Bought a used car from dealership, car was a complete lemon. Caught employers straight up lying to me about the car and situation. Eventually spoke with the owner, who was from the start rude and nasty to me over the phone. The lack of honesty quite frankly is very disturbing.

Went to the Riverside Nissan dealership expecting to trade my car in with its true car paperwork. I was looking for a used car then decided to go for a new car. They wanted to see my pink slip and car key so they could verify the car. The sales man was not wanting giving the car its true value amount and wasn't negotate the trade in. So he handed my car key and pink slip back and walked away saying nothing. I looked my sister and asked her what just happened... Went a DIFFERENT dealership traded my car with its true value and drove off the lot with 2 NEW CARS for me and my sister.

I took my sister at this dealer.She make a deal ,Nissan Altima 13, and one of the manager told me something about a bonus $150 for me,AFTER SIX months NOTHING .Two week ago I talk to him personal ...waste my time,DON"T take your friends or family here.Lleve a mi hermana a este dealer.Hizo un trato con un Altima 13 y uno de los managers me dijo algo de una gratificacion $150 para mi por recomendar a alguien.DESPUES de SEIS meses NADA,fui al dealer a hablar personalmente hace 2 semanas...perdida de tiempo.No recomienden a familiares o amigos.

I live 4 miles from another Nissan Dealership and about 15 miles from another one. I have gone to this dealership 40 miles away for the past 3 car purchases. Spoke with them on the phone first and did what they could over the phone - scheduled an appointment - got there at 1 pm and out by 3:30 with a new car - the hold up was actually getting the car cleaned and gassed up. We worked with 4 different employees from start to finish and they were all very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to deal with. Would not go to any other Nissan Dealership

I was in the market for a new car. Rick Oviedo worked with me over the phone for 2-3 days to get everything approved before coming to the dealership. I was able to get an approval and the dealership picked me up from my home to get my new car. I was in and out within an hour after I arrived.

We had an excellent experience with Riverside Nissan. Everyone we interacted with was knowledgeable, very friendly, respectful and professional. Throughout the transaction they were up front and transparent, nothing hidden, and they listened to what we needed. In the end, we absolutely love the new car! You can't go wrong with this dealership (honestly!), please go and enjoy your time like we did.

The team at Riverside Nissan worked very hard to put together a deal for me and the end result was that I did go in looking for a Nissan Rouge but decided to purchse a Nissan Juke. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend you to my friends and co=workers.

I walked on to the lot looking for a new car. I dealt with Rick and was not a fan to say the least. He was very unwelcoming and unfriendly. When we sat down to discuss pricing, he laughed at me and was being very rude when I told him what price range of payments I was looking for. I went to leave, he brought his manager over to swet talk me. We eeventually worked out a deal but I was so put off by Rick's attitude and demeanor towards me that they almost lost a sale. He was acting like just because I was young he wasn't going to treat me like I was an actual customer, when in reality I probably make more an hour than he does.Avoid this dealership if at all possible. I bought a car but I will be taking it to Empire Nissan for servicings as I DO NOT want to deal with these rude people!

Jesus was our salesman and was very helpful throughout the process. It took a little longer then i thought to complete the sale but all and all it was a good experience ....but as i said that was due to Jesus being our salesman. Thanks Jesus for our new car i love it

Ian was kind, understanding and easy to talk to - he did a great job showing me the features that the vehicle had. Mike was kind, but pushy in "closing", however I understand that is a part of his job. I would recommend shopping at this dealer, but I will tell my friends/family to stick to their guns to get the deal they went in for. I had to be VERY strong when it came to making the deal I had intended to make.

Ken was nice and docile enough. The problem came in when the smarmy finance guy stepped in. The amount I was told I was being given for my trade in that was put in writing even was NOT the amount that made it into my contract. There were numbers that appeared everywhere they shouldn't be. You had better be prepared to examine every single word twice because they try to sneak things in on you and then act surprised. Be on guard as this is a stereotypical dealer. They really don't care what you want and even tried to convince me that the color vehicle I was looking at was not that color.

