The Sales Manager Bobby A. was amazing to work with. He and his staff went above and beyond to work to find and get the Jeep that I wanted, and to have it ready for me when I was available to pick it up. He also worked hard to make the financials work for my budget. His Sales Associate Mike C. was a pleasure to work with to finalize the deal and handling the paperwork on pickup, and JFK on the lease contracts. The process was very quick and easy. Thanks!

After having come from Jeep on Central Parkway (would not recommend this dealership if it was the last one on EARTH) coming to Riverdale was a breath of fresh air! I researched and knew EXACTLY what I wanted - and shared the same details with 3 dealers; I spoke to Margie who was friendly, professional and very quick to respond (and not overbearing with calls or emails) - but MOST IMPORTANTLY... gave me the BEST PRICE right up front! The "we will match any other dealer price" is just not the way I do business. When the vehicle arrived I was at the dealership for under an hour before driving away. Great experience - thank you Margie, love the vehicle - all good so far...

When I got my 2011 Jeep Wrangler Sport at my local Chrysler/Jeep dealer in Riverdale, I was steeped in the history and memory of the kind of customer service oriented dealer / service center that I grew up with in Detroit. Now living in the Bronx, I really wanted to buy a car in my own new neighborhood; a place near home so I could easily keep it well serviced and maintained. I already wrote a really great review of my experience buying my Jeep at Riverdale Chrysler Jeep. I'll reiterate here because it speaks to the total package dealer/service center that I wanted to work with; Margie was that rare salesperson who zeroed right in on what I really wanted to buy for the money I had to spend. No time wasted trying to sell me something I didn't want or need. The buying process was super and I recommend to my friends to come buy a Jeep or great used any car from the lot at Riverdale Chrysler Jeep. While there were some rockier spots in the service end for the first 40K miles of service, I am now happy to report that Rob and the service team exceeded have exceed my expectations in my last two visits. At a +50K mile visit to diagnose and repair a slow leak in one of the tires last weekend, I was blown away by the revised customer lounge, TV and free coffee that came with the quick diagnostic and repair of a pinhole leak that even the local tire shop did not pick up on the weekend before. The customer service and facilities really put me at ease and made waiting inside with pouring rain outside as best as could be reasonably expected given having to take the time with the car on a weekend in the first place (nobody loves to wait). Rob was really attentive and the wait was easy because I felt well taken care of. And if it was nicer out, the train is nearby and I would have used it to get downtown to work without hassles renting a car. Scheduling the service was much improved too. They have 15 minute increments to choose from and gave me a reliable sense of when I should actually show up to get to the front of the line by very close to the scheduled time. This really improved from a year ago. This time the whole package was there. Result? I got to spend time with Rob talking about what I wanted to do to keep my Wrangler in super shape for the long run, AND talk to Margie about maybe trading up to a new Wrangler Sport. I hope the Owner and Chrysler HQ take note of this. Because, frankly - I remember this kind of experience keeping a lot of great car dealerships in Detroit in business for many, many years. I chose to move to the Bronx and am glad I am sticking with this great dealer/service center for a car that I really enjoy. I am really pleased to see that they have taken some criticisms and done something about it. I am glad to see a local Bronx business keep going strong. So, either way, continuing to service (maybe even customize) my 2011 Wrangler Sport or buying my next Jeep: I will continue and recommend that others do business with Riverdale Chrysler Jeep. It rates 5 stars across the board. No kidding!

Saw a 2012 Prius online at an unbelievable price... and it was..... but even adding the 10% "assumed" down payment to the "finance" it was a very very reasonable price. Sales Rep Dominic got us fair value on our trade in (right at the mid-point of BlueBook) and worked the deal down to our cash comfort level. Dominic made sure that the car was shined, serviced up and ready to go as per our request. Business Mngr. Javier kept everything on track to close the deal even with a last minute curveball on our request for the title listing. Other than the online "marketing price" seems like a dealership and sales team, especially Dominic, seem to genuinely want make buyers happy.

