Had a great purchasing experience with Janey! I really appreciated that she was very up front about everything and set reasonable expectations. The finance person was great also; he even let us look at seat configuration in his personal vehicle since they didn't have one like that on the lot. I ended up putting a deposit down on a car they were expecting in a few weeks, and when it showed up much sooner (after only 5 days), Janey had them inspect and prep the car right away so I could pick it up that day. All around, it was a great, low-pressure and stress-free experience.

The service was fast. BUT 1. I wanted to do alignment along with the new tires i was planning to get. But then I decided not to get the tires from Mazda because they were soo expensive. And I told the service guy no need of alignment since I wasn't getting the tires. But at the end when they finished service they charged me for alignment. I didn't argue with them for that because I got a call and had to leave quick to visit someone who was taken to hospital. 2. They did the battery performance and said it was good 100%. But that night my battery failed and next day my car wont start. 3. I also notice he was not fully sure of what each package had or what all needs to be done or the price etc. seemed confused. 4. I was finally charged a huge amount which at the same time I could have got it done it all for way less. The coffee was good, the waiting room was great, the service was fast. But at the end my service experience was not good and I am not going to take my car there again for service.

Two weeks ago I made an appointment to have my oil changed at Rick Case Mazda. For two weeks I received email reminders of my appointment and arrived ten minutes early to get the paperwork done before my appointment time. It was on their schedule for 11:30am on Thursday 10/14/2021. That being said, I expect to have a relatively quick experience with the service department since an oil and filter change takes all of 20 minutes tops. I asked how long it would take because I had another appointment and wanted to make sure they would be done. I was told it would be 2 hours before they would get it in. Unacceptable! Why in the world would any business think that would be acceptable? If you set an appointment for a specific time I expect you to be ready to do the job at that time. If you can't do that, don't set appointments. Needless to say I didn't get my oil changed after wasting gas to driving over there and back for no reason.

Visited there to get a new Mazda 3 for my son. After agreeing on the price and well into the financing process--2.5 hours spent in the dealership--we were suddenly told that they somehow miscalculated the price and can only sell us the car for $1,200 more than that they have previously agreed on! This is a dealer altering the agreed price of the vehicle after the fact. Stay away.

I purchased a new Mazda 6. Went in on Memorial day weekend on Friday to discuss. Met with Chris the sales representative and the first thing I asked was the car style I wanted. Chris was very friendly and helped me get the exact car and style I wanted. We walked through the lot and he found me the car I wanted. We drove the car and believe me I wanted this EXACT car for year! Following the drive I spoke of the the car value I wanted. Chris said he will beat anything I can offer if I were ready to commit. That was a bold move I did not expect. He was ready to give me a car on my terms. I needed time and asked for a day.I came back a day after for personal reasons. Chris greeted me in a friendly way but not in the way I expected. He was little "meh" so to speak. We talked and discussed the rates I got from other dealers. He asked me my quote and gave an offer irrespective of my choosing and said what will be the best. It was my turn for "meh" and .... ("let the best negotiator win")But I bought the car! I tried, discussed and sweated to get the deal I thought was good. I got three offers and trust me when I say one was better then this one. Dumb I know, but I was happy with the way they treated me. (It was a few dollars, I cant justify the simplicity of Rick Case compared to the .#$%^&). I am now a happy owner.Something I did not like - 1. Chris was too busy with other customer the moment I was done. I know this is normal but I felt neglected. Get more people please till the end of deal!2. The manager seemed rather displeased to close the deal. Somethings I did like - 1. The people were happy to see me...... I think....All in all this is the best deal you MIGHT get. But they should stop selling the 10 year plan and look for long term customer... They already for sure have ONE. But I would like to be pampered. :DRegards,AM

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Also, management there is wonderful! Lee Feiden worked vigorously to make me a great deal and he did exactly that! 3/17/16 - I brought my CX90 2013 for an interior lighting was on at all time due to misplace wire between the door light and DVD player. The problem was fixed within 30 minutes; however, I got charged $ 254.38 for 2-hr services ($115.00/ hr) and Misc. fee 23.00 (have no idea what Misc fee is). I totally got ripped off by the service employee - Drexal Daniel Paulk. I was very disappointed the way he explained how the amount was being charge. I will never to return this place and surely spread out the word to make sure people stay out of this dealership.P.D.

I went into the dealership to test drive two used Mazda3 sedans (2013 & 2014) that I had found online. None of them left me excited but Marvin heard me mention how much I loved my previous Mazda3 hatchback and brought one out (2013) that was being prepared. I LOVED it and I thank him for being such an attentive listener! He was patient with me as I wanted to test drive another hatchback that was coming in the following day. Shopped in the summer. Promised Marvin we would buy in November. I came back in November to purchase a Mazda6. Had a lot of trouble getting pricing information in a timely manner. I had to keep reaching out to Marvin, So, I did not think Rick Case (Marvin) really wanted my business. So I bought the Mazda6 from a salesman at another dealership, 1 hours drive away, Chris, from the other dealership, was very personable and gave me the best customer service. In fact the other salesman personally delivered the car with a bow to my home. The Mazda6 is for my daughter. She couldn't be happier with her new Crystal Matallic Blue, Touring,Mazda6

My experience at Rick Case was great! From the first evening that I pulled into the lot Curtis was very courteous and attentive. He listened very well to what I was looking for in a vehicle and the things that were important to me. When I returned that next Saturday, he did everything he said he would. Took me to see the other car I was interested in and set up a test drive for me so I could actually compare the two. I think this is what might set Rick Case apart from others, having multiple brands in the company makes it easy for customers to make educated and informed decisions on their auto purchase. Once financing was set, everything went very fast! All the paperwork was signed and I was driving away in my new car! This was a great experience for me seeing as though this is only the 2nd car I have ever owned and i would surely recommend the dealership to others!

I was looking for a particular make & model with strong color preferences and happened to find a car that met my criteria here. Went to check it out and was immediately given a bottle of water and a book about the dealership/founders history with various business cards and info inside. I test drove the car and bought it on the spot. My sales rep Kevin Sims was great. I didn't feel pressured and I didn't feel the need to haggle because I felt like the price they offered was already a steal. The entire process was pretty quick and painless and on top of it all they have a 10 yr/10k mile warranty that begins when I bought the car (not when it was made) despite it being a used vehicle with 41k miles already on it; this is standard for ALL vehicles under 8 years old. My entire experience was great and I highly recommend Rick Case dealerships!!

The dealer did not listen to me. I told him I had a busy day and didn't have much time to spend at the dealer. I ended up spending over 2 hours at the dealership. I asked for a Mazda 6 Touring. He tried to sell me a Grand Touring. I specifically told him I did not want to haggle and go back in forth on a price. I asked to give me "their best price that they can live with". After I kept rejecting the pricing offer, he kept getting up and walking over to talk to sales manager to drop the price another $500. This happened about 3 times. The absolute last straw was when they asked me what I wanted my payments to be. In this day and age, that is insulting my intelligence. No person with half a brain will ever tell a dealer what they want their payments to be. There are apps that calculate this in seconds.This is why car dealers are becoming extinct. Carmax, Truecar, and Carvana are the future of car buying. You pick what you want and you get the price, plain and simple.

While there initially was some confusion about what accessories were included with the purchase of our new CX-9, the overall buying experience went smoothly enough and the people we dealt with were friendly and patient.It was only after taking delivery of the vehicle did my opinion of Rick Case Mazda take a distinct turn for the worse. Four weeks after we purchased the vehicle, I received a letter from Rick Case thanking me for visiting the dealership but stating that they could not do business with me because Id been turned down for financing. The overall tone of the letter was offensive but it was obviously sent in error since Id already had the vehicle for a month, had already scheduled my first payment with the finance company they had set me up with, and the fact that my credit score is well over 800.The following day I called David Koegler, the Finance Manager a Rick Case Mazda, to see if I could get some sort of explanation as to why we had received this letter and was told that he was with a customer. I left my name and telephone number with the operator and asked that David please return my call when he had a moment. Regretfully, he did not call me back nor did he return my call on the approximately eight other occasions that I left messages for him over the next 10 or so days. Frustrated, I finally called yesterday morning and asked to speak with the General Manager, Lee Feiden. He was in a meeting so I left a polite message for him asking that he return my call. Nearly two full business days later, I have heard nothing from him as well.Clearly, the philosophy of this dealership is to only pay attention to potential customers and ignore those with whom theyve already closed a deal. Though I understand that they are very busy people who are primarily focused on making the sale to customers walking into their showroom, I find it inexcusably unprofessional and discourteous to repeatedly not return a customers telephone calls when a three-minute conversation could have likely cleared up the issue and left them with a potential repeat customer.A little professionalism and courtesy go a long way. I will not be doing future business with this organization nor will I be referring any of my friends or acquaintances.

Typical dealership of the 1970's, bait and switch, lies, phone calls not returned. Once they have your money, good luck getting any response.After I paid for the car, and my son wanted help getting his phone connected to the vehicle's Bluetooth radio. An hour later, they still can't make it work. Then the windows wouldn't roll up, then the car wouldn't start. All before we could even leave the lot. We were there all day. They promised to replace the battery with a new one, but another hour later and they've installed a battery that doesn't fit in the battery box. Not the correct replacement part. At least it would start so we could escape that particular xxxx.Floor mats were ratty and filthy and clearly not the right ones for the car, so they said they would order new ones and that they would call us in a week when they were in so we could pick them up. No call, of course, so I called after two weeks. Nobody knew anything about the floor mats, but I was told that the person who handles these things would get back to me the next day. Guess what? Ignored again. Called again a week later and they said the sales guy would get back to me and give me an answer the next day. Nope. I called the manager Trey (again) and he "promised" to get them for my son to pick up the next week. Guess what they had for him? Another set of used mats; better than the trash that was in the car, but not new ones as promised.Two Months Later...Still have not received the permanent license plates, so I called again yesterday. The finance guy said he would get right back to me. No call, so I called again today. They handed me off to another guy who said he would find out what's going on. He gave me the number of the person they have who handles title and registration. To give me "peace of mind" he said. Well, I have none of that and no trust and there's no chance I'll ever give them another dime in either parts or service revenue.I'm educating everyone I know about my experience, because if it was just one guy, or one missed call then I wouldn't blame all this how the place is run. Mr. Case, if you're listening, it's possible to run an honest and fair company and still make money. Try it!If you think dealerships have changed their practices in the last 4o years, Rick Case Mazda will prove you wrong. My guess is that this review, or any other that's less than stellar, will ever make it to their website.

