried to sell me a newer model of the same car, at a higher cost. They blamed their confused staff and large and complex inventory for incompetence and incorrect price advertisement. It was a demeaning and insulting experience of over-promise, under-delivery, blame-shifting, and waste of time. It may explain why Regal dealership was empty when we visited it. I left without a car and scheduled my next appointment with Crown Acura the same day.Gillian Barnes, a Crown Acura Sales Consultant, had the car as promised and presented it in the most professional way. The car was priced exactly as advertised by TrueCar and I drove it off the lot the same day. In conclusion, both Costco AutoProgram and Regal Acura in Lakeland have lots to learn from TrueCar and Crown Acura in Clearwater.

After an extensive online search over 2 months and e-mail negotiations with at least 8 Honda dealers in Tampa Bay and its surrounding areas, we recently bought a Honda Odyssey at Regal in Lakeland. Their OTD price with the requested options beat everybody else's by at least $500, some as high as $2,500.In addition to the best price both Kendall and David with whom we did most of the dealings were very pleasant to deal with. They were very courteous and responsive. I did all the online/e-mail negotiations with Kendall and she responded with favorable responses mostly within the hour. David helped us during the final stages of the negotiation, dealt with us when we visited the show room twice, coordinated the paper work and the home delivery (60+ miles) of the vehicle after installing the accessories Overall it was a great experience and I will strongly recommend Regal, especially working with Kendall and David to anyone who asks me.

I have to say the overall experience was great. Expect for when I told I was going to get our van detailed since we just bought it. Well we waited for an hour and a half for them to run it through the car was and that looks about what was all done. Can't tell it was waxed. We were supposed to have our floor and seats cleaned. So after its all do and I walk around the car. Absolutely nothing on the inside was touched. Windows were barely cleaned. Now I get to spend my day off detailing like it should of been done in the first place. I've worked at dealerships for a while so I should know what to expect and we are very upset. But other than that our sales person and finance was wonderful.

Service Department is an absolute rip-off. We purchased the vehicle at this location and our experience with the shop only guarantees that we will never purchase another from them. They know we are taking the vehicle out of town so are trying to put us over a barrel when comparable cost from another show are over 30% less. The absolute best part is that they are charging us 100.00 to give us an estimate. This place is the reason dealership shops have the reputation they do. We were privileged enough to work with Rob Young who at this point is costing his employer more business than he provides.

