We where called by Natalio soon after searching for a Fiat on TrueCar.com. When we arrived he met us at the door and we where welcomed with a offer of esspresso or cappuccino. He then showed us the Fiat 500X line and the differences between modles. We selected the 500x Play and he began to run the numbers. We felt comfortable throughout the process with a feeling of no pressure. We saved a bunch with TrueCar and the manager Dominick worked his magic and got us a decent interest rate. Signing the paperwork was a breeze with Karrissa and she was a pleasure to deal with. I would have to say that buying a vehicle at Rick Case Fiat gives me a new outlook on car buying.

Honestly, the best customer service from a car dealership I have ever experienced.Connie Johnson was attentive, patient, listened and HEARD and delivered every single one of my requirements. We did most of the deal, which included a vehicle trade, via phone as I live over an hour from their dealership. My budget was tight, I had 1 particular vehicle picked out, I was adamant about not being baited, then switched once I arrived at the dealership, and my standards are very high regarding customer service and business integrity. Not one surprise when I got there, everything was just as she said it would be....actually, that was a surprise...a very pleasant one! The price was cheap, the staff was uber friendly, and I love my Fiat. Thank you, Connie and Rick Case:)

So many people directed me to Rick Case Fiat when buying a car for my oldest daughter, and they were right. The sales process was great, but it has been all downhill since then. The Fiat was for my daughter going to college in a year. We had to find out the hard way the car doesnt come with a spare and the only place to get the tires are through the dealer. On top of that, the car is not even one year old and so far the arm rest has fallen off and an outlet in the car is not active. In trying to get to the service center I have to put aside an hour to be transferred at least 8 times, and then have to wait for a call back. I will be buying a car for my younger daughter this year and dont think I will be going back

Manuela was amazing.. friendly and not pushy at all (which is something i can't stand from a sales person). I went to this dealer because I knew I wanted a Fiat 500 sp. From the beggining I knew it wasnt going to be easy because of my lack of credit information. It was tough, but at the end I got a good price on the car and some credit (the interest rate not so great, but reachable).I believe they still have to work on some issues more of the administrative kind (dindt recieve a second key and had to buy it for almost 300 dls., I had to ask for my credit contract, and other papers), but nothin too big.The treatment I recieved from the people was great, thanks a lot.

I was driving my 2014 FIAT 500L and all of sudden I smell something like rubber burning. I looked around other cars and actually it was coming out of my car; smoke and smell. It was so bad that I thought the car was about to blow up. I took it to the dealer where i purchased my vehicle and they were extremely rude. They told me they couldn't replicate the problem therefore they were not able to give me a loaner so I can leave my car for service. They did not care to the fact that I was scared of my safety. IT IS NOT NORMAL UNDER ANY CONDITIONS FOR A CAR TO SMOKE! A few days later I tool it to another service office (FIAT north Miami) and they told me that the car did not have any problems. Ever since most of the time when I drive my car, it smells like burning rubber. It is a very unpleasant smell. Anyways I took it back to service and I was advised that the smell is normal. How can this be normal? A month ago I was pumping gas and gasoline was leaking from the bottom of the car, after taking it to service, they advised me that there was no issue with the car. Today my rear window exploded! I heard a loud noise and I got very scared! Luckily I was not on the highway, I was inside of a parking lot, Of course fiat doesn't cover the repair even though it is a manufacturer's issue. I read many forums and many people have had the same issues as me with their 500L. I am tired of having to waist my time and most importantly I fear for my safety because I don't know what would happen next with this car.

I arrived at the dealership got out of the car and before i could turn around the was a sale man hounding me until i asked him to please leave me alone at least until i went into the dealership.I then dealt with the new car manager, very helpful pity the car was not clean when I took delivery. The next day I went back to collect the spare key that was not given to me on delivery,well to my surprise and after so many different stories they are going to order me a new key,how do you loose a spare key for a new car? Now when the key arrives they want me to go back there to code the new key! Do they realize that most of us have jobs? So if all goes well i will have taken 3 days off to sort out getting a Fiat (RIDICULES) The problem of his dealership in my opinion is to many wannabe bosses and no real workers, no one to take a proactive role and just sort out the problem. i was passed from pillar to post. i just felt like once i paid that was it and good luck to you.........sorry won't say very good things about this place.

