Working with Jon was a pleasant experience. I always drove by his lot and knew he had very nice cars. When I stopped in for the first time you could tell it was very low pressure by talking with Jon. He made me feel at ease and I really appreciated that because everywhere else I went I wanted to immediately leave. Jon helped me get a good interest rate through one of his banks and was able to get me to the payment I wanted. Really there was no hassles and it was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I am so happy I have found a car dealer I can trust.

John is very honest and is very patient to work with in either buying or selling a used vehicle. In today's world were some people or dealerships are more concerned with turning their fleet of vehicles over for the dollar John wants to make sure the car is the right fit.

If you are looking to buy a car, my husband and I had a superb experience dealing with Jon at Ruby Auto Group in Hudson, OH. We are from Pennsylvania and drove a two hours to purchase a vehicle. Jon was very transparent on the phone before purchasing and answered all of our questions in detail, which made our decision of driving all that way so much easier. We knew we were dealing with someone that was honest and trustworthy. When we made it to the dealership he had the car all ready to go for us and it was exactly as described. I really am so happy we found Jon and were able to give him our business. Good people are still out there !!

I needed a nice safe car for my daughter and did my research. I ended up running across a Toyota at Ruby Auto Group. Very nice experience dealing with Jon. He was very polite and knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I had many questions which he took the time to answer and helped me be comfortable with the entire process. I first just want to note my husband and I do not like the whole car buying experience. We searched online for hours and went to multiple dealersseems like the same routine every time. We ran across Ruby Auto through talking with some friends that had a great experience there. So we figured we would give them a shot. We truly had such an excellent experience dealing with Jon. From the moment I called him to us driving off with our new car, you could tell he genuinely cared about taking care of us. If you do not like doing the whole car shopping thing let Jon help you, it was awesome and soooo easy. He did not have what we wanted on the lot but explained to us that he would help us find the car we wanted. He found it for us within a week and everything went smoothly. This is absolutely the only place to look for any used car. There were several very nice cars on his lot, but he had sold the one I liked the week before. I told Jon what we wanted and he found it for us immediately. My experience with RAG was beyond exceptional. Jon makes considerable effort to know peoples particular wants, needs, and limits on the transaction to make the buying experience smooth and easy. Jon is direct and upfront, most importantly NOT PUSHY. You can tell at RAG it is totally all about satisfying the customer. The best effort and time is put into the transaction-and the deal will get done, no matter what. There is no such thing as "IF's" or "Buts" here. I honestly just had to say what type of car I was interested in- he legit did the rest. He is committed to finding you your perfect car, and will not stop until it is found! I wasted no time nor had any stress over buying my first car. There was no need for haggling over price or payments, Jon makes sure to get you a very fair deal. Putting your customers first is such a rarity these days and this is something RAG practices to a tee. My wife and I have purchased 3 BMW's through Jon at Ruby Automotive. I have purchased many cars in the past, and I do not like working with traditional car dealers. I first contacted Jon in 2009 when I found a BMW 545i at another car dealer. Jon contacted the dealer, negotiated the price and secured financing for us through a local bank. The process was so simple and Jon was fantastic to deal with. I met with Jon, signed papers and drove the car home. Since then, Jon has helped us buy a 2007 BMW X3 and a 2008 BMW 550i. Both were located at other dealers and Jon acted as our advocate. Jon Ruby and Ruby Automotive are very reliable, honest and professional, and I wouldn't buy a car without him. I have referred several friends to Jon and they have all had great experiences as well with him.