Would you recommend this dealership: Yes, absolutely. My experience with Regal Honda was a very positive one. I wanted to buy a 2013 Honda Civic so I thought I would start my quest of getting one by browsing the internet and calling the Honda dealers that were nearby my area. After almost a month of online search and contacting seven (yes, seven) Honda dealers all from Central Florida I became a bit frustrated as none of the dealers were willing to negotiate with me, not even close to my target price. I kept searching but this time I changed zip codes and increased the ratio of miles and that is when I found the Regal Lakeland website. I am so glad I did. After initially browsing their site and seeing all the positive reviews in the dealerrater I decided to contact Regal. To my surprise Regal did not only meet my target the employee who took my call (Ms. Lucy) also sounded like she truly (and I mean truly) wanted to work with me which was something I did not see in the other dealers I previously contacted. I have to admit however that Regal was a little too far for me (about 100 miles from where I live) and thus that made me hesitate quite a bit. Should I really make such a long trip to buy a car? But after my experience with them I must say that it was definitively worth the trip. From the moment I stepped in their door to the moment I left everybody was very professional and courteous. Because Regal is a bit far from my home I contacted them mostly via email and thru the phone and their internet sales specialist (Ms. Lucy) was just a delight to work with. Lucy provided lots of information on the Civic I was interested in buying and also answered all my questions in a very professional way. After ironing out all the details of the sale I decided to make an appointment to visit Regal. Upon my arrival to the dealer a floor sales consultant was then assigned to me (Ms. Wanda) and let me tell you is been years since the last time I saw a person as dynamic and organized as Ms. Wanda. Upon arrival Ms. Wanda was already up to speed, with my paperwork ready on her desk for me to review and even had the Civic waiting outside to conduct a visual inspection and a test drive. Everything was conducted very professionally, without a glitch and with no pressure at all!This was my first purchase with Regal Honda and after of what I experienced I am definitively returning. I went to 5 Honda car dealers from Orlando to Lakeland, including where I purchased my last Honda, not even there where I was already a customer they were willing to give me the numbers I needed.I recently purchased a car with Regal and they worked on every aspect. I will commend "J.T" for his hard work and dedication. The only down fault I found it was after the fact, less than 24hrs I brought the car back, I found a couple blemishes and the Sales Manager Joe Herrington told us too bad the car is already yours and Honda will not accept the claim. At the moment when I decided to return the car, Bruce then said go talk to J.T and see what they can do. Bruce was very accommodating and he was put in an awkward position. I approached Joe and explained what was going on. He stated again there was nothing they can do at the point, I reply yes you can start the process to return this vehicle. He said nothing, all he did was continue doing numbers. 15 min. went by my wife, my 1 yr old and I where just standing there, not eye contact, not I'm sorry, nothing just left there.After 15min my wife approached Joe again and ask what are we doing? He reply on a mean tone I ALREADY PAGE JT DIDN'T YOU HEAR THE INTERCOM? My wife told him the we were the customer and he was a "manager" to please show some respect, not one was been disrespectful for him to talk to us in the tone. He asked her: "what would you like me to do? Stop working a deal for you?????What a jack xxx response coming from a manager, really? Can't figure out if Mr. Ovid is a jerk that acts nice or a nice guy that acts like a jerk. Comes on very friendly and nice, then turns into typical agressive, overbearing car salesman. His sales technique seems to be to push and push until he angers the customer to the point of walking out of the dealership mad. We simply asked for a reasonable price on a new car, and he tried to squeeze us to the tune of serveral thousand dollars over and above a reasonable deal. He said that obviously, we had done our homework and then preceded to treat us like we had just fallen off of the turnip truck. He should treat his customers with more respect. FYI, we had our car title, all accessories, and check book to make a deal until he tried to screw us over. He blew a really easy sale by not being honest about the price that the dealership was willing to sell the car. Don't know if entire dealership operates this way or not, but are not willing to find out. This is just another system auto dealer that will try to milk you for every dime.

My husband and I were warmly greeted by Darryl Montgomery on Saturday, September 14th. We drove with him several Terrains. We are both tall and in our 60's. We were looking for room for long legs and need the height of a larger vehicle. We were not interested in a van. As my husband said that day "we are just kicking tires". He talked with Darryl several days later and Darryl suggested we might like to try an Acadia. Saturday, September 21st we came back to see him and tried the Acadia. I had previously driven 15 different vehicles. I LIKED the Acadia the best. Darryl made arrangement for us to take it home for the weekend. I loved it. It was just what I wanted. We took it back Monday afternoon. We needed more time to think about it (and pray about it) I talked to Darryl several times this week. He always pleasantly responded to my calls and messages. I truly felt the Acadia was the car for us. I called him Friday morning and made arrangements to come in and buy that afternoon. I am now the proud owner of a 2014 Champagne Silver Acadia. He has a pleasant disposition, was cheerful and made me feel confident about the choice I made. I really love my car and just enjoy driving the car everyday. Raj Abraham has a thorough knowledge about the car and made sure he explained all the features to me. During the test drive, he made me feel like I already was the owner of the car. I really loved the way he made sure Im comfortable about the car before the purchase. He established a good rapport and answered all my questions. He helped me get good financing too. We had a positive experience working with Jessica Pari over the internet and decided to take the trip from Bradenton to Lakeland to look at an Odyssey. Unfortunately, when we were greeted we were immediately given to a new sales associate (an old gentlemen) who did not have any real knowledge of the Odyssey or its features. Finally, when it got down to discussing a price it seemed that we were just being left to wonder what was going on. They started with a price over $1,100 higher than what we were told over the phone. Eventually they acknowledged that error and then when we began to negotiate for a price and provided them with a guaranteed American Express offer from another dealership to match, their response was that the offer was a "LIE." I showed them the specific offer, broken down, and asked for their best price. The Sales Manager arrived and said that they would not go any lower than a price approximately $1,000 higher than the best offer we received. At that point, we left the dealership knowing that the reason they had more 2013 Odysseys than most dealers in the area is because of an inexperienced staff and an extremely poor sales management team. I would recommend looking elsewhere until they get these issues corrected.