This is the worst experience I have had with a dealer, if they tell you the oil change is $79.99 be prepared for a $135.00 Bill they like to add stuff without talking to you, And if you have a warrenty issue like I did, FIAT tried to reach Juan Flores multiple times, Robert at Fiat needed to speak directly to Juan, the service manager, but he's to good to be bothered with calling FIAT back. I to have purchased 3 cars with this dealer. Big mistake.

Shopping around the weston dealership blvd wasn't a pleasant thought until we walked in to Rick Case Fiat. The staff was welcoming as soon as we drove up to the lot. And more so stepping into the dealership. The young and professional staff made us feel like we were part of their family. Sense of urgency with all of our needs were met. All in all my mother drove out with her very first Fiat 500 pop.

I had an appointment to have my 2013 Fiat serviced for a bad shake in the frontend. I arrived at my scheduled time (9:00am). I was told that the problem was probably with tires being out of balance. The service associate asked if I had ever used the fix-a-flat kit that comes with the vehicle. I said I had. Four hours later my car was returned at a cost to me of $58.25. To my mind, 4hrs. to check and balance tires is a ridiculously long amount of time. I had to make a "pain in the butt" of myself to get my car back to me.Rick Case's Fiat dealership is like an afterthought compared to his VW dealership at the same location.I won't take my car there for service again nor will I recommend the dealership to anyone!

Have bought two cars from rick case will not buy another. Maybe being large is not good they loose customer service. Every time i bring my fiat in for service i get a run around. What ever happen to being polite and worring about guest instead of the money they are making... very unhappy. They charge you an arm and a leg for their "warranty" its a joke.

As for "Quality of Work". only God knows.It was the 15.000 miles service.It was supposed to take less than a couple of hours; it took more than 3, for Mr. Flores was talking with friends that dropped by to visit, and then, a long phone call. Then, he had to do the invoice (the paper work had been on his desk all the while), and then, take the car to be sprayed with water (it can not be called "washed') and only the was I able to leave. So, from a little before 8 am to something like 11:30 for the "service", that consists of change of oil and filter and checking vs. items; estimated time, just over 1 hr. There was a recall on the steering column opening; estimated time, .4 hr. Total estimated time, less than 2 hour; total REAL time, 3.5 hrs.Also, the customer has to pay a $ 20 charge for "Repair order".All in all, no car is worth all that aggravation.

I had a great experience at Rick Case Fiat in Davie. I was interested in buying a car that day and had visited a few other dealerships and was put off at each one of them. I believe that good products is also made by good costumer service; here, they will always make you feel at home and treat you with respect as you are making a pretty big purchase. It is not easy to make a decision when buying a car and they do help you understand all the financials, at the same time they help you find the best option available for you. I can assure you that even after the purchase is done, the customer service will be outstanding, any question you may have or issue (ie. locking yourself out of the car) they will provide you with the information needed. I love this place and I am looking forward the 500L to add to our Fiat family. I have always worked with Ana Lopera and I highly recommend you ask for her as she is a sweetheart.

We went in to return our leased FIAT and had the idea of buying a used car. Everyone was so friendly and we never heard no for an answer. We got a great deal without any headaches involved and drove home with a used car that was practically new and exactly what we wanted. They even gave us Rick Cases's personal number if we had any questions! Only down side was that the process was a little long, but worth the while. If you need a salesman, ask for Mert!

It has more fun extras than anything I could find in the same class and price range.We rented one in Tuscany, for 2 weeks and fell in love with it! After a horrible experience with Arrigo Fiat we went to Rick Case and became relieved when they turned out to be wonderful. Stephanie was sweet, informative, understand and related well with us. Dominick was different to all the other sales reps that reached out to my inquiry of a new Sports FIAT. He used the approach of a text message which was great for me because at work I can't answer those typical persistent phone calls from the typical dealer. Once we set a date to go into the dealer he followed up and upon arrival was very charming. Dominick seemed genuinely concerned in getting me the best deal possible on the car I wanted. He worked closely with the sales manager to get us the very best price. He was accommodating by offering a courtesy vehicle as we were in a rush and couldn't wait for the car to have it's College Stripe removed as we wanted. Simply put, the sales staff at Rick Case Fiat do a wonderful job of eliminating the stereotypical stress and argumentative feel of the new car buying experience. I never had the sense that anyone at the dealership was interested in anything but helping my experience be as positive and smooth as possible. Bought the 500L Trekking back in December and have had a couple of issues that can possibly happen with any new year/model car. Manny has been nothing but accommodating to help me get these issues resolved and made sure that I did not drive out until I was completely satisfied. It's very refreshing to deal with a Dealer's service dept. where you are not treated like a number. Manny and the service manager Juan have made an unpleasant experience very palatable. Went today to "look" and wound up driving the car off the lot by the end of the day!!!! Everyone in the dealership worked together to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted- and I know that sometimes I can be tough!! They made the dreaded process of buying a new car enjoyable and fun. Elias let me do a borrow to make sure that I was 100% in love with my choice before I bought it and was back within hours with a check to purchase my Fiat!! We visited a number of area car dealerships and found that the folks at Rick Case Fiat in Davie Fl. were the most courteous and most determined to ensure that we'd be happy with our purchase. Used cars typically have some issues but these folks went the extra mile. Before we committed to the car, a small dent was repaired, small scratches were buffed out and a tire was repaired. Other dealers were reluctant or just refused to make such minor fixes so we're very glad that we chose Rick Case Fiat for our car purchase. We'd highly recommend anyone to give this dealership a chance when searching for a new or used vehicle!

