The absolute worst used vehicle purchase of my life. I am terribly disappointed in the F-150 I bought used from Ron Lewis. I was lead to believe that it was certified, had a clean go through, inspection and certified before purchase. The truck uses oil, I had to have a new manifold, the battery was no good and had to be replaced, the power windows stopped working. I had to pay out of pocket for that repair. The front caliper froze up and almost burnt up from the heat. I had to replace both front calipers and brake pads. I was told that the brakes were new at purchase, that was a bold face lie, the pads were rusty worn and cracked there is no way they are new last October, I have barley put 10,000 miles on the truck since purchase. The whole exhaust from the cat back fell off and a wheel bearing was bad. All this happened in a years time. They voided my warranty because I didn't get my oil changed with them within 3 months. This was only because I live 1 mile from work so I don't put 3000 miles on a vehicle in 3 months. They just wanted out of the liability. This was a terrible failure on the part of Ron Lewis they should have gone over the truck much better than they did. I would certainly never buy a used vehicle from them again. If you do, get a 2nd opinion from a trust worthy mechanic.

If you are buying solely on payment amount, which is a huge mistake as you should work off a price that you can afford this is your place! I have never dealt with a dealer who continuously ignored my statement that I don't want to discuss a payment, but the final price. Now, I realize it's a big game and I did buy a vehicle there. However, it's the last one I will buy from Ron Lewis. I repeatedly had to ask for the Maintenance Report, not just the CarFax.Also, I would suggest getting pre-qualified for your loan at a credit union or your bank. That way you get a better rate and have an idea of what your payment will be. They play games with you until the last minute on what your interest rate is. By the way, if you do go in and tell them what you want your payment to be they will make a lot of money off of you!

Probably the worst dealership I've ever been to. I was lied to over the phone about the price of a truck. I was told a price that was $12000 cheaper then what it actually was and then after I got there I was told that the only reason I qas quoted that price was just to get me there. After that the salesman tried to push a lease on me after telling him at least 5 times that I wanted nothing to do with a lease. It was a terrible experience and they wasted my saturday morning by lying to me about a price just to get me there. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.

I visited 2 other dealers 1 week prior to this call and those sales persons did not follow up with me. This means a lot to me. I was not pressured to make a purchase either. My wife and I were returning home to northern Pennsylvania from a long trip to Louisiana when the water pump started leaking on our ram 1500 truck.. We were traveling on I-79. By some fortunate circumstances we got off on the Waynesburg exit. I pulled in to an auto parts store and raised the hood of the truck to find anti-freeze spraying everywhere. I immediately got the sinking feeling of not knowing what to do. We were around 4 hours from home. When I looked around I couldn't believe my eyes. There was a Dodge dealer right across the street. When I went in the service adviser said they were short handed that day and had a full schedule. He couldn't promise me they could even diagnose the problem that day. When I explained we were traveling and would have to delay getting home and spend the night in a motel he [Drew] said he would work us in somehow. Three hours later we were on the road heading home. I cannot really say how much we appreciated the concern that was shown to us. Drew went out of his way to see we were taken care of. Overall a bad situation was turned into a very good experience. I would like to know that there was a person like Drew in every town. It would give us a much more secure feeling while traveling. Thank you so much

My husband is 20 and normally people at car lots treat him like crap because he is young. He makes good money and can afford nice things. I want to recognize the professionalism, courtesy, patience, and understanding of 2 individuals from Ron Lewis Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Waynesburg; Cody Peebles -sales, and Rob Bruce Sales Manager. I agreed to a sale of a truck, that I discovered on their website, that appeared to match all of the options that I wanted. When the vehicle came in and I visited the dealership to take delivery, I realized that the truck had a longer bed size than I anticipated. I decided not to purchase the vehicle. I was very surprised by the low pressure and respect that both of these individuals treated me with, as they did not try to force the vehicle on me and they attempted to locate another truck with the exact options I wanted. We could not find this perfect match, but I will continue to work with them until I do find it. I feel that I am a good judge of car salesman's character, as my father was a dealer with 45 years experience at the same dealership, which incidentally was a Chrysler dealership. I had my jeep towed in for repair , they did not fix the problem and gave it back to me. the second time I had it towed in was was 2 days after I got it back and that was 5 weeks ago and I still do not have my vehicle. Nobody bothers to call with an update and when you call them you get the runaround. will never do business with these people again

