I brought my car in for a stereo that was "acting" up and an oil change. I do have a warrenty but was not sure if the stereo was covered. Matt went above and beyond!! He got the stereo replaced. While doing the oil change an oil leak was discovered.Matt got both issues fixed, negotiated for my rental vehicle to be covered under the warranty and even adjusted the alignment!Matt and his team are awesome!! I will be coming here for all my repairs from now on!!

I got in touch with Ryan over internet and asked for a OTD price on a 2016 prius eco. He immediately responded with the final OTD.I'm convinced the OTD i've received is fair and good price to work with. I've browsed other dealers websites for colors and i found that right toyota has more inventory and color options than anyone in phoenix area. I zeroed in couple of colors. Before setting the appointment to visit the dealer, i've asked ryan to bring the price down, thinking that it may take few more e-mails. Just with one e-mail he agreed to the price.The process at the dealer was quick and great experience. Ryan took me to his office, went through few papers, showed the car and i'm out of dealership within 45min. Long story short, Ryan handled it professionally, Honoured OTD, put me through a very efficient and quick process in buying the car.I found Ryan is honest, easy to work with and most importantly he delivered on his words and very result oriented. I'm also happy that right toyota has gave me a free package because it pre build with car at this dealership, where i found online other dealers are charging extra. Overall awesome experience from start to finish, i would highly recommend Ryan and Right Toyota.

I found the experience at Right Toyota to be very pleasurable and efficient. The sales person, Davon, greeted us in the parking lot upon our arrival and we looked at several varieties of Toyota Camry's. When I expressed interest in the Honda accord LX Sport he indicated that Right also owned that dealership and took us over to Honda to test drive the Sport. After test driving the Honda and the Toyota Camry SX, LX and a Hybrid we decided on the XSE. Davon made the experience easy and enjoyable with no pressure. He showed us vehicles that met our request and was quick to get us into the test drive seat. I returned the next day and in less than a half hour we made a final selection. Davon also followed up two days after the purchase to make sure all was well. His service level was excellent and he was a pleasure to work with.

Exceptional experience - this was my second car from Right Toyota. My initial call was to the dealership to see about removing a co-signor on my Toyota Financial Loan, I spoke with Bucky who was very helpful. I was going down the route to refinance when I received a call from Moussa. I had not considered trading my Highlander as I have only owned it for two (2) years. Moussa was great to work with - listened to my concerns with the trade, gave me options and took care of everything. The process was very easy and smooth - very contrary to the other experiences you hear when people by a car. I was able to get into a newer Highlander with less miles and feel good about the overall deal. I also worked with Bucky on the financing again Toyota Financial and it went great as well - hard to believe he is a recent college graduate. My Prius would not move and had to be towed. Two nearby dealers could not see the car until the next week, so I had it towed to Right Toyota where I purchased in 2011. Darvin kept me apprised of diagnostic tests and what they found. The inverter had failed and they were locating a replacement. The part was back ordered so he was arranging for a rental car, but I was out of town so we waited. Darvin called two days before my return home, the Prius was all fixed and Toyota was covering it under warranty, including the longer tow to Right Toyota from my home in Glendale. Since service is closed on Sundays, Darvin arranged for me to pick up the vehicle on Sunday from the sales receptionist. Everything was perfect, the car was clean and the batteries were full charged. I think it drives better than before. I'm thinking the inverter was probably not 100% for a while before it quit. Anyway, Darvin made a huge difference in my experience and history with dealership repairs. This was the smoothest and best ever, even with the back order on a major part.

Unlike past experiences with other dealerships, there was absolutely no pressure. Ed listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and delivered rather than pressuring me into something I did not want. There was no haggling over price. I felt the first offer was fair and I took it. He set me up with a great salesman Ryan Jenny who was pleasant and was always available when I had questions. They both came to my work when it was difficult for me to get to the dealership and that says a lot about their customer service. Nick Sharma in financing was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. He also got me in and out quickly since I was pressed for time. Besides great knowledge and customer service by all, I must give credit to Ed for really listening to my needs and wants and truly delivering. I have never enjoyed a car buying experience as much as I did with Ed.

