I stopped by Rountree about a year ago. Tammy Bell came out and I told her I was just looking. I was not ready to purchase. She took my name and number. Now, here is the good part. She did not bug or harass me. She simply kept in touch. She was always very courteous and professional every time she called or emailed me. When I finally decided to get serious about purchasing a used car, I went straight to Tammy. I was looking for a very specific vehicle and unfortunately, that particular car was not available locally. Although I ended up purchasing out of town, I highly recommend anyone to go see Tammy when you are ready for a new or used vehicle. I appreciate the way Tammy kept in touch but was never pushy. When I decide it's time for another purchase, I will definitely go see Tammy.

There are just not enough words to describe the wonderful experience we had with Lori Hewitt at Rountree Moore Kia. Not only did she sell my husband and I a beautiful Kia Optima Ex, she came in on her day off to do it. She drove us down to the Toyota dealership as well to look at the 2015 Camry SLX as well. She told me I would like the Optima more, but I was a hard sell. I had been drooling over the Camry for a week or so trying to convince my husband that it was what we needed. Lori parked them side by side and just sitting in the Camry I knew that she was right. Lori is a honest, trustworthy, friendly salesperson that I would recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle. My husband & I drove from Orange Park, FL to look at 1 Kia Soul that I caught on the internet for another dealership in Lake City. While we were driving; we happened to see the Roundtree-Moore Kia dealership. My husband & I decided to stop & see what they had. At the time it was Thursday night at 6:30pm. We didn't realize that they closed at 7:00pm. Anyway, Lori Hewitt met us at the door & warmly welcomed us; showed us around; talked to us; & got a feel of what we were interested in. We came to look at a Kia Soul. Lori went out after she escorted us back to her desk; brought back a BEAUTIFUL black Kia Soul + with a racing stripe. It was exactly what we were looking for! It drove like a dream. We went back to Lori's desk; made a great deal with our trade-in with her & Terry Kelley & wrapped things up with Mike Kelley in fiances. I wish everything was that easy. By the time we got the keys to our new 2015 Kia Soul; it was now 9:15. Never heard a complaint; never saw any sad faces or got the feeling of being hurried out the door. It was a great experience all around; & I'd definately go back to Lori & Terry & Mike when we need another car. My husband & I both felt like we knew these people for years. I gave Kione and excellent rating because he was very patient with me and he did not rush my decision making. He made sure I got into the vehicle that would best suit me. He did everything he would to make sure by car buying experience was great. After submission of my application he came back with a result that landed me the car I have today and I even traded in my old car. Kione remained to the dealership with me until I got the keys to my 2015 Kia Sportage! However, everyone at the dealership was nice and very courteous. Mark McRae was very patient with me through my car buying experience. He took me to several different lots, let me test drive as many vehicles as I needed, was very patient with my energetic toddler and gave me his honest opinion about every vehicle I looked at. In the end I feel like I found the PERFECT and most practical vehicle for me and my family. I left the dealership with a smile on my face and feeling that I picked out my vehicle, it was not picked out for me. He did not try to talk me into a vehicle that I was not sure about, he was just there to assist me along the way. In fact, I got a better vehicle than I was hoping for! I do not intend on getting a new vehicle anytime soon but when I do I will definitely go back and see Mark McRae. Lori is knowledgeable and able to figure out what works for a buyer's needs and budget. The entire buying experience was fun instead of being stressful. I ended up with a beautiful Kia Optima and definitely plan to return to Lori when I want another car!I fell in love with a decked out Optima that it turned out was too expensive for us right now. Lori suggested leasing, which I knew nothing about. Mike gave the clearest explanation imaginable, comparing the costs over time with buying and leasing, and even drew a chart for us. We felt confident choosing that option because of his "lesson" on paper.We didn't lease the decked out version - the one that Lori says has bells and whistles - but probably will in a couple of years. I love our new Kia, though, and it feels just as luxurious as I could want.

We test drove different cars from different dealerships but came back to Eddie Gregory because he really listened to what we wanted and didn't try to force something on us that we had said we did not want or need. He was so good about showing us all the new gadgets on cars now because we never had anything like them before. He also told us we could come back anytime if we forgot how to do something. He was just a very pleasant man to talk with and we would go back to him when we wanted to trade again. We hope he is still there when the time comes.