I had been looking for just the right used car at the right price for quite a while. I saw an advertisement for a 2015 Mazda CX-5 on line with a really good price. When I walked into the dealership Marvin Harvey greeted me with a smile! He was patient and gave me a lot of information needed to make a decision. I never felt pressured or encouraged to look at anything I did not want. My focus was the CX-5 as advertised. The dealership honored the advertised price with haggling. Marvin was honest, very informative, professional but personable. I felt he was not just interested in making a sale. I felt he wanted to match the right buyer to the right car for the right price. I highly recommend Marvin Harvey and the Rick Case Mazda team.

They both ended up hearing our story and they were apologizing for the way the other dealership had been treating us! I got better customer service from them in the first five minutes than I did at the other place over the course of 10 days! We test drove a car talked numbers and eventually worked out a deal. They were so kind. They kept telling me not to worry about anything and it would all be taken care of. They would get my trade in from the other dealership, transfer our down payment from the other dealership, and return the car we had been given as a loaner to the other dealership so we could drive home together in our "new" car. I was about in tears because of how easy everything was going in comparison to the other place and this time they were happy tears! I didn't know how to not worry about it because I was so used to having to take care of everything to make sure it got done. I had such a bad taste in my mouth about purchasing a car and they completely turned that around. We also worked with David Koegler who also reassured me to not worry about anything and everything would be taken care of. What an efficient finance manager. He was willing to answer our questions and we were in and out in a breeze. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for this dealership. I'm so thankful for them for helping to get my husband and me into a car we could afford and it even had more than we wanted. They had impeccable customer service and I've never felt at such ease about an "expensive for us" purchase. This was our first "big" purchase as a married couple and I don't regret it for a moment. I only wish I spoken to them first. If you want to be treated with respect and be taken care of go to Rick Case Mazda. All of my patients will hear about it from me whenever I see them where I work. I purchased a 2012 Mazda from this dealer. After getting the car home I found a oil leak the oil had been changed but no gasket put on the oil plug. I have also found cheap electrical tape holding wires together under the hood. After the sale the manager no longer takes or returns my calls.. Very unhappy about this car

Even in this day and age of "internet pricing" and no-haggle buying programs (like the Costco Auto buying program I used), I don't think anyone really relishes the idea of spending a day at a dealership buying a new car. I'm certainly one of those people - or was, at least. While, thanks to the aforementioned Costco program, I knew roughly what price I could expect, I was still very pleasantly surprised by how smooth and hassle-free the whole process was, due in no small part to Mona Akpe and everyone I dealt with at Rick Case Mazda. Mona and Trey, her manager, were friendly and helpful, and eager without being pressuring. Mona was very knowledgeable about my vehicle, and answered every question I had. I did have to negotiate a bit on my trade-in, but not overly, and I was satisfied with the outcome. I chose to use Mazda Financing, and David Koegler made that experience a nice one, as well. In short, this was the most positive dealer experience I've had, and I'll have no problem recommending them to anyone. I'll be going back.

We went to test out a used car that they had posted as "Sale Price". They treated us nice upon arrival and we took the car for a spin. The vehicle was in great condition and the price was well below book value. We asked point blank "Why is the price so low?" They said "Because we need to compete with 2 larger dealers on both sides of us and need to be aggressive." When the time came to buy the car, things went bad. The short version is that they tacked on a bunch of dealer fees and jacked the price up about $800 more! In the state of Georgia, that is ILLEGAL. The law is that an advertised price MUST include all dealer fees. The only additions that can be made, by law, are tax, tag, and title. They all lied to us at the dealer and told us that "doc fees" were required by GA law. I thought that maybe I misheard or misunderstood. My wife and son both confirmed that both the salesman and the finance guy said that. We turned down the deal and left. To their credit, once I emailed them and told them that I had contacted the state of Georgia to verify whether or not what they did was legal, and was told that they had indeed broken the law, they contacted me and offered to remove all dealer fees and give us the advertised deal (plus govt. taxes and fees) if we still wanted it. I told them that we no longer trusted them after their attempt to defraud us, and no longer felt comfortable with the claim that the car was in good condition. We turned down the second deal based on what we perceived as a lack of integrity. That is our experience with Rick Case Mazda. Thank you for reading my review.

After visiting 5 other dealerships (including another Mazda dealer) who weren't willing to give us the time we needed to learn about their offers; who were so uninformed on their own product that it was shocking; who were not trained on customer service and were rude and not interested in doing business - that it was a joy to walk into this dealership and receive first class service. from beginning to end. We walked out with an outstanding top rated car and I terrific deal; and we felt appreciated. I went through Costco to this dealership and I had one of the most unpleasant experiences in car buying. After making a deposit for a dealer-trade, I cancelled the transaction. There was a total lack of transparency, and they were incredibly pushy. Let me explain:1.The finance manager did two things that are unacceptable. First, he lied to try to get us to buy his financingat a much higher raterather than Mazdas financing offer. When they asked about financing, we mentioned our pre-approved loan, but that we were interested in Mazda USA financing. They completed the paperwork to get the credit rating and we signed where we were told. Later we found out they had filled an application for their company, and not Mazda financing. When we asked why we could not get the financing from Mazda, at a lower rate, they said that we had a rebate that made that financing offer impossible, and we had to choose between the rebate or the Mazda financing. One truth and one big fat lie: the truth, as Costco confirmed, you cannot have both the rebate and the financing offer. The big fat lie: we did not qualify for any rebate, just the standard Costco reduced price (which did not include any Mazda rebate), so we could have taken the financing. We were very unhappy because this means we got an unnecessary credit inquiry. They did this process with a total lack of transparency and assuming we would never figure it out.2.The second thing the finance manager tried to do is get us to sign a contract for the VIN number they were trying to get us (but which they didnt have yet), and another contract with a blank VIN number so that they could fill it in in case the first car could not be secured. This is a total scam!!!! Why would I sign a contract for a car they dont have? And why would I sign two contracts, one of them blank? Beware.3.By the way, the fees in this dealership are above market.The sales man was friendly and nice, and that is why we decided to go ahead with the purchase even considering we had some issues finding the car we wanted. But the finance manager should not be dealing with clients, and for us, it was a deal breaker. In general, the whole experience felt as your typical car buying negotiation rather than a fast and efficient Costco Auto experience. The manager returned our deposit without further hasslein this, they were very professional and we called Costco to get a different Costco authorized dealership, where things went as smoothly as you would expect. If you are buying through Costco, I strongly suggest you get a different dealer. And if you are just car shopping, beware of the tricks in spite of other good ratings.

All we wanted to do was shop around for SUV's, unfortunately our first stop was to Rick Case Mazda. We were there for 5 hours. The salesman was very nice & laid back but then the sales manager got involed. He pressured us into buying a car that we really couldn't afford. Should have known better then to go to any Rick Case Dealer. The same thing happened to us 10 years ago at one of their other dealerships. Don't go to any Rick Case Dealer unless you are prepared to buy because they are not going to let you leave until you have a new set of keys in your hand

I came by this morning just for some used car research and test riding. Vincent took me to a Mazda3 (my favorite one!) and we took a couple of miles. The Mazda 3 2014 model is a top of the line car. Then we got back to the store. Vincent and his manager convinced me to make this a beautiful Monday for all of us. In a nutshell: my 2013 Edge was traded towards an almost new 2014 Mazda 3, with Premium bucket sport seats, rear spoiler, rearview camera, aluminum wheels, and more. Vincent did a great job here by taking his time to answer all of my questions to my utmost satisfaction. His manager is one of the best car dealers I ever met. Ronnie assisted me with my CX-9. He has a great smile and pleasant personality. He walked me through the service items I requested (oil change & coolant flush) and explained each step so that I could understand it. He even looked up my service history and knew ahead of time I prefer synthetic oil in my car. He let me know the cost upfront. My car was finished at the exact time he promised. I will return for regular maintenance because Ronnie treated me like a high end customer even though the price of service was not a "high end" price. The dealership price matched my local mechanic.

The morning that I brought my car in for service, I needed my battery charged by AAA. I called and spoke with Wade to see if I could bring my car in to check the battery and as always, Wade was extremely polite and friendly and said "sure - come on in". I asked him how long it would take to install a new battery if necessary and he said about 30 minutes to an hour - I explained that I needed to get to work and he said that he could take a look at the car as soon as I arrived - which he did. I had the pleasure of meeting your new (to Mazda) service advisor, Ronnie who was extremely friendly and professional and greeted me with a big smile. I walked into the waiting room, and there was Natalie who also greeted me with a big smile and offered to get me coffee, water, etc. Natalie is a "gem" and is very special - she is a joy and makes all the customers feel like they are at "home" with friends and family - She is wonderful! A few minutes later, Ronnie came out and showed me that my battery tested out fine and I didn't need a new one. I asked if there was time for an oil change, and he said "Sure" - less than an hour later the oil change was finished along with the tire rotation! I am more impressed with Rick Case Mazda Service every time I take my car in for service (which has only been for routine oil changes). Your service staff is truly the BEST - they really care and they make every effort to make the customer happy! Thank you so much for always taking such good care of me as a customer and my car. The car has been perfect and starts every morning. I forgot to mention that I was away for a few days while it was freezing cold and hadn't started my car in about 3 days - Ronnie suggested that I try to start the car daily - especially in the freezing weather - Being from New York - I should have known that! Rick Case Mazda's service department is top notch. I own a 2009 Mazda 3 with 120000 miles. I love the car, but noticed a drop in my gas milage and lag when I accelerated after the past few services (which i had been doing else where.) I took it to Rick Case to have the issue checked out. I was greeted and treated with the utmost respect. I believed I was having engine issues, but after waiting about 30 minutes from the time I checked in my service advisor came to me and let me know that an injection cleaning and an induction cleaning would resolve my issues. Needless to say after these services, my 3 drives like I remember, gas milage is back to normal and no lag when I step on the gas. I will always take my car to this dealership service from now on.

