SCAM car repair facilities. My Cadillac ct6 was brought in for a turbo failure on a flatbed. I had used this dealer prior for some minor warranty related items. The rep that I worked with was excellent and I did not have to think about the repairs, or warranty payments. Unfortunately I was given a new rep who ended up being the Cadillac service manager. He did not want to work with my extended warranty and when he realized that I had that he increased the rate per hour. I called from another number and asked what the hourly rate was and it was $40 an hour cheaper. The gentleman also scammed additional diagnostic hours for something that a certified Cadillac facility would know. I contacted Cadillac in regards to my problems. Cadillac sent a certified letter to Rickenbaugh recommending that money be refunded. I have not heard anything from them, it has been 60+ days since the letter was received. Do not go here they will take advantage of you and the manager is a low down typical old school used car salesman. Shame on you people.

Rickenbaugh Cadillac has the best service in the Denver Metro area. They truly care about their customer. Blaise Flaherty made sure that the rattle in the back door/window was fixed correctly. Recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee, worked with Dave Sloane and he was great. I flew in to inspect the vehicle and he picked me up at the airport. And this dealers prices are what you pay, the price includes all fees including temp tag but excludes taxes. They made the purchase process painless and to be honest I was a bit taken aback at first given every dealer I’ve ever purchased a used vehicle off of has fees on top of fees when purchasing. I would definitely recommend this dealer.

Nick Pacifico personally educated himself on the issues my xc90 was having with the console, dashboard, and software interface (as well as the brake pads issues). While they had the car for two weeks and had substantial trouble fixing the issues, I believe (hope) they have been resolved. I liked how Nick jumped onto the issues and was transparent with regards to exactly what was wrong.

Mark Gorsline has been an excellent Service Advisor on all occasions, including my 10/20/16 service visit. Despite two errors by a technician (failing to reset "My Car" after installing a software upgrade which required me to re-visit the dealership and pinching the O-ring on the oil drain plug when re-installing the plug, which allowed approximately two quarts of oil to drain out in the two hours after I left the dealership and requiring me have my car towed back to Rickenbaugh), Mark was extremely courteous and helpful, telling me and showing me that the technician had not done the re-set and actually doing the re-set for me and providing me with the Volvo Roadside Service phone number for a tow truck, and then arranging for the Rickenbaugh driver to pick me up at home the next morning so I could collect my car from Rickenbaugh. I understand that mistakes can be made, and I hope that the technicians will be more conscientious and careful in the future, but Marks professionalism and courteousness were greatly appreciated. My ratings of 4 stars and "9" were simply because of the additional inconveniences I actually did experience due to technician's errors, though Mark did all he could to correct those errors.

Took the V70R in Monday afternoon because of a problem. Got a ride home from Ron the shuttle driver. Walter called with estimate before end of day. Walter called me Tuesday at 5:20 to let me know the car was ready to go. Walter knew I wanted to have my wife drop me off at Rickenbaugh on her way to work Wed. morning. I appreciate that he took the time to let me know the car was ready Tuesday rather than Wed morning as originally estimated so I could plan on riding with my wife.

Their service department is FABULOUS! Professional, flexible and helpful. I have been using this Dealership for 12 years and purchased 2 vehicles there. I always have a very positive experience. I have recommended friends and they have purchased their cars there. They have been amazed with the ease of purchasing the car and the service. Recently, one of my friends was several thousand miles from Denver and had problems with her 5 year old XC90. She called her service advisor and he was able to diagnose the problem and get her car towed several hours to the closest Volvo dealer. I have looked at other luxury vehicles but I keep coming back to Rickenbaugh Volvo because of their outstanding service!

I called my service manager, Dwight, and he was walked me through what was expected. As important, he let me know that based on his estimation from the previous visit, that I would need brakes. Although the price was a surprise, I like the fact that he offered the recommendation previously and it came through as he predicted. I had a problem with my Volvo and needed to get it in for service before I leave on a long road trip vacation. They got me in, identified the problem, and fixed it. Usually I see Walter, another good thing about Rickenbaugh is you know the person who will be in charge of your experience. But Walter was on vacation and I was concerned things wouldn't go so well. Wrong. The other person, Dwight Davis, was equally good. Can it be that Rickenbaugh hires well, and retains good people? I am delighted and grateful.

This was a much better experience this time while getting brakes and rotors. Originally I thought it was my front brakes and rotors making all the high pitched noises, but Walter called me to tell me I still had time on my front brakes and rotors. He did recommend to get the rear brakes and rotors done though as they were metal to metal.

One example from a recent visit is I could tell by the way the motor sounded that they adjusted items that I had not even complained about! Best of all, I was not charged for it :-). It does not get better than this!

I live in Littleton which has a closer Volvo dealership that I had a horrible experience at and found their sales associates to be rude and arrogant. I literally had a sales manager tell me to take my business elsewhere when I did t want to pay full price, this isafter having purchased cars from them in the past and having used their service department for years. It was comfortable and pleasant experience. No haggling helps. Warren was nice and funny and did not "turn on the salesman". The lounge I waited in for financing was nice and I could work while I waited. The wifi certainly was appreciated. It was nice too that Warren cleaned out our old car. A little creepy to have someone go through your stuff but nice none the less. I even told a friend yesterday that in 2 years time when our 14 is close to 16 I will call Warren with a few months notice so he can be on the lookout for something for me so I can pass down my Lexus to our son. I hope the car we bought is reliable. If so we will certainly make Warren and Rickenbaugh our go to dealership.

