Bought a new 3500 Ram in April 2009, Serviced at Riverhead Dodge. My son recently Visited Riverhead Dodge to look at a new 1500. I have been happy with the service Dept. BUT sad to say I am not very happy with the quality & service the truck itself has given me.

I've been going to Riverhead Dodge since 2002. I've purchased 3 vehicles from them (new & used) & will continue to purchase from them. From TJ & Rocco in Sales to Kathy & Frank in the Service Dept, all have been exceptional!!! Good prices, great product, superb mechanic service! All are great in Customer Service & mean what they say. I've dealt with many new Car Dealerships & their Service Departments & NONE compare. They will only service what is needed & will never try to sell you more like all the others. Your car is finished when they say it will be. One time an unexpected repair came up which they would need my car overnight & they gave me a loaner car until the next day. Riverhead Dodge is the first Dealership I dealt with that I actually trust!!! The are the exception to what car dealerships have become. Riverhead Dodge should be your next stop in purchasing your next vehicle!!

I was a new customer to this dealer since I had more than a few terrible experiences with my previous dealership. The service writer called me a few times with updates on the work being done to my truck (warranty) and they even arranged a loaner car instead of me getting a rental even tho they didn't have to since my warranty covers rentals. After 2 visits (had to order parts) I am very happy to have found a dealer I can trust and friendly enough to work with. I will be visiting this dealer again next time I need service and the next purchase I make.

I've done business with Riverhead Dodge since 1997. They have always treated me well. I purchased two high end Ram 3500 trucks from them. They have a very friendly accommodating staff. As I recently relocated to Florida, it will be hard to find a replacement dealer.

we've been happy with the sales and service here for many years, and my parents for a few decades before that. stepping in to Riverhead Dodge is like being at home with family. sales staff nailed our target price with no pressure. service and parts have always been upfront and easy to deal with. we continue to drive 30 min to have our vehicle serviced here.

Brought my truck in for an inspection it passed according to Riverhead Dodge.About 4 months later my muffler fell off. Also while my muffler was being repaired they noticed one of my shocks was rotting off the truck. Aren't these things on of the first items to look at for a New York Inspection!They also found about a half dozen other items that should have been noticed by Riverhead Dodge.It is my opinion that they never even did an inspection at all,but charged me for it. Riverhead Dodge has become complety incompetent.

Enjoyed working with Jane, Mike and Sean. They went out of their way to meet our requirements.We opted for the Terrain over the NIssan Rogue and the Subaru Outback.The only recommendation I would have for GMC as a whole is that the corporate website be updated. The Nissan website had a feature where you could do side by side comparison of competitor vehicles. Their site offered the MSRP and pertinent vehicle features. Probably saved a bit of time with the sales associates since I already had the basics outlined.

I had a difficult trade-in situation and John, Joe and TJ went above and beyond to make this deal work. I am so grateful. I've gone to many other places and my deal was thrown under the table and I was told that they couldn't do anything for me. I've bought many cars and this was truly my best buying experience, I will always and only deal with them. they never left me hanging and thinking and when I picked up my car everything went quick and smooth, I was very very happy.

I worked with almost everyone at this dealership and they were all fantastic. Very straight up and professional. They really want to make you happy and give you a good deal. They are upfront and honest, unlike other dealerships I have dealt with. They even stayed past their closing time to help me when I ran into a problem at signing. After getting into a major accident and totaling my Durango, we wanted to buy another Dodge. But, we were not in a financial position to buy another car. Chris did not pressure us at all to buy something we couldn't afford. And he still found a crossover that was within our budget and with low miles, so we knew that what we were putting our monthly payments towards was worth it. A great experience and have shared it with several friends. Would definitely work with him again. And Joe, the finance manager, worked very hard to help us get approved and also offered advice for the future regarding refinancing. We will be returning next year to ask his help in refinancing our vehicle.

SALES:I have purchased 5 vehicles from this store and each time the service that I recieved was uniformly great! They have a large selection of cars and trucks to choose from so they always had exactly what I was looking for. The sales staff is extremely knowledgable and Rocky (my sales rep) helped me select the perfect truck for my business. FINANCE:Their finance department was able to get me the perfect loan as the finance director Joe not only has the experience to get the job done, but he does so in a no nonsense profesional manor. SERVICE:Their service department has always respected my time. They have a friendly staff that knows their product and from the minute you walk in, you feel right at home. Ray, their service manager operates a clean well oiled facility. I have some pretty aged trucks in my business and this services center has kept them running just as well as my new ones. I sent 3 online requests from their own website to schedule service on a new 2014 Ram (5,000 miles) and all went unanswered. I then decided to call two week after the first online request and had the displeasure of speaking to a Frank. He proceeded to cut off my request before I even got the words out and said the first available appointment was two week out. He dismissed the online requests saying no one has time to review them and he only has 4 techs unlike other places that have 15 so sorry but 2 weeks is the best I can do.My recommendation to the dealership, Hire employees that will bring you business not chase them away.

Simply put. Hands down great experience. No pressure!!! From the minute I walked in the door, John made me feel right at home. They had exactly what I was looking for and Joe in finance was able to get me approved despite my rocky credit history. It was nice having a sales person that didn't have to wear a hole in the carpet traveling back and forth from the managers office. Tj whom I believe is the owner actually came out and thanked me for my business and to my surprise, threw in a $200 dollar gift card to the Tanger Outlets!