I had such a positive experience and got exactly what I wanted. I have had my car exactly one year. I am very happy with my car, my purchase and my experience. I am not a "car person" and do not enjoy car shopping. My previous car had just been totaled and coverage on my rental car had ended. I had been to several other dealerships that week and did not find what was right for me. I walked into the dealership late on a cold Friday evening without making an appointment. I had done a lot of on line research and knew exactly what I wanted - it had to be new, previous year model, specific package, exterior and interior color and fit my limited budget (basically a needle in a haystack). Marvin's response was "I will do my best to find that for you right now". He asked me questions to make sure that car was what I truly wanted but he did not try to change my mind in any way. Within 45 minutes Marvin confirmed he had found the exact car I wanted and within my budget. By the time I had finished the paper work my car arrived at the dealership. I recommend Marvin to anyone that appreciates a knowledgable sales person that does not use a hard sell. I will come back to Marvin in the future.

Marvin was great. He was 100% genuine. From the moment we met I could tell that he was more interested in making sure I got the car I wanted than making the sale. With that said, he used all of his southern charm to insure that I did want to buy a car from anyone else. I soon I as got into the Mazda3 I took home, I knew it was going to be mine. They filled the tank and washed it up to make sure that I had the maximum shine on my new baby! Marvin even let me use his phone charger! They are first class all the way. My niece has fallen in love with this Japanese peace of engineering ingenuity, and describes it as " sexy looking, huge engine but amazingly quiet running..... No bumpy ride". Nice and polient not rude unlike some other dealers. A dealership that knows how to talk to customers, I personally loved that the manager is not stuck up like others but is humble and knows what he's doing. This is the best dealershup I have ever been to.

I was having an issue with my brand new 2015 Mazda Cx-5. I gave the service center a hard time due to the issues with my vehicle. I was loosing my patience and asked to speak directly with the service manager- John Campbell. With no delay, he came to the phone and even gave me his cell phone number. He dealt with my complaints immediately and allowed me to call him anytime throughout the whole ordeal. But at no point in time did the service manager loose patience with me. No matter how many time I had to call him regarding my vehicle (Which were quite a few times, over a 5 week process). He was extremely patient and helpful. He even went as far as helping us find ways to save money on services for our vehicle in the future. Who does that anymore??? Outstanding management skills! We need more managers like him.

I purchased a car from here in 2010. The car is nice (except a poor AC) and the sales experience was actually really good (friendly and low pressure), however I made a fundamental mistake giving them my email address. Since then, despite emailing the sales person (Marvin), calling the store and clicking the unsubscribe links, I have been unable to prevent SPAM emails from this dealership from coming to me. Because of this my 'experience' with this dealership continues to be an annoyance to this day.Perhaps they'll read this and make changes.

I don't usually write bad reviews but I felt my experience definitely warranted a review. I was interested in a vehicle they had for sale and I set up an appointment with a salesman to come out and see it last week. I was told by the salesman that If anything should change (i.e. the vehicle sold) he would let me know. I kept the appointment all week and didn't hear from them so I assumed the vehicle was still for sale. Let me tell you, Rick Hendrick is a FAR drive away for me. After fighting traffic the evening of my appointment, I made it to the dealership only to find that the car I was interested had sold. Why they didn't call to inform me when they said they would... I'm not sure. My frustration was apparent as I told the dealer that I would never have drove all the way here if I had known the vehicle had sold. He assured me there were other cars on the lot we could look at. I made it clear the price range I was looking for and he had 3 vehicles I could look at. After looking at the cars we went back inside to his desk to look up the prices. I felt like the dealer was brand new to the store - he had ZERO idea of the prices of the vehicles we were looking at to the point that he had to get up multiple times to speak with the receptionist / other salesmen. After waiting 10 minutes just to find the cost of one of the cars we had looked at, he came back to inform me that it was well over my price range....great to know... So he said he'd go look up the other prices of the last two vehicles we looked at - again why did he not look up all THREE of the prices at one time? I'm not sure. After waiting another 10 minutes I start to hear some aggravated voices over by the receptionist. I look over to see my salesman arguing with the male receptionist about god knows what. Things apparently got heated as I saw my salesman storm over to an office with managers having a meeting, repeatedly bang on the door, and announce to the whole showroom that this male receptionist was "not being any help at all and being extremely mean." While all this is happening, I'm sitting in the chair...being ignored by the multiple other salesmen walking around the room. After one of the managers came out of the office to settle the dispute between my salesman and the receptionist, my guy came back over without any hesitation or apology of the blowout that just happened. All he had for me was the prices of the last two vehicles that we looked at which were, again, WAY out of my price range. I promptly left. So, overall I was 1) deceived by them for not telling me the original vehicle had already sold 2) Given the run-around when talking about other vehicles available on the lot 3) COMPLETELY IGNORED while a fight was happening between two co-workers. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. I will NOT be back.

Was literally shocked by the dishonest sales tactics used during my recent visit! In dealing with car sales, you don't expect utmost honesty and integrity... but this was terrible. Without telling me, the terms of my financing were changed from 60 to 72 months (...good thing I was paying attention to what I was being told to sign).There were so many small price increases (on the actual car) once we went to the finance office, we were walking out paying over $1,900 more than sticker price for the actual vehicle (not including taxes, title, etc.) They work hard to get you "in your price range" for monthly payments... unless you watch carefully, you are paying WAY more than you think. If you're thinking of visiting this dealership... THINK AGAIN.

Michael Ruiz was the best! He knows his Mazda product inside out. He told me details about Mazda that I never knew about another car brand that I have driven for 25 years. Besides that, he is just a great guy!! The GM, Mr. Sorrentino, was also very attentive and made sure that everything was right. Marvin was knowledgeable, personable and professional when it came to the sale of our Mazda3. The finance process took too long for them to push the sales agenda, and requested car fax was not presented to us until after all contracts were signed. That tarnished an otherwise positive experience, but that was outside of Marvin's responsibility to us as our salesman, as it occurred in the finance office. All in all, the experience was better than what I have encountered at other dealerships and I wouldn't hesitate to buy again from Marvin or Rick Case. I would like to add that 2 days later I noticed my car had a busted speaker-again, not Marvin's fault, but now I have to replace it myself. Would have been nice if the dealership took care of it...

The only critic I would have would be that the dealership do a better job at showing the customer a list of every extra charge tacked on before the end. There was one charge that was not explained, however Marvin removed that charge because he did not explain it to us and it would be been unethical to charge us after we had confirmed the price. We had gotten financing through Capital One Blank Check program but the interest rate was 22.36%!!! When I called I talked to Trey who was super nice and scheduled an appointment for us to come visit. He advised me he would partner me with a sales rep. Within 20 minutes Jenna called and not only was she soooo sweet, she let me know they had just gotten a trade in of the car I was looking for (2011 Mazda CX-7) and it was fully loaded! It was better than the car I called about! They held the car for us till I got off work. When we got there everyone was super friendly and ready to help us. We test drove the car and fell in love!!! Trey recommended to try to get financing through one of their banks. I was skeptical because we had tried at anther dealership and they treated us like we were lower than dirt. Trey assured me they WOULD help us. And he did! He worked with Claude, their main Finance manager who oversees all the dealerships. I was wanting to trade in my 2011 Avenger but was worried about my negative equity. They appraised my car, gave me an offer way more than what Is was worth and I only rolled over $3k into the new loan. They came down on the price of the new car and sold it to me for the actual value to help make up for my negative equity! Claude was able to get me financed with $0 down and a 15.5% interest rate!!!! I couldn't believe it! We left with our car and I was so thankful for them!! Jenna was amazing and saw us a people and not just another sale. She took time to get to know us and made sure we felt welcome. While we were waiting for the financing to come through, Trey hung out with us to try to calm our nerves. Rick Case is truly what customer service is about! They go above and beyond to let you know that they truly value your business! From the moment I met Adrian while buying a Mazda in February, I knew I could not trust him; however, I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt. From then on, he proved to me how shady he really was. After a bad experience with him haggling over the price of a used Mazda, I thought I was done with him. Weeks later as a trusted mechanic was checking my tires, he discovered that a valve stem on a tire was very weak and all the air came out, so he would not touch the other ones. I decided to check one of the tires myself and as soon as I touched the cap, I knew something was wrong and stopped. I then towed the car to Rick Case and called them. The operator connected me to Adrian (unfortunately) and he dealt with the situation with such cowardice. He attempted to blame it on my mechanic and ME and said he would replace 1 valve stem out of courtesy, but the other was fine. I was livid since they sold me a car that could have had a major blowout on the highway with my kids in the car! Adrian did not deal with the situation like he should have by blaming everyone but himself. The real savior of the situation was the Service Manager, John Campbell (thus the high service rating). He looked at the loose valve and knew something was wrong. He replaced both valve stems, checked the other tires and took responsibility for the problem. Adrian--I will not set foot on your showroom again. John--you're a gentleman and I want to thank you for your time. I will come service my car with you if Adrian is off for the day.

I looked at a couple of used cars trying to stay under a price range but I had negative equity on my loan. Curtis Tisdale was very courteous and patient. I purchased my CX-9 in 2012, from Marvin Harvey, at this dealership. At that time, Marvin greeted me at the door with a great smile. He made me feel comfortable and he had a pleasant attitude. Even thought I had already picked out the CX-9 online, Marvin still made sure that model met my needs and my wants. I have had my car serviced there since my purchase and Marvin stops by to speak to me every time. I ask questions about the competition and he has the knowledge to explain the difference in simple language. The service techs are great too. Keira takes the time to explain what needs to be done. Once, I got a 2nd opinion about brake service. The info Keira gave me was exactly the same as what the other business found, to the number. The dealership only charged me 1/2 the price for the same service at Goodyear. I will purchase my next car from Marvin too.

I visited Rick Case Mazda after a dealership in South Carolina failed to come through on their delivery promise of a 2014 Mazda3 S Grand Touring hatchback. I saw that Rick Case had one on the lot via their online inventory, and drove four hours up to Atlanta to try to work a deal with them and purchase the vehicle. The drive was worth it! I worked with my salesman, Carl, and one of the managers, Adrian, regarding their Mazda3. They knew that I was a serious buyer and ready to purchase the vehicle, and ultimately we were able to strike a deal. Did we play the negotiation game? Sure. Was it still a low-key, professional experience? Yes. Adrian also gave me a much fairer value for my trade-in than some other dealerships. This was my first new car purchase, but I was very impressed with the entire Rick Case team. As far as the Mazda3 itself, it's an awesome car, and I would highly recommend Rick Case Mazda to anyone interested in a Mazda vehicle.

