Had car towed to dealership and the towing on the bill at the dealership was $10 more than receipt. Spoke with them about this when took car in for a second service. Tried to give us a credit, but we asked for check instead. Was told ok but here it is 4 weeks and still waiting. Also bought another key to have programmed. Paid this up front but tried to charge my husband a second time. However, they were going to charge him a lower price than I had already paid. Do not recommend the service area here unless you like to be charged more or differently from others.

Rough, old school strongarm sales tactics. First offer after an hour wait was full retail = that was insulting. 3 hours to get a fair deal (not a super price, just okay). I had to have a car... but I should have walked.

My original sales guy was nice but not prepared. He held the car for me until I could get in a few days later. Once there they would not go over finance options with me they just kept giving me a payment amount and said they only finance through one company. After, waiting and waiting they said my interest rate was probably going to be 12% (when I just financed a car for 4%) but they could not tell me until I purchased the car.. That's a total crock! My boyfriend and I just walked out as they were still trying to get us to buy.. They followed us to our car and said they could work it out then called 3x after we left.. I WOULD NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE.. We bought somewhere else and were very happy.

So I went to buy a used car and was trading in my car. I know not all car salesmen are crooks, but this place was horrible! Starts from the top and worked its way down. My sales guy that I spoke with was awesome. Good guy. I trusted him. As we were negotiating numbers my sales guy disappeared and the SON of Rusty Wallis came and started working with me. Sort of odd since the sales guy I was working with didn't handle this. Anyways, the SON came by and kept telling me how my car is worth nothing and that he has to take it to auction since it's so old and has so many miles. I thought i was pretty hard on standing my ground but I budged (silly me) and we negotiated and I still think I got a good price. As we were working on the finance part (I was financed somewhere else) it took longer than the negotiating part. I don't think people knew what they were doing. As I went to sign all the paper work, the finance guy was telling me what a horrible car I was buying and that I was making a big mistake. He told me he was there to tell the truth and the salesmen were there to lie. Doesn't make you feel all that great during signing process. He seemed very grumpy. The sales guy told me they got 2 guys working and the other guy is much nicer. As I was waiting for my car I see my sales guy and we chatted and he even said he was shocked when the SON of Rusty Wallis came and started dealing with me. he says he usually goes back a couple of times before the big dog comes in. I checked back on their website and did see my car listed on their used cars. Didn't go to auction after all. I was happy when I met my sales guy, but after that it was all downhill for me.

I just bought a used CC here with the great help of my sales Hector. And the car is awesome and the service is really good! I got all things done in only a morning. Thanks for the help they offered and the help they will offer in future~

I took my car in for the 80,000 mile service. I really appreciate Aaron Allison taking care of my service call. She was friendly, knowledgable, and definitely helpful. When I had a different make and model, I hated taking my car in to that dealer for oil changes because I always felt like I'm being taken advantage of with services I might not need. I appreciate how Aaron made me feel comfortable with the 80,000 mile service and explained everything in detail. I have dealt with two different service consultants previously at Rusty Wallis and they were very nice. I just felt more connected dealing with her about my car. I really want Aaron to be on my team for a long time to come. I just gave a German engineer his wings (LOL) and I do plan to go for another 100,000 at least.

Everyone is always very courteous and very helpful. Waiting room is very comfortable and clean. I have been coming here since 2000 .. Customer service is very good ... have never had a problem with my service

June 2014 I received exceptional customer service. What made it exceptional was I had inadvertently left my wallet on the front seat of my car but did not discover missing wallet until 2 hrs later when it was time to pay. My CSA went out to my car to look for it and there it was - credit cards, money and ID. You are fortunate to have such honest employees. As soon as I walked in the facility I was greeted and treated like family. They escorted my kids to the waiting area where they provided them with crayons and coloring pictures. They were friendly, funny, and polite, took every effort into helping me with trying to buy a vehicle. They treat you like family of RUSTY WALLIS VOLKSWAGEN!!!!.....my personal sales person ISAAC DELBOSQUE was very very helpful and such a gentleman. Although I did not end up buying a vehicle for personal financial reasons, I will definitely go back when I am ready to purchase one and I will recommend all my family and friends or anybody to go there, again its an AWESOME place. The facility was very clean and neat and im a neat and germ freak so for me to love that place was awesome.
