Came in for routine maintenance and a sound like a screw rolling around. Kept the car for the better part of the day but they did find the sound and corrected it! Staff was friendly and felt was charged reasonable price for the services performed. This is a nice small dealership so you don't get lost in the shuffle!

I bought a great 2020 FORD Escape Titanium Hybrid from Rod Baker Ford. One year later and all of 1900 (not 19,000) miles the car is advising me to Change Oil. I call Quick Lane and talk to Jennifer. I get my appointment time. I show up, 10 minutes later the car is up on the rack and about 30 minutes later it's on the ground and I'm off for home. WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE. my problem was a quick fix of a turn signal bulb that failed--your team took little time to fix, and get me back on the road--enjoyed a cup of coffee while waiting--was certainly worth the drive to your plfd.service ctr.--note--have had 3 bulb failures on the rear of my ford 500 recently.could there be a heavy duty lamp to use ??---the whole light fixture has to come out to access lamp--not user friendly !-ha

I brought my 2010 Grand Marquis in for normal service and since it was near the 50,000 mile mark it was recommended that I have the transmission & steering fluids changed & the radiator flushed. No pressure to have it done but I went ahead and had it done, very pleased with work. Also, since the tires are now over 5 years old, suggested that I have the tires replaced along with brakes. Again no pressure as neither were at a critical stage, therefore will have that work done at my next scheduled appointment in 5 months. Really like the fact that no pressure is applied to get things done unlike my old dealer that offered a lifetime warranty as long as the car was brought in for service per their schedule which was oil every 3,000 miles and must have service at specific intervals like 6, 12, 24 months etc all at higher prices - not really worth it.

I wasn't aware that I needed an appointment based on previous e-mails sent to me stating to just to bring the vehicle in. I'm glad the lady at the service desk was able to get me squeezed in to get service on my first oil change and tire rotation performed on my vehicle. In addition, it was serviced in a quick time frame with a polite staff.

Your service desk personnel are awesome. I have been there twice recently and enjoy visiting with them when I come in. This time it was to have my mirror replaced. The only slightly negative comment I could make would be that I wish they would have removed all the glue from the tape that I had used to hold the broken mirror in place. It was no biggy, but it looks much nicer now!!!Thanks!

I needed a set of tires and I received an excellent prices comparison from my Ford Dealer. There was no wait time for the tires Rod Bakers Quick Lane service had them on hand and was able to get them installed same day. I would also like to commend the service quality that I received at Quick Lanes. I've been hearing a noisy for the last 8 months from my right side that I thought was from the bad tires. Upon driving my vehicle into a stall the technician heard the same noisy that I did. On immediate inspection on the noise he heard found that I had a bad right front wheel bearing bad. I always get total works package on my oil changes and wonder why did the techs at both times did not find the problem on there inspection at the dealership. So at this time I would like to again commend the Quick Lane people in Plainfield job well done and have earned my trust to come back again. Thanks to the techs and managers at the Plainfield Quick Lane. You have my business guys, job well done.

When I loose a lug cover after you rotated my tires and then make me pay for a new one, I have a problem with that. That is not good business, but I understand people will try to take advantage of you any way they can, but over a lug cover, REALLY. It did not make me rich, didn't pay for all the return trips until I finally received the cover.

My wife and I purchased a 2015 F150 during the Friends and Family event and couldn't be happier with the purchase. Mike Wrona is an excellent member of your team and did not pressure us at all. The entire process, from purchase price to trading in our vehicle and handling the financing and paperwork was all very transparent and made us feel confident with our decision. We also really enjoyed the fact that we were able to work with Mike through the entire process without being passed around to different departments. The entire process only took about two and a half hours from when we pulled into the lot to look at the vehicle, to when I drove home in my new Ford truck. The day before a trip with the truck and trailer, we took the rig out for a test drive.Truck went BOOM under the hood! (Later, I was told a hose blew for the power assist turbine.)The following day, Monday, I took the truck over to Rod Baker Ford Service at 7:30AM. Now, I had no appointment for service. They have always been a very busy shop and normal appointments can run 4-5 days before an opening. And of course, my F250 has the diesel engine! They managed to squeeze me in around lunch and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. I was so happy. They are the best.

I brought my C-Max in for a recall. I they told me it would be about a half of day so I went home. Sure enough it was just about the time I expected to be called. The car was clean and the recall was done. I really like how they treat a woman at this dealer. They will explain what was done and answer my questions. We have purchased 4 cars since we moved here in 2003, and always have had a wonderful car but when we decide to trade in we feel confident we will have a good price and wonderful service.

Always received great service from the shop, no complaints with them. Got me in quickly for a new transmission. Only disappointment was with Ford in general. This is my 5th Ford product and never had an issue with a transmission before. Not sure why with less than 65K miles on the truck the transmission goes out on me. I work with several people, who also drive F150's they haven't had an issue but I did warn them.