Once I made the call down to Rick Case and worked with Adrian and his staff, all my questions and concerns were taken care of. Adrian ended up walking me through the out-of-state purchase process (registration, taxes, etc) and we were able to work out the details and agree on a great price for a flawless vehicle. I am 110% satisfied with the customer service and my new vehicle. Obviously, there is a lot of risk when it comes to purchasing a vehicle out-of-state because you aren't able to inspect it and drive it before you make the trip to the dealer and that's why I am so happy that Adrian and his staff were 100% honest about the condition of the vehicle. I couln't be happier and the 10 hr trip down from Cleveland to Georgia was worth every minute of it. Additionally, I also received a nice follow up email from the General Manager, Bryan Seagraves about my experience with the dealership and his staff. My wife and I have been shopping for a few months and were a bit torn between a CX-5 (new) and a CX-9 used due to considerations around size, economy, and cost. My wife was particular about the color of the CX-9 (Dolphin Gray) so I found one on Auto Trader at Rick Case Mazda in Duluth. Generally Duluth is a bit far from our home in Alpharetta but we had other activities that took us close enough that we thought we would stop in to see and drive the CX-9 to help refine our decision process.When we arrived we were greeted by Ted and he was very helpful with locating the CX-9 and setting up a test drive for us. While Ted was trying to find the Dolphin Gray CX-9 we were interested in (it was in the Service Department) we also found a really nice 2011 CX-7 that was in like new condition, seemed to be a solid value and was a good fit for what we were looking for. Ted brought around the CX-9 and allowed us to take the time we needed to look at, sit in and drive the CX-9 and was very patient with our questions and "shopping". While the CX-9 was a very nice vehicle it is just to big for our daily needs so we shifted our focus to the CX-7 which was a fully loaded Grand Touring edition with very low mileage. We again hit Ted with lots of questions about the car and took an extended test drive to be sure we really liked the car. Ted was very friendly and we never felt pressured with the usual sales stuff, and being in sales myself I know the routine, but Ted gave us the time and information we needed to make an our decision.Once we made our decision to purchase we had to of course negotiate the price and that's when we met Adrian, the Used Car Sales Manager. The greatest think was that Adrian got right to the point on the Rick Case Market Pricing strategy and as a result we were able to get to an agreement on price very quickly. Of course there was a twist related to the keyless entry and ignition (the original remote key fobs were missing) that could have ended the deal but Adrian was quick to understand my position and ordered new key fobs to ensure we received the vehicle as it was advertised. The entire purchase experience was very easy and I felt the Sales Team was working as my partner on the deal. With the economic situation as it was just a few years ago our credit had taken a couple of hits but the Finance Manager (David) was also on our side and worked through his various banks to find us financing that was while pricey was fair for our situation and was simple and flexible enough for us to re-finance in the future without added expense.In the end we have a car we very much enjoy and will certainly get many many years of pleasure and use out of.Thank you to the Rick Case Mazda Team.

I purchased my car used approximately 6 months ago. At the time of purchase I was told the tires were good and all service needs had been completed and all was up to date. Less than a week later the change oil light comes on. I contacted the dealership and the oil had never been changed before the car was sold to me, so I had to take the car back for an oil change that took nearly 2 hours. After going to a Tires Plus a month ago for an oil change, I was told the tires were dangerously worn. You could see the threads in multiple tires and after asking the technician how tires could go from good to this poor in 6 months, he stated he believed I was sold a car with worn tires. I took it back to Rick Case for them to look at. I had a Noon appt. Nearly an hour and 1/2 later, they finally looked at my car (no work was done). They couldn't provide any documentation at all that any service had been done prior to selling me the car other than they thought they did it. Justin first said 2 of my tires were worn because I had been driving them with insufficient air/tire pressure. My low tire pressure light would have been on and it hadn't. I asked if it was possible that the previous owner may have driven it that way, caused the wear on the tires and then they sold me the care with worn tires. He said "That's Possible." Then he said it was because my alignment was off. They still couldn't provide any documentation that the alignment was good or even checked before selling me the car. I specifically said I didn't expect free tires. All I expected was Rick Case to do right by me (their customer) who had already been told services were done in the past that weren't and work with me and meet me part way. Justin and another man said they'd have to talk to the used car sales manager (I had to call for his name: Adrian Lizescu) and shortly returned to say the used car sales manager won't do anything for you. Sorry. Mr. Lizescu didn't even have the professional decency to come out and talk to me himself. Incredibly rude, unprofessional, AND I was there over 1 hour and 45min during a work day WITH an appointment AND they didn't do anything, but look. Unethical and Untrustworthy. I will tell everyone I know to avoid Rick Case dealerships. Very disappointed!-Angela K

I went to Rick Case Mazda interested in the 2014 Mazda 6 Touring. When I arrived, I was greeted by a sales rep, but he did not seem to be very receptive (not even a welcome smile). I asked if price was negotiable and I was told that it was so I test drove the Mazda 6 and was very impressed. I decided to purchase (well, the process) it but to my astonishment, the sales rep did not give us a pleasant time. We weren't even to negotiate a price on the Mazda 6. He also said that no other car dealer would give us a discount either and that if I wasn't willing to pay the "retail price", I should of never even looked into the car. He even said my budget was unreasonable and didn't even work with me. I didn't believe that no Mazda dealer would negotiate a price so I decided to leave. Before I left though, they offered me $500 off the car. They did not even give me the $1000 Mazda Customer Rebate or any incentives (they were not honest at all). The sales rep also said that Rick Case does not offer a "double warranty" on the NEW Mazda 6 when it clearly said so on the Rick Case Automotive website. Overall, it was a terrible experience for me. To my dismay with the terrible customer service, I went to another Mazda dealer-Jim Ellis Mazda. And guess what, they DID negotiate a price with me unlike how the sales rep said that NO Mazda dealer would give discount on a 2014 Mazda 6. My experience at Jim Ellis Mazda of Chamblee was receptive and the sales team was very friendly. I got my Mazda $1000 customer rebate at Jim Ellis and also a customer incentive discount. The Jim Ellis sales rep was way patient and honest with me unlike the Rick Case sales rep. Overall, I will never give my business to Rick Case and I do not recommend them. If you want honesty, reliability, and great customer service, go to another car dealer.

A couple months after buying car paint started peeling off bumper. It took them a week or more to attempt to fix, which still doesn't look right. Gave us a rental which we had to pay rental company for when we were told that wouldn't be the case. Spent countless efforts trying to get reimbursed. 2nd time and last time for light bulb and clip replacement which they replaced light and glued in the light bulb instead of replacing clip. Discovered this when bulb didn't last a year and took it to a different dealership. Now we have to replace the whole $700 piece.

There was absolutely no pressure by anyone, and both Jose Perez & Carlos Holness were very friendly & courteous. Jose was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and went over all the features with me during and after the test drive. He even configured some convenience options on the vehicle's computer console, and assisted me with pairing my phone and downloading my text messages & email.Carlos (the finance guy) bent over backwards to make sure I didn't walk out without at least some type of extended warranty. I was deadset on keeping my payment low and he nailed it, while at the same time providing me with some additional assurance (in the form of warranties) that my new baby was well-covered.All in all, I was extremely impressed by the guys and would recommend Rick Case Mazda of Duluth to any potential car buyers.

The only thing that I didn't get resolved during this visit was two parts that they had to order. Otherwise, they were quick, courteous and efficient. Mark Poston took the time to answer all of my questions, and make sure my parts issues were communicated to the part department. He even made sure I had the right coupon for a discount on the scheduled service. The only thing keeping me from giving a five star rating is that they give you a car wash coupon to the autowash up the street. I didn't have time to get it that day, and live too far away to go back just for an autowash. The BMW garage we use always does the wash and vacuum for us. Of course, if Rick Case had done it, I would have had to wait longer, so its never perfect, is it?

So we went in on a Sunday and spoke with Marvin Harvey. Not sure if it was his turn to sit closest to the door. But he won us over w/ his patience and great attitude. He talked to us about being prepared before you come into the dealership. This makes you not only a great buyer but a smart buyer. How many salesman will tell you that? Who cares if we didn't buy a car from him. I would have sent anyone to him. Just b/c he's a good guy. He took his time and showed us the Grand Touring edition of the vehicle. And with our budget we deciding that the Touring would be enough for us. So later on that week my wife went back in, by herself w/ our pre-approval, me just a text msg away,and she worked to get the deal done. So after going back and forth with the APR from our credit union and the dealer offered financing, we finally heard our finance officer from the credit union say oh that's a great deal we can't beat that. You should take it. So we did. And we've never been happier. Even more so the staff at Rick Case was SO PATIENT! She didn't plan on being there that long but it worked in our favor. After having the vehicle for about 2 weeks we caught a nail in the tire. Seeing as though we were right by the dealership we took our chances of pulling in and seeing if they could fix it AFTER the service department was closed. Well guess who helped us this time? The GENERAL MANAGER! He came out, greeted us, asked how he could help, whisked the car around the back and plugged the tire. Needless to say their saying of friends for life is spot on. Thanks Rick Case Mazda.

Great experience! My son is graduating high school this year and will be going off to college so we decided to buy him a new car for graduation and make sure he had a reliable safe vehicle. I must say, I was very impressed with the sales department, Brett Bauer who was our sales person made us feel at home, he was very helpful and knowledgeable, and most of all Mr. Bauer did not make me feel pressured, he understood and listened and was very patient. I never had an experience like this before, very friendly and knowledgeable. Tye was very friendly and helpful during the hands on portions of test driving and delivering the vehicle. Steve was exceptionally helpful and responsive throughout the negotiation. Before purchasing, I conducted extensive research and knew exactly the vehicle and options I wanted. I contacted several dealerships and cleary stated I was a serious buyer and requested the best quote they could offer on the car. Of all dealers contacted, Rick Case by far offered the best price and was the most respectful of our time and decisions as buyers. Rick Case Mazda is a class act. We went to just look and there was no pressure and Marvin provided us will all the information we needed and never asked if we were going to buy or push us. This was quite the opposite with the Nissan dealer that was next door. Everyone was courteous and pleasant and did not put any pressure on us. We were able to sign papers and then come back the next day to complete the transaction because we didn't allow enough time to accomplish everything. My wife and I felt very satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend Rick Case for the dealership to buy from. This is a laid back dealership with no pressure or sales hype. Just good people.

