A great place to buy a car! No pressure, very fair pricing on both the car and our trade-in, and the car we bought was in fantastic condition. Jeff and Rich couldn't have been nicer to deal with. Would definitely buy there again!

Great place; put a deposit on a SUV. This will be the 2nd vehicle we'll be purchasing from them. Rich's treated us fairly the first time we purchased from them, and they're working with us this time as well.

took my car here because of a recommendation from someone in the neighborhood. was hoping to find a good mechanic that was close by. I was made to feel like i was just a bother to them. I asked for help finding where the power steering was leaking and an estimate for fixing it. To make it worth while to them i thought i'd ask for an oil change too. When calling back i was told a replacement hose would be needed and even if it could be found (which the mechanic said he couldn't find) it would be a $400 part. He told me two times that i should just come pick-it up and how he doesn't work on Volkswagens. Then i show up to pick up the car and i'm presented with a $95 bill for an oil change! And no explanation about the power steering issue i took it in for. After paying for the most expensive oil change ever i left with no better understanding about how to fix my problem. They clearly don't want my business. Even the check-out guy couldn't make eye contact, he was just hoping i'd leave quickly. Oh, and i took the car to another mechanic who thought it was ridiculous that the part couldn't be found. and it turned out that a .50 cent hose clamp fixed the problem anyway. What a waste of my time and money. Responding to my review and making me think about this again only makes me more angry. I'm tempted to change this review to one star.