After researching the car we wanted on the internet for quite some time, we found our pre-owned Honda Odyssey on Regal's website. We called and spoke with Stan May, the general manager, and he put us in good hands with Douglas Maynard, our sales rep. Since we live almost 100 miles away, we were a little nervous about purchasing from an out of town dealer. The car had just came in on trade and Douglas, (the guy in the hat) was very courteous and responsive to our questions and concerns. It took a few days for the car to go through the normal service checks and detail center, but Douglas was contacting us every step of the way with updates. Once the car was ready, we drove to Lakeland for a test drive and ended up buying the car. We were very happy with the financing options that we were offered and the friendly customer service we received. After driving the 100 mile trip back home, the vehicle started having problems. Although this is a used car, we started to get very concerned since we planned to drive the car to upstate NY in the coming days for vacation. We immediately called Stan back at Regal and expressed our concern. Stan handled this like a true professional! The next day, Stan sent a driver to my house with a newer model Honda Odyssey loaner car to take on our three week vacation (unheard of, right?). Rather than driving the vehicle, he had our car towed back to regal for repairs. When we returned from our vacation, our van was repaired to our complete satisfaction and returned to our door step. We are very impressed with the level of customer service from Stan and his team at Regal. It was well worth the drive to do business with these people and the company they represent!

I was very impressed with the "real-ness" of this dealership. I live about 45 minutes away from Lakeland so it was a bit of a drive to get there. What brought me to make the drive there was the friendliness of my salesperson, Darrell Rodgers. He was very matter-of-fact and all around great! I had only talked to him over the phone and through email, but it was his personality that brought me to the dealership. We were between an Acura RDX and a Honda CR-V. Darrell was not pushy when we were trying to make our decision. He was helpful in pointing out all the features in both vehicles. We decided on the 2012 Honda CR-V because it was more appropriate for us at this time in our lives. We absolutely love it! The business manager, Tom Pardo, couldn't be nicer. He made the process so easy and he was a joy to work with. Overall - we couldn't be happier! We love our new crossover and we love Regal!

I met David after the purchase and he was very helpful explaining all the new features of our new car (especially the Bluetooth, I didn't realize my phone had Bluetooth capability). I did find a few blemishes in the paint and David was kind enough to let us know we can come in at anytime to have the blemishes smoothed out. I would be remiss if I didn't also mention Ray Taylor and Rob Young in this comment section. After visiting two Orlando dealerships and corresponding via email with five "nearby" dealerships, I decided to visit Regal based on reviews that I had read on this site. Lucy and I had been emailing regarding a 2013 RDX. She emailed me the MSRP, sales price, an itemized list of taxes, tag fees, etc. and concluded the email with a final out-the-door price. When I arrived at the dealership, she introduced me to Darrell. Darrell coordinated the test drives. I expressed interest in a certified pre-owned car instead of a new vehicle and Darrell's professional demeanor never wavered. When I was ready to discuss finances, Al presented a price that was fair and I accepted the deal. I visited the dealership on a Saturday afternoon, so the sales manager and one finance manager, Mike, were extremely busy. I never felt rushed and both gentlemen were thorough in preparing and explaining the paperwork. I am often the "designated car buyer" for my family and friends. In the past 25 years, I have purchased 14 cars from 6 different car manufacturers/dealerships. This was the most businesslike, efficient experience. Even though Regal is almost 90 miles away, I will be returning to this service department for the major service appointments.

I purchased a new 2013 CRZ. Originally I didn't have the best experience during this purchase. In my previous post I had mentioned that I had been involved in purchasing 8 vehicles from Regal in the past 9 yrs. Of course there was a very good reason I had been involved it doing that much business with this dealership. As I had mentioned this purchase didn't start off with the best of experiences and I had waited for a resolve prior to my first post. I can happily say that all my issues and concerns where addressed by the dealership and their staff as I knew they would. I had confidence all along the dealership and its staff would do the right thing and as expected they did. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family and of course I will continue to do business with Regal... and by the way Bruce Knowles is the best Service Manager around.

