The only issue I had is the navigation through Android auto doesn't allow me hands free calling. Three sales associates could figure out the issue. I wanted built-in navigation but was told Android auto navigation was just as convenient. I'm a little disappointed about the hands free calling issue.

Worked out a fair deal with David in sales, was not happy car was not fully detailed prior to delivery, hard water spots on mirrors and windows, dusty, still had protective plastic pieces throughout vehicle and inside windows had uv film still on them. Was promised a dealing and am still waiting.

My salesman, Mike A. was super! He figured out what I wanted and needed and steered me in the right direction. From beginning to end, the sales experience was great. The experience with signing the papers...not so much. After being assured my personalized plate transfer was all taken care of, I now find I have to make an appointment and take care of it myself. The person handling the signing of the papers was too rushed and not very professional and now I find not helpful. Other than that, Mike A and Mike the manager were super!

Mike Nelson had called me back after I received some information on selling back my 2013 Sonata Turbo. So I came in to have my car serviced and I started peeking at the Santa Fes and the Tucson caught my eye. Sporty and roomy but not too big like a van but not too small like the Tiguan. The shape and look of the car has to grab me and the Tucson definitely did that for me! Douglas spotted me look and he started telling me about some of the features of each car that I was looking at. I went for 2 test drives...one in the Genesis coupe and I loved that car. Black... 6 speed manual drive =] When I started the car the sound of the engine alone had me starry eyed! But...I said that if i ever had the opportunity to get an SUV I would get the Santa Fe or the Tucson. I chose a metallic black 2016 Turbo Tucson and I am 97.653% happy with my choice.(wish I would have gotten the leather ventilated seats) Nelson and Douglas were so awesome! They both were very knowledgeable about what I wanted and were honest with me regarding whether or not they could provide me that. Brian Sax is the absolute best finance guy in the business! I had dealt with him previously when I purchased my 2013 Turbo Sonata and the 2nd time around was more enjoyable than the 1st time. The warranty is why I switched from VW to Hyundai and I do not regret my decision at all. Thanks to Nelson, Douglas, and Brian for the bestest experience ever =] Tara Williams

My girlfriend and I came by twice over a month period to inquire about our choices. Both times we got great and friendly help, mostly from Douglas Lim without the feel of urging us to buy on these days. We came back 2 weeks later to purchase one new vehicle and Douglas who was off came back to the dealership to do the purchase, even though it was later in the day. The process was fair and fairly quick, with no back and forth so common when buying a car. It was a good experience overall and we are planning to buy another Elantra in a few weeks. Thank you.

I was lucky to find the exact car I wanted 2hrs away from my home in Sacramento. Working with David over e-mail prior to me driving to Sacramento and working with Aaron once I arrived was great. They both answered all of my questions. My car was clean and full of gas when I left. I had purchased All weather floor mats which had to be ordered and sent to me. Aaron called to let me know when they arrived at the Dealership, when he sent them and followed up to make sure I received them. Overall, I had a great experience.

Since I bought my PHEV I had this experience with a friend who showed up a little late for our meeting. He has a high end SUV and his battery discharges between his driving it. When he came in he said he had to call triple A again to get his car started. I told him"get a plug in". Just got my car so don't know about service and quality of work.

I came to Hyundai to lease my first car ever. After just being at the Honda dealership (where I had the WORST experience with the salesmen trying to over sell me and being extremely aggressive), I was hesitant on dealing with another salesman. Right when my dad and I parked our car and got out, Dennis came out and greeted us in the most warm, friendly way. He asked us what are needs were in a car and I told him I needed something small, good on gas, and affordable. He took me straight to a nice little car and showed me all the features. He asked me what my budget was, and I was hesitant to say because it is a very low budget (as I am a college student and paying for this all on my own), and the guys at Honda had smirked/laughed at me and made me feel like I wouldn't be able to afford any car. But I did not feel that Dennis judged me at all! He nodded his head and reassured me that he would respect my budget. Once we found the perfect car, we test drove it and he made sure I used every part of the car. Dennis made this experience so easy and memorable for me. He didn't seem like a salesman at all. Thank you Dennis and thank you Hyundai!!!! I am so excited for my new car!!!!!!