My low tire pressure light came on. I put some air in a tire and drove 15 miles to my FIAT studio where everyone greets me like I'm their friend instead of some tire center. In spite of no appointment and the fact is that it was Saturday, Emmanuel took me right in and took care of it with no charge. I had a nail in my tire but they were able to just patch it up to fix it with no time. I already was late for work but thanks to their very friendly and quick work, I wasn't that late and my boss was happy to see me sooner than expected. Thank you everyone at the studio for a friendly service every time I visit them and especially Emmanuel for a great customer service. This is my second FIAT and there is a good reason for it besides I love this cute Italian car so much.

I purchased a used 500 Sport for my daughter with only 10,500 miles on Saturday. The experience was so pleasant that when we returned later the same week on Wednesday to have the car detailed, Sky-link installed etc. My wife decided to trade her car in on a new 500L Trekking. The professionalism with which they handled both purchases, answered every one of our questions, went above and beyond to accommodate and make us feel comfortable and welcome was something I have not experienced at any dealership. It was apparent that all of the employees mentioned enjoyed working there and they made us feel truly welcomed. The rewards goodie bag was a nice surprise with the rewards card good for lifetime free car washes and .10 off per gallon of gasoline purchased at the dealership. Other items included an inspiring book about the Case's, and an umbrella. Nice details you don't get from other car dealers. Purchasing a car can be a stressful experience when you are dealing with an inexperienced car dealer. At Rick Case, everything was explained in detail, no hidden costs, no surprises. Visited Rick Case Fiat on Tuesday afternoon with my husband and son. We were looking for a used GTI for my son and found a very nice car at RCFiat. Camilo - who we did not realize at the time is a new salesperson - was wonderful!!! After visiting several car dealerships down in Miami where we live we decided to go up North - it was simply a crazy experience in Miami. You are swamped by sales people and just an unpleasant experience - at least for me it was.From the moment we met Camilo - he was nothing but pleasant and very kind. Being a woman I do not know much about cars, but he showed us parts of the car that other dealers had not. Before test driving he opened the hood, the trunk, and over all went through details. The price was a little out of our range and unfortunately we did not make a deal - at first. After speaking to Camilo over the phone - we returned that evening to purchase the car. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. My salesperson Milena helped me find the exact car I was looking for and explained all the features. Now I had to deal with financing and this is where the Rick Case motto to strive to be number 1 in customer service really shined. Since it was Sunday night and the bank came back with a number that was well over the number we agreed on I was told to wait till tomorrow and let's see what Raquel can do. At 10:00 AM Monday morning I received a call that Raquel spoke to the bank and was able to get me the original deal we agreed upon! Job well done! Raquel Case and her "studio team" are absolutely awesome !!! Back in July my daughter & her husband purchased a very special "orange" wrapped Fiat 500 from Raquel. They just happened to see it advertised on-line - unfortunately, they were working out of town (in Boston, MA) because of their jobs. Nevertheless, Raquel managed to make the sale possible by accepting a cashiers check and holding the little car for two weeks until they could fly down to sign paperwork and pick it up. They went straight from the airport to the Dealership - got a crash course on how to operate all the bells and whistles - then hit the road for the 2 day drive up I-95 (25 hrs - 1500 mi) from Davie, FL to Boston, MA.Last weekend their jobs brought them back to south Florida for the winter - and - the first place they headed was Rick Case to have their little orange Fiat serviced. I have nothing but praise for the entire team - Francesca, Manny and Nick took care of everything (with a smile) and the utmost professionalism! In my personal opinion, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of - even pointing out things that were covered on the service contract that we weren't aware of. This team is amazing - and we wanted them to know there are customers who REALLY do appreciate their quality service - right down to the complimentary car wash !!

