I worked with Stuart Moore and he did great. He worked with me and my wife to get us a good deal on a Tacoma. I first visited with him almost 2 months ago, and then he listened to what I had to say, and respected my space. I didn't feel pushed for the purchase. When we got into the true buying process, I felt like he went to bat for me and tried to locate exactly what I wanted. I felt comfortable enough with him that I gave his number to my mom because she has been thinking of a new car. I don't feel like I need to check in to see if she is treated right, but I might because Stuart is a joy to work with.

My salesman lied to me about how the certified warranty works. The service department broke parts on my truck and now will not call me back. They also would not perform obvious warranty repairs. They said it was all my fault even though it was an internal a/c problem and I had only owned the truck for about 3 months. Listen to me people! Avoid this place like the plague! The waiting area sucks, no courtesy wash, no loaner cars, absolutely no customer benefits for buying at this dealer!

Kyle and his team are superb. We just picked up a 2017 Prius II to replace a 2013 Prius (that we got from Kyle and his team) that was totaled 5 days ago in an accident. Can't say enough great things about Kyle and his team. Brian also helped us and really knew his stuff. Great pricing. Superb value. Amazing staff in the service department too. After shopping on the internet, determining what we felt was a reasonable price for the used BMW 1 series we had in mind, we made an appointment with Haley McKinney for 1pm to view the car. She had the car washed, made ready, and brought into the delivery room of the dealership. We arrived a little early, but it was no problem. She first demonstrated the car and all of its features to my daughter Josephine whom the car was intended; much as you would when professionally delivering a new auto. She knew the car, its features, and this helped my daughter decide if it was the one for her. After the demonstration and review, Haley affixed a dealer plate, took our proof of license & insurance, and allowed us to experience the auto. This involved the entire family, as all were excited to experience the vehicle and have an opinion on it. At this time, Haley also shared with us the car fax history.After the test drives, we discussed purchase price. My intention was to look at this vehicle and a Fiat Abrarth with lower miles at another dealer. The choice being between the two cars types I had settled on for my daughter. Also, there were some lower priced, but a little older and a few miles higher 1 series convertibles on the market, within a 200 mile radius. So I proposed my insane price to Haley, and she then to the sales mgr. The Mgr returned with their bottom dollar, which was about $700 higher than what I actually intended to pay as max price.I chose to accept the higher price, as the car was ideal in all other aspects. We paid cash for the car, would have paid with AMEX if allowed to. We did have to visit with the finance mgr. who is the one at Reliable who sells the extended warranty etc. I have explained to the finance Mgr. the poor experience we had with the service department at Reliable Toyota (across the street, same organization) with their fancy overpriced wax job finish warranty, how every single time we have to remind them that we have a 100% mile (extended protection that we paid for) service agreement and do not have to pay for those extra things they wanted to charge my wife for every time the car is serviced. How their tires are overpriced, such that YES there is free rotation if you purchase them there, but at $150 premium per tire compared to the market price there should be something free, and the excessive prices they charge for non-warranty covered service items (like air-filters) that we purchased on-line that was actually sold by the service department at a cheaper price than what a normal customer who bought their car and services their car there would pay. The warranty is way, way overpriced for what they deliver on. Disappointing as I have had awesome service at Barron BMW in KS and Jackie Cooper BMW in OKC, maybe it is only their Toyota side that is this way. So I give Haley 5 stars. The service department... well, I will be watching them closely. Let's hope the BMW side is better than the Toyota side of this company. I could sugar coat this, but this is exactly how I feel and would tell anyone I know to be careful of the service department and their warranty, it is nothing more than a spiff.