I contacted Rod Baker Ford after finding a 2012 Ford Fusion I wanted to drive via a search of the Rod Baker Ford website. I was immediately contacted by Megan Giles to setup an appointment to see the car. I came in to the showroom and Zach Massell had the car ready. I took the car for a test drive, then came back to discuss pricing and financing. I called back later that afternoon to tell Zach I wanted the car, I picked it up the next morning. The pick up took less than 30 minutes, which is awesome that things are that streamlined that they went that quick. I was extremely satisfied and will shop at Rod Baker Ford again.

We suddenly found a need for a new vehicle. We found that a mouse had gotten into our 2011 Expedition and my wife wouldn't sit in it again. The mouse was gone, but that didn't matter. Then, when we showed you folks our Expedition as a trade-in, the engine noise we had been hearing was more serious than we thought. Good thing we had purchased the extended warranty back 4 years ago. Within hours of my contacting you folks over the web, I was driving a new Expiation. My wife was very happy (it's hers, not mine). We love this model SUV and it fits our family's needs. This sits in our driveway with a '01 Mustang and a '12 F-250. The mouse long gone, but he sold a car before he left.

I was asked when I wanted to come in. He told me to come when I wanted and he made an appt. I was helped soon after I arrived. I have been getting the basic service of my 2007 Ford Escape from Quick Lane on Rt 59.The counter help has been very pleasant and helpful. I feel very comfortable that the level of work by the mechanics will be excellent. My only issue would be that after my last visit I left wondering the fate of my vehicle. A reported list of leaks from a variety of gaskets and the associated cost to replace all was a bit of a surprise seeing as there is not one drop on my garage floor or driveway. This could be taken as a very thorough check of my vehicle or as an upsell. After recently dealing with Comcast and their horrible billing, selling and customer service methods I could not help but feel some of that even though I believe that these reported leaks are part of the mechanics job to point out. Other than that I have nothing but good things to say.

Our Ford Escape Hybrid needed an oil change plus some additional work. It took to the end of the first day for them to figure out what needed to be done. The next day they had to get the parts that were needed. On the third day, the service was taken care of and it seemed quickly since we were called about 2 p.m. that the SUV was ready for pickup. It seems to be running quite well. No complaints by us on that part.However, we wonder if there is some way to reduce the time it took for all of this to happen (3 days) to less time. Being without the vehicle for 3 days was somewhat problematic for us, though not impossible since we do have another vehicle. However, that means that the two of us can't tackle our "to do" list separately.

When I made the appointment for the recall on the C-Max I was hoping it got made. The young man I spoke to on the phone did not know about the recall. Well I did not have to worry. I dropped the car the day before because I had to work the next day. The appointment was there and it was accurate for the reason the car was coming in, I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The next day I received a call to let me know that the car was ready. I told the person I would be picking it up after 6pm and he told me to go to the cashier and just tell her your picking up your car. So I did and the girl was pleasant and handed me my key and the paper for the recall. Everyone was great.

There has never been a bad experience with the Dealership only Ford. They use such cheap steel on their brake rotors they warp and need to be turned at about 28000 miles. You get 2 turns and then are due for complete replacement. $800.00-$1000.00. Never again. I will try Dodge before I invest in another F150 which I really love.

I would have appreciated it if the technician would have wiped my new tire down, so it did not look like a dusty, dirty mess compared to my other 3 tires. Everyone was most polite and helpful, especially since I had to wait almost 4 hours for the service to be completed due to getting the tire from another location. A gentleman even offered to drive me to a restaurant so I could have lunch while I waited.

I was told they needed to put a patch on my tire due to a piece of metal in it that they had removed, I asked to see the piece and to see if I was able to patch the tire myself but I didn't get to see it and ended up paying for the repair.

As always, my car felt much better when it left the dealership. I felt poorer but believed I got my money's worth. I did ask why (since they had it for a while) they didn't wash the car--it seems to me that that would be a terrific courtesy, especially to a regular customer. There seemed to be a semi-valid reason this time. I just think it is something to consider.

2015 F150. My dealer, Dave Thompson, was extremly helpful. This was a custom order, and Mr Thompson was very patient and informative as I repeatedly changed the build over the course of 1-2 weeks. Prior to stopping in at Rod Baker, I had gone to 2 other local Ford dealerships. I was surprised at how little some of the their dealers knew about different features of the F150. I got alot of "I'm not sure" to questions that I felt a professional dealer should know about their top selling vehicle. Everytime I had a question about a feature of the vehicle or wanted to change the makeup of the build, Mr Thompson was ready to accomodate. Without me asking, he would then take the time to search local inventories, see if there were any trucks out there that now matched my build, run the numbers, and call me with information. This happened at least 3-4 times during my decision process. I have bought 6 new vehicles in my life and can say this was the best customer service I have gotten to date. I will be recommending Mr Thompson and Rod Baker Ford to all my friends and family.

I was at the location on rt.59 for a oil change on my STS Cadillac. I was told it was $69 but it was going to be $15 or $20 more for the Mobil oil. So I said ok. It took over 1 hour to do but what made me angry was the bill was $135. If I new it was going to be that much then I would have gone to a Cadillac dealer and pay$90.