JT was honest and friendly from our first point of contact via email and through the final purchase of our Honda Odyssey. He presented the van well without trying to pressure us into buying it. Regal Honda Dealership is fantastic. First time I had good experience with them was in 2007. Although I couldn't buy a vehicle from them because I didn't have any credit history, the treatment from this dealership was amazing. I was planning to buy new Accord 2013 and now I am located at Daytona Beach, FL which is 110 miles away from Lakeland, FL. I got quotes from other dealerships which were approximately within 50 miles of Radius from my town but I wanted to keep Regal Honda as an exception as I had great experience with them in 2007. I was able to make this deal with them. Next time even if I am 500 Miles away from this dealership, I would still want to check with them about the options and pricing before purchasing a Vehicle. Regal Honda don't have fancy showroom and lot of food options for customer (which being a customer I don't mind at all), however, they have best sales people who can understand your requirement and work on the real good numbers to bridge the gap. Our used car buying experience with Regal Lakeland was second to none. We were looking to buy a Chrysler PT Cruiser, which was advertised at Regal Lakeland's showroom at 1025 Bartow Road Lakeland. Our visit to Regal resulted in us being able to find the exact car we were looking for.Thanks to the first class help we received from sales consultant Ruben Sierra our car buying experience was perfectly straight forward.After first trolling the internet we ended up with a shortlist of possible PT's in various locations. We had to start somewhere and so we began with a trip to Regal Lakeland. Ruben could not have been more helpfull. His friendly professional and honest demeanour shone through, which allowed us to evaluate our purchase with a confidence not always in evidence at some used car dealers. Ruben ensured that the car was thoroughly cleaned and checked for us before we collected it. We are delighted with it and after two weeks of driving we give it top marks, just what the doctor ordered. If I was reading this description of a customers' experience of buying a used car, I would, to say the least, be a bit sceptical as to the posibillity of it being writen by an employee of Regal to boost sales. Let me assure the reader - That is not the case. We actually live in the UK but have a holiday home in Florida. We have no affiation what so ever with Regal. We wish only to genuinely convay to everyone; our personal experience with Ruben and Regal and to describe a very pleasent outcome to our first car purchase in the US.

My elderly mother was in need of a new car. We went to many car dealers to find the car she liked and one that my father could comfortably ride in. She loved the Toyota Camry. Regal Automotive had a 2012 Camry with 1,000 miles on it at an amazing price. We dealt with Trent Turner and his sales manager Stanley May. They made the whole process easy, hassle free, and above all, they were genuinely caring about my parents situation. This was the best car buying experience we had (other dealers were overly aggressive and rude). Now my mother and father are safely and comfortably driving to Moffit several times a week. My first stop was to Regal Lakeland just to browse around and get an idea of what I wanted. I met Adam and had a great experience with him. He was helpful without being pushy or making me feel uncomfortable. That day I wasn't interested in anything on the lot. A few weeks later and multiple dealerships and salesman later I had finally had enough. I still had Adam's card (the only one I kept since the other dealers were less than pleasant). I called Adam and told him I was going to come back by and wanted his help. After 2 days of looking and deciding I bought my 2012 Honda Civic from Adam and told him I would see him again when I get ready to buy again. Thanks to Adam I have a car I love and had a Salesman that I will go back to as long as he is still selling cars. If it wasn't for the great customer service, friendly attitude, and overall helpfulness of Mr. Morgart I never would have gone back to buy a car from him at Regal Lakeland.