We live a far distance north of the dealership but find the service so superior that we don't mind the extra effort to go there. I shopped the internet, called and Chris P. was the sales guy. He and his super were straight forward and made the experience better than what I usually encounter. I was shopping for a nice, used car for my granddaughter's first car. Caleb showed us a 2003 Camry with only 141,000 miles that I had found on the internet. It had just come in and wasn't even cleaned or detailed yet, but he showed us the car anyway. We decided to buy it and Caleb had the car cleaned and touched up. My husband and I were looking to buy on a Saturday. We went to the Reliable Toyota just to check it out. Like a few different vehicles. Seen a very friendly guy coming to greet us, named Jonathan Grazia. He showed us a few different vehicles, Rava4 and 4runner. We told him that we were just shopping around and going to go to couple of other dealerships down the road. So we did, the other salesman was arrogant and assumed I didn't know what a parking brake was!! We left. We discussed how nice Jonathan was and we liked the 4Runner. We went back, Jonathan was gone for the evening, but Jeremy was there to help. Jeremy was fantastic as well! We showed him the 4runner we was interested in and he RAN to get the keys!! That is a big deal to us, we loved the hustle. We ended up buying the 4Runner on Monday. The entire staff was very friendly and made us feel important. The sales manager came out and congratulated us on our new vehicle and shook our hands and there was eye contact. I am very pleased with Jonathan and Jeremy, not to mention the finance guy! Everybody was great!

First time visiting this dealership. It was the third one of the day and I had just about given up, and that was after weeks of online shopping. As soon as I pulled up I was greeted by Caleb my salesman. There was no pressure he just asked me what I was looking for, disappeared for a minute and came out and showed me a few options that fit the bill. I did buy a truck from them and can say confidently I was impressed with the service as well as the dealership. Now don't get me wrong it was a long process but I truly felt like they had my best interest in mind. I would buy from them again.

Salesman: Evan NortonWhere do I begin? Evan treated me like family. I made an attempt to adopt him post-sale, but it was in vain. Whatever Evan's current salary is needs to be doubled (possibly tripled). Evan went to bat for me when the sales manager didn't want to budge off their initial price. Evan is the epitome of a salesman and deserves an instant managerial position. Myself, Evan, and my wife exchanged pleasantries both while the finances were being processed, as well as in the downtime (and we all know there's a lot in a car deal).Let me explain the truck for you. Imagine a 5.7 liter, 401 foot pounds or torque operable American flag propelled by two Bald Eagles holding AR15s ('Murica!). I sweetened the deal and they threw in a live lion as a form of vehicle protection / security. The test drive was something out of a Bud Light commercial. Our best car buying experience ever! Evan Norton our sales rep was the most patient person in the world. We first contacted him in Oct. 2015, but we didn't get our Tacoma til May 19, 2016. During that time Evan stayed in touch with us keeping us informed as to what was happening with new Tacomas. Finally we went in to pay to order from the factory. After listing exactly what we wanted Evan said that he was first going to check the scheduled deliveries and when he came back the exact model we wanted was on it. During the entire time Evan was very polite and respectful and did not try any high pressure techniques. All of the people at the dealership acted in a highly friendly and professional manner. We were also happy with Chris Guyer and James Trimble who were very helpful in the process of obtaining our vehicle. There are not enough stars to illustrate our happiness with Evan and the crew at Reliable.

After 5 weeks of dealing with Toyota dealerships from Tulsa, Arkansas and Joplin, going to Reliable would have saved me time and some exhaustive frustration.I want to thank my sales person Evan who never gave up on my ignorance of switching to a regular banking institute from my credit union which I have dealt with for over 30 years. Evan went above and beyond to work a deal that I was happy with, thank you Evan.James in the business office, what can I say, laid back, never got excited about me calling him for 2 days every 15 minutes (maybe 30 minutes). James took the time and walked me through better banking rates (beat my credit union by 1.9% and I have good credit) got me into bi-monthly payment which will save me 4 monthly payments at the end of my payment time, thank you James, thank you Reliable Toyota in Springfield Missouri

