I received a notice for a 27 service point check, made my appointment. I arrived and was taken in and told about the service and the time approximate, to pick up my vehicle everythings was clear and understood as always, I never have any problems with service at Ricart.

My wife and I stopped by Ricart to compare several different makes and models of SUV's. Our salesman, Pete, took the time to explain the options and deals available for several different makes and models. (Kia, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Hyundai) After looking at several different makes, we decided to attempt to purchase a Mitsubishi, then things went south, fast. The sales "manager", Aaron came over and basically refused to listen to what we wanted to do. After being told numerous times that we wanted to purchase the vehicle outright with cash, and being told numerous times that we did not to finance, he continued to ignore our requests, pressuring us to finance the vehicle. He was very condescending to both me and my wife during our entire conversation. After attempting to walk away, another sales "managers", Matt came over to attempt to salvage the "sale". Matt was polite and respectful, however had no shame in lying to my wife about the deal, and when confronted about it, admitted it was all about getting the sale that day due to daily quotas. Then the sales "managers" constantly calling "Mr Ricart" on the phone to get approval for any deal, was just not believable. If "Mr Ricart" was that concerned about our deal, and knew there was an issue, and was on the property, he could have came down himself to address it.I appreciate Pete for taking the time to assist us. Had the sales "managers" not been involved, we would have purchased a vehicle.

I was really surprised with the quanity of the vehichles. Rick Johnson was very very helpful, we were undicided of the type of vehichle we were looking for. Overall everyone there was very nice and friendly. We will be going there when we purchase our next vehichle. And we will recommend Ricart to all our family and friends.

Chad was very helpful in suggesting cars within our budget and explaining the specific features that made the car unique. With his advice and suggestions, the choice for the right car was made a lot easier. He and the rest of the Ricart team were instrumental in getting a great price. I left with a brand new car and an enjoyable experience.

I was able to research and compare vehicles on the website and get financing The night before. Came in test drove the exact car I had picked out! I was home with great new used car in less than three hours. Rick was able to answer all our questions and was excellent to work with the whole time!!

I've been contemplating purchasing a SUV or van since I am a soccer grandmom so I started at Ricart. The Quest looked like a good deal, but there was no dark seating. Jeremy Duff the best salesman ever introduced me to the Pathfinder and it was a done deal. Jeremy was the best and all employees of the Ricart staff that I was introduced to were just the same. The current incentives and warranties are great too. I thank you for an excellent experience - Go Ricart!NOTE: I did not purchase a Mitsubishi, but the drop box doesn't have other options.

chad was very informative, he did not push a sale, he helped us locate a vehicle that fitted our needs, the experience was smooth and enjoyable, ricart has been great to us, this is the fifth vehicle that we have purchased from you. the Mitsubishi mirage is a real sleeper on mileage. I have been able to achieve up to 56mpg, and generally average 50 or better! once you are seated in the car you really don't know that it is a sub compact. I am thoroughly pleased with my purchase. everyone at the dealership was kind and courteous. I only wish that I had gone for the interactive display. thank you for everything. eric schmitz

Matt Writsel was a tremendous salesman to work with. Very personable and really takes an interest in not only the reason why you're there, but your life in general so he can help find the best car/deal that fits you and your lifestyle. I really appreciated all the help Matt gave me during my first visit. Would definitely love to work with him again if I came back to the dealership.

Matt is awesome. Very friendly, very personable, and a hustler. If he wasn't sitting with you to help you with everything, he was running to get things done. Ricardo is fortunate to have Matt and if I hear anyone talking about buying a new vehicle I will tell them to ( Go see Matt Wristel at Ricart). Just ask for the guy that runs everywhere.

Chad Householder worked very hard to make my wife and I feel at home while at Ricart. We had gone that evening to test drive a few models and we were so impressed with the deal that we were offered on our trade that we couldn't say no. Chad even went to Sonic to buy us dinner because Subway was closed before we had even begun to entertain the idea of purchasing our new vehicle.

He was very friendly, and made me feel comportable. He was real patient with me and all of my questions. And he never beat around the bush with any of his answers to my questions. This is the fifth car we have purchased from Ricart automotive, and this is the third time with the above listed personnel. We will not hesitate to visit them in the future for our car buying needs. We were treated very well, almost like family, and they took every step to make sure our car buying experience was the best it can possibly be. From their great customer service, to their "digging" for the best possibe deal, we were never pressured to buy at any time. We have recommended the dealership, as well as these specific employees to family and friends, and a few have purchased from them in the last couple of years. When it is time to purchase a new vehicle, we will most certainly be going to Ricart automotive and we will be working with these same employees time and time again.

I have Purchased many vehicles and been around the block with customer sales on used and new vehicles. Not only Mr Smallwood but your whole management was Super. They made me fill right at home, and Mr Smallwood went above and beyond to help me out with my new car. Mr Smallwood I think has a heart of gold for his job and thats hard to come by when you have to deal with the public all day. He even came back on his day off, I think just to help me, and my wife. As a Police officer for this state I know a good guy when I see one, and your staff from managament to Mr Smallwood has been remarkable. I've purchased two new vehicles from Ricart Mitsubishi in less than a year, and have nothing but wonderful things to say about their sales team! I worked with Jake and Adam last fall on the purchase of my Outlander, then returned in July to pick up a new Outlander Sport and worked with Rollin. Both of my experiences were smooth and easy - nothing like other new car purchases I've made in the past! Their business manager, Joe, is very friendly and helpful, and he explains the entire purchase and financing transaction thoroughly.