I was very happy to have worked with Juan Flores. I did not have an appointment and was worried nothing will be able to be done to my car. My right side window was not working at all. Would not go up or down and I was not sure if I could come in on such short notice. I called Juan Flores told me he could take a look at it for me. Very few times that I have encountered a company that runs so well. The customer service is impeccable. From the moment we walked in the entire staff was welcoming and friendly. I was speaking to Hector on the phone before visiting the dealer. He helped and gave me a fair price for the car. When we went to pick it up (surprising my mom) they helped us surprise her in a beautiful way. As we waited to do the paperwork (like all dealers) every employee that passed us offered us something to drink, asked if we needed anything. Cynthia was such a pleasure to work with. We had made an appointment after having left another Fiat dealer in West Palm the day before where we became thoroughly disgusted at the very poor, unprofessional treatment we received there. I have to admit that at the beginning I trusted their intentions to help me switch from my lease to a brand new FIAT 500L. I got a call from the sales department to tell me that it could be done and transferred me to the finance department, I was very happy to know that something could be done. Then I got a call from Mauricio (Finance guy) telling me that the bank would approve me with a low interest if I gave them $2000 dollars down. I explained that I couldn't give them that much and offer $1000 in instead. They (again) told me they'll make it happen... To my surprise, after almost a week wait, I got a call from the sales rep asking for $6000 and a monthly payment of $580... What??? I am buying a FIAT not a Lamborghini... I have to say that I'm very disappointed for the way they treated me to keep making promises they could not fulfill. Francisco Santana

Absolutely the best service person I have ever encountered in almost 50 years of purchasing and servicing cars. Recently looked into purchasing a 4 door 500L. Salesperson Ali Hghley was very friendly, most knowledgeable and very generous with her time. Unfortunately the trade on my present 2012 500L was a bit low which deters me from acquiring the 4 door but I will continue to service my Fiat here, as well as, continue to shop for a new vehicle.