I drive by Reliable Toyota quite frequently on my delivery route and have been keeping an eye out for a primo used Tacoma. They had just recently gotten in a '08 Silver 4x4 crew cab that caught my eye so I stopped by to take a quick test drive. I was greeted promptly and courteously by Juan Lopez. He was very responsive to my questions and not pushy at all. I have purchased many vehicles over the years, for myself, my wife, and our kids. My wife won't even go with me anymore because she got burnt out by the pushy sales people. I gave Juan the required info to take a test drive and off we went. I found out enough to know that I wanted to come back on Saturday and do a more thorough investigation. Upon returning Juan inquired some more as to what my needs were and the price range I was comfortable with and a budget that was easy for us to handle. I left my vehicle with him for appraisal and drove the Tacoma home to show my wife and do further testing on it. We decided we loved it (well, I loved it and she thought it was nice), and discussed that budget and found a good payment range that would work for us.After returning to Reliable I got with Juan and we did some debating on the price of the Tacoma and what they wanted to give me for my trade-in. Well, after about 1/2 hour we came to an agreement. I got a very fair amount for my trade-in and they came down just a bit on the Tacoma. Plus, I was able to get a couple things taken care of that were needed on the Tacoma. Nothing big, just some minor convenience features that I like to have. They hadn't received the title yet for the Tacoma so I left a little cash for a down payment and came back by after work a few days later and we got the deal completed quickly. All told I probably spent about 1/2 a day at the dealership and they made things comfortable to me and turned the tv in the waiting area to March Madness while I waited. Everyone was courteous and pleasant to talk to while I waited. Juan has contacted me a couple times since to make sure everything was going fine and that the service dept. had taken care of the agreed upon items. They have and we're very happy with our Tacoma.Juan and Reliable were some of the most pleasant folks I've had the pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend you give them a chance to help you out with your next vehicle.

I knew that when it came time for my to purchase another car, I would be returning, but I had no idea that it would be so soon. My beloved 2015 Prius was lost due to flooding, so I came in to talk with them about options, Warren Sandwell is great! He was very kind and wanted to make sure that I found a car that I loved as much as my 'old' Prius. He was knowledgable about all of my options and answered my zillion questions, but also kept the atmosphere light an no pressure. This really helped me feel confident that I was making a good decision based on what I needed and wanted. Ron Edwards in financing was a gem! I left feeling secure that I received the best possible deal, and was not going to be left stranded again if (god-forbid) a flood swept my new sweet little Prius C away. He found a problem with the Oil Flow Control Valve & recommended we replace the defective one. WE are from Ontario Canada and were told our warranty was not valid in the USA. Their charges for servicing my vehicle was more than the quoted price. When I complained, they changed the price, but was not very friendly about it.The vehicle was serviced and parked in the parking lot, but I was not notified for at least 30 min. after they finished with it. Service advisor informed me that he was just busy -- no apology.This dealer says the rights words, but their actions do not match. I would recommend to others to go elsewhere.

Our salesperson, Dan Regan, was very friendly, and answered all of our questions. He did not rush us, and didn't partake in any "games" like other dealers tend to do. We were kept informed of what was happening all throughout the morning. He had several years of experience in the service department prior to becoming a salesperson, so we could trust that he knew, mechanically, what he was talking about.Tom, the finance officer, was also upfront, and didn't try to shove any products down our throat! We did get convinced into purchasing a skylink box, for theft concerns...BUT this was possible after he lowered the APR to a stronger rate for us...a little "quid pro quo" action??. My advice is...do your homework, don't unrealistically lowball them, and you will be treated with respect! Used car purchasing is a very in-exact science, but it needs to be win-win in the end. I got a shoddy value on the car I traded in, but I got a KILLER deal on the car we bought, so it was kind of a "push".