I dont him my needs and wants and he made it happen. Didnt try to down grade me or feed me a line of salesmen gabage. My personal schedule allowed virtually no time to come into Rod Baker to shop vehicles. My salesman, Dan Saxen sent me a few FORD brochures on vehicles that he thought would fit my needs. I chose the FLEX. Mr. Saxen was able to find the exact vehicle I wanted to purchase. I was able to select the Model, Color, Interior, and Accessory Package I wanted via cell phone conversation with Mr. Saxen. When the vehicle was ready, I came into the office to pick it up, sight unseen. I was totally impressed with the vehicle, all it's appointments, and the pricing schedule. I brought my 2012 Ford Transit Connect in for brake replacement. Everything was great, they were able to fit me in that day and had the work done in a fairly short amount of time at a fair price. However, I was in a hurry when I picked the vehicle up, so I didn't say anything at the time, but I would have liked to see the van get a wash after the service performed. I use a few other Ford dealerships and the van is always washed even after small things like oil changes. Other than that, the experience was trouble free.Facility is small, with very few seats and amenities.

My car had been vandalized and I was pressed for time, so I had some anxiety when I walked through the door. I was greeted as I walked in. As I was waiting my turn I noticed a long line of papers on the service desk. The guy doing intake was writing things down and answering questions. When the people in front of me left, he began doing my intake. He wrote down my issues. I told him I had two outstanding recalls. He looked them up and told me there were actually three but no parts were available for one. The previous person came back because he forgot something and it was quickly noted on their paperwork. I was amazed that with all the work orders on the desk, your intake associate was helpful and seemed to have all the time in the world to devote to my situation.I went to the waiting room and sat down. Other associates were arriving at work. One of the ladies who walked through the door stopped and commented about the new drapes. Before she continued on to wherever it was she was going, she told me there was coffee around the corner if I was interested.The associate who purchased the drapes came out and took down the drapes to do something with them. When she did, she noticed the sun was shining on me. She was concerned that I was uncomfortable and started to put them back up stating she could do it later. I told her it was fine and I would move if I was uncomfortable. When I had waited awhile, an associate came in to get me regarding my vehicle. Apparently, there was more damage than was visible to my wiper arms and a part had to be ordered. I was told I was being placed in a rental and it was warming outside. I was totally not expecting this. I was engaged by four associates--each in a positive and caring way. I hope you will pass this along, as people often do not know how they can take someone's bad day and make it brighter.

I had good service I knew the part was pricey( a window regulator ) for my 2006 Fusion but the labor was listed as 1 at $299. I did not realize the labor rate jumped that high unless it was for multiple hours of work. I was advised of a $415 estimate and told it was labor intensive work. So if you could let me know your hourly labor rate I would appreciate it. Thank you for doing it so quickly in one day.

I purchased a 2014 Ford Focus. By far this was the best experience I ever had at a dealership. Jeff and Don were great. At the end Don took me thru the dealership and introduced me to the people in all of the departments. Everyone was really friendly and gave me their business cards if I had any concerns.

The technician was helpful and non-judge mental from the start. We made an early morning appointment and he was there at the appointed time. My '02 Windstar needed a considerable amount of work due to its age but he was able to diagnose it quickly and give me a reasonable estimate on the cost and the time needed to do the repairs as well as a loaner car. With the exception to a minor delay in finishing the work, everything was completed to my satisfaction and there were no surprises in the cost. I am extremely happy with the work and will continue to trust Rod Baker Ford to care for my "Betsy" for all her future maintenance needs.

I went to Quick Lane for an oil change on my 2013 Escape; it has about 32,000 miles. The tech noticed a leak in an axle seal and recommended service at Rod Baker. I scheduled the appointment for warranty repair and will write a follow up review upon completion.

I was given the wrong receipt when I left the facility and they called my house asking me to make atrip back to the facility to get the right receipt. I believe the correct thing to do was to offer to drive to my house to pick up the wrong receipt they gave me and bring me the correct receipt. Why put your customer out for your mistake?

My 2012 Ford Flex needed an oil change. Base on the GREAT job that Quick Lane did this past fall with an oil change, I went back. Once again they did a GREAT job. Explained to me what was done and suggested a new air filter. So I purchased an air filter along with Upgraded oil change. This is a wonder service that Rod Baker Ford offers it customers.

Had my 2012 Ford Escape in for the Works service. Also had the front brakes done. Quick service and a good price. The only thing that was not done was to reset the oil life on the information panel. This was the second time it happened and you kind of freak out 3 or 4 weeks down the road when the "Need Oil Change" warning comes on.

Had a very good experience. Just one thing though - I had the coolant flushed and replaced in my car. The next day I checked the coolant level and it was somewhat below the range for a cool engine. Had to add about a quart of coolant. Otherwise I had a great experience.

I decided to give them another opportunity for my business. Last time I was there the manager talked about "we can work with you" on the price for a larger repair job. Why not just give me the best price to begin with rather than make me question your price trustworthiness?This time around, I was a little disappointed that there were not many mechanics on duty when I was there, therefore a bit of a wait before my car could be looked at despite available bays, although I certainly understand you don't want mechanics waiting around for business. (1st world problem, I know) Repair options for my older car would have been appreciated coming from them rather than me. Regardless, 4 cups of coffee later I was satisfied with the fix and the price. Very nice employees, waiting room, and coffee.