I'm so happy my husband and I did decide to call and go visit this dealership even after we read the reviews. My intital call to the dealership was answered by Conrad. Our conversation and customer service was the determining factor for us driving from the bay area out to Sacramento on a holiday weekend. When we arrived on the lot, we were greeted by Aaron, stated our visit and he immediately brought us in to meet Conrad. After a brief conversation, we and Aaron walked out to see the car. After our inspection and voicing our concerns, we took a test drive where Aaron answered our questions and showed us some features of the car. We were sold, we then when in and prepared the documents and worked with Conrad for a deal we were comfortable with. Drove the car home that night and am loving my new car. As I normally mentioned in any of our dealing with a purchase, the products out on the line today are pretty much all the same but it's the Customer Service that will bring me back everytime to the same business and hopefully the same sales person. Again, Thank you Aaron and Conrad for making my car buying experience a great one.

Sacramento Hyundai was the only dealership in California, Nevada and Arizona that had the new 2016 Tucson all wheel drive with the package and color we wanted. We negotiated over the phone the price and Omar the dealer manager had the paperwork mailed down to Southern California. We flew out a couple of days later and picked up the car. Scott Alexander their finance wizard was very efficient. Dennis Kavanagh went through the whole car showing how everything works including setting up my cell phone. Since all the negotiating and signed documentation was done prior to walking into the dealership; the total time spent at Sacramento Hyundai was hour and half. Working with Omar and his team was a wonderful experience they are straight forward and honest. We drove our new vehicle back home to Huntington Beach, CA. We love our new 2016 Tucson all wheel drive it handles so well!

My overall rating has been going back and forth over the last five months with Sacramento Hyundai. The current issue deals with their refusal to cancel an extended warranty I had on our Tucson. This request was made around Dec. 1st, 2015. I have made numerous contacts with their Finance Manager to move on this. No progress. I contacted NSD (the warranty provider). They tell me the warranty is STILL active. I don't want it and Sacramento Hyundai refuses to cancel it. This has been ongoing for better than four months now. The NSD warranty costs $1215.00. The car dealer is now ignoring me. I don't even know where to go from here.

I went in to have routine maintenance performed on my Veloster, and drove out with a Genesis Coupe Ultimate. The latest vehicle is the second time I have dealt with George, and both times have been very easy. There was no high-pressure sales talk, nor was there a delay with getting me out the door with my new, and amazingly fun vehicle. The following is an accurate representation of our experience with Sacramento Hyundai . . . . We purchased a 2011 Hyundai Tucson from this dealer about one month ago. On the day we went there for the first time the salesman and I noticed that the side of the car had been keyed. The salesman said probably by a homeless person, maybe the night before. We were assured the six foot long scratch would be repaired. In fact while we were inside doing the paperwork their service department was working on the repair. So, no problem! When we drove the car home I noticed the scratch was nearly gone. Well, about one week later after a few rains, the scratch had reappeared. So, we took it back to the dealer to fix again. They took it into the service department then brought it back out about one hour later. Nothing had been done with the scratch. They suggested DIY. There are a couple of problems here. This paint damage was clearly done before we even saw the car. The selling price was not discounted for the damage. And, I am not a professional body man. There is obvious risk here that if I tried to repair the damage. I would probably just make it worse. We contacted the President of the dealership. No response. We contacted Hyundai Auto Company. So far we have had no response from the dealer. No offer to fix it. No offer to adjust the selling price. This is not the fault of the salesman, but lack of any solution from their Service Department and lack of any want or interest from their President, Chris to offer any resolution.

This is an updated review . . . Briefly, we purchased a 2011 Tucson that had been keyed on the side prior to sale. After bringing it back to Sacramento Hyundai two times with no repair we contacted Hyundai USA. Finally Sacramento Hyundai agreed to a permanent repair for the paint damage. We got our Tucson back today (1-30-16). The repair looks great and professionally done. Omar was key in getting this right. With some persistence this worked out to our satisfaction.