Will never do business with this company again for any reason. The first time I brought my jeep in for repairs it took two weeks and they did not fix the original problem and gave it back to me. the second time I had it it towed in was 5 weeks ago and I still do not have my vehicle. They do not call you and give you an update, they just leave you hanging, if you want to know what is going on you have to call them to get the runaround once again. They have no idea what customer service is.

Found RHD Jeep on the internet emailed Dealership, Andrew got back to me that night via email. Called the next day we worked out as many details as we could over the phone as for trade. I live more than 100 miles away so over the next week Andrew and I emailed until we could come up some terms that we feel we could agree on before my travel. Arrived at dealership all the employees were very helpful They allowed me all the time I needed to drive, look over and decide if this was the purchase I wanted to make with no pressure into buying, but the time to decide. We visited the dealership on a Saturday morning looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. We came from Morgantown, WV. Even though the dealership was busy, we were helped quickly all day. Every person we worked with, from Sales to Finance, was extremely helpful and nice. Our salesman, Dave was the nicest car salesman I have ever met. He was helpful, courteous, extremely attentive, and had great advice. But, in no way was he pushy or assertive. He made my husband and I feel like a part of his family. I have been to some bad dealerships in the past in PA and WV. But, this was the best and quickest sales experience I have had yet. I would definitely recommend the dealership to my family and friends. I will buy another Jeep from them again in the future!

This dealership had the best selection of Ram Trucks in the area. Their website was easy to view and contained all the information on the trucks they had on hand. We made an appointment to drive the truck we were interested in and when we arrived our salesperson (Mike Monroe) had the truck at the door waiting for the test drive. Mike was extremely knowledgeable about the truck and was able to answer every question we had. Once we were ready to make a deal, it went very quickly and the staff seemed more than willing to work with us on a fair price. With all new vehicles there is a bunch of paperwork to complete and Chris was very organized getting us through this process in no time. We had visited many other dealership and found Waynesburg to be the best of all!

I'd made a final decision of the vehicle I wanted to purchase. My sister and I visited Waynesburg Chrysler Dodge after visiting another dealership. I provided Marlon the specs of the vehicle and he immediatley went to work. Rob, the head hunter of cars, put, his fingers to work. They found the car I wanted without one option, that I could forego. These men literally, traveled over 300 miles to retrieve the vehicle of my desire. It was well worth the wait. Only one week. They worked very dligently to locate the vehicle. I'm truly happy with the experience of working with these driven men who wants to provide the best service for their clients. Thanks to my sister, who also found this dealership online and I'd forgotten a co-worker referred me to this dealership. Rob Bruce is the most dishonest person I have ever delt with on a car purchase. He sold me a 2004 GMC Envoy in June 2012 and after 3 months and threat of law suite the brakes were finally fixed and the SUV was legal to drive THREE MONTS LATER. But this was not the only issue, ther are to many to mention. Bruce also horsed me around for 3 weeks waiting on a GMC muffler from our local GMC dealer that & quote 'he ordered', after I took it upon myself to check with Bortz they told me Bruce checked the price but when he found out it was $800 he never ordered it. After I brought this knowledge to Rob Bruce's attention he said he was taking it to a local muffler shop. What did I get from Bruce when I picked it up? A $50 GLASS PACK THAT WAS SO LOUD WE COULD NOT TALK TO EACH OTHER WHILE IN THE SUV....After the threat of seeing my attorney again the General Manager agreed to put on a better muffler but not a GMC brand , the new one makes less noise but is 'just' acceptable. There was also the back hatch problem that was dented and did not lock which Bruce promissed to fix. Again he deceived us, had someone beat it out with a punch or something, destroying the paint, enough to make it lock. Never mind the rain ran in the back hatch and the dent was now even worse because the paint had been knocked off. After 2 weeks conversing with the General Manager and speaking directly to Ron Lewis's (OWNER OF WAYNESBURG DODGE) personal secratary they took it to a Ron Lewis body shop and did better. I say better but not right as the hatch still leaks water and there are several pin holes in the paint and body putty and no clear coat, not to mention the fact they apparrently left the back window open during the whole sanding process. It took my wife and I over 4 hours to clean out the inside and it still smelled of body putty dust for 2 weeks. But I can not blame the whole staff, they friendly and easy going. In my opinion it would be a wise decision to fire Bruce as he is the one that worked so hard to screw us over.

