It was my first time purchasing from Ride Today and the experience was great. Brandon was very personable and laid back the trade in process was smooth and he was patient working with me having to leave and come back and patient with my children running around the office. the trade in offer was fair and the paperwork process was quick and easy. Brandon checked in a few days after the purchase and even helped out with an issue that occurred after the vehicle was purchased. Perfect transaction! I’m in another state and they made the deal happen like we were just up the street from each other. Brandon Thompson is the best sales rep! Strong communication skills! Management team was very accommodating as well considering this was an out of state deal. Would definitely buy from them again and also would definitely refer to a friend.