I dropped off my wheel and tire on Monday - blowout for specialty tire - I was told they would call on Tuesday - finally called back and was told to come in at 2:00 on Wednesday. Get there 10 minutes early (silly me!) and have to wait two hours. Service guy says he was waiting for a phone call in regards to our wheel. Why didn't he call us and tell us to come in a hour later? He was so impressed with himself because he was "trying really hard and everyone was so sorry and we just needed to understand." He told us they were "just finishing up and they would come and get us." I followed him out and low and behold, they hadn't even put the wheel back on the car yet.

I made an appointment for 1:15 p.m. I arrived at 1:10 and was informed by the service advisor the mechanics take their lunch from 12 to 1 and will be back shortly, keep in mind it is 1:10, so in my mind, how foolish a person can be, the mechanics should already be back, (Sacramento Hyundai you better shore up your break policies). Well, the service advisor said he would get a mechanic on it right away and he would get back with me in a hour. So I watched and the car didn't move for at least 20 minutes. It was 2 hours later when I finally was fed up and asked the so called service advisor how much longer, he said, "Oh, oh I have it right here", so why didn't he call me. You can imagine I was quite upset. He said they have the part and it will take 45 minutes to install. Well an hour and a half later they finally had it done, but it was not over all the paperwork is unbelievable and very slow and irritating to the customer. I also have a Chevy and the service work there goes as smooth as silk. Sacramento Hyundai go to the chevy dealership and take some lessons.

I went here to look for a Hyundai Elantra and the salesman was able to upgrade me to a sonata for the same monthly payments. I got a better, safer car for my family and the guy I worked with for the sale was amazingly sweet and wanted nothing more than to help me and my family be in a safer more reliable car. I bought my Hyundai Sonata from Anthony Partida at Sacramento Hyundai. I've owned several cars in my life, and Anthony has been the best salesman I've ever worked with. He's very professional, knowledgeable, caring, and kind. If I buy another car in the future, I would love to only deal with Anthony. I bring my car to Sac Hyundai Service Dept., for the regular check-ups and questions I may have. In the Service Dept., I do business with Dave Ski, who is also very professional and knowledgeable, and does a fantastic job at taking care of my car, and making sure everything is 100% perfect. I accidentally scratched my front bumper on a trip, and also had a scratch on the passenger-side of my car, and Hiep from H20 Auto Body took care of both (his shop is located on the same property as Sac Hyundai, right next to the Service Dept.). Hiep and his crew did an utterly fantastic job at fixing and painting those scratches (the paint job is flawless, and their customer service is excellent). I have had no problems, issues, complaints, or any concerns, with Sac Hyundai on Florin Road, or it's Service Dept. I bring my car to them, and them only, and will go to no one else. I am extremely happy with Anthony, Dave, Hiep, and their crews. My Sonata is my "baby", and I'm very fussy about it. So to trust these people with my car, means that they're 100% top-notch in their fields. They are always very helpful and get the job done, even if I call them with a simple question like how to operate one of the many features in my car. BOTTOMLINE: I love these guys and Sac Hyundai on Florin Road. WOULD I RECOMMEND THEM: Definitely, no question, hands-down. FIVE STAR RATING? I give them 5,000.

Although we did not buy our 2007 Sonata here, this is the closest dealer for service. Upon bringing our car in we told them about two issues we were having, a stuck lock on the driver's door, and driver's seat not operating correctly. We stated that we had bought an extended warranty but weren't sure what it covered. Sean pulled up our information on the screen and said yes we did have the warranty and that it would "probably" be covered. He also explained they diagnosed first, and then asked warranty company if it was covered. Since he seemed to think it was covered, we okayed the work. Long story short, our warranty was a POWER TRAIN warranty only. and nothing we turned in was covered. So, about $250 later, nothing is fixed and nothing is covered. We feel strongly that we should have been told it was a power train warranty only. We would have known it was not covered. When questioned we were told in short, somewhat rude tones, that the up-front money was explained to us ahead of time, and nothing could be done to help cover the cost. We are now in the process of selling this car and will never recommend a Hyundai to anyone, mostly due to their service record and warranty that doesn't cover much that is not "big." We're VERY disappointed in this automaker, and particularly this dealership.

The staff has always been professional and courteous and work hard to take care of their customer. This last weekend, I traded my 08 in for a 2011 Tuscan Limited. The sales staff was terrific and Dave, the sales manager worked hard to get my monthly payment down to where I needed it.