Since we already have a 500 Pop we went in to look at the new 500L. Next thing we had a new 500L. Ali was great along with Cynthia and Steven. They did what they promised to do. The rest of the gang was also friendly and well spoken for. They treated us like relatives asking us any time they walked buy if we wanted water, punch and popcorn etc. Ali even drove the kids to get popcorn at another Rick Case building. Rick Case Fiat in Davie is a 5 plus star dealership. They have the largest selection of used Fiat's at very competitive prices. I bought my daughter a 2012 Copper color Fiat 500 Sport for college. I researched three Fiat dealerships using the following criteria: inventory, customer service comments and ratings. Mauricio Yanez, Sales Manager called me to set up a test drive and assured me he could get me into a Fiat. Alexandra Hughley, Fiat Specialist greeted us when we walked in and introduced us to Michael Santana, Fiat Specialist. Michael is an AWESOME Fiat Specialist, he asked us a few questions to determine our needs and brought up 3 cars. He has a lot of patience when it comes to teaching a novice how to drive a manual shift, however we decided on the automatic. Mauricio Yanez gave me 2 very good financing options and congratulated us on our purchase. Steven Weis, Fiat Finance Manager made the finance paperwork simple. He explained some additional options and called my insurance company to confirm insurance coverage on the Fiat while we were finalizing the paperwork. Steven congratulated us on our purchase and gave us the keys. Michael congratulated us on our purchase and helped my daughter to sync her cell phone with the Fiat. He covered all the features of the Fiat and offered his help with any questions that may come up in the future. I called before I visited Rick Case Fiat. I spoke to Cynthia Toro-Azicri who was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, professional and extremely helpful in helping me get financed for the Fiat I was looking for. After being approved I headed out excited to meet Cynthia and shake her hand. Once I arrived, Milena Lopera "Mile" was introduced to me while Cynthia finished up my paperwork. Mile took me outside to show me my Fiat Pop 500. There she was "awwwwwww" glowing ready to be taken off the lot, by me of course. Mile was amazing. She showed me and described in detail ALL the features of the vehicle. We took it on a test drive. I was so excited, I couldn't wait to take it home. Once back inside the showroom, Cynthia and I finished up my paperwork, then Mile came back in to give me some information for future and this survey (which I am happy to fill out). Mile then took me outside and hooked up the bluetooth. Both Cynthia and Mile are an amazing team. Fiat was a great place from the minute I walked in. I am a delivery driver, so I originally took a delivery to them and mentioned I liked the car. They automatically jumped on the opportunity, took me on a test drive and I loved it from the first time I sat in it. They ended up making me an incredible deal for a trade in that I took on the spot. Gave me the best birthday present I could have asked for. Its a car I wont stop talking about and a dealership I cant stop recommending. I sometimes feel like its a home away from home, seeing how friendly the staff is, even the ones who dont know me. Whenever I take my car there for service, they inform me I can go home and pick it up later, I rather decide to take a seat there and be around such a great staff.Raquel - Amazing, set up the deal, helped with the financing and got in done so quickly. My family went down to the dealership to buy a car for our son, we knew we were going in with terrible credit. Raquel spent the time with us making it possible for us to purchase a brand new FIat for Jake. Not a bad car for his first one- Shane took him on the road to try and teach him stick, but JAke settled for automatic. Then my husband and I were in an up side down lease with no hope to get out of, Raquel AGAIN came through and was able to get us out of the nightmare lease and into a new fiat that we purchased. 2 Fiats in one week - WOW !!!!!!. Everybody there is so pleasant to deal with no waiting around for hours on end, no dirty looks because of our credit history- made us feel like real "human" beings. I've been buying cars since 18 years old and now getting up there in age, I will NEVER go anywhere again to buy a car except for RICK CASE--- They even took a picture of us with the whole gang in front of our new car before we left, most dealerships just scoot you out and move onto the next sale. They make you feel like your part of the family. I will recommend that any family or friends that are looking for a car to go to Rick Case. I LOVE MY FIAT!!!! And I was driving and H2 before so that is saying something! Everyone was so friendly, helpful and made the process of buying a car simple and fast. I went to this dealer for a test drive and I ended up buying a Fiat Sport. It was a lot more relaxed atmosphere than I experienced in other dealerships. I did not feel any pressure, and I found the staff refreshing to deal and talk with.Gino Battifore was very patient from beginning to the end, and concerned for my comfort. I had a great experience working Shane Kelly on the purchase of my FIAT 500 Abarth. Shane was very knowledgeable about the car and offered suggestions as to how I could personalize the car to meet my specific needs. Every effort was made to get the car to me the same day even with the installation of some additional options. Upon delivery Shane went so far as to connect my cell phone to the Bluetooth feature of the car. He also went over all the options on the Abarth and how to best utilize them. The Rick Case Rewards Program was fully explained to me and how the Program will save me money on future gas purchases and car washes. I would definitely recommend Shane Kelly to anyone interested in the purchase of a FIAT 500.

I originally went in to have my Smart car serviced. I've been a few times before for service, so I'd test driven, and looked around, and eyed the Fiat's that caught my attention. However, on this visit, despite being quite a busy day at the dealer, Guillermo patiently walked the grounds with myself, my mother and my niece, and after we danced around a particular model a few times, he then suggested I just 'speak' with Justin to just 'discuss' all the possible options/purchase programs & current offers avail at Rick Case. Well, darn Justin for making these 'talks' go so seamlessly & (most importantly) painlessly, that we sat to 'crunch' the infamous numbers (i.e. - my credit v. the world of finance) and the numbers added up in everyone's favor....WOO HOO! So there I was on a Saturday morning (around 10:00 a.m.) just planning to get my (quickly aging) Smart car serviced, and low and behold, by 1:30/1:45, I was driving off with a brand new Fiat 500 Sport. Although the entire process seems lengthy upon reading, it was really comprised of Justin magically growing more arms to type, print, call, check, calculate, fax, etc. all the documents, while I was on the phone with Progressive trying to obtain & secure a new, individual policy (which thanks again to Justin, as he let us use his cell phone). And while Justin, Mom, Mia, and I were able to sit in the A/C and 'crunch' away, Guillermo was growing more legs shuffling between assisting Justin within my deal, and assisting all of the other customers and fellow team members with the rest of the dealer doings. Overall, I am truly impressed by the fluidity of the entire Fiat Team at Rick Case; communication, attitudes, and courtesies were all present & accounted for; and that's A LOT to say in a world where almost all is lost on the art of personalized service & communication (especially in the so-called shark tanks of car dealerships)!!! And I can actually say I look forward to going back to the dealer for any & all of my service needs, as Rick Case Fiat was able to make this a truly pleasurable experience. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