I have purchases mazda vehicles since 1995 so I know the quality vehicles they produce..I was skeptical about purchasing in 2011 the cx-7 that I did purchase but -again I know mazda's reputation so I did.. I did not do as much research as I should have before signiing on the dotted line.. My credit score was not great but I still go approved for the cx-7 but payments were too high and I should have not agreed but I did. The loan officer made me feel they were doing ME a favor by getting me financed and I was given an extended warranty and GAP insurance coverage without having been explained to what that meant.. Well-- I paid close to 3,000 more on the cost of the vehicle when I really did not need the extending warranty on a vehicle that only had 5,000 miles on it used..I recently tried to refinance my vehicle with RC to move into a new vehicle and I knew it was a long shot.. The GSM was awful and only was concerned with how much RC would make and not really trying to help the customer.. I heard him speaking to another salesmen and told him he better get is A__ out on Saturday and sell some cars.. I was not greeting upon entering the dealership-just blank stares and he was one of those blank stares. The salesmen who was helping me saw me at the door and flagged me to his desk. I did address this with him and he tried to be apologetic but at that point I decided to not buy from RC no matter if the deal benefited me or not.. Sadly I will not recommend anyone to this dealership or purchase from them, or even get any services from them in the future.. If it hadn't been for the salesmen who helped me, I would not have even came back a second time.

I have loved the Mazda CX-5 since the day I test drove it and was excited to finally bite the bullet and have the chance to purchase one. I had visited Nissan next door first and was able to haggle them down to 23K for a fully loaded top of the line Nissan Rogue. Now, granted that the fully loaded Rogue and fully loaded CX-5 are a little different, but come on, pricing should be negotiable. I entered Rick Case Mazda and explained that I would like to see a mid-level CX-5, the Touring. They pulled it out and to my surprise, I wasn't as in love with the interior as I previously remember; but whatever, I chalked it up to me comparing it to the top of the line Rogue and figured we could negotiate a good price on it. Marvin provided a price of 28K on the Touring..NO NEGOTIATION at all. He stated they were not negotiating on prices, because the 2013 and 2014 CX-5s are so similar. WOW..who has ever heard of a car dealership not negotiating prices at all. That is totally fine, I went to Rick Hendrick Mazda at Mall of Georgia. I received AMAZING customer service, enthusiastic service, and people willing to bend over backwards to ensure I got the bottom line best price. They quoted me at 27K for a top of the line Grand Touring. After all was said and done, my boyfriend intends on returning to Rick Hendrick to purchase two more cars for his sisters based on my great experience alone. Piece of advice Rick Case, don't treat potential customers like they aren't worth your time; realize that right behind one sale, there could be many more.

Before going in to any dealership make sure you know the laws and procedures for purchasing vehicles that have changed. Everything was excellent except for miss communications all around. Steve did a great job with conveying information even with an irate consumer on his hands. We have not purchased a car in several years and things have changed drastically. It is just as much the consumers responsibility to be informed about this as it is the dealers responsibility to verify the information and convey that to the consumer. We were caught blindsided but Steve was able to save our experience with his good attitude and professionalism. Mike Tart did an excellent job as a salesman. We were comfortable the whole time and felt like he was really trying to take care of us. Though our circumstance wasn't ideal, it was a learning experience on all parties.

It was the worst consumer experience I have ever had, and I would recommend that anyone in the market for a Mazda look elsewhere.Look mistakes happen. Not every transaction will go smoothly. I understand that. Whats more concerning than the various snafus along the way, though, was the pattern of poor communication, neglect and outright incompetence displayed at all phases by various members of the Rick Case team.That said, maybe it was just me. I cant speak for everyone, so here are some reasons you may want to consider buying a car from Rick Case Mazda in Duluth:YOU ENJOY BEING DUPED BY THE SALES PROCESS I received a quote on a 2012 Mazda3 from a competing dealership and contacted Rick Case to see if they could match the offer. The salesman I spoke to over the phone, Mike, quoted me a very fair deal. I came into the dealership based on what he said to me. As soon as I sat down with the finance manager, he looks at me and says you know that quote isnt set in stone, right? No, I didnt know that. In the end, I got a decent deal on the car, but not for a lack of effort on their end.YOU ENJOY GETTING SALES CALLS AFTER YOUVE MADE A PURCHASE Not 2 days after I walked out of the Rick Case Mazda showroom with the finalized paperwork for my new Mazda3, two things happen: First, my wife gets a call from Earl, our salesman, asking for a Google review praising his customer service skills. At this point, we hadnt even taken the care home yet. His tone is annoyed when she tells him she is too busy at work to talk. Second, I get a sales call from a guy named Ryan asking if Im interested in buying a 2012 Mazda 3. I send the manager, Chris Whiten, an email about this. He apologizes and says he will take care of it.YOU LIKE HAVING YOUR REQUESTS IGNORED My wife and I purchased this car together, but I am the one driving it every day. Any questions or service requests or payment issues will be coming directly from me. I am the point of contact on this car. I told the entire sales team this SEVERAL times, yet they put my wifes name first on every document. Now, every time I call, they have no idea who I am because my name doesnt show up in the system. I have complained about this numerous times and they have never offered to update their registry.YOU ENJOY GETTING ONE WORD, ONE SENTENCE, OR TEXT SPEAK REPLIES FROM MANAGERS AND SALES REPS I had a question for the finance manager, Jorome, about our lien holder. I emailed him a question and two days later received a one-word response. Yes. No greeting, no salutation, no nothing. If I had a dollar for every time an email from Rick Case Mazda had a u (you) or a 2 (too) or an r (are), or for every time I asked multiple questions in an email only to receive a half answer to only one of them, Id have the money to buy another new car. It screams unprofessional. Id like to be spoken to with respect.YOU DONT VALUE YOUR TIME, AND YOU APPRECIATE PEOPLE WHO WASTE IT We were unable to take our Mazda 3 home on the day of purchase due to logistical issues on our side. The sales team knew we would be coming back later in the week to get it. When we were ready, I called the dealership at noon and told them I would be in around 8pm to get the car and to please have it ready. Thats an 8 hour warning. When we show up, not only is the car not ready, no one had any idea we were coming. The car needs gas, detailing, and temporary tags. No one knows where the spare key is or where the owners manual is. I sit and wait for over an hour while the car is prepped.YOU WANT BUSINESSES TO ABUSE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION The day after we take the car home, my wife gets a promotional text message and I get yet another sales call from the call room, despite the fact that I have already complained to the manager about this. His response is merely that they get too many inquiries and have no way of managing contact information properly. Wonderful.YOU DONT HAVE A JOB OR ANY IMPORTANT AGENDA ITEMS ON YOUR SCHEDULE Because, if you buy a car from Rick Case Mazda, you should be prepared to not be able to drive it for a while. I was in the process of moving while buying this car. That means I had both an active address and a future address at the time of purchase. The sales team was well aware of this fact, and it didnt seem to be a problem when they were trying to get my business. I filled out the paperwork as they instructed, with my old address. Then, out of nowhere, when Rick Case was completing my title work, the address became a problem. My title and tag work got delayed to the point where I needed to drive 45 minutes to the dealership to get an extended temporary tag.Now ask me if anyone reached out to me about this prior to the deadline. Ask me if anyone assured me things would get taken care of. Ask me if anyone showed any concern that my temporary tag was about to expire and put me at risk for fines or impoundment. I think you know the answer.The only contact I received from Rick Case Mazda on the title delays were as a result of ME following up as the deadline approached. At that point, the sales manager, Chris Whiten, assured me that he and his team were working diligently to get the issue resolved but that the blame should fall solely on the Fulton county tag office for changing policies and slow communication. He assured me of this ONLY AFTER I had emailed him, about a week before my temporary was set to expire. And on the day I emailed him, that just so happened to be the exact day that the Rick Case title department reached out to me for proof of residence. Im supposed to believe that my timing was that good? Im supposed to believe they werent just sitting on my paperwork for 3 weeks before I followed up?And once I sent proof of residence, ask me if I got any update about what was going on. I had to send several emails and call the office several times to get a firm grip on what was happening. Extracting information from Rick Case Mazda was like pulling teeth. One email I got from the title department, responding to my request for an update:(Your title work) was sent back to me because the proof of residence you sent me is not the same address as the one on your paperwork. Boom. End of email. This exchange occurred one day before my tag deadline. I was given no instructions or assurances on what the next step would be. There was certainly no sense of urgency on their end to get this done for me.Chris was adamant that Rick Case Mazda was not at fault for the delay. Maybe hes right, or maybe hes full of it. I tend to think the latter I dont doubt that the county is difficult to deal with at times, but I went to the DMV myself a few weeks back to transfer my license from Maryland to GA (in the midst of the same dual address window) and found the process to be quite simple.Regardless, they could have reached out. A phone call from a real person, apologizing for the inconvenience and assuring me that things would get handled, would have been nice. A phone call BEFORE I had to hunt them down for updates would have been wonderful.As of my last conversation with Chris, he apologized for the delays (even though he claimed they werent Rick Cases fault) and assured me I would have the tag in my hands today, Monday. Well, its Monday afternoon now. I am on the final day of extended temporary tag. As of 3:30pm, I had heard nothing from Rick Case. I just emailed them (Im the one initiating contact, AGAIN), and even though Chris had promised me he would try to get someone to bring me my tag, I have just learned that Ill have to go get it myself from the tag office (which closes in about 20 minutes) or wait until Wednesday. I would have been happy to go get it myself from the beginning until Chris offered to get it for me and bring it to me. But that didnt happen. So that means I have to re-arrange my entire day tomorrow (on zero notice) in order to get to the tag office between 8 and 4 if I want to be able to drive to work this week. Its a good thing my wife has a car otherwise Id be taking the bus from my home to the tag office. This is beyond unacceptable, especially when I was assured I would have the tag in my hands this afternoon.My transaction with Rick Case Mazda has been bungled from beginning to end. Ive received poor customer service, horrendous communication, and outright disrespect at times. I love my new car, but Im frustrated that this dealership was able to suck all joy out of the process for me.I received a very fair quote from Jim Ellis Mazda in Marietta, but chose to buy from Rick Case because they lured me into the store with stellar Google reviews and some smooth talk on the phone. What I learned was, they end up asking you to submit your Google review to them in writing so its no surprise that only the positive ones make it online. I made a huge mistake not buying from Jim Ellis Mazda in Marietta, and Im not here to advertise for them I cant say for sure they wouldnt have screwed up in the same ways but I cant imagine a worse experience than I got at Rick Case Mazda.Buyer beware.