This was the first NEW car I had ever purchased in my life. Dan (Dan Regan) was as far from the "typical car salesman" that I could have expected. He did not push or rush me into anything, he did not try to "sell" me on anything. He listened to what I wanted in my car (and what I did not want) so that he did not waste any of my time. He even came in on his day off to answer my questions and insure that I was 100% pleased with the car I had selected and more importantly that my price and payments fell into what I needed. Then to top it off, when I came in to pick up my new Lexus RX350, he had arranged for the huge bow that the dealership only brings out for Christmas to be sitting on the top of my car! I went to the Toyota Service Garage with low blood sugar. Of course I was told my wait would be pretty long as my RAV4 was scheduled to be re-coated. I asked the cashier at the service lobby if she knew of any local restaurants that delivered. One of the inventory guys was standing there and immediately offered information regarding the van which would drive me and pick me up, or he offered to walk me over to a restaurant that was across the street. I chose the walk. He talked with me on the way over about my vehicle he asked me how I liked it. An hour or so later I saw him again on the lot outside. He started a conversation with me about my son and spoke to me about his. This type of personal interaction is EXACTLY what I look for in service. Our society is so ME-focused and rushed, that personal interaction seems remiss. On top of that, my beloved RAV4 sparkled like it was brand new once the service was complete. These guys are good at what they do and the personal touch is just icing on the cake!

Was preapproved for loan. Found a car. Was waiting for our own loan officer to call us. Was told by salesman we could get 0% financing (yes, we WERE told that!!!). Signed only for credit report to be reviewed. WOULD NOT sign for them to send off to banks for better interest rate than what prelim report ran. They told us they WOULD NOT send to any banks. We left and said when our loan rep called with final approval, we would be back. After working my tail off to rebuild my credit, apparently overnight my credit score fell almost 70 points!!! They were the only dealership we went to. They sent our information KNOWING WE HAD OUR OWN FINANCING!!! Obviously the bank could see exactly what happened. We got a much better car and no pressure sales/customer service elsewhere (HIGHLY RECOMMEND ACURA OF SPRINGFIELD)

On February 18 my husband and I purchased a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Reliable Toyota Used Car Center. The vehicle had a 3000 mile warranty. Three days after purchasing the car I was driving it and it died in traffic. I immediately called the salesman, Zach, to tell him what the car did. I told him if they dont fix it, I just want my check back and they can have the car back. He assured me that the warranty would fix the problem. Zach gave me the number to Pearl at the Audi dealership to make an appointment. I call Pearl Moffett. I took the first appointment that she had available. The day before my appointment my daughter came down with the flu and I moved my appointment to the next available appointment after that. When I brought the car in they had it a couple of hours and then called me to say that their computer will not produce a code giving any indication what is wrong. They also could not get the car to reporduce it. They sent me on my way. The car continued to do the same thing. I spoke to Pearl again on april 18th. She told me that her mechanic was no longer with them, therefore they can not work on the car any longer. She said I would have to start the process over with the service center across the road. Then she told me she did talk to someone that was giving the guess that it was a wiring problem with the ECM. On Tuesday April 22nd. My husband went into the dealership to have them fix the car. When he got there he was sent to 4 different people at the dealership, but while he was there they would not look at the car. They told my husband that he would have to take it somewhere else to get the car fixed and refused to help. That same evening I went to Toyota and spoke this time to Matt, the sales manager on duty. Matt was very understanding. He called the mechanic to see what was going on with the car. I heard him tell the mechanic that if the car is having that problem then it is dangerous to drive and we need to fix it. Matt assured me that if we brought the car back to him on April 25th he would get the car repaired. I even agreed I would pay the deductible, but he said that I would not need to. My husband called the dealership the morning of the 25th to let Matt know what time he would be there with the car. When he called he found out Matt was no longer with the company and was told that since he is not here, they will not help with the car. I called the dealership to talk to the person filling in as the sales manager which was Tony Subblefield. He was in a meeting. I told his secretary what was going on and that it was very important that I speak to him. I left my name and number and said if I don't hear back I will try later. Within the hour Tony Stubblefield called back. He was very defensive. I told him I was just trying to get his help. I told him that we bought the car from them and we are just needing help in getting it fixed. He had pulled my file and he read to me what the complaint was with the car. I told him that what he read to me was not what I told Pearl the car was doing. He got very aggitated at that point and stated: that if I can't have a civil conversation then it can end now. I said to him that I am very calm. You are the one that is aggitated. I told him that I was just looking for Toyota to have the intergrity to help me with this car. He got even more aggitated and told me that his mechanics have no way of finding out what is wrong with the car. He continued on to tell me that if I wanted the car fixed then I need to go to the Jeep dealership or a mom and pop shop to have it fixed. Since we had a 3000 mile warranty I was just wanting them to at least honor finding out what is wrong with the car. Since they would not do anymore than hook it up to their computer, we still do not know what is wrong with the car. Not diagnosing the car is not honoring their warranty that came with the car. They can't even tell me that it is not covered under the warranty, because they refuse to diagnose the problem even though I have to pay for the diagnosis time.