My husband and I came in with very limited parameters on what we could afford, and what we wanted. Ryan was welcoming, understanding, patient and worked very hard coming up with a solution we could all agree on. Through the entire process he was engaging, kind and caring about our wants and needs. We sincerely felt taken care of and that he had our best interest in mind. He even had a wonderful attitude when I accidentally stole a brand new car. Near the end of the transaction, the whole team took an active involvement in our purchase but not in a pushy way but more of a celebratory attitude. It truly was the best experienced I have ever had at a car dealership. The people there were fun, kind and knowledgable. I would recommend not only the dealership but particularly Ryan to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about the experience of internet car shopping for the best price. Right Toyota gave me the best price. I contacted 7 Toyota dealers in Phoenix. 4 ended up responding with out the door prices. Ryan who works at Right emailed me several times a day for a week and also phoned me. The price agreed upon was the price on all the paperwork when I got to the dealer. My husband and I drove about 500 miles to get a better price. Everyone at Right was professional and honest. They made us feel like family and let us bring our dog with us to pick up the car, instead of getting relative to watch her or put her in doggy day care for a few hours. It turns out the employees are dog lovers and about 15 people noticed her as they walked by. Later I discovered they do volunteer work with one of the animal humane groups in Phoenix. I told my husband I knew this was the place we needed to buy the car from. My husband and I are very impressed by all the employees. The dealership was huge but easy to find your way around in. Internet car shopping, it turns out is easy once you do your research and know what you are doing. I knew what I vehicle I wanted. No one tried to talk us into something that was more expensive or that had features I did not need. Ryan is very personable and easy to talk to. He was very patient when he showed me how to use the GPS and other computerized auto features. I was very tired after having spent about 9 hours driving to Phoenix the day before. If I lived in the local area, Ryan invited me to come back and ask him questions about the car after I drove it for a few days. My husband and I plan to come back and get the car checked out there within 6 months and also spend time more time in the area. A 5 day car buying trip, is exhausting. Everyone at Right did what they could to make it less stressful. I will always be happy with my decision and recommend Ryan as an internet sales manager and Right Toyota. I truly believe they are the best Toyota dealer in the Phoenix metro area. Trish

He gave me a few concise explanations on various topics then allowed me to test drive the vehicles I was interested in. After I finished driving it, I became interested in the 2014 Tacoma. Experience was a good one. Ed was easy to work with. I had done a lot of research ahead of time and had an appointment set with him, as well as other dealers in the valley. Price we settled on seemed fair. Happy with the vehicle. Nick Sharma in finance was fantastic. He made sure I was well informed on lease vs. purchase pros and cons, went over the deal in ways I understood, and was very personable as well. However, at one point, his manager came in, and was one of the rudest people I have run across in a LONG time. He was mean and condescending to Nick in front of us, and was just a jerk overall. Apparently he felt Nick was taking too long with us (which he wasn't- we were in and out of the finance part in under 40 minutes), and his frustrations were apparent. Seemed like he wanted to be able to go home... If I was Nick, I would lodge a complaint for the way he was spoken to, and as a customer, I didn't appreciate his rudeness or barging in and filling the air with tension. This was the only part of my experience that marred it and I would mark exceptional because Ed and Nick were great, but this one guy ruined it, so very good is as good as it gets.

I would definately recommend to a friend. My purchase was hassle free, which is something I've only experienced 2 other times in car purchashing. Their finance department is awesome and their sales manager is terrific! The only downside is the availabilty of "chevy" service mechanics. I purchased a Chevy and their Chevy guy is only in at limited times so getting service done at that location is pretty difficult. Other than that, I had a great experience, I LOVE my car and am considering checking back with them when we start looking for a vehicle for my daughter!

Ed was outstanding. All three gentlemen were frankly. Ed is a pro and handled the transaction with ease. Listens, covers the details, follows through and a credible salewsman. Fabio is a highly capable sales driver and a credit and asset to Right Toyota. I didn't tell anyone at Right this but, I went to another Toyota dealership and frankly there was no comparison. Neither the saleman or sales manager could hold a candle to your team there at Right. I can't say enpough good about all three. Kent, another pro and handled the financials as any customer should expect. Customer service driven, professional and straight forward. ****** I am going to add something not asked for. The lady at the entrance needs to be helped and spoken with. Constantly texting or whatever she is doing with the phone, marginally attentive to any customer around, quite disheveled appearance wise in my opinion (three different days observed this way), left me on hold forever(I finally called back)when I called in with a question and in my opinion not what Right wants as the first impression when you enter the showroom. This, by the way, is compared to the complete opposite I observed when someone took over for her break or lunch etc. Friendly, greeting customers, smiling etc etc. Then there was the service guy. Well I will say he seemed mildly interested in setting up my appoinment for the parts/accessories that needed to be added to my car.

Jerry was very good at assisting me, knowing the car, assisting with the deal, showing me the features and showing me the dealership. However, a sales manager entered the negotiations way too soon. He was abrupt, did not smile, and tried to justify a very high price placed on the vehicle. I have called a day before coming to the dealer shop to make sure you have the vehicle in. It was the evening of Thanksgiving. I was assured by Ryan the car is puled on a customer lot and is waiting for my viewing. We set it up for black Friday morning. I was there before the dealership was open and called before coming. No answer. When Ryan showed up, he couldn't find the vehicle nowhere. Spent an hour there and and wasn't even offered to match up price on a different vehicle. It was very disappointed experience and complete waste of my time.

Compared to GM, Dodge, and Ford dealers, where they make you sit and wait by yourself for hours to wear you down, Right Toyota worked quickly and were very attentive. Compared to Camel Back Toyota, where they tried to trick and con us out of every penny they could, the people at Right Toyota really did try to steer us into the deal that best for us, and they were willing to negotiate and compromise, as long as we were reasonable.