I wasn't the easiest customer to deal with. I initially decided to purchase a 2013 Volvo S60 and after Ted and John agreed to all of my requested equipment enhancements I backed out of the deal. A week later I changed my mind and called Ted. He was friendly and understanding and ensured i received the original deal. Ted was amazing. This was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. He knew what I wanted, didn't try to push me into a more expensive vehicle. I told Raphael that I did not want him to find financing for me. I am so glad that he encouraged me to reconsider. The financing he obtained was 6% lower than my bank.

Service writer did not diagnose problem correctly. Mechanic should have double checked before making repairs. Real problem was found later, but should have been found in an initial inspection which was supposed to be thorough.

I can only reiterate what all the reviews have said, "great experience, no pressure, quality product, customer attention, etc". In my opinion Rickenbaugh Cadillac and Warren Gonzales are the standard by which all dealerships should be judged. The trip to Denver was worth every mile.

My wife and I have purchased four Cadillacs from Rickenbaugh's and had five serviced there so far over the years. The latest, purchased through Peter Dimond and Mike Moxley, was just as relaxed and easy as the others. Other reviewers have mentioned being like "family" and that's exactly right. Of equal importance is the quality of service provided after the sale. Over the years I've come to know all of the Service staff (one the Cadillac side) and they will bend over backwards to take care of your car. They're completely honest; you'll never buy something you don't need, and they do the job right the first time.

After 35 years of hard work, I was finally able to buy my first new car. I had been shopping for about 3 months, visiting pretty much all the dealerships around the metro area. Ryan at Rickenbaugh treated me like a valued customer from our very first hand shake. He listened to my needs, and answered any questions I had like a professional. Salesmen at the other dealerships could learn from Ryan on how to treat customers. I felt no pressure to buy something other than what I wanted. I have made friends here and while some have gone on to retirement, Ryan Nienhueser has filled the void seamlessly. Out experience with Rickenbaugh Cadillac and Volvo was superb. Ryan Nienhueser was very helpful and professional. He took us through the USAA buying process for ordering a 2013 ATS4 2.0T to our specs. He also kept us updated on the cars manufacturing progress and did a great job explaining all the technological features of the car on delivery. The lease process with their finance department was smooth as silk. We had such a great experience that when it came time to get another car, we went back to Rickenbaugh, but this time for a Volvo. Ryan introduced us to Ton Mroz, who took us on a couple of test drives and helped us find he perfect 2013 S60 T6 R Design. We love both our cars, but even more so the great experience at Rickenbaugh. Highly recommended!!!!!!

Ryan Nienhueser was our salesman; we traded in a Kia for a Cadillac SRX and Ryan was very nice to work with. He had lots of patience while we decided what we wanted and they gave us a good value for our trade-in. The transaction took less time that usual, which we very much appreciated, as we had our 2 small grandsons with us.

Just purchase another (3) Cadillac from Rickenbaugh Cadillac. Was also considering the the Lexus 350. Just cannot beat the relaxed negotiation process at Rickenbaugh. Have also been dealing with the service department for 12 years and TRUST them, everyone treat us like family, always knowing our names and provide quality sales and service. Major decision factor for this purchase, can't give up that peace of mind!!! Since the purchase the salesman (Ryan) has called, sent an email and a card letting us know that we can contact him with any questions.

I wanted a used model to let someone else take the first or second year depreciation hit. I was going for a BMW 3 series sedan when I read a Motor Trend evaluation of 8 "sports sedans", and while the BMW finished first, the Volvo S60 was close behind at far less cost; And BMW's are notorious for poor quality, so first went to McDonalds where I was not impressed with the sales guys...didn't even get into the car with me to show me the controlsl. Went to Rickenbaugh where the sales gal got in a 2012 model and showed me some of the many features, and then saw another model, a 2013. I liked the red 2012 but not the black interior, and the 2013 was black, but with ivory interior. I went back into the sales desk trying to decide and the sales manager came in an knocked another $3K off the already discounted 2013 price, so it was $1000 less than the 2012, and one year newer with 3700 miles vs. 10,000. THAT was easy. In the next week I got thank you emails from the sales gal, sales mgr, general mgr., and intro email from the service mgr. First time in a long time a car dealer actually seemed to appreciate your business.

The sales women was wonderful. I called ahead to see if the car was still available - When I arrived the car was ready for me to test drive. I felt no pressure to buy, but when I decided that it was the car for me, the negotiating and closing were quick and simple. Very happy! I would recommend shopping at Rickenbaugh.

Decent experience with buying a Subaru. Nothing out of the ordinary. You get a lot of speeches about how they have been in business for 70+ years and they do a 73 point inspection. That great and all but every dealer says those things so it didn't hold much water with me. They need to back up their words with a short term warranty. Donnie was a good guy to deal with.

We bought a used Ford Escape from Rickenbaugh Cadillac Volvo. They were helpful, honest and fair. Definitely no high pressure sales here! Our salesman, Donny was great to work with, as was his manager. We will definitely go back to them for our next car. This is a class operation and we can see why they've been in business so long.