Ok so we decided we wanted a Rav4, we went and test drove one on the lot but it was not color we wanted as well as other options. I searched and found one up in St Louis and called Reliable and asked if they wanted to go get it and sell it to us or should I go up there to buy it. I really wish I had gone up there. They went and got it for us so you would think this would go pretty easy and quick, we were there FIVE hours. The negotiations were SOOOOO painful, we did not get anything close to what we felt was fair on trade value and they were not about to budge. Then the finance, WOW he was only interested in upselling all the garbage he gets paid big for. After many exchanges, we were upfront in the very beginning we don't buy that stuff, he gave up and was obviuosly pissed off. Now the actual finance we advised we that we knew of a bank that had a low APR and wanted to go that way probably, the sales person assured us they deal with this bank regularly. Well Mr. Finance would hear nothing of this, he only wanted us to go with Toyota Finance, I guess so he could make up on what he lost with the upsell. When we gave them a low rating on their internal survey we immedately got a call from a manager wanting to know why we gave such a low rating so I gave him the story you have just read along with a few more details, he then asked why we did not walk away, WOW. I advised I personally was ready to but since this is what my Wife wanted I was going to follow through and get her what she wanted. I truelly am sorry I did not walk. On top of all of this in my conversation with the manager he advised me he would mail us a check to make up for the the trade value we felt we lost. It has now been 5 weeks ans no check. To sum up make the drive to Joplin, Tulsa, West Plains anywhere but here. Yes I am comfortable saying these people will do anything to stick it to you and they certainly are liars.

We had a very poor experience at the Magness Dealership in Harrison, AR and drove 70 miles to Reliable to buy a Prius. In 2007, we bought a new Prius from Magness but over the years I was not happy with the sales experience or their service department. Coming up to Reliable was a completely different and positive experience. The entire Reliable team was professional and friendly and everyone appeared to be happy to be working there. (Unlike the Magness team) We were greeted by Ben and he found Shalimar and Tom. Shalimar got us the deal we wanted on the car, even if it was black. :) Tom showed great confidence in handling our questions and getting us answers even though he was new. Tom is definitely an asset to your sales team. Each person we met on the lot and inside the dealership made us feel welcome. They were eager to make sure we were satisfied and had all the answers. The whole process was exceptionable and a pleasure. Jon took care of the business part and I bought lots more insurance than I anticipated but I still feel good about it. We will come back to Reliable for service and will tell everyone how pleased we were with the sales process. We love our new black Prius. We are so happy we made the drive to Springfield. Our thanks to everyone on the team.