I drove over 45 miles to see a vehicle. I found out that there is $2500 down payment that is not mentioned in the Ad, in addition to $895 "dealer's fee". So the price of the car was approximately $3500 more than the advertised price. I called the night before and a lady (Kimberly) confirmed that the price is the same. What a cheap way to get customers !!!! Of course, the first instinct that they are not trustworthy. I would have respected and trusted them, had they were straightforward with price without any subtle fees..... but $3500 more... that is really way too much to get people driving from far away and fool them this way.

Saw a 2005 Hyundai Tiburon GS online and I knew I had to have it. Went to see it personally and Derrick Bennett greeted me and immediately grabbed the keys to the Tiburon. Went for a test drive - no questions asked. Immediately noticed the belt needed fixing. No problem - fixed. Talked numbers and by the end of the day walked out in my "new" 2005 Hyundai Tiburon. He's was very to the point. Very helpful. Didn't try try to talk you into or push you onto another car like most salesman do. Only gripe was that we were there 4-5 hours. But that is by no means his fault. Just part of the game. Will definitely be recommending Derrick Bennett personally to my friends and family. Well done Derrick.

What we thought was going to be an easy process didn't turn out so well due to being unprepared. However, Dominic took us through the process every step of the way. We spent 5 hours trying to get our car and he wanted us to make sure we left with it. He was very patient with us and made calls for us. I learned that dealerships that look like the Waldorf don't necessarily mean quality. This dealership leaves a bit to be desired in terms of aesthetics but who cares? I was treated well and walked, rather drove, off satisfied. Got a very good deal on new Jeep. My sales associate, Dominic, was courteous, knowledgeable, respectful and, above all, delivered what he said he could deliver. I'd been looking around for about two weeks and had several disturbing experiences. Not here. Even the finance manager came across sincere, helpful and patient. No nonsense. Of course I've yet to have car serviced as it only has 10 miles but I expect to be well treated by responsive and capable techs. Added advantage for me: I can drop it off for service and walk home and back to pick it up.

Run away as fast as you can from this dealer and don't look back! Fraudulent and deceitful. Prices were not as posted in cars.com and tried to add in fees whenever and wherever possible. You have been warned! Went to another dealer that was also on cars.com and found them very helpful....their prices were as listed and they gave me 4x as much for my trade in.

The advertised price included down payment. This was not mentioned in the ad, which claimed the car was on sale. I drove 114 miles to make the deal, but after the prices jumped, I knew this was not a place to do business. I did attempt to get an out the door price the next day to avoid another drive, but no one contacted me. I felt the dealer could not be trusted. If they are dishonest on the front end of the purchase I would hate to think about financing or having to return for service.

After 3 days of trying to return my calls they finally did. I needed basic info before I made the trip because my drive was over an hour to the dealership. The price of the 2010 GMC Acadia was reduced to $25,000. The salesman said it was the finance price. In the fine print under sellers comments it alludes that you can get it for a certain payment per month after 10% down and finance the above balance. It doesn't mention the finance tiemframe. There is no above balance mentioned in the sales comments. I guess you are supposed to assume it's the 25,000 price listed on cars.com. Well the actual price for the vehicle is 27,500. Ask your questions ahead of time if you wish to go to the dealership. Otherwise you're in for a surprise when you get there. If you can stay away do so. Cars.com, Autotrader should ban this type of tactic. The price listed on their website is not truly the price.

I bought an almost new car, and have had nothing but trouble. Inaccurate prices on cars.com (prices based on financing), and in addition they add dealer prep fees. The car I bought is under bumper to bumper warranty but they find excuses not cover the cost for repairs. Do not trust anything they say. Their service dept. will try to swindle you any way they can. I'm in legal disputes with them that will probably end up in court.

As soon as I walk in, I was greeted by smiles and hand shakes. Mike the salesman showed me to the car and we started the paperwork right away with the numbers we had agreed on. Bobby also got me all the incentives that applied in my case and got me the best financing possible. While the previous dealer told me that I was almost $100 off my monthly payments that I desired, Bobby got me darn close to what I wanted to pay each month. Simply put, I am a new T&C owner and wished I would have bought my 2011 Grand Cherokee from them as well. You guys have my future business as well if I buy another ChryCo. product! I will definitely refer you guys business!