We knew the car we wanted when we walked on the lot, Mark & Jeremy met our needs & made buying the car extremely painless & simple. Our salesman was Eddie Gregory, who was an outstanding individual! I have been buying vehicles since 1980 and have had to put up with a lot of salesman who were only interested in selling at the highest price they could. My typical experience with dealerships hasn't been pleasant until now. Eddie worked hard to find us the best price and tried his absolute best to ensure that he got the price as close as possible to our monthly income limit. He listened intently without interruption to my thoughts and ideas, and seemed genuinely interested in taking good care of me and my family. The first few prices were out of our range and we felt we couldn't be able to afford a new vehicle. Eddie, however, worked diligently, going back and forth from one member to another member to try and get as close as possible to our ideal monthly price. Not only did he provide an excellent work quality but we found ourselves impressed with his ability to relate to us, as well. In the times we had to wait for paper work to push through, Eddie always made sure to check in on us and ask us how we were, and took a few moments to simply talk to us as a friend. I am very pleased with my purchase but I am more so pleased with the hard work of our salesman! I would recommend this dealership, and especially Eddie Gregory, to any friend or family member looking for a safe, reliable place to buy a vehicle.

Had a great experience at Rountree Moore Kia. We called and talked to Donnie Allen the day before letting him know we would be coming by. He had the car sitting out front waiting for us to take it on a test drive when we showed up the next day. Very friendly salesman and no pressure and answered any questions we had. They gave us a fair price on our trade in and beat the other dealer prices we had been to. I feel this dealership is very fair with their prices and every employee we dealt with was friendly!

We went in today to look for a new or used car. Charles came out to greet us and help us look. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles on his lot. He did not pressure us at all, he gave us the space we needed to discuss thing. Charles got the price down to where we needed. Coming to the dealership today we did not expect to walk out today with a brand new car at a great price. This could not have been done without his help along with the other staff who made this possible! Excellent customer service.

Mark was very professional and helpful. I was very impressed with how smooth the whole process was working with the salesman, sales manager, finance manager, quality assurance, and service team. Not only was the quality assurance person friendly, but also she made sure everything that had been promised was well documented. We had one concern with a noise, and the service team followed through after the sale making sure the car was in excellent shape, even fixing something which had been missed at no extra cost. I will highly recommend Rountree Moore.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone! First working with Trey was a wonderful experience. He answered any questions I had, and allowed me to look at and sit in any vehicle of my choice. Then working the rest of the way with Randy Langston was a pleasure. He made sure to ask me about what it was I was looking for and a price range without pressuring cars I wasn't interested in on me. We were just driving through the lot and this salesperson came up to the car and stopped us. We had visited other lots that morning but all the other salespersons just sat there. She was the first one that actually came up to the car and asked if she could help us. She listened to our needs and discussed our options. She was persistent but not pushy. We had not planned to purchase a car for several months. We were just out looking but because of Lori Hewitt and her excellence sales ability we now own a FORD CMAX. Her dealership covers multiple makes not just KIAs which enabled her find us just the right car. We love the car and would highly recommend Lori and Rountree Moore KIA. I was just having my 2012 Mitsubishi serviced and was walking through the parking lot and along came the sweet Lori. She was so friendly and asked me if I liked the Kia Sorento. I told her that was my dream car but I thought it was too far out of my budget. She didn't push me and asked if she could show me how I could afford the Sorento. Well, I ended up driving my dream Sorento and I had the best experience. The whole staff was so friendly, I didn't feel pressured and Terry, the sales manager even came out to meet me. I will send all my friends to Lori because it was like buying a car from a friend. She was Wonderful and I plan on always going to see her. Lori Hewitt gave my dream, thanks Lori.

The staff at this dealership resorted to bullying and threats when we were unsure if we wanted to purchase our car. When we tried to stop the deal we were threatened and we were told they would ruin my credit. After giving the dealership a check for what was suppose to be the first monthly payment sent in with the deal, the finance conpany call me and said they never received payment. I will never buy another car from this dealership.