I had been looking for a Camry for quite some time, as my wife and I had always been satisfied with Toyotas and had owned quite a few Camrys over the years. In the process of shopping around I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with some less than friendly salespeople who acted as though my inquiries were a bother to them and not worth their time. I am writing now because I believe in giving credit where credit is due, and because Rebel was so very helpful and friendly. She replied to my numerous emails and answered the same questions in a very helpful and friendly manner that I had asked other salesmen in the area, though in those instances I was met with short, curt replies. My wife even noted that she could hear Rebel's smile over the phone, a quality I find to be lacking in most customer care people. 1.If anyone has to work with Reliable Toyota, make sure the person you are talking to is authorized to negotiate the price with you and make him sign anything he said. Our Experience: after we tested drive the car with a nice lady (who seems the only one we met there cares about the customer), there is a salesman came out from the back office who was trying to negotiate price with us. We first offered $31400 and he countered back with a price $31700, then we increased our offer to $31500. The salesperson asked us to sign this $31500 offer before he took this offer back to the office to confirm with his boss. After he came out from the office again, he gave us a new price $32600, which is $9000 more than his own counter offer. I was wondering what if we had accepted his counter offer ($31700) already; would he still change his mind because his boss disagrees? He said he is just a middle man and cannot make any decision. We were so upset that we have wasted our time working with someone not being authorized at all. 2.A manufacturer REBATE should be paid to the customer by the manufacturer instead of being paid to the dealer by a customer, right? Reliable Toyota tried to make us pay them a rebate. Our Experience: The manager later called us and asked if we still want to buy the car. He said there are a promotion going on from the manufacturer that we can choose to have either 0 APR or $750 rebate. Based on the $31500 price we offered, he said, if we choose 0 APR, we will have to pay $750 more than the $31500(something like to give back the rebate); if we choose to have $750 rebate, we will pay only $31500 but with 1.9 APR. I dont understand how a professional sales manager would offer such an unprofessional option to his client. Even I know what manufacturer REBATE means. Nice try, though!!!!3.It is sad that we have to drive to another city to buy a car just because Reliable Toyota abused their privilege from being the only Toyota dealer in Springfield. It is lucky for us that Frank Fletcher Toyota dealer is 1 hours drive away in Joplin, who had made buying a car a totally painless and smooth as it should be.

I had been looking for a specific Toyota Tundra (used) for some time. A friend had found a listing for one with Reliable that matched my criteria; however, the Autotrader listing had yet to include pictures. I called the dealership (on a Thursday) and was informed that the vehicle had just hit their lot, which was the reason for pictures not yet being posted. Upon informing them that I live out of state (Oklahoma) and was working in another state for a few days (Texas), they said I was the first to call and that they'd work with me. The Pre-owened Certified Manager, Larry, went immediately out to take some pictures of the truck and e-mail them to me (within 15 minutes of my request). He called back to ensure I received the pictures and put me in touch with one of his sales representatives, Rex. After some discussion, it was agreed upon that I would come down Saturday to view/buy the vehicle. Being a pre-owned certified Toyota (which I have always purchased), I had little concern with the quality of the vehicle. They required no holding fee, and let me know the truck was mine, as long as I made it by Saturday. It was the old-fashion way of doing business, and I appreciated that.Saturday came, and I made the trip to Springfield. We were promptly/kindly greeted by Larry and Rex and offered refreshments. Rex went immediately to get the truck, after which we took for a test drive. There was no pressure during the test drive, and I was able to take the truck through all the paces I wanted, including testing the 4x4 funcitons. Upon returning to the dealership, all the paperwork was presented timely in a very relaxed but professional manner. We were in and out in less than 2 hours, including test drive time and checking every button and function on the vehicle.The only reason I gave a one '4' on my overall experience is that the vehicle wasn't ready for me to take back with me on the original date intended (Saturday). During the certification evaluation, it was identified that a wheel bearing needed to be replaced, which I heard during the test drive. The dealership was unable to get that work completed, along with the in-depth detailing they required to reach the quality pre-owened certified status for which Toyota is known. The fact is that I didn't have a problem with that, as both parties want the vehicle to be in top shape, prior to delivery. And, to note, the sales manager, Larry, without solicitation, threw in a new set of tires for the truck. The set that was on the truck still had 1/3 of the tread left... this was above and beyond, as there are no cheap tires for those 20" rims. Finally, Larry and Rex informed me that they would bring the truck to me on Tuesday... in Oklahoma.In all, my experience with this dealership was outstanding, and I can say that having purchased more than 6 vehicles from various dealerships in the past 10 years. I easily recommend this dealer to friends and family, with the comfort in them being treated fairly and honestly, and I would happily return for future purchases... even being 4 hours away.