What a wonderful experience. Abraham was such a pleasant surprise from my perception of what a car salesman would be. He was extremely polite, listened to what I wanted and did everything he could to make my wishes come true. I would highly recommend this young man if you want someone who won't pressure you and will work hard to create the right deal for your circumstances. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and after my purchase spent considerable time to make sure I understood all the functions of the vehicle. He follows up after your purchase to make sure you are happy and to answer any questions you may have. Thanks to Adam, buying my Odyssey was the most stress free, smooth and timely experience I have had purchasing a new vehicle. Adam was pleasant and did not make me feel the least bit pressured. He worked with me on pricing and was more than willing to help come up with a deal we could both live with. It was late in the day when I made my decision and began the purchase process. I had mentioned to Adam I could not see to drive at night. He was wonderful by expediting the paperwork as best he could. He also informed Larry Riddle in finance of my situation and Larry also worked as quickly as possible to get me on the road before dark. Thanks to the teamwork of Adam and Larry, I was able to make it home just as it started to get dark. T..... against my wishes suggested that we go to Lakeland to see if your dealership had a Odyssey color I liked as Clermont, where I live, did not have anything I liked. The reason I didnt want to go back to your dealership is that years ago I let Jerry G..... talk me into a dud of a vehicle...a Mitsubishi...which ended up with all kinds of problems. T.. pretty much at that time did not want to go back to your dealership, but because Gunter was gone we did and purchased a Civic. But, on Monday, November 5, I agreed to give the dealership one more try. Boz was the epitome of a gentleman and found just what I wanted on your lot. I realize T... and Gil have had encounters in the past, but I really think your people glossed over the incident that made us leave. T... was only, initially, trying to help to find out why the phones were not being answered. Gil approached T.. and me to say he had done as well as he could do with the car deal.Sal, I almost said at that point for us to leave because everything he said was in such a condescending, put -on manner. Things went from bad to worse, and I honestly thought he was going to actually become physical with ...., even (yelling at this point) .Gil made a big issue of making it sound like .... had pulled a gun on him. Yes, customers and salesmen all were hearing this, but had your manager remained calm and not started yelling like he had been done an injustice, and spoken in a normal voice, we would have been driving the van from Lakeland Honda now instead of one from Ocala Honda.I taught school for thirty years in Florida and 12 years in Polk County , and I have never witnessed nor been involved in such a childish display of anger by anyone in a responsible position as I saw in Gil.I live in a retirement community of motor home owners, and since driving into the park of 152 lots, all I have had were comments about my beautiful Odyssey...where did I get it, did I get a good deal, etc. I regret having to tell you that I tell them Honda of Ocala , a fantastic deal, smooth transaction, and a wonderful experience. I also tell them if they are in the market for a new Honda (40% of the motor home owners drive CRV's at the present) to please go to Ocala ...not Lakeland Regal Honda or Chevrolet, Acura or GMC. I simply cannot send anyone to your dealership after having such a humiliating experience with Gil.I was so dumbfounded that they DID tell us to leave and never come back...contrary to the story you were told. I am sure you will survive without ....'s business, but it is the reputation gained from this incident which eventually will make some impact on your dealership. I am seventyseven years old, but I will never the rest of life refer anyone to Lakeland Honda. I will be sending this email to my entire list which is in the hundreds. I will ask everyone who receives it to send it to their entire list as a warning of doing business with with any Regal dealership.The entire gist of the email is to let you know that the way the incident happened and what you were told happened do not in any way resemble one another. If you choose to retain Gil in your employment, then I hope he goes to an anger management class and learns to deal with all kinds of people from all walks of life in a more calm, professional manner.Shirley

I bought a 2012 Honda CR-V in April of 2012. After a few weeks the vehicle started giving me troubles with the rear brakes grinding. Bruce Knowles worked with myself and the Honda Corporation to resolve the problems. Bruce and his supervisor Mike worked did all that Honda would them to do under warranty. I am faithful Honda owner. I have owned 3 Hondas since I have been an adult. The last Honda I purchased was 7 years ago and if not for the head gasket blowing I would have kept the car. However, after that incident and being a recent graduate I felt that it was time to upgrade and get something a little more sophisticated. I live in Tampa and after extensive research in the area I could not find any really good deals. So, I started looking at car dealerships in Lakeland. My uncle has purchased several cars from Regal Lakeland and a family friend of mine told me that she had a really wonderful experience there also. I went to the dealership Friday morning hoping, but not expecting to leave with a car. J.T. was the gentleman who assisted me throughout the entire process. He was polite, attentive, and professional above all. Coming from an extensive customer service background I was very impressed with his knowledge of cars and adhering to my needs as a customer. Needless to say with God's grace and J.T.'s assistance I am now the "HAPPY" owner of a 2009 Honda Accord. I was so happy with my experience and with J.T. as a sales consultant that I have confidently recommended him to others because I know they will not be disappointed.

