He is professional, honest, patient, and listened to what we wanted out of a vehicle and what was in our budget. He asked questions about what I wanted in a vehicle and what could he do to make this a great experience for me. He worked over hours and let my husband and I test drive what we wanted, to make sure that I found the perfect ride for myself and my family. On april 21, 2014 I purchased my first cruze - great care and got incredible service with a great buying process from Rountree Moore I decided to trade the car in On may 26 for a 2016 cruze lease. I cannot tell you how pleased i was both the first and second time around. chuck Folsom really impressed me. I am now the proud lessee of a new 2016 cruze and I imagine in another two years I will return to Rountree for a 2018 -- great staff great attitude and worth the drive!!!!!!!!! I had a very great experience while shopping for a car. I had an appointment with Paul Driggers and was greeted by him outside upon my arrival. Paul sat down with me and my parents and gave me some options in the buying process. When I came up with a plan he walked me through each step and made sure that I was getting the best deal that would help me financially. While he was away from his desk he would come back and check on us and fill me in on what was going on. It was the smoothest and easiest process and I walked away with a great car and a great deal! Everyone there came and introduced themselves and made us feel at home! I would definitely recommend Rountree Moore to other people. I am happy with my choice and thankful for the great staff at Rountree Moore!!

I was on a road trip from Wisconsin to south Florida and my Suburban had some engine trouble. I called the nearest Chevy dealership and told them I would be limping in in about 30 minute. The service center was ready for me and had a bay open and looked at the car right away. After a short time we realized it was going to take more then a few hours to repair. Trevor was great in getting me a rental car and getting me back on the road to finish my trip. The best part about Rountree is that they worked with my warranty company (which was not an easy task) and the engine was replaced for free (160K miles). They also helped me with the short term storage of my boat. Trevor had great customer service and kept me up to date on the progress (even on his days off). I am in the sales business and I when I get the same great service I try to offer, I truly appreciate it.

JMy experience in purchasing my Altima with Bryan was excellent. However when I recently went back to have the first oil change I was not very impressed. When I went to get in the car , apparently the maintenance tech had oil all over his arm and got it on my inside door panel. Had I not noticed it I would have gotten it all over myself as well. They did come out and looked it over and sprayed and wiped it off, but when I got home I found more and had to get soapy water to get it off. I have owned another Nissan that was bought at another dealership and that never would have happened. Maybe Roundtree Moore needs to adopt the policy of putting a piece of plastic over the seat and floor like this other dealership. No one should be allowed to sit in a car seat that would have oil on them anyways. I was lucky it didn't get on the seat. This other dealership I'm speaking of went the extra mile to be sure that great care was taken while the car was in there shop...tighten up Roundtree Moore service dept. Purchasing the car is not where good customer service stops.

Made the drive from Tallahassee to Lake City, Florida after seeing their ad online. It was well worth the trip. I have never had a better experience with a dealership than this one! My car broke down on the way back from Florida to Illinois and the Sales Team and Service team were wonderful. They diagnosed and fixed the issue in no time flat. And Treated me as if I were in a Lexus or higher end dealership! I know were I am going for my next car! I would drive to Florida just to work with honest, caring, wonderful people like them again. THANK YOU TONY and the Service Team! I wish I could remember all of your names!

My husband and I have taken our Equinox into Rountree Moore 3 times for a warranty issue, Not one thing has been resolved, they have told us 3 times to bring it back and the vehicle just sits there, my husband waited with the car this morning and it sat there for 4 hours and was not touched...we are just taking it somewhere else....what a awful experience. We will never do business with them again!