I had originally looked on line and Emily from Rick Case immediately contacted me. Emily sent me great information. I set up an appointment but was unable to meet Emily. This dealership was amazing. I took one for a test drive and automatically, loved it. Loved the kindness and patience these guys/gals, had with me while I had to convince my parents that this was the car for me. We originally visited the Hyundai dealership right next door while browsing the pre-owned auto lot when we saw the FIAT for the first time up close. Justin Bostic enthusiastically greeted us to show us around, he then introduced us to David Marsh who was very knowledgeble about the car and took us for a spin. We were so surprised by the roominess in that cute little car. With so many so many different colors & options to choose from, he was happy to show us any and all the cars we wanted to see. Then we met Cynthia who took her time to explain all the financial details and worked very diligently to get us the right car at the right price. We spent quite a few hours looking and driving and it was getting very late so we decided to come back the next day while we waited for the loan to be approved.Upon our return the next day we were greeted by smiling faces and "Glad to have you back!", the entire sales staff treated us like family.I would definitely recommend the Rick Case auto dealerships to anyone who is shopping for a car. I work all the way down in Doral, Miami but live in Weston. Went first to the Weston dealership and was happy to meet Matthew. At that time I was not sure I was going to buy a new car. A few weeks later came back and was greeted by Matthew. He was great when explaining and answering all my questions in a genuine and sympathetic manner. After that visit, I was still not 100% sure I would buy, but I knew that if I did, it would only be from Matthew. He was never pushy, or arrogant and he really helped me with making my decision. I went in to have my car appraised, and to check out the Fiats; and walked out with a new Fiat (on the eve of my birthday). The service I received from David and Cynthia was like no other I have ever experienced at a dealer. They were attentive, friendly and extremely knowledgeable on the vehicle. They made the car buying process, which I typically hate, SUPER simple and easy. This dealership was right next door to the Hyundai one (which also belongs to Rick Case). I stopped by Hyundai first simply because I got mixed up when I saw a Fiat 500 on display near the road. I spent a little time there but then went to the Fiat one.Glad I did.Cynthia greeted me right away and brought in Matthew to speak to me.He was well humored in a natural way, answered my 1001 questions and even brought up a number of other things I had no idea the Fiat 500 included in the 500 version (non C or Sport).We went for a nice test drive which included a bit of highway, which is a plus in my view.When I was finally done, Justin came over to introduce himself and also thanked me for my visit.I know a lot of this is pretty obvious, however you can't really fake good humor (without exaggerating it) and you can feel when someone is courteous but in a hurried or non-personal manner.None of this occurred regarding any of the three people that I dealt with.The store, the CAR and last but not the least at all, the people there surprised me in the best of ways.Time to get that car! Even if I have to drive 26.9 miles again (I was that well impressed).Oh and that awesome Alfa Romeo in the lobby is a Killer automobile!

Justin Bostic was very easy to talk to and showed me whatever I wanted and he knew about the car and the company. I got exactly what I wanted on the car.No appointments were necessary to test drive as in the Scion dealer I went to the week before and I knew more about the IQ Scion than the salesperson. I have nothing to say except all good things about this dealership and employees. We had visited another Fiat Dealer in the area and told them which car we wanted to buy. When we asked if we could give a deposit to hold the car they said no. We came back on Saturday and they told us the car was sold. We traveled that same day to Rick Case Fiat and purchased our car that very afternoon. David was great enthusiastic and smiling. Racquel was terrific and sympathetic to our needs. Steve worked hard to to get us great financing. I mean great!! I have recommended them to our friend and anyone who stops us and asks about the car. Thanks Guys for a great experience! Great service, atmosphere, knowledge of the cars, they treated us like we were royalty! Great disposition, service oriented, friendly, and the place looks amazing! From the moment we arrived, everybody was courteous, and willing to help. They didn't rush our decision, and stayed with us until almost 10pm at night. They offered different options, from the EcoGuard, the Gap Insurance, and explained everything with patient, in detail and easy to understand. They REALLY know what they are doing. They even took a picture of us with our new FIAT 500 POP. I would buy again from them, and I am already referring customers. At the end, they even gave us a special card and told us that we could wash our cars FOR FREE, FOR EVER!!!!! What a great surprise!!!! Besides, we get 10% in parts and labor, and we can use their gas station, which ins around 10 below market average. Rick Case, YOU ARE THE BEST!