I had gotten a soliciation in the mail and expected with my credit and budget there was no way I could qualify, but decided to call anyway. JT was the salesman that answered the phone, and from beginging to end I couldn't have been more pleased. He willingly talked to me on the phone first, heard me out about my concerns, but still encouraged me to come in to the dealership. Even though I live a little ways away and have a closer Honda dealership, I felt comfortable talking with him, so went in. He had already "done his homework" with the information I had given him, talked with finance, and had two possible vehicles ready for me to test drive. Needless to say I was shocked that ANY new vehicle would be possible, but then to have a choice was amazing. I did test drive one, but then my daughter wasn't feeling good, so I felt I should leave. JT was very nice about it, concerned for my daughter, and didn't pressure me at all to make a decision then or even ask when or if I was coming back. He just left me with information on my approval and figures. I still felt the bottom line was too high for me, but with a few back and forth phone calls he was able to make the deal happen, with ideas (such as a different insurance carrier) that made all the figures work. He even delivered the car to my home since with my work schdule and driving distance it would be several days before I'd be able to return to the dealership. He definitely went way above and beyond what I would ever expect from a salesman. The entire process was so easy and pleasant with definitely no hard pressure, just common sense answers to what I thought were unsurmountable problems. I would definitely recommend JT to anyone.

There is nothing I dread more than purchasing a new vehicle process. However my experience with Regal and Troy has changed that. The service I received was simply excellent. I had a specific vehicle I wanted, I researched and found it online. Troy took the time to call me and discuss the vehicle. We set a time to meet on a Saturday morning, when I arrived he had the vehicle waiting for me to inspect. The entire process took only about 1.5 hours from walking in to driving away in my new car. I cannot express enough how pleased I am with Troy and Regal. I will be a return customer. Thank you.

Maurice did an excellent job getting me into the perfect car for my family. He listened carefully regarding my list of vehicle "preferences". I was given ample opportunity to test drive vehicles that fit my list. He didn't try to sell or push me into anything other than the sort of vehicles that I requested. He and his colleagues also patiently demonstrated and explained ALL of the various buttons on the console and how the seats worked--as I initially had found this issue frustrating and confusing. My purchase of a used Ford F-250, which I located on Autotrader.com, from Regal was the most pleasurable car buying experience of my lifetime. From my first contact with Leah who took my offer on the truck over the phone and then with Boz who accepted my offer and agreed to hold the truck for me until the next day without me putting anything down on it. I was impressed... When our family arrived at Regal we were greeted very warmly by a gentleman that took our information and hooked us up with Trent who took us to the Truck, which had been prepped perfectly. It sparklrd and was spotlessly clean in and out. Next Trent went with us on a test on I-4. The truck handled and drove great. After the test drive Trent completed our sales aggreement and then took us to meet with Michael who completed all of the title and tag transfer paperwork. He really has a pleasant personality and made me feel very comfortable. Like I said earlier this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. It was a very friendly and no hassle experience. Great experience. Came in - told Aven what I was looking for and he showed me what they had on the lot. We found a car I really liked and we sat Dow with him and the manager and I got a price well below Edmunds TMV a certified pre-owned Accord. No hassle , no numbers games - just bottom line pricing. They offered financing at a very competitive rate but I went with my credit union. Left the lot to get my insurance and financing. Called Aven and told him I was on the way - he was ready when I arrived. We had a quick test drive and he showed me all the features - helped me get the Bluetooth and XM going. Brought me over to the financing manager to get the title transfer and had my car detailed and filled up while I waited. Mike in financing was awesome - answered all my questions and was quick. Bottom line was I got my keys to my car and was on the road quickly. It was the second car I bought was Regal Honda this week and was a great experience again.

I had actually started out my car search at another dealership that was closer to where I live, but the sales team was so rude, I went out of my way to go to Regal because I had heard others mention what a great experience they'd had with buying from them. Kevin Dame was extremely nice and knowledgeable, and he was critical in helping me (who had at the time never before owned a Honda) to narrow down my choices to find the right car for me. Even though they did not have what I wanted on the lot, he drilled down on all the details of exactly what I wanted/needed the car to come with/without and ordered it for me. My new car came directly from the manufacturer to the dealership when it was ready, and Regal installed the leather that I had requested. It took a few weeks, but it was 100% worth the wait. On a scale of 1-10, I rate the company as a NINE.The sales manager is excellent. The Finance manager was friendly and offered good advice but did not list my request for a new Tag/registration. I was not able to reach the tag/title agent because she was never available. I will have an ordeal explaining to the DMV why REGAL printed a tag number on my title today,(4/25/2011) that was cancelled on March 23,2011 by my former insurance company who HAS NO CONNECTION WITH MY NEW CAR. The plate does not exist. I tried to contact the department before the temporary tag expired and was told not to worry. I have no transportation to work because REGAL did not monitor or follow-up toensure customer satisfaction aftr they received my downnpayment which was 100 dollars more than requested!!!!!!