My gripes with this place are too long to list here, so here is the short version: - You will get sales calls and promotional texts even AFTER you have purchased a vehicle - Rick Case Mazda will not have your car ready for you when you come to pick it up - you will have to wait over an hour for gas and detailing - They will sit on your title work for 3 weeks until you follow up, showing no concern for your expiring temporary tag - They will constantly make promises they can't or won't deliver on - They will be short and aloof in email communication - You will wish you bought elsewhere

The go to dealership for Atlanta. Just moved to the city and left another fantastic Mazda dealership behind. Found Rick Case through dealerrater and the reviews live up to their word. My first visit and I already feel like I am part of the family. Jeff and Alexandria in service and Kim the shuttle driver were all absolutely wonderful. They did a great job on the service and their full service car wash rivals that of cactus. Living intown Jim Ellis is closer but Rick Case service team is worth the drive. Highly recommended!

Went in with a Capital One check which could not be written for more then 110% of the of the NADA book value. I asked both the salesman and the fiance guy if they need the instructions, both said no they knew how handle this check. Capital One called the dealershp and told them not to deposit the check as it was written for more then a 110% of the NADA book value. Guess what? they deposited the check anyway. The bank called us to let us know what was going on, we called the dealer more then 3 times with no call back. Finally we reached them, we had to go back up and give another 600.00 as a depsoit to cover the difference in the check. We completed the new paper work and the fiance guy did not even ask for the the money, my son walked out with the money in his pocket, I told him if they were not smart enough to take the money then keep it, but he did the right thing and brought the money in, for all we know it ended up in someones pocket as he did not get a reciept. Now he has has the car for 2 months with no plates, he went today after we thought everything was staight and it turns out they never did the required emmissions test. Now we have to go back up to the dealer to get the emmisiions test before he can get his plates. Seems like this dealership is run like crap, were wasting our time and our gas running back and forth for thier mistakes. Plus back and forth to the DMV to get the plates. Stay away from these idiots!!!! Thats why I always buy from CARMAX easy in easy out, the only reason I went to this place was they had the car my son wanted.

The purchasing experience was good, however, after purchase experience was very poor. Calls not returned, issues with the vehicle not addressed, agreement for what was included in the purchase price were not factual on the part of the dealer. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. The car is great, the dealership has many opportunities for improvement.

Hey Folks wanted to let everyone know about my expierence at Rick Case Mazda. I called about an 05 Mazda Tribute that they had listed on their website for the special internet sales price of $9990.00. I talked to Will Barnes who turned out to be a manager and he said they had the vehicle and we arranged for me to come and look at it. In the meantime, I did my research and found out that the KBB price for a 05 Mazda Tribute is around $8400 in excellent condition. Im not quite sure how a vehicle that is 7 years old could be considered excellent! Edmunds stated that the true market value is $7423. Anyway I drove 35 miles one way to see the vehicle. When I got to the dealership a salesman had to find Will Barnes. After a few minutes I was introduced to Will, who within 30 seconds shoved me off to another salesman named Brian Nowlin (this ticked me off due to the fact that Will told me to ask for him when I got there). We talked about the price and I showed Will KBB price. He looked it up on KBB as well to confirmed roughly the same price that I found earlier ($8400). We went for a test drive and I liked the vehicle for the most part. I did notice that the vehicle had a few scratches and a ding or two also the dash around the radio was worn (far from excellent). Then we came in and he asked me to make him a offer. I offered $7500 which did not include the $599.00 doc fee (a scam) and the title fee of $19.00. Which with sales tax would run the price up close to $8800.00. Brian took my offer to the sales manager to see what could be done. After about 10 minutes Brian came back and said that the dealerships cost to own the vehicle was $9500.00 (pure Bull). I thought wow the dealership claims that they have $9500.00 in the vehicle when it retails for between $7400-$8400. Im still trying to figure out how a business can put more money into a car then what it is worth. I also noticed on the window sticker in the vehicle that the KBB price was $12900.00, which is pure Bull! Even Brian could not explain the high price even after he looked it up on KBB s website. I notice on the Carfax that the vehicle was purchased at an Auction. Back when I worked in the service department of a car dealership they would buy cars at Auctions for about half of what they retailed for. They would list them at retail so that they could double their money. Everyone should know that a dealership makes more money on used cars then on new cares. Needless to say I walked out of Rick Case Mazda with a bad taste in my mouth. Please stay away from them, they are trying to rip people off on their priced. The salesman Brian Nowlin was a nice guy, but I have no use for Will Barnes. Car salesmen, lawers and politicians are all crooked. STAY AWAY FROM RICK CASE MAZDA!!!! Also I probably would not go to any of the other Rick Case dealerships.

I test drove a Mazda CX-9 Grand Touring, VIN JM3TB28AX80152760.This portion is copied directly from their ad on AutoTrader.com:"Seller's Description and CommentsOne owner!!!Clean carfax!!!Power sunroof!!!Leather!!!!150 point inspection!!!Warranty!!!36k miles!!!! Awarded Consumer Guide's rating as a 2008 Midsize SUV Best Buy. (800) 790-9137. This 2008 MAZDA CX-9 GRAND TOURING is copper red mica with sand leather interior."When I first looked at the vehicle, it didn't have the tell-tale signs of the Grand Touring trim. The first thing I noticed was that it had Halogen headlights instead of HID. We also commented on the color, to which the salesman said, "this is what we call Black Cherry." It says "copper red mica" in the ad (no, the color had nothing to do with whether it was a GT). I gave the dealer the benefit of the doubt. After all, I thought, they are a Mazda dealer -- they MUST know these cars better than anyone, right? We took the car for a spin. While it was overall a satisfactory car, it just did not have the touches that were supposed to be standard on the GT trim. As we drove, I asked the salesman why it didn't have some of these particular features. He explained that some features were added later in the 2008 model year, and this particular car was an early model year. I know that does happen with manufacturers, so I let it go. However, my wife flat-out asked him, is this really the Touring trim, and not the Grand Touring trim? He responded that it was absolutely a Grand Touring.After the drive, we sat down to begin talking terms. I had to say, I had an overwhelming feeling of disappointment at this point because I had a nagging suspicion it wasn't a GT. But I kept on dismissing it, telling myself that they could not possibly make that mistake. It was getting late at night, and everyone was tired, so we didn't really begin negotiations, but I had every intention of purchasing the car the next day.After getting some rest, I was ready to negotiate. Still, it bothered me that this particular car was not similar to a GT trim I test drove hours prior. I fired up the old internet machine, and sure enough, I found the original marketing glossy for the 2008 CX-9 that explained all options, trims, and packages. Items that were standard on a GT were not in this car, including smart key, HID lamps, fog lights, electroluminescent blue gauges/indirect blue lighting, chrome door handles, and 20" tires to name a few.I got several phone calls from the dealer that morning, both from the salesman and the manager. I had not yet explained the discrepancy in trim packages I found, but the conversations were pleasant enough. Later in the day, I was satisfied, based on my research, that the trim as advertised was incorrect. I called the salesman to confirm whether the car had fog lights and 20" tires. He put me on hold, presumably to look at the car, and came back to say no to both, at which time I pointed out that they are selling a Touring trim, not the GT. He agreed with me that it was Touring, and he was to talk to his manager and call me back with revised pricing based on that "new" info.When I received the call, they were more than happy to discount the car $500(!) because it's a Touring. At this point, I was already disappointed, bordering on angry, for being misled in the ad. I told the salesman about my disappointment, and that he and whomever wrote the ad should know better. They are, after all, a MAZDA dealership! No apology from the salesman nor manager. Salesman tried to justify his actions, stating that he had not seen the car until we came to drive it, since it had just arrived from the auction in Florida. He said he still wanted my business, and would like to leave things positive. We got off the phone, and I called back later to give them my bottom-line offer. I left a message on salesman's voicemail with that offer, and never heard from them again.I thought the salesman was a pretty nice guy. His over-the-top friendly style was not my cup of tea, but he seemed sincere and is a family guy. For that reason, I chose not to disclose his name. I'm not writing this for a witch hunt. Suffice it to say that his actions, and his manager's, should cast a pall over all of their staff and the dealership as a whole. Though I don't blame him directly for the apparent bait-and-switch, he was asked directly about the trim, and he should have told the truth then. Or, if he didn't know the truth (inexcusable for an alleged product expert), he should have at least told us he wasn't sure and that he would look into it. That would have earned my respect.As I stated, everyone was friendly, and the experience at the dealership was actually pleasant. However, because of their misleading ad, I chose to give the worst possible overall score. If they were a dealership that sold anything but Mazda, I might have excused them for not knowing any better. But because they are a Mazda dealership, they have to know the difference between trims. What conclusions might someone draw from this mix-up? Perhaps they purchased the car at auction believing it was a GT, and they got ripped off themselves. Perhaps they truly never got the opportunity to properly inspect the car to determine its true trim. Perhaps they are really that incompetent that they don't know the difference in their own model cars. Or perhaps they knew all along, and purposefully misled me and anyone else viewing their ads, exposing them as the stereotypical shady car dealer.Could it also be possible that I drove the wrong car, and not the one being advertised? After all, I never compared the VIN from the ad to the car. Well, I asked for the CarFax, and they gave me the printout of the history which matched the one in the AutoTrader ad. The mileage on the odometer also matched up to what was stated in the ad. At the time of the drive, the salesman insisted that it was a GT. And lastly, every other used CX-9 in their inventory was for 2011, none of which were black cherry or copper red mica. The salesman admitted the incorrect trim on Sunday morning. It is Tuesday morning as I write this review, and the car's ad, both on AutoTrader and the Rick Case website, STILL state the wrong trim! UPDATE: It is now Wednesday morning, and the ad in AutoTrader and Rick Case's websites have been updated with pictures, but they STILL state the wrong trim! If you find the ad and pics for this car, look at the door handles. On a Grand Touring, the handles are chrome. On a Touring, they are color-matched to the car. Which do you see? Also, you will notice on the pics that the color is a dark red, almost purple. That is Mazda's black cherry color, not the copper red mica that it says on the ad. Feel free to draw your own conclusion.

We were looking for a specific car for about 2 months and had been to many different dealerships. We visited Rick Case a couple of times to do some research and were not pressured to buy right then and there. Once we were ready to purchase and saw the vehicle we wanted at Rick Case we went in to test drive the car. Unfortunately, the car we saw online was not available anymore. Johnathan greeted us with a smile and he was excellent!! He showed us some other cars that might be of interest but they didn't meet my criteria. He understood and I told them I was going to another dealer that I was at earlier that day. On the way to the other dealership, Jonathan called me and told me that they had gotten in a car that was perfect for me earlier that day and had to go in the back and see if it was still there and told me to come back. If it were any other sales person, I would have said no and kept on going, but I had such a positive experience with Jonathan, I decided to go back. The car was great and we worked out a great price for both of us. Jonathan went above and beyond any sales person, let alone a used car salesperson. He made sure all the little things were taken care of and followed up and communicated with me the entire time. He always greeted me with a smile and he never pressured me or used fishy used car tactics. I would recommend Jonathan to anyone it they are in the market for a car. I have bought a lot of cars in my time and this is far and away, the best experience I have had.

