Bought the vehicle in march called in May for the registration said we should have it soon. DMV backlogged. Called again in July still no registration or title told it was on its way. Received a call on July 15th told registration was picked up on either the previous Fri or Monday of this week. That there DMV service made a special trip to pick it up. Like they were doing us a favor. Was mailed and we should have it in a day or two. Clint the owner called my wife spoke very rudely to her said that this had been explained several time and we were not understanding how it works. We have bought 3 vehicles 1 used and 1 new and it never took this long.

Sold me a vehicle with out my knowledge. Had me sign an old CarFax report (3 months old) when I purchased. Stating the vehicle had never been wrecked. In fact it had front end collision damage and left front collision damage. Had they ran and showed us a current CarFax report, I would not have bought the vehicle. I believe they had us sign an old CarFax report on purpose, because they new the vehicle was previously wrecked. I would never trust them again.

Bernard is a friendly guy, but that's about it. Not sure where these positive ratings come from. The ratings here were the reason I went there in the first place. My experience with this outfit has been exceptionally bad. Here are the facts:- Put my car up for sale under a consignment agreement with Roadsport 18 months ago. I thought the initial price was set too high, but "they know the market". Every other month I've asked them to drop the price and adjusted my agreed upon sale value to them so they could make enough margin. Always took multiple emails to make that happen. Result, the car hasn't sold after 1.5 years with them. In this period, the car has lost at least $5,000 in value.- I decided to pick it up because they are inept at selling. When I got the car back last week, it had done 4 test drives for 40 miles. The car was in perfect condition when I dropped it off. When I picked it up, I immediately noticed an issue. Took it to a mechanic and the clutch is destroyed. Not only are they not able to sell, they also don't take care of your property. The result is a $3,500 repair.Bottom line, if you want someone to sell a car for you or you want to make sure you get the car back that you left behind, don't go there.

I recently bought a used SL600 from RoadSide. The company is business own. The owner of the company ask me and assited me with any questions or concerns. That's a true sign of a great dealership when the owner isn't afraid to leave his office. The sales associate was very friendly and knowledgable. He has prior experience working at other dealerships and it shows. The finace associate is very thorough. This is a great asset to look for when purchasing a new or old car. My overall experience was a good one.

I only wish we could have found Clint Ralls and RoadSport many years ago. Clint was recommended to us by our mechanic after our current car finally wore out. We met Clint and felt very comfortable with him and trusted his advice and expertise regarding car purchases. We gave Clint a description of the pre-owned car we desired (much like ordering a brand new car, with the exact features that you want), including color, features, miles, and price. Clint searched diligently for our perfect car (pre-owned BMW X5) and found it after many trips to auctions. Clint inspected it thoroughly and declared it fit for us, which it ultimately was. This 3-year old X5 was truly in showroom condition our friends and neighbors thought for sure that it was a new vehiclethats how perfect it was. Clints post purchase service is really what separates RoadSport from any car-purchase experience Ive ever had in the past 30 years. Clint will treat you with much respect and honesty, which will lead you to buying all future cars from him, and youll want to recommend him to everyone just like all of us who purchase from RoadSport currently do. Thats exactly why a small, independent dealer can be voted Best of Silicon Valley 2009, over the many huge dealerships in the South BayClint delivers the most honest, knowledgeable and friendly service anywhere around. Ill never have to be concerned about purchasing cars again, for my wife and kids, because well be going to Clint for that from now on!

Let me just start off and say that Road Sport is in a league of their own when it comes to selling cars. The minute I walked onto that lot, I was pempered with great customer service. No, I did not have that annoying sales guy experience who will not leave you alone. After going to BMW Stevens Creek and not getting them to work with me on a loan, I was not optomistic about going somewhere else and getting a car. I was dissapointed in Stevens Creek BMW and suprised that they did not want my business. Although my situation seemed a little complicated, Road Sport stepped up to the plate and wanted my business. Let me start off with Frank, the sales guy! He is extremely knowledgeable in car sales, pleasant,and professional. Frank is a straight shooter, and you can tell they base their business not only good on customer service but honesty, something alot of dealers don't do these days!!! Anton, the finance guy is great, easy to talk to, very professional, and is very honest regarding fees or protection plans for your vehicle. Both of these guys represent Road Sport extremely well, they will go the extra mile for you when you are ready to make a purchase. If you want a particular car with certain features, they will find it. What sets Road Sport apart from everyone is that they are second to none in customer service. when you walk on to that lot, you don't feel like you are going to get ripped off and get surrounded by sharks. I bought a used 2006 330i BMW with 23,000 miles and could not be happier!!! I'm 35 years of age, and having visited several dealers in my time, Road Sport is the Best of the Best!!! Can't say enough good things about RoadSport. You get a different level of customer service than what you're used to. Clint and his son run a high quality shop with integrity and customer service at the center of everything they do. I have purchased two cars from them -- and my wife and I were extremely happy with the cars, the purchasing process and price. They have also helped me out with all my car-related issues regardless of where I purchased the car.

I have dealt with RoadSport for the past 10 years and I have nothing but praise for this company. They are very trustworthy and provide excellent service. This is a family run business; Clint Ralls and son Clint Jr. are two of the most honest people I know. They care about what they sell you and stand behind your purchase. I have bought several cars and vans from them and have been completely satisfied every time. Five years ago I had a problem with my van. It stopped running about 30 miles from Clints shop. I called him and explained the problem. He immediately came to where I was and had the van towed back to his shop and gave me and my wife transportation until the van was repaired. I received top notch service at Roadsport in 2007-8 from father and son, Clint Ralls II and III. They were helpful and informative from beginning to end.I originally went into the dealership with some apprehension about buying a used car, as I've only purchased new ones in the past. But after test driving and seeing the used cars on their lot, I realized I couldn't see or feel any difference b/t their used cars and the new ones on other dealerships' lots.I had a few ideas of what my ideal car would be - either white/black/red, sporty, yet practical, and either infiniti/audi/lexus. After discussing the pros and cons and test driving many vehicles, Clint Ralls found a perfect match for me - a 2005 Audi A4 3.0. This car was 10 times BETTER than what I could have imagined. The car handled very well, yet was still practical and extremely fast and sporty. Mr. Ralls found me a car that was in such great condition, if Audi had not changed his body style recently, I would have never guessed it was a 2005. It easily looked like it had only been driven for a year or less. Since then, Roadsport has been there for my every need, question or concern (no matter how small or ridiculous my request) regarding my car. In the future, when I choose to trade in my Audi for a more family friendly car or SUV, I will most definitely work with RoadSport. I've never had such great service at a dealership. I'm a customer for life!

People say that buying a car is the second hardest thing behind buying a home. Well, at RoadSport, the experience is so easy and enjoyable that Ive purchased three cars from them over the course of just six years. These include a C5 Corvette, a Chevy Blazer, and a BMW 330ci and they have all been excellent buys. There are many reasons that have made me a repeat and loyal customer. One of the main reasons is the utmost friendliness and attention to customer-satisfaction by both Clint Ralls II and Clint Ralls III. They are always willing to go the extra mile to take care of my needs. As soon as you let them know what vehicle you are looking for, they get to work and start looking and not just around the local area but all along the West Coast. When they find your perfect car, they make sure to make it look immaculate before you take ownership. What makes their cars even better is their very good value. All of my cars have been better deals than compared to private owners or dealerships. Unlike dealerships, RoadSport also sells comprehensive warranties at very reasonable prices. With RoadSport, I may never have reason to purchase a new vehicle again. I only wish buying a home were this enjoyable.