When i arrived there it was 7:30pm (they close at 8:00pm) Brad Ruse was doing some paper work i walked over, and asked him if he would like to sell me a truck. It was pouring down rain he went outside, and drove three of the trucks that i wanted to see down for me to look at, and test drive. A fairy TaleOnce upon A TimeMy wife and I went shopping for a new vehicle as her trailblazer was nearing 100,000 miles , not a bad thing.I was driving my Dodge Ram 1500 between Waynesburg and Clarksburg WV every day. The Dodge was eating us up on fuel mileage, this is a bad thing, LOL, So , we arrive at Waynesburg Jeep with the intention of purchasing a new vehicle that day. The wife and I were browsing the vehicles and were at the Jeep section , when a young man walked up and introduced himself as Chris and that he was a slaes representative for Waynesburg jeep and if we had any questions to ask . We stated we were looking for a new jeep but were not sure exactly what we wanted in a jeep as you know jeep of the past were and tended to be a little rough riding and noisy.Chris answered several questions for us. When it all came down to the end he recommended the Jeep unlimited. Chris then asked for a color choice. My wife and I both had our mind on a white. Chris then asked us if we had a second color choice if he could not find a white jeep with all the options that we wanted in a jeep so , We said Black as a second color choice.My wife and I did not see any black jeeps on the lot as I recall. Chris got to thinking and said we were right after several minutes Chris the said that He did have a Black jeep on lot and he would have to go get it as it was in a seprate lot on the other side of the dealership.Chris invited us into the Dealership presented My wife and I with a seat at his desk and offered us something to drink and said it will be a few minutes he was going to get the Black jeep and he was having the White Jeep My wife and I had picked out brought down to the lower lot next to the dealership office building.Several minutes went by as my wife and I were talking a Black Jeep unlimited rolled by the window , WoW was it beautiful! Then Chris gets out of the jeep and I tell the wife that the jeep lets go check it out. The wife was in awe as I was as we got to checking this jeep out I noticed something on it, I was the MW3 placard at that time I was unfamiliar with the meaning of that logo but as the minutes rolled by and Chris' presentation the meaning of the MW3 placard became very clear My wife and I were Very WOW'd. Man I was like a kid in a candy store. Chris offered a test drive , we took it and wow what a very nice ride, quite, actually seems to ride better than the trail blazer, and the jeep has the new pentestar V6 engine rated for more Hp and better milage. After arriving back to dealership, Chris asked if we were interested in the Jeep and My wife and I said we'll take the Black one!He quoted us a price and it was out of our price range, He then asked us to make an offer so we did , it had to meet the monthly payment We could afford , and he had to come down from his initial asking price by x amount of dollars. I presented him with some numbers I had in mind. Chris looked at them and said He would be right back after several minutes he came back and asked if he could meet my offer , Would We take the jeep home today, My wife and I replied Yes. Chris again said he would be right back and after several minutes later returned and aksed How we will be financing this jeep . My wife and I were not going to trade in the trailblazer due to high mielage and blue book was low. We were going to keep it so I could commute to work and back to reduce the fuel cost that we presently had in the dodge pickup. We told chris this and said we would be putting x amount of dollars cash down and he was to take care of the rest of the financing thru jeep.Chris again left us for several minutes returned and said all was approved. My wife and I are now the proud ownwers of a new Jeep MW3 version unlimited. For the record, Chris is a professional and a pleasure to deal with, He was able to answer all of our questions, was curteous, and worked to get the deal we asked for meeting our financial goals. Chris setup a first time service and detailing cleaning and waxing the jeep, during this process he was able to pick up and deliver the jeep to and from my home.My wife and I recently asked chris if he was aware of a undercoating Buis. We wish to have the jeep undercoated prior to winter to protect from corrosion. Chris said he would research this for us and has infact done so, and the jeep is scheduled for undercoating in very near future.Chris was also quoted a price from the undercoating buis. which was just not acceptable to Chris so , Chris was able to haggle for a lower cost which was substancial.Chris has gone above and beyond to provide My wife and I with an Amazing Customer Experience. You want a new Vehicle See Waynesburg jeep! See Chris!