I have been to this dealer three times for service. The first time I worked with Michael and he was very helpful and nice and explained things. Overall that experience was a great one. I spent nearly 2 grand on car repairs in that trip but felt he was trustworthy and felt that they did a good job. The second time I went I dealt with Michael again. He was once again friendly, but the estimate that they gave me for the work required was outrageous. They quoted 6 hours of labor for a job that took to amateur mechanics 45 minutes to fix. This made me skeptical of the estimate the cost of the service that I had received the first time, but over I understand they have bottom lines that they have to meet. The third time I dealt with Kent. This was an awful experience and made me very disappointed and also made me question their expertise. At this point my old Mazda was dead - the transmission went out. The quote for repair was nearly $4,000. Kent explained to me the reasoning for why the transmission was dead and I decided not to fix it. I paid the $100 and picked up my car to drive it to the junk yard. On the way to the junk yard we stopped at Walmart to swap some tires off my car to a different car (i had just bought new tires and didn't want to waste them and my friends car takes the same size). Anyway, the guy at Wal-Mart thought he might want to buy the car ( I have no idea why, I told him the transmission was dead). But he was looking it and as he was looking at noticed some things that indicated that what Kent told me was incorrect. After a very angry phone call, it was discovered that Kent told the completely incorrect reason for why my car was really dead. There was no gasket blown, no transmission leak. He had to go back and forth with the service tech a few times before I got an answer. That being said, this made me feel unconfident about the diagnosis. And also about the work that I had done before that. I do not make a lot of money - so getting a car fixed at 4K or paying a new car was a large decision and one that I could not make based on a recommendation and explanation that I felt uncomfortable with, so I wen to another place to get another check on the car. At the end of the day the transmission was still dead - but at least I had an answer I could feel comfortable with. Once this whole process was complete I called Mark - who was listed on the back of my bill as the person to call if you felt unsatisfied with your experience. I spoke with him and his only excuse for the experience was that Kent was new and that what happened to my car was very common for 1999 626 models but he hadn't been told about it yet. He also offered to give me $75 back of the $100 that I paid for the diagnostics since I felt I had to go somewhere else. He said it would be at my house in check form in two weeks - it has been almost a month and I have yet to see it. I had an equally terrible experience with their sales staff. He would not tell me the price of the car until after I test drove it and tried to push me into buying something was over my price range. Also they tried to force me into dealer financing which would have been a huge mistake. I do not recommend Rick Case Mazda for any purpose.

I came into rick case mazda looking to purchase a used vehicle. I was greeted by Grey who immediately started asking my questions trying to pinpoint down a good vehicle match for me. After looking at and driving a few mazdas, I came to the conclusion that a mazda may not be for me. I asked if it was possible to look at cars on the other rick case lots, to which he asked what car I wanted to look at. About 15 minutes later, he pulled up in a beautiful audi a6, which I immediately fell in love with. It didn't take long to seal the deal, and a few hours later I drove away in my new car. Initially, we tried looking for a used car and looked at a few options then decided to come back in a few days. During our first visit, we met Marvin Harvey who was extremely friendly and straightforward with us. He didn't try to push us into anything and even during the few days we took to look at other places didn't constantly call us and "make the sale." In addition, during our discussion of the price of the vehicle he didn't feel like our enemy. He felt more like an advocate and helped fight for the price that we wanted. The only "bad" part of our experience was being told that there was a 15 minute check over the car to make sure everything was working right and having to wait for a little over an hour. It was frustrating, and it seemed to be more of the service departments fault than the sales consultant. Overall the experience was great and I would recommend Rick Case Mazda and say go see Marvin Harvey if you want a good car buying experience.

Upon arriving at Rick Case Mazda, we were pleasantly greeted outside by Jonathan. We had previously had a bad experience at another Mazda dealership, so we were a little hesitant. I asked a few questions and they were promptly answered and if the answer was not known, Jonathan was quick to find out the answer for us. We were taken step-by-step through the process of picking out a car and deciding what was best for us. We were assured several times throughout the process that the hardest part is finding the car; figuring out the price is the easy part. This proved to be true. We walked around outside looking at the cars to figure out exactly what we wanted. The manager was great in assisting when needed as well. Jonathan was very helpful and patient with us. He worked with the finance department and got us a price we were happy with. Jonathan followed up with us about a week later to make sure we were satisfied. As Greg got my info, he realized that I had a recall on my Mazda, something that I should have known about by Mazda way before I actually found out. Our family owns a Mazda Miata and a Honda Civic. At the Honda dealership, the service advisor is always trying to up sell me with items such as "We'd like to replace all your engine hoses today at a cost of $550." Many times it is expensive items I feel that I don't need. When you ask technical questions, most service advisors can't answer questions. And yet they are suppose to advise? Not so at Rick Case, particularly after Jeff Bradberry was promoted to Manager of Service. Jeff gets involved with making sure your concerns are taken care of quickly, correctly, and usually at a cost less than you were expecting. Jeff spent 20 years as a mechanic and very capable of explaining (and showing you) what needs to be done, how it is done, and an honest assessment of the time frame involved so your budget and your safety are respected. I wish the Honda Dealership had a Jeff Bradberry.

Marvin and Roger are not selling cars; they are finding suitable homes for vehicles they believe in. My family felt we were dealing with people who cared for what we wanted and not for pushing a car on us. It was a pleasure working with Marvin and Roger. They never worked against us. We purchased a 2011 CX-9 based on Costco pricing. There was no haggling involved. Marvin and Roger delivered more than what they said they could at a most reasonable price. We had some specialized demands and were indecisive on vehicle color. Roger, with a lot of looking, was able to find a vehicle that met our demands and initial color. Although we decided on another color with the same unique demands, Roger and Marvin did not express any impatience or annoyance. They stated that they wanted my family to be satisfied. I truly felt that Roger and Marvin would have rather had an unsold vehicle than force a sale to an unsatisfied or unsure customer. Marvin, again with a lot of effort, found a car in the color and condition that we requested. However, we were still hesitant and could not commit to a purchase. Again, Roger and Marvin gave us room to think about the purchase. They never approached us or pressured us during our time of hesitation by prattling on and on about the attributes of the vehicle.Several times, we walked in to talk to Marvin and/or Roger without appointments. Other times, we would make an appointment, break it, and then wind up showing up anyway. Roger and Marvin worked with our schedule anomalies and never expressed any frustration. Although we were at fault, Marvin and Roger always apologized for making us wait while they were with other customers.Also, I highly commend Salesman James Wong who took me on my first test drive of a CX-9. I told James I wanted to test drive the CX-9 but my wife, who was not with me, would be the ultimate decision maker. On the test drive, James asked me what other vehicles I was considering. While told James what else I was considering, he at no time disparaged these other vehicles. That proved to me that James is a high class individual. James did not try to sell me a car that day. He introduced me to his Sales Manager Roger Beckley. Roger and I talked about car buying in general in this internet era where invoice pricing is readily available. Roger did not try to sell me a car either. He invited me to bring my wife and family for a test drive any time. We feel great about purchasing a vehicle from our new friends at Rick Case. It was pouring rain when we were picking up our vehicle to take home. While my family was inside the dealership, I stepped outside to perform a religious ritual meant for seeking the safe operation of our new vehicle. I was really touched when a salesman, with whom I had not interacted with directly, came out to hold an umbrella over my head. Rick Case Mazda cares for its customers. I believe this is a culture fostered by the dealership management and salespeople.

Going into my first car-buying experience, I was a bit nervous about it. I had never personally dealt with a dealer, and being 23 right out of college, I was afraid the dealer would see me as an easy target and pressure me. He was excellent and the conversation was comfortable and friendly. After looking around a few places, I decided to come to Rick Case Mazda. I was referred to Marvin Harvey from Ed and he is excellent! He was quick to show what I am interested in, a big smile on his face, and very personable. I would highly recommend Jeremy Johnson. He was a fairly new young salesman who had only been with the company for about two months when we came to the dealership. He is a bright, energetic, friendly, and personable young gentleman who makes you feel like an old friend. He took excellent care of us during our visit. Every thing was ok. I think they should 've discounted the car a little, but overall it was painless. As far as customer service goes, these guys are top notch. Also, I was in and out of there in about two hours. That's test drive, fueling the car, and transferring all of my junk from my trade to my new car.

I bought my first new car from Rick Case 11 years ago. I still drive the car and Rick Case still does the maintenance. Jeff Bradberry was my mechanic but he moved up to the office. I still go there because I know Jeff is there and he always makes sure I am taken care of. I have nothing but goods to say about the guys over at Rick Case in Duluth.

I found the car we bought on the website, and corresponded with Grey Fenn, who was extremely helpful. We ended up putting a deposit on the car and went a couple days later to pick it up. Grey helped make the experience a great one, and the whole process was painless. My wife loves the new Mazda 2, especially the "alien green" one she got! I highly recommend Rick Case, and call Grey!

I was looking for a CRV and Rick Case had it. The year and the model i wanted. Grey Fenn helped my in the process, by email and in person. Grey customer service was excellent. Reason why? it was HONEST, something that today it is difficult to find. Grey wasnt pushy like other dealerships and try to work out with my budget. The transaction was smooth and the dealership compromised to fix minor details on the car.Grey even gave me a ride after I dropped off my car. For all these reasons and mainly for offering a good customer service with courtesy and honesty I gave Gray Fenn two thumbs up!CG

I bought a 2010 Mazda3 Grand Touring hatchback from Grey at Rick Case Mazda back in July. It was the first car I looked at when I decided to replace my 2003 Civic Hybrid but it wasn't the only. I really had no idea which car was the right one for me when I started looking and I spent months looking at different makes and models and test driving before I settled on the Mazda3Through all the waffling and stalling on my part, Grey was a great resource. He was truly interested in helping me find the right car for my needs. He helped me find and consider the comparable vehicles both by direct recommendation and by showing me the information available at Kelly and Edmunds to verify his recommendations independently. He happily took me on multiple test drives not just in the Mazda3 but in multiple vehicles available at the Rick Case dealerships in the vicinity. From the first time we said hello to signing the papers, it was busy couple months on my part. Grey never once pestered or pressured me and was always available to answer questions.When we settled down to negotiate the price and options he didn't yank me around like people expect from car salesmen. I got a very well equipped vehicle at an amazing price and took delivery the next weekend exactly when it was convenient for me.From test drive to delivery, the entire process was smooth and wonderful. The only problem came in when dealing with the tag. It took the title department about 6.5 weeks to get the paperwork to the county offices. Around the end of the 30-day window for registering the vehicle I was leaving for an out-of-state vacation so I got on the phone with Grey and he confirmed the state of the paperwork, acknowledged the problem but since he couldn't get it fixed himself before I had to leave town, he explained and helped me through the DMV's extension process.It wasn't a flawless transaction but Grey was great.

