I worked with Marcus Sutton on a trade in and purchase of a new Kia Soul. His customer service skills are on point - easy to talk to, straight forward and a really great communicator. He was transparent during the process and let me know if there would be any waiting time from one step in the process to the next. Sebastian and Austin were also present from leadership and would check in on me as well and give updates. I will definitely encourage my friends and family to come here!