I was looking for a Ram 3500, I had talked with Chris over the phone, before I made the hour and half drive to Waynesburg. He stated over the phone, that he would make me a deal I could not refuse, and he did just that. So I am now a proud owner of a '12 Ram 3500 Cummins. I could not ask for a better sales guy, and a better truck. Chris was willing to work with me, and was able to answer any question that I had for him. I went to this dealership looking for a used car. Jason was our salesman. He was outstanding. We went down there on a Thursday evening and my wife fell in love with an 04 TrailBlazer that was in great condition. Once we agreed to a price, it was time for the financials. Sadly, we weren't able to make anything happen that evening due tot he lateness and to be truthful, my credit. so we had to wait over the weekend which was nerve wracking as they were having their labor day sale and couldn't promise that that vehicle would be still around come Tuesday when i would be able to get in touch with my credit union. So the credit union came through and we pick up the TrailBlazer on Wed. Everything is groovy. Then i get a call from Jason saying that we needed to sign the title which they just recieved fromt he previous owner. At this point it should be mentioned that we live in Latrobe, Pa, a good hour plus drive. To accomdate us, Jason brought the title to us over the weekend and had us sign. Then he called back and said there was another form to sign. And again he made arrangements to send someone to us so we could sign the papers instead of having us make that trip back to see him. this is greatly appreciated by my wife and I as he have very busy schedules and taking 3 hours just to sign some papers after we thought everything was good would have annoyed us to no end. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with everything. we got a fair trade-in on our car and we love our TrailBlazer. Thanks to Jason and all the others at Waynesburg Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Second the guy the told me to come by and talk ti him pawned me off on another salesman then another customer came in and I was left setting there for over 30 minutes waiting for someone to get back with me. I never talked to another sales person. They seemed to not be interested in saling me a truck just with wasting my time. I can find another dealer to buy my truck off of. This was our second time purchasing a vehicle from them. First one was used had it for 4 yrs decided it was time for a new one.Went in to look and see what they had discussed options he explained everything to me in detail on trade in , what payments would be etc.Andrew called me on a Saturday morning telling me they were having a Jeep event and they had some new ones in and I should stop by and have a look. I bought a 2006 chevy silverado from this dealership, well after a couple months the transmission went out. They honored the warrenty and replaced the transmisson. It took forever for me to get my truck back, at least a month. I went to pick my truck up drove it home and parked it in my driveway, went to step out of the truck and it started going backwards. I got it stopped and crawled under it to find the shifter cable was broke from when they put the tranny back in, also I noticed that they cut the brand new exhaust in half and put cheap tin clamps on it to put it back together WHO WOULD DO THAT TO A BRAND NEW EXHAUST!. Now a little over a month later, I go around a turn and hear a loud bang and the truck stops dead in its tracks. I call the dealership and tell them what happen and they told me the warrenty is voided because i missed a checkup. I wondered how i am suppose to know how when the check up is due when they never informed me in anyway but they said that i was informed it was do and have proof but they couldnt show me any proof, but a week later i get a card in the mail saying its due, nice way to cover there butts. So now i am out of a vehical so i replaced the tranny myself and had to replace the rear end to cause when the tranny locked up it destroyed it to. They cut manifold bolts off and never replaced them and also broke a tab off for one of the bell housing bolts. I put two transmissions in till i realized they left the old torque in it which was wiping out the tranny. This dealership is the biggest joke ever and they're mechanics are unproffesional and the only reason they got one star from me is because it had to be one, i would rather put -5. Never buy from them

Both Andrew and Mark were quick to repsond and informative. I was treated fairly, honestly, and respectfully throughout the entire process. I made my purchase becasue they were responsive to my needs.