I chose to go out there because I received a offer in the mail not wanting to get the car to begin with but the salesmen and sales manager talked a good deal so I continued with the deal only to have them call me back later to say I needed to return car....my whole problem with that is why even let me leave the lot if you knew the deal wasnt completed, which I was led to believe it was so now I have to stop my day and go back out to Scottsdale an I live in Chandler and have my auto insurance switched back to my other car.....the whole thing was a total incovenience!!!!!!!! lesson learned some things are too good to be true!!!!! An even after speaking with the Finance Mngr even he gave some lame answer!!!!!!!!!

Purchasing vehicles in the past has been a truly daunting experience to say the very least. However, the professionalism provided by J.J. was simply exceptional. In a matter of minutes, J.J. accomplished what normally takes hours. He found the perfect vehicle at a competitive price with a fair trade-in allowance... voila! Experience does count and was evident during the documentation phase. Kent provided detailed document explanations and as a result of Kent not being too overly sales aggressive, I decided to purchase the extended warranty program, something I was initially set against. Frenchy was truly informed and showed a lot of patience with an inpatient customer...me. He went above and beyond the call of duty by personally drying off the Prius after a downpour. It was a typical car buying experience. Sales guy calls you in, he then turns a sales manager onto you who then speaks to someone that no one ever sees. You banter back in forth until some sort of agreement is made. I will tell you this.........this is the second fj I have purchased from Right. I purchased another in between the 2 from Bell Rd. This was the first time I felt really good as I drove off the lot. FYI I never give an exceptional opion of any one.......simply because no one is perfect!!

I almost did not come back to Right Toyota - my first experience buying a car from Right Toyota was not a positive one! The sales manager was pushy and I felt like I got tricked into buying a car! It was never the right car for me! I even told that to the salesman and he said "I just needed time to get use to my car." I hated that car and swore I would never buy a car from Right Toyota again! A friend gave me the name of a fleet salesman and said he only would go through this guy! Elvis Johnson in the fleet department made my feel very valued and comfortable. I just picked up my 2013 Corolla LE. I can say without hesitation that my experience with Ed Spiess was the most pleasant I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. (Sadly, I've been out of my 20's for decades!) I'll admit that I was not looking forward to the adventure. However, Ed alleviated my apprehensions immediately. My intent was to purchase a Prius but my husband and I later decided that one Prius in the family was sufficient so we elected to go with another Corolla. Not once did Ed try to sell me a Prius. To you, his actions may have been unspeakable. To me, his actions were admirable. If he had tried or pressed on the Prius, we would have driven out of Right Toyota and gone to Camelback where nobody knew that my initial interest was a Prius. Kris Nolan made the paperwork painless and now I have a new Corolla that I am certain to love as much as my 2003 vehicle that you kindly took off our hands. We had no doubt that another Toyota was in our future. Because of Ed, Right Toyota got a new customer who will undoubtedly share her outstanding experience with her friends and colleagues. In a way, it's too bad that I only buy cars every 10 years. When it comes time to trade-in the 2008 Prius, we'll come back to Right Toyota.

I took my RAV 4 purchased from your Dealership in 2011 for the 4th Service after run of around 20435 Miles. During the earlier service<i was told that they will change the Air filter during the 4th Service but Matt refused to do that giving lame excuse! I took the car around 15.45 after my Hospital duty when Matt told me that He canb not arrange for the Wash as all the people leave by 16 Hrs. and he can not arrange for the Wash but when I took aout the Car around 16.20 hrs. Not once did it feel like he was pushing us into anything, or tried to pull one over us. He was honest and put us in a fantastic new car with only 16 miles on it! We will be coming back in the future.

The salesperson was prompt, found our need and located a vehicle that satisfied what we were looking for. After a test drive we were promptly put with a finance person and we were able to complete the transaction in short order without a lot of haggling which we much apprecviated.

We came in to meet with Mike Perez at 1:00pm, I was sat down and explained about different choices that we had. I had just come over from the Honda dealer where we were not too pleased with their sales person. Mike was easy to talk to, very nice and never once gave us attitude or made us feel like we were being pressured to buy RIGHT now. I felt like he genuinely cared about getting us the best offer and what was right for our family. I would give him 100 percent positive feedback!Once we met with our finance person, he got us in and out of there within 15 minutes! I could not believe how good he was but still very thorough. I was pleased overall with Toyota and will come back for sure!

We never felt pressured into purchasing and the entire process was very smooth. I was surprised I was able to get in and out of store in under 45 minutes on the lease special they had for a Tundra. I have enjoyed very good service so far with most major repair being a brake overhaul in year 3 which I felt was a very fair price. Nice when I head in they know my name.

Sales person here are rude. Treat you like cattle and don't listen to you. if you reason with them they will act like don't understand you which actually looks really stupid. Don't waste time here and take your money somewhere else.
