The facility is extremely clean and well lighted. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted in the service area. After the paperwork was completed, I was guided to the customer lounge. The coffee is exceptional; the coffee beans are fresh ground and then brewed. There are about four varieties to choose from. Within the estimated time, my Corvette was serviced, washed and ready to go. The estimated price for the work was the price I paid. Great experience! Walt B.

By Far and away the worst servicing dealer in South Carolina stay very far away from them. I fought with them for months Starting in January of 2016 with an ignition coil. Then more ignition coils then a misdiagnosis of a Transmission issue. Turns out it was not the transmission at all but 3 ignition coils and AWD transfer case that was cooked all consequential damage. I ultimately had to give up my vehicle for another one and GM was useless in getting the matter resolved. I loved the car but GM does not service what they sell. They lost a very good margin sale for them. I would not have them work on my 10 Speed Bicycle. They rely on computers for everything and not the rudimentary fundamental mechanics of basic automobile repair. Because my issue does not throw codes.

My truck came back from it's first service with fine scratches and water spots from the car wash after I had specifically requested that it not be washed. Service tried to have the spots waxed out but most did not come out. Someone from detailing looked at my truck and advised me to 'live with it, and let it be a lesson to never buy another black vehicle.' The service manager told me to decide what to do and let him know. I didn't make the marks and I don't know what to do. I have talked with several people from the dealership including my salesman with no satisfaction. I am incredibly frustrated.

Tio worked so well with us to pick out a car within our budget. He waited patiently as we looked ourselves as well as gave great suggestions. In the end we purchased our Buick Encore and are so happy with it. Tio made our experience very smooth and comfortable. He did not push us into anything as other car salesmen do. Mack went the extra mile to make sure the truck we were looking at would suit our needs since my husband has a disability. Mack walked all over the lot to find a truck similar to the one we wanted with running boards so that my husband could make sure he would be able to get up in the truck. We feel very blessed to have come here to buy our new truck! The finance guy(which was super nice by the way & I'm so sorry that I've forgot his name) treated us like friends. He promised to show our son how to tie a bow tie like his & I think he was so nice that he would really do it. My experience was nothing short of amazing. I did not have an appointment (never knew I needed to make one). My husband and I bought a 2015 Silverado in December 2015.That Saturday morning I was greeted by a customer service representative name jimmy.He let me know that someone had not shown for their appointment and that he could get me in. I was overly excited because my oil level was on 12%. I waited for my truck to be serviced and enjoyed the Starbucks coffee and snacks. This by far was an awesome combination to have since I didn't have breakfast that morning. This added entity made me feel important and appreciated as a customer. Every individual that morning was polite and asked if I needed anything. This was great to experience because I could have been there to buy another truck. The service experience that day is one I have never received anywhere. Kay Chevrolet cares about their customers. I saw it that Saturday through the excellent customer service with Jimmy. When my service was complete, he let me know what was done, explained my service plan and asked if I had anymore questions! Overall A+!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! We are looking to buy an addition Silverado this year. We know where to come to, Kay Chevrolet. YAY!!

I was very pleased with the customer service that I received on my 2015 Equinox. I called at 5:45 PM on Sat., and I talked to the salesman (Johnny G.) that sold me the car and told him my problem. He was very helpful and concerned, and was willing to do whatever was needed. He explained my problem to Jason, a service manager, and I then talked to Jason. Jason was also very accommodating and willing to help. I decided to bring the car in on Monday morning, and they took care of my problem in a very professional way. I have been very pleased with the entire process for the last year and a half, purchase, service, and follow-up.

0 stars!!! Horrible service! No one knows what there doing! I live almost 3 hours away and they call and tell me to come test drive a vehicle and when I finally arrive, it took them 20 minutes to even find the car and then it wasn't drivable because the clutch was broken, I can't drive a clutch and they did not tell me it was a clutch! I find another car that seemed decent and I was approved for it, the very next day, the breaks almost went out, and I took it to a shop and the roters are warped beyond fixing. I called the dealership to replace the roters and they says they can't do it and then never returned the call like they said they would. The fan belt started knocking. I find a recall on the computer program that went out 3 years ago. I get the title in the mail and they signed it, not allowing me to place my tag on the car. I finally get a power of attorney letter to get the tag and the tag office informed me that the dealerships application has me responsible for the fees and it's over $500!!! I called the dealership and no one returned the call! I have never in my life had such horrible people or service!! Never send anybody to this dealership!! They are nothing be a rip off and scam artists!!

We weren't even sure what we wanted! Alex not only got us an incredible deal, made sure Joann's disability needs were met, helped us with anything we needed he also took the time to follow up with us a few days later, made sure everything was perfect and thanked us once again for the business. I just bought a 2004 GMC Envoy from Richard Kay Superstore. They have completely changed the way I feel about dealerships in general. They were surprisingly LOW PRESSURE and SQUARE DEALING. Used the dealers on-line system to make a service appointment for oil and filter change and to take care of a parking brake recall. Received an email and a phone call prior to the appointment time to confirm my needs. I felt this was very unusual and a very positive experience. When I arrived the Service Representative again went over my requirements and I was out in 5 minutes in a loaner car. The representative was very professional and just as important, friendly and polite. I was offered a complimentary car wash which I declined. Overall a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend the Service Department both for the expertise of the technical staff and the friendliness and courtesy of the Service Representative staff.

My 2012 Impala LTZ didn't crank one day this week. The dealership gave me roadside assistance and my vehicle was towed to the dealer. They determined that my battery was drained, recharged it, tested its operation and the related engine parts, and determined it was okay to drive. They sent a courtesy car to pick me up and take me to get my car, as I had no one else to bring me to get it. The driver was very courteous and drove safely. They also serviced my car while it was there since it was time for it. I am very pleased with their handling of my situation.

I was looking for a car for my wife and stopped by the dealership. We looked at the Chevys, and then looked at the Buick Verano. When we got back home we looked online at Richard Kay Superstore for internet prices. On Monday I sent several e-mails to Katie. She gave me the best price then turned me over to Alan. Richard Kay has always taken fantastic care of me and my car. I used to go all over town for oil changes, new tires, and any other fixes but it has been a refreshing experience receiving consistent quality of service. The convenience of being able to go there for everything and working with the same people who know what services have been done to my car makes the experience go smoothly. The service coordinater is always clear on explaining how long a service may take and what needs to be done to fix any issues I am having with my car. I would highly recommend Richard Kay.

I took my van in for recall corrections. After being there for two weeks I was called to pick it up. I arrived a few hours later to be told it actually wasn't ready and wouldn't be until the next week. I insisted on taking my vehicle for the weekend and returning it on monday. My van was brought into the bay and couldn't believe what I saw. I was told my van had been in an accident prior to the appointment despite all of my inspections before purchase. My van indicated and accident all right. The dealership employee wrecked it, tried to paint it quickly and left a bunch of goof ups. Do you think you would know if someone painted your car if there was spray all over the place? People know their cars! The supervisors are still saying nothing happened. Mr Richard Kay insisted "nothing happened" even though he couldn't tell me what my vehicle looked like. Mr. Kay has had employees steal hundreds of thousands of dollars from him before yet he still chooses to trust them. I've hired an attorney, I wonder if he will still trust the one that is going to testify on my behalf? I loved my van now the exterior and the interior is ruined. They did not take care of my vehicle and now they are trying to make me go away by sending certified letters to me asking me not to come on the property, simply because I was asking questions about my vehicle. My recalls were done incorrectly if they even bothered to do them. I can't wait until court day! you may contact me heatherbeitleratbellsouth.net.