Overall I had a great experience with Riverside Nissan. Ken was very knowledgeable and did his very best to help me, and I ended up with the exact car I wanted for the price I could afford. Keep up the great service! This is the 3rd Nissan I've purchased from here, and I plan on keeping my business here

My experience at Riverside Nissan dealership was perfect!This was my first time buying a new car it was between Nissan&Ford me and my girlfriend and mom went to just "look" when we got out of our car&started looking around we were greeted by Monique Cisneros(sales consultant).She had a professional attitude and great personality she didn't put any pressure on us to buy a car like other dealerships we previously went to it was comfortable she was so helpful she asked us questions of what kind of cars were interested in and what was very interesting&unique is she knew a lot about cars so it wasn't just a random salesperson who didn't know about there own dealerships cars lying to you trying to sell sell sell!A Nissan Juke caught our eyes we checked it out I loved that it was turbo and its like a car(350z)and a SUV smashed together.So we take it for a testdrive everything was perfect it ran smooth we were drooling all over it we go inside they offer us food and drinks:)they helped us with any questions we had and they really want to help you take home a car that works with you and your budget so we ended up driving home in a beautiful pearl white 2013 Nissan Juke and we couldn't be more satisfied:)We thank Monique and everyone at the dealership for making our experience one to remember!:D

Don't believe anything that they tell you. Make sure that everything that you asked for is in the contract before you sign. I gave one because they don't have any minuses let alone zeros.

Worst place to go for service! Do not go here and if you must, definitely do not deal with Nick Mayne as your service adviser. He is the worst type of person, friendly on the outside and lying on the inside. He lied and told me one thing about my car then when I asked him about it again, he lied and said he never said that. This lie was to the tune of over $970 for a part he said I needed. He wanted to take out parts that were working and never even tested the parts first When you are low on money and living in the economy we are now, it's sad that people like him exist in this world- those who take advantage of situations. I do not trust this place and would definitely not go back for any type of work done to my car. The people are shady at this dealer. I took my car all the way to the Corona Nissan for service instead and let them know how I was treated at the Riverside Nissan. They took car of my car and charged me nothing for a diagnostic since Riverside Nissan took advantage of me as their customer. From now on, I will recommend Corona Nissan to everyone as opposed to Riverside Nissan!!!

My husband and I spend 3 days talking to Henri and he gave us a price and put it in writing and then when we came in to get the Car on TWO different day he and others at that dealership proceeded to Lie and would not honor the deal that we had IN Writing.I can not believe how we were treated and I can not stress that this is NOT a dealership that I ever would deal with and would not recommend that Anyone trust a word that comes out of anyone's mouth or even puts in Writing...VERY VERY disappointed in the poor service and the flat out LIES they gave us.

11/10 Purchased a Pre-owned Honday Odyssey here and had a very good experience. I personally hate all the bargaining back and forth but my husband loves it. We did, of course, haggle back and forth over the details but that's part of the experience my husband tells me. He found this Nissan dealership very easy to work, willing to negotiate and in the end we left with a great deal (we did a ton of research prior and knew the value of this CPO car--we got it under the blue book value with a few upgrades given to us to seal the deal). Greg Lambert and his team did a good job--treating us fairly and getting us the van we needed at an honest price. My advice to others---do your homework. Use Kelley Blue Book and AutoTrader.com to see what cars are out there and come in knowing the value of the car you are interested in. I would visit this dealership again.

I had been looking for a car for 6 months.My credit was not good so I got the runaround from just about everyone.No call backs.When I walked into riverside nissan I was met by Jesse.He was the first one to say let's check your credit first before you fall in love with a car you can't get.He showed me the cars I could qualify for and I bought a Honda which I am very happy with.If I hadn't gone there I would probably still be without a car.Everyone was so nice and helpful.Thanks Jesse!!!

I had purchased running boards from the Parts Dept, for a Nissan Pathfinder that I had purchased elsewhere (not a Nissan Dealership). Unfortunatley, the car I purchased had a mechanical defect and I was given the opportunity to return the vehicle. I returned the vehicle for a another Nissan Pathfinder and the new one had the running boards in place already.I had misplaced my receipt but called and spoke to Brad who stated there would be no problem returning them, as I had used my debit card and i ws in their computer system. I went to return the running boards to Riverside Nissan where I purchased them, Brad was gone for the day, and was greeted by an old man at the counter who said "sorry, cant help you" "Nothing I can do" in a very loud voice. Another gentleman came out, Mr. Peters, who said "Sorry about that, he is always in a mood. He may have gotten in trouble today or something" (How is that my problem, I ws wondering) so he went to talk to the 'Manager' Brian McCallahan, whos said there was nothing he could do, and "if Brad said he would return them then thats on Brad". I told him he was acting like he did not work for the same dealership as Brad. He retorted with "I dont have access to the computer sytem that Brad does" I asked so is this a computer issue? He couldnt answet the question. The customer service is so below the bar that if this is what you get regarding a part issue, and in speaking with the Manager of the dealership, I would definetley not recommend anyone have any deeper issue, as the outcome doesnt look favorable on the customers part. My daugher is going to buy an Altima Coupe but we will NOT buy from Riverside Nissan and will take our purchase to another dealership who deserves our hard earned dollars.

I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with this dealership. They assured me the car I purchased had ABS when, in fact, it does not. In addition, they removed the factory sticker so I could not verify the equipment. Buyer beware! Go elsewhere!!!!!