I had received pricing out of state, and worked out an agreed upon price ($1000 higher than out of state), which took most of the day, on a vehicle I was told had been backed into by a customer in the lot and been repaired completely. My parents arrived and requested to see the repair order. It turns out the vehicle had hit a deer in transit from another dealer and had major repairs. Then the story changed to: this was another vehicle that we had priced out that just sold! The two trucks must have had the same vin # then.... right? The dealer then tried to pressure my parents into purchasing the truck regardless. If they lie about the truck initially what else are they lying about? This is not an acceptable way of doing business. I would not recommend this dealership and plan to report the event to the regional Toyota VP. Obviously CSI (Customer satisfaction) is not important. Steve Green is the sales person I dealt with and my parents worked with him and Matt Allen when they arrived. Buyer Beware!

After calling and making an appointment about a specific car, they pulled a bait and switch on us not once, but twice as well as wanted to give us only 4,000 trade value on a fully loaded 2004 Z-71 Suburban. We expected to be low balled, but not insulted. I would rather take public transportation than to ever do business with this dealership and want everyone to be aware of thier questionable business tactics before wasting thier time and gas!!!!

I recently lost ALL respect for the Toyota/BMW/Lexus dealership in Springfield, MO! I was interested in purchasing an SUV from them and made an offer and they told me they could not take it!!! The manager told me they were at their bottom dollar as far as the SUV was concerned and I requested he call me if they decided to lower the price. A few DAYS after this conversation they posted this same SUV on craigslist, lowered the price of the vehicle, and it immediately sold! SERIOUSLY TOYOTA???? The difference between the price tag on the SUV itself on the lot and the price they lowered it down to on the craigslist ad was $2,500!!! The offer I had just made them for the SUV was just a LITTLE less than what they ended up marking the vehicle down to! The person that purchased it most likely did not even pay the asking craigslist price! The worst part is the fact that the car I currently drive and wanted to trade in is a Toyota that this same dealership previously sold me several years ago!! They were aware of this. The salesperson I had been working with CALLED ME to set up a time for me to go to the dealership for my trade in to be appraised and when I drove all the way over there they wouldn't even do it! He called me when I was almost there and told me he was busy and that he had set me up to meet with a different salesperson. The second salesperson told me he had no idea I was coming but that they were not going to appraise my car unless I was for sure going to purchase a vehicle from them!!!! Good way to keep life long customers Toyota!!! I looked at this SUV on their lot multiple times within a two week period of time and the salesperson I was working with did not show up multiple times when we were scheduled to meet to discuss the SUV. My dad has purchased multiple new Lexus's from their dealership in the past...but he was with me during one of the no shows. My dad does NOT like wasting his time because he is all business...so I wish them luck on getting him to purchase a new Lexus from them again! LOL!!! My dad said he was not waiting around on them and we left and went to a different dealership. So in the process they have now also lost respect from another individual who keeps 3 brand new vehicles at all times and upgrades every year. My dad told me today that I'm crazy if I buy from them again after what they just did to me!!! The last thing I would like to say is that if you do buy from them DON'T GET THEIR EXTENDED WARRANTY ITS A JOKE-I WASTED THOUSANDS ON IT! The seat belts in my current vehicle were stuck down in my seat which was a huge safety risk for my kids. They were going to charge me to get them out and I still had a warranty at that time! A small independent shop did it for me for FREE because they wanted my kids to be safe. So sad...but so true! YOU TOTALLY SUCK TOYOTA!!!!

