We bought a Camry from John Gogel and it was surprisingly one of best car buying experiences. I love John's easy going personality, he listened to what my mother wanted in a car and found her exactly what she asked for. He allowed us to go at our own pace (no pressure) answered all of our questions even the ones my mom asked more than one time. The finance guy was along the same lines didn't try to over sell the options to us. We are extremely pleased with this process. This was the easiest car we have ever bought, I still can not believe how stress-free it was. Definitely worth the visit and John was awesome.

Mike Murphy was hands down one of the best sales reps we have every had. He was straight to the point, worked with us in every way, and was very accommodating. The whole process took 2 hours and we were out the door with keys in hand; and that’s with a trade-in! The whole crew at Rivertown Toyota are top notch. I was referred by longtime Rivertown customers to see Derek at the Ford shop. They did not have what I wanted so Derek referred me to Jerome at the Toyota shop!! Jerome was amazing to work with, very helpful, I told him what I needed and wanted and he got me both. He was patient and kind and did not rush me. After test driving two vehicles, I had my deal done!! If you are looking for a salesman who will. LISTEN, you won’t be disappointed in Jerome!!!

The experience I had at Rivertown Toyota was amazing. I had a sale consult named Jerome Brown who was a huge help the entire way. With my previous car being totaled and me still being in limbo with my gap and insurance he was able to get me in the car I wanted and helped me every step of the way. There was no haggling or negotiations needed. He got the car down to a price I found reasonable.

This was my first time buying a vehicle. I didn’t know what I was doing, but Skylar made it so easy!