I had a Mini Copper Coupe on special order at Lauderdale Mini since Oct/11. It came in and was ready to finalize the sale, and they dropped the trade-in quote down $4,000, which would have put my car payments too high, so I more or less told them no way. I went to Car-Max and got as reasonable appraisal, and went to the Rick Case Fiat dealership. David Marsh showed me several cars in my price range. So between selling the Mini to car Max, and my cash difference I got a new Fiat 500 Pop, fully paid for and no car payments. It was late at night when we did the paperwork. What totally surprised me was the dealership allowed me to write the check and could take the car home that night, though it would be a few days for the checks to clear. Sorry I can't remember everyone's name, but ALL the personal we met awesome and a pleasure to work with.

This was probably the easiest new car buy that I've ever done. It helped that I had a Chrysler employee discount so there was no price haggling. However, the salesmen, Justin Bostic was great. I probably test drove the cars ten times. I couldn't make up my mind. The dealership had almost 180 cars on the lot to pick from. No high pressure. Then the financing and paperwork took all of 30 minutes. Steven Weis had everything ready and waiting for us when it came time to purchase the car. I had gone to another Fiat dealership closer to my home in Coconut Grove, but they didn't have a large selection. I went online to Rick Case Fiat and they had a good selection of sports with sunroofs (what I was interested in). My husband and I weren't pounced on. No sharks circled. Instead, we met Justin, who came out and answered our questions. He walked me through all the differences between the Pop,Sport and 500C and I test drove a sport and 500C Pop. After a while (a long while trying to decide about color vs. features vs. price, etc...), I was given a great offer on my trade and a good offer on the Fiat. I didn't purchase that day, but came back two days later...after all the financing and everything was done by Raquel. Raquel was also great - she talked me through every possible financing option vs. leasing and worked with me to get me to a deal that I was happy with. When I came back for my car (a Fiat 500 Sport with power sunroof and auto transmission in Chiaro Verde), it was clean and shiny. Justin set up my bluetooth and went over all the features and functions - he even transferred my little good luck mascot from my old PT Cruiser to my Fiat. There was a little goodie bag in the Fiat (matched to the color of my car), and all in all, I felt amazing about the experience. Raquel took a picture of me and my new car and I drove away happy! I love my Fiat (which I named SoFiat Loren) and I really do get stopped and asked about the car. I would heartily recommend driving to Rick Case Fiat to anyone - sure it's a little out of the way...but between savings, service, selection, and satisfaction - it was worth it!Tell Justin and Raquel that SoFiat (and Laine) say hi!

I spend sometimes research on Fiatusa.com , Truecar.com & Edmund.com. Ck 3 dealers in Miami Area, Went Planet Fiat , They don't have The Car that I want & price that I want to pay. Call Rick Case salesman David, He's very Patience & Courteous , We narrow down the model,color & option on the phone Then He would put the car on hold so that We can come down to test drive. After We picked The car , We sit down & discuss pricing with Manager Arturo. He's very straightforward & offer realistic Prices that I can Live with. WE then discuss My trade-in , Usually that's the part where negotiations are broken down & disappointed, But instead , They offer $ that are above Car Max Appraised value. Needless to say, We closed The deal. Now Comes the Finance Guy Steven , I expected Pressure to purchase Thing that I don't want, But instead He took time to explain Various Services & allow Me a 24hr period to think over. I might buy the Safe-Ride Pack that will Tire, Keys, Dent & Scratch Repair or replaced. All Employees There were Very efficient & Courteous , Large selections & very competitive Pricing and No non-sense Fees, Which is the reason that I am a repeated Customer.(I bought a Smart-Fortwo from Them 3 yrs ago) Obviously , I am +++ satisfy & will recommend Rick Case family of Dealership. Other than the annoying telephone answering voice when you reach the dealership (I'm afraid it is Rick Case himself), EVERYTHING in my experience with the dealership has been more than one could expect. I decided to exchange the original car for a different model and there was no feeling of uncomfortableness. All the persons listed above were extremely supportive. Juston Bostick has been most supportive from the beginning. He is relatively new at the agency and I hope does well in the organization. All in all, it has been a real pleasure dealing with these folks.