I had my tires rotated two months ago on my 2013 Nissan Altima at this Roundtree Nissan dealership. That appt was two months following the announcement from Nissan about the airbag recall. Long story short. They didn't have the part to fix the recall. I made a second appointment - using online scheduler. This appointment specifically stated in the comments section that I needed to have the recall part fixed. I show up for my 1pm appointment. They tell me that I am due for an oil change and they can do that while they wait for the part to arrive. WHY they are waiting on the part when I scheduled the appointment well in advance is beyond me. So the service guy tells me it will be another 20 minutes. At this point I have spent an hour and half (mind you I only have an hour lunch break.) I calmly wait 30 minutes only be told they are calling enterprise that the part isn't working in my car and they won't let me leave in my vehicle because it is a safety issue. WHY would you let me leave months ago but you won't let me leave now....makes no sense but at this point I just want to return to work. Two hours into this appointment Enterprise shows up with a small car - smells like smoke and it won't work with my carseat. So they call Hertz who arrives with an older model Nissan Altima. It too smells like smoke but at this point I don't even care...I will work with it because I am 2 hours over my lunch break. I am told I have to go to Hertz to complete paperwork - NO MENTION OF COST. I get there and I am told I an select either $9.99 per day partial protection or $19.99 per day for full protection. I also have to pay $3.50 per gallon for gas that is used or refill it back to half full. I paid the $9.99 plus a $50.00 refundable deposit and finally got to work at 4.... what an ordeal. My very displeased husband went up to the dealership and they told him that this is the first car that has come to dealership for a recall part....which is really odd to me since my boss who bought her car from them and took it back a few months ago to have the recall fixed....but did they do it? I warned her she better look at her paperwork because I bet they didn't do what she asked them to. But they were able to get $300+ out of her at that appointment because they changed her brake fluid without asking her...she went for recall part and an oil change. Her car only had 16,000 miles on it!!!

Purchased a 2014 Nissan Altima 11/13 from Roundtree Moore in Lake City, FL. Purchased additional maintenance agreement only to find that we were given the wrong paperwork to sign. I found this out when I went to have the car serviced and it was not in the computer. Have been trying to get this settled for almost a month now to no avail. We were mailed the correct form to sign and the information on it was incorrect. I informed the dealership of the discrepancy and was told they would get it corrected and call me back. I was also informed that this error with the incorrect form signed was caught a few days after we purchased the vehicle and was not corrected. Still no phone call and it is almost a week later. I am the one that has to keep calling the dealership. We were sent a survey a few weeks after purchasing the vehicle and we gave them an excellent rating which looks like is going to bite us. Survey needs to be sent 6 months after purchasing not a few weeks.

I am 56 years old and have been to many car lots. The one thing I hate about going to a dealership is 1)the sales people 2) How they follow you around the lot watching you like a hawk and 3) They try to change your mind when you already have your mind set before you pull up, but this one particular Sale person and her name is Mandy. She is very great at her job the 3 things that I mentioned she never did (Very Impressed) All dealerships need a Sales Person like Mandy. She answered all my questions and knew every thing about the vehicle that I was interested in without having to carry around a piece of paper with the answers fumbling and flipping it around. I would really like to thank Mandy for all the help and all the hard work and effort she put in on letting me drive off the lot with a smile on my face. She has changed my perspective on pulling into a car dealership which will always be Rountreemoore Chevrolet with my Sales Person Mandy.

I just purchased a new Altima from Rountree-Moore and had wonderful service and a great experience. The original color and interior that I wanted was not in their current stock, but they were able to have one by the next day. Unfortunately, it did not have the navigation system that I wanted (a miscommunication on my part), but they wen out of their way to get one in for me that very same day. I am very happy with Brian, Dini and Mark for making my experience with Nissan a memorable start!

After searching online for our Suzuki Equator,and successfully finding one, we traveled from Ft Myers Area to Lake City, Fl. (a 4-4 1/2 hour drive). The people were very nice, helpful, and all was well. We purchased a USED vehicle. We realize that used means exactly that, but in our excitement of checking out all the mechanical features and such we didn't drop to the ground to look for a "spare tire" for the vehicle. Who in the world would have imagined? We've made several calls to see if they had one, could located one, or help in any way and the fine folks have not returned our calls. They won't talk to us about a spare tire, nor will they return a call to us. OK, got the point, they got their money and we will pay out of pocket for a spare. Lesson learned.

I tried to do business with another of Rountree's dealerships to buy a KIA Optima, which was my first choice, but ended up here because they falsely advertised pricing at the KIA dealership, and would not give me what my trade was worth. The typical back and forth was there, but overall the buying process went very well. I ended up getting within $400 of what I initially said I would pay for the car we ended up with, which was a Nissan Altima. I'm not sure how they got it that close, but I was very pleased that we could make a deal. It saved me from having to drive 50 miles to another dealership. Just go prepared to walk away if it's not what you're willing to pay, and know what you want before you start the process of getting to a price.

I was looking for a particular color truck with certain items. The dealership found one for me and got the rebates for the 2011 model I wanted. They went to another state and got the truck at the price I agreed to pay. Overall a good transaction as far as new car buying goes. They also got me a better interest rate for financing.