Very friendly & helpful. Gave is the time of day when many other dealers would not even hear our situation out. Very prompt & knowledgeabe. We felt like family the moment we walked in the doorand it was out first visit there. I was impressed with everything there is with this dealer. I SEARCHED ON LINE AT MANY JEEP DEALER AND THE BEST PRICE THAT I FOUND WAS AT WAYNESBURG JEEP. I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT LOCAL BUT PRICE WAS AN ISSUE. I WILL RETURN TO BUY MY NEXT JEEP AT WAYNESBURG, THE PRICE AND THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT.

This was one of the most enjoyable car buying experiences my wife and I have ever had. The sales team were knowledgable and most of all very friendly! We purchased a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with no hassles whatsoever! Best of all we got the lowest price on the new jeep and the highest trade in value on our Grand Cherokee. We visited two other local jeep dealers and we had absolutely horrible experiences trying to purchase a new jeep. Waynesburg Chrysler Jeep is a top notch dealership and you will truly have an enjoyable experience whether you buy a new vehicle or not! My husband and I was looking to upgrade our car into something bigger. Jason was very helpful with buying a used car. He got us into a 2007 Dodge Nitro which we enjoy very much. Without Jason's help and the dealership I don't think we would have been able to get such a nice car with the price and payments we wanted. We enjoyed working with Jason Lape so much that once we found out we were going to have another baby we traded our other car in on a 2006 Dodge Charger. We purchased a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Waynesburg Dodge and took delivery on Jan 18th. We felt like we were treated well and paid a fair price for the vehicle. We shopped for a few weeks and looked at Jeeps at other dealerships as far away as Balitmore.....Bottom Line the price and the way we were treated was top notch in Waynesburg. Chris did an awesome job at working with us during our price negotiations and what he didnt do mattered more. He didnt call our phone 5 times a day everyday hounding us to buy a vehicle. We drove from Buffalo, NY to Pittsburgh to purchase a 2005 BMW 325xi. Before we drove 3.5 hours, we agreed on the final price and because we live in Buffalo the 100,000 mile warrantee that came with the car would be honored in Buffalo. We were happy. 3.5 hour car ride, we arrived at the dealership, went on a test drive, loved the car, starting putting the new license plates on, I was finalizing the financing and when it came to the warrantee, I was told "This does not apply to you, you live in Buffalo." "Ah, yes it does, that is what we agreed to." Well, the financing man got into an argument with the gentleman who took us on the test drive, saying "Yes, we have done it before, it will be okay." back and forth, in front of us. After management got involved, the gentlemen that was making the sale on the car was no where to be seen. It was passed off to us as "an honest mistake". We did not purchase this vehicle. beware!!!!

Andrew and the staff at Waynesburg Dodge were great when I purchased my Dodge Ram truck. They were very prompt in responding to my e-mail reqeust prior to my visit and had the truck ready for me to test drive when I got there. They were then able to get all the paperwork completed and I drove home in the Dodge. I would highly recommend this dealership/salesperson and will be sure to return the next time I'm in need of a vehicle.

I PURCHASED A 2010 GRAND CHERROKEE LAST YEAR AND WAS JUST NOT HAPPY WITH IT BECAUSE IT WAS TOO BIG FOR ME. Mike was a great salesman. He answered my questions (so knowledgeable about his Jeeps). The staff was efficient, friendly, and even watched my dog while I took the Jeep for a test drive (I was a long way from home and had my dog with me). I felt like I was buying from a friend, not a salesperson. The whole dealership had the feeling of one big happy family. I was really impressed with the whole dealership and will return for another Jeep whenever I get that urge again.