I was sent from one person to the other, where one person couldn't do one thing without holding someone else's hand. I was told one thing from one person, and another when it came time to do paperwork. Now I'm not one to usually complain, but after the mixed reviews I heard about this dealership, this is the real story. My husband and I have purchased several cars over the years, both new and used. We have dealt with dealers in three different states; NY, NJ and FL. Yes, we have found pleasant dealers to work with, but none compared to Regal Lakeland and Chris Boswell. I have never encountered such a friendly atmosphere at a car dealership. Let's be frank. Car dealers have terrible reputations and your guard goes up everytime someone approaches. Chris Boswell was an absolute professional with the bonus of a sense of humor and a compassionate nature. He asked us what our daily life was like, what we used our car for and took the time to get to know us before he showed us anything. What he was doing was tailoring the business to our needs. A first for us when it comes to car dealerships. He did not try to convince us to get a car that we couldn't afford. Instead, he gave us the pros and cons of each vehicle and let us decide for ourselves. He demonstrated that he was not just concerned about the sale and his gain from it, but satisfying his customers. Needless to say, we bought our car from Chris. We've also recommended him to family and friends. All of whom have come away with similar opinions of him. He's a winner in our book!

I just purchased my second new Acura TL from Billy Ray Morrison at Regal Acura. This is my third car purchased from Regal and my family has been loyal Regal customers for years. Billy Ray is great. He knew I was looking at the TL and that was what I really wanted. He didn't try to push me into another car or upsell me on features I didn't need. He made sure I was comfortable with the price and ensured I got everything that I needed taken care of. The manager at Acura, Al, is also great! There was no pressure and they did everything they could to meet my needs.When I came in to purchase my TL, I was on a tight timeline. Billy Ray made sure everything went quickly and smoothly. Leo Parson in the Finance department made sure my paperwork was done as quickly (and accurately) as possible. Billy Ray also took care of getting my window tint appointment setup and had a loaner car ready for me when I dropped off my car.Billy Ray and Regal make car buying and car service as effortless as possible. Two aspects of this transaction were very unsatisfactory. First. It took three hours for me to take delivery of the car even though the dealer/salesperson knew when I was arriving and we were dealing with an agreed upon price and this was a cash deal.Second. I was issued a temporary tag and advised to remind the salesperson a few days in advance if the permanent tag had not arrived. I telephoned the salesperson on August 31st to advise her that the tag had not arrived. She e-mailed me with the message that the tag agency was running behind but that she would stay on top of this issue. The temporary tag expired on September 6th and as of this writing, 1:07pm on September 9th, I have no tag. I telephoned the salesperson on September 8th to express my concern and she told me that she would call me back to let me know the status. She did not call me back but had an assistant e-mail me today saying that Regal mailed out the tag on the 8th and that I should have it on the 10th. I have a car that I cannot legally drive due to the sloppiness of the dealer.

I've never had a warranty problem with any Acura bought from Regal, and the service and parts departments have always been professional. I'm sure I will return to Regal when it is time to trade. There was no pressure to buy, I felt all of my questions were answered. After being insulted at another dealership we came to Regal a little wary, but after speaking to Spaso (salesman) and test driving the CR-V and we settle on a price I felt respected, and that what I could afford mattered to him. Great customer service. Turnaround time of quote was quick and did not require a lot of haggling. There was a closer dealer in the area but they were not willing to deal and work out price. Well worth the drive.They were able to give me the lowest price of any in area and well worth the drive. Getting quote via internet was easy and they did a great job answering any questions I had. It was a Saturday and they were able to put on all the extras including window tint the same day while I was there. Overall was very happy with this dealer.