Certified-Preowned Sales: Larry & Rex Lyons, both Manager & sales person are incapable and irresponsible persons. They both are very very poor communicators & very bad in dealing with customers. They advertised a certified Toyota Highlander Hybrid Ltd on internet, when I inquired about the availability they said it is available and asked to come to take a look at it. When I asked them to hold the vehicle initially they said they need $500 deposit and when I called to give the credit card, they said they don't want it since I will be going to see the vehicle very next day. Since I was from out of state (they know this too), I had to drive for 7 hours in bad snow storm and reached their store next day. They made us wait for 1 hour and told us that, they sold the vehicle to another customer. When asked why they did not call us to see whether we started or not, they don't have a reason. They both are very big cheaters!!!! DON'T EVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM. They have no respect for customers. They are NOT Reliable! Their name should be UN-Reliable Toyota.

I had scheduled work to be done online including a full list of what things I wanted done. I was there at 7:30 to do the paperwork so that I could be the 1st car worked on when the guys arrived at 8 am. I was driving to Colorado as soon as the work was done. After 2 hours they came out and gave me the quote! Had not even started the work. I was sitting there for for over 5 hours and all they did was a few minor tune up things. I would never go back to them and would not recommend anyone else go. They knew I was leaving for Colorado but obviously they could care less.

Reliable of Springfield is second to none is Customer Service. They made sure that all my questions were answered, was made to feel like I was the most important customer they would have all day. Their facility is very clean, the staff is friendly, everyone speaks to you, rather they are your sales person or not. The best car buying experience yet!The only thing that could have been better is that the finance dept. not be so backed up. We had to wait to get into that person. But once we did they couldn't have been nicer to deal with. Just may be able to use another financial officer. Our salesman, Chris Koon couldn't have been more accommodating, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with.

Very dishonest in repair work. We bought a new Tundra truck 3 years ago and have had nothing but problems with it. We took it in 2 days ago for a minor repair and they wanted to do an additional $1200 worth of repairs as: replace windshield wipers that had been replaced the week before, put new front & rear brakes on at 28000 miles, at home my husband pulled wheels & neither set of brakes needed replaced, they wanted to replace the serpentine belt, nope it was fine too. DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE & DON'T BUY A TUNDRA.

I narrowed my search for my new car to the Nissan Altima (which I had been driving for the last five years and was "extremely" happy with) and the Toyota Camry. The Camry won -- although very close the Camry seemed roomier and an interior change from what I had been driving. But most importantly the salesman and customer service received finalized my decision to purchase the Camry. As for the car, right now I feel I made the right decision. Talk to you in five years!

My fiance and I had a wonderful experience at Reliable Toyota/Scion. We have owned a Toyota in the past and have been impressed with the quality. With a limited budget we have decided to settle on a basic Corolla model but after shopping around the Reliable dealership and taking a ride in a few recommended cars we changed our minds. Thanks to the financing available to us we were able to get into a car we preferred over the Corolla and added more than the basic package. Very friendly and helpful staff. They were willing to take their time with us and answer all of our questions. Our salesman and finance personnel were super friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Would definitely go back.

I had looked at a 2011 Ford Focus at Friendly Ford and was unhappy with my experience there. I decided to look at a 2011 Corolla at Reliable Toyota and decided to purchase here. Chris Koon helped me with the available choices, was knowledgable and helped me with a brief test drive. The paper-work was not aggravating. Toyota had a superb 1.9% financing program on this new car. The car was in terrific, new, sparkling condition with a full tank of gas. Chris gave me a tour of the dealership and I was very impressed with the service layout. Toyota's 2 year complete care program was a deal-maker as well. Overall, I would recommend that anyone should at least visit this dealer when looking for a Toyota or small car purchase.

Car: consumer reports and Toyota's good name got me on the lot. i thought i would hate the corolla, but i loved it. Rick Dolney treated my mother with respect, also he did not try to "push" us into a sale when we said no at first. The thank you card in the mail was a nice touch.