Peter Yeo who happens to be the General Manager is the best salesman I have ever worked with. He is downright honest, to the point, and no mundane negotiating tactics. He is upfront with you on what he can offer on a vehicle. He is true to his word on his promises. I would recommend this Manager to work with on a vehicle anyday anywhere . His help Robert is a gentleman but he needs work on his knowledge of cars as well as the basics of the car selling business. He was friendly and he worked to the best of his abilities to keep me happy. On the other I hand, I would have appreciated if Randall the finance manager was more honest in outlining the financing options and that happened to be the only sore spot I had in the whole car buying process

I really appreciated the way I was treated by the team at Rick Case Mazda. James (my sales rep) was very attentive and helpful. Never once did I felt pressured or annoyed with the typical car-salesman tactics. Being a first-time new car buyer, I had many questions during my appointment with James. Everything was answered in a straight-forward manner; this really helped me become more confident in my decision. The entire team was courteous and professional. I love my Mazda3 and can't be happier with my decision.

Gerard Almarales was great in quickly identifying our goals in a new vehicle and reaching those goals without a lot of backwards and forwards nonsense. The car is sufficient for our needs and within our budget, and there wasn't the usual "car salesman" pressure attached to this transaction. It was greatly appreciated.

Marvin was very attentive, knew his vehicles, and was able to get answers quickly and succinctly when asked something he didn't have the immediate answer to. Not patronizing but attentive. The only complaint I had was that they took well over 30 days to cash the down payment check I gave them; clearing my books was help up bc of that. Otherwise, one of my better experiences with a car dealer.

I recently bought a Mazda3 iTouring from Rick Case. My experience with the dealer and with salesman Grey Fenn was excellent. I first started looking almost exactly a year before I bought, then decided to continue to rely on my old car (another Mazda) for a while longer. Grey kept in occasional touch via email, never pushy or insistent just asking if I was still interested etc.A year or so later when I became serious about buying, Grey and the folks at Rick Case worked with me to find exactly the car with exactly the options I wanted, which wasn't a common one. They found one at another dealer, made me a deal that seemed every bit as good as they offered on what they had on the lot and came in under what my online research lead me to expect to pay, and had it delivered by flatbed with something like 8 miles on the odometer. Since I kept my old car I couldn't drive both home, and Grey delivered my new one to my house. He was excellent to work with each step of the way.My experience with the service department has been more limited, in taking my old Mazda there a few times and buying a couple of dealer installed accessories for the new one, but I've had no problems at all with them either.My 2011 Mazda 3 is a great car, and I fully expect to get service as good out of it as I have out of my 2003 Protege5 which now has 210k miles and is still going strong as my second car.

These people take advantage of customers. They over price and try to make people buy things they do not need. I went to get an oil change and knew I needed new tires. I had planned to get them the following week but the guy who helped me said if I don't get new tires today I shouldn't drive b/c I may crash or a tire may pop. Well I got the tires and they cost me $230, when I went to Jim ellis Mazda to get my other two new tires, they were charging the correct price which saved me $50!!! The Rick Case Mazda is full of no good, scammers. They literally do NOT listen to you when you tell them what you want and need. They're rude and ignore your concerns with your car. They get mad and give you an attitude when you confront them about making mistakes. they replaced my breaks once and I had to go back 3 times to get them fixed. They SUCK!

I have bought a car on 2/28 and after 40 days they have not yet transferred the tittle nor set my account with the bank for payment. I have check with them several times and they do not return phone calls and give misleading information.I will never buy a car from them again. I will tell my friends, family, coworkers, people at church, and anyone who I meet along the way. not to purcahse a vehicle from them.

I bought my new car from them and i really like them till last week i went to service my car and they found some problems with the engine and the big problem is they don't want to fix it .My car is still on warranty and these people giving my hard time ...Im still paying for this car and they dont wanna fix it they blame my wife for itSo why would I buy a new car i they can not fix itthis is my 7 vehicle in the past 33 years, and i never had this problem ...THINK TWICE BEFORE U BUY FROM THEM !!!THEY NICE PEOPLE ONECE YOU SIGN THE PAPER IS ON YOU !!!!

Of the 6 Mazda dealers I have used this was by far the worst. My engine failed in my car at 52,000 miles and was completely replaced under warranty, but it took the dealer 8 business days just to figure out what went wrong and wether they would cover it or not. They would only provide a loaner car for 7 days, so I was stuck with the bill. After I FINALLY picked up the car it would not start 6 days later. It could not be jump-started so I had it flat bedded to the dealer. The dealer hooked the battery up to a tester and said it was dead. It probably was since I had been trying to start the car for the last 5 HOURS!!! (Mazda Roadside is not very efficient either). The battery had just been replaced 4 months before, but they insisted it was just a dead battery. Now it gets good...4 days later, my car died while I was driving it and exhibited the exact same behavior. This was 30 miles from home (2 miles from dealer) at 5:50 on a Friday night. I called and spoke with Brandon and told him that I needed his help. They had just completed an $11,000 repair and my car has died twice in the two weeks that followed. He told me he had no loaner cars and the rental car companies were closing so "good luck!" I did not hear from them for another 5 days. They called me and told me that the coils in this brand new engine were bad. When I went to pick up the car Brandon refused to provide me with any paperwork to document the repair. I then spoke to the service manager Yeule and waited 20 minutes while they created paperwork.Later that night my car started making a nasty rumbling sound in first gear and a whining sound in second gear. I brought it in first thing the next morning. This time they were extremely hostile and refused to even provide me with a loaner car even though my warranty covers that and this was now the 20th day the car has spent at the dealer this month. They called me 3 hours later and told me that one of the motor mounts had shifted out of place and the car was now ready. When I picked up the car Yeule told me that if you drove the car hard it would also produce this noise in 3rd gear and that my rear differential was now "kicking" when driven hard. I had driven the car very gently since the new engine was put in since I was only 400 miles into the break in period. Yeule said it was binding because I had different tires on the front and rear, but these tires had been on for 15,000 miles prior to the engine replacement with absolutely no issues. Both Brandon and Yeule refused to give me paperwork this time too. I had to talk to the manager Joe and wait another 20 minutes for them to create paperwork again.Ever since that day I hear an loud bang from what sounds like the rear of my engine about twice a day and sometimes the engine is excessively loud and rough sounding. Bottom line, my engine was installed incorrectly and has lead to multiple problems that they will not take responsibility for and are doing everything they car to cover up and several other Mazda dealers will only offer me $6000 below Kelley Blue Book trade in value because of the problems.They also threw away the registration and insurance card I left in their loaner car. And that loaner car was given to me with expired plates. If you enjoy being taken advantage of and want you want to pay for your car to be irreparably damaged, this is the dealer for you!

I bought a 2005 Mazda3 from this dealer about 8 months ago. When we were negotiating the price they told me that they would include the extended warranty for free. I bought the car for $15,900 and drove it home very happy.7 months later however, I find out that the car had a salvage title on it. This voided any warranty that I had on the car and now the car is only worth about $5,000. When I confronted the dealership about this issue, they said, "It's not our problem, we didn't know it had a salvage title on it". To try and make things better, they offered to buy it back for about $10,000 which still leaves me $5,900 short of another car! They ripped me off and it doesn't even bother them. I am pursuing a lawsuit against Rick Case Mazda, they should be put out of business!!!

I bough a car from these guys about a month ago. Car buying experience was ok, but the post-sale experience has been terrible. The temporary plates on my new car will expire in two days, but their Tag and Title person said a few days ago that my paperwork was still on her desk and waiting to be sent to the county! I have been calling my sales rep and his boss over the last two days to get this resolved, but they refuse to call me back!Bottom Line: There are other Mazda dealerships in Atlanta with better service and comparable if not better prices. Go see Jim Ellis Mazda! The only reason we didn't go to them this time was because I wanted something out of Rick Case's inventory.

I've dealt with this dealer a few times ove the last 5 years. Everytime I go back, I remember why it's been so long since my last visit. The service staff are rude, they don't follow-up with their commitments such as calling when they say they will, doing the work that they say they will, or charging the prices they qoute you over the phone. In fact, their technicians like to play games by "accidentally" locking the hoods of customer cars who choose not to go through with a service. The parts department, also does not return calls and does not fulfill promises on the delivery of parts. The worst dealership in the Atlanta area, by far.

The initial sales experience was ok. I negotiated the price over the phone and went to the dealership to complete the transaction. It was evening when I took delivery of the car and they did not detail or prep the car for delivery. It had bird droppings on it, was dirty and the tonneau was just thrown in the back. The salesman told me that the "Detail department is pretty crappy after 7:00". Well, excuse me.It took a month and a half to get the papers necessary to register the car. Nobody returned my calls and everybody blamed everybody else for the problem. I had to revisit the dealership a couple of times to get what I needed.A year and a half after I leased the car I decided to go ahead and buy it off lease (the Mazda3 is a great little car). Mazda told me to go back to the dealership and they would complete the transaction there. I went back to Rick Case and they quoted me a price of $18,100 to buy my car that had a payoff of $15,700. They told me there was a "pack" on the payoff that they would not negotiate on. After a hour of arguing with them they finally told me that I could just go to any Mazda dealer I wanted to complete the transaction. I left and went to Sutherlin Mazda. I was done in 30 minutes for the cost of the payoff, tax and a doc fee.The impression I have gotten everytime I have visited the dealership is that the sales people are nice and, more or less, well intentioned. It is the iron fisted rules of Rick and Rita Case that cause so much of the problems. Several people have so claimed, both inside and outside of the dealership. I suggest NOT buying your Mazda there, go to Sutherlin instead.