It was a beautiful day in Weston and palm tree lined dealership lot was very pleasant but what I was impressed the most was the members of Team FIAT! Everyone was wonderful from David to Steven and anyone in between. David greeted me at the car lot when I was looking around and took me from there. He even treated me with an Italian flavored water! Financial paper work was easy and smooth, thanks to Raquel and Steven and David was with me through out letting me know the progress of everything. In a show room everyone conglatulated me after I picked up my new FIAT. When my FIAT finally came out to the front after being detailed, I found s lovely gift from the team. What a sweet touch! David finished his nice work with going through some basic features of the car for me. EVERYONE was smiling and so friendly. Everyone treated me so nicely I felt comfortable and welcomed there. I was looking for a new car and was choosing between the Fiat 500 and the new Beetle. I went to VW dealer first. Typical experience...ho-hum, couldn't care less if we stayed or went, didn't discuss options if ANY w/manual, no follow-up call, etc. Nothing new to me in buying a car. This has been my typical experience. Then we went to Fiat. Well, it was if I was on a new planet! They were super nice, talked about ALL the options even w/ a manual, extremely accomodating and just flat out friendly! Even finance w/Steven was the best experience I have ever had. Sofia my sales person was extremely attentative and got back to me quickly throughout the process as I wanted a lot of options that were specific....pink! They did all the pink and very reasonably! The guys in service Roman, Chris and others were just great! They put up with all my pinkness and did the car up better than I had even imagined.It was an experience and it should be when spending this kind of cash in this economy! My husband and I have purchased at least 15-20 cars previously, and this was hands down the best purchasing experience either one of us have ever had. From the moment we walked into the showroom, they immediately made us feel at home. We made several visits to the showroom. Most all of the staff got to know us and welcomed us by name each and every time, and were very patient with and attentive to our very inquisitive 3 year old. By the time we made the decision to purchase, they made excellent recommendations to make sure we got the color and model that was perfect for us. Cynthia is a wonderful sales person, and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. The paperwork and financing steps went very smoothly, and each person in the process was very professional and courteous. We were very impressed by the benefits and services available after the sale (such as free maintenance, free car washes and discounted gas). I'm happy to give Rick Case Fiat 5/5 in all these categories, their service and attitude is fantastic. As a recent immigrant to the USA it was difficult to find a dealer open-minded and patient enough to deal with all the extra paperwork we needed to have done. Steven and Sofia were always available on the phone to keep the deal for our new car moving swiftly and we got exactly the trim and specs we wanted with only a couple of weeks wait. Steven even went out of his way to deliver my car right to my front door in Miami. It really felt like our satisfaction was important to them and they treated us like friends, not clients. We went undecided for a new car and was greeted and attended by Lorrilane. She had the best attitude and was very informative. At the end we decided to purchase the car from this dealership. I came to Rick Case Fiat after a terrible experience at Gus Machado Ford. What a huge difference!!Sofia was extremely professional and kind. I was shocked she even remembered me and my fiance considering we only visited once before about a month ago, but its those types of things that really make this dealership stand out. Never once did I feel uncomfortable or that I was being lied or scammed to. Sofia remembered that I wanted an economical model and never once pushed me to getting a more expensive one just "cause its here". She was very patient with us even though me and my fiance were on edge from our experience at Gus Machado Ford. In the end she found me the car that I wanted in the price I wanted and I was very happy and relieved. She provided drinks for me, my fiance, and my father (who helped me as a cosigner). Her personality alone made the entire experience pleasant.Next we met with Alvaro Caraballo, our finance guy. He too was very pleasant and equally up-front and honest. He clearly outlined the costs and we were happy to see very little of what I call "junk fees". He truly understood the business and his job which made me feel comfortable that he wasn't scamming me. He got us a good deal with a pretty good APR, which on the end fell within my budget. Very happy about that. I didn't feel pressured when it came to purchasing extras like gap insurance, and I did put base gap insurance because he was able to add it while keeping my same payment amount.At the conclusion of the deal, I went to Raquel Case to congratulate her on having a wonderful staff and she had an energy that was contagious and had everyone happy and proud of their Fiat. She took a photo of me and my fiance in front of our newly purchased Fiat.This is a dealership that will last forever if they continue with their customer -service oriented approach.

I bought my smartcar from Raquel two years ago and loved it...after the dealership closed for smartcar I didn't want to go to Mercedes Benz for service so we traded it in. I liked Raquel, I liked Roman the mechanic, and Juan the service manager. I felt we'd get a good deal. I had a FIAT 48 years ago and loved it...I thought what a great way to come full circle..loved the drive, the color, the sporty rims; pretty interior --David is a professional with a great personality...It was just a great fit for me (at almost 70!).
