Chris and I had a wonderful buying experience at Sakelaris. Chad didn't hesitate to find the car we were looking for, as soon as we said we wanted to test drive it he went and got us the keys. Our test drive was very fun he told us about the car and it's features and answered all of our questions.we swapped some funny stories and he was very patient with me (considering I have never really driven in rolla. Once we got back we sat down and looked at all of my options and talked for a bit. Tom was helpful with that as well. Car salesmen always get a bad rep for trying to hackle you but I can honestly say that that wasn't the case I felt comfortable with my purchase and I love my new car! Thanks Chad!

They are very friendly when you try to make purchase, but once you say yes they change their attitude. Purchase process takes more than 5hours and kind of pushy. They promise they are going to clean the car before I take home, even though I mention please clean here and there, the dealer totally ignore what he promised.

My husband and I just bought a 2015 Escape from Sakelaris Ford Lincoln of Rolla, Missouri. What can I say beyond the fact that it was an amazing experience. We were met by knowledgeable, personable and professional staff; chief among them car salesman Jim Foust. Jim is an amazing young man who was extremely helpful in our search for the right vehicle. His patience, humor and professionalism made the whole experience a joy. He answered all of our questions, and 'his' questions [in regards to our car needs] were a tremendous help in selecting the right car for us. The whole financing procedure was a joy, granted that might not be heard very often but it is the truth. It was done in a timely fashion and we were more than satisfied with the outcome. Loved the fact that Sakelaris Ford had such a variety of products, like the Extended Warranty we purchased. We were shown several plans and the plan we chose was explained fully........on top of being reasonably priced. We were equally impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the genial atmosphere that helped make our experience a positive one; we met a wide range of personnel while we were there and to a person we were impressed by this organization. We plan to purchase a new Ford truck in a few years and without a doubt, we plan to make that purchase from Sakelaris Ford!

My husband and I are just starting a family and we wanted something that would fit our needs. When we walked into the dealership, we were both very nervous about being able to get financing because of our student loans. Jim put our minds at ease right away all he said was, i will help you, don't worry. We decided that a dodge caravan was right for us but they didn't have one I was worried we would have to go elsewhere, but again Jim saved us and had a brand new dodge caravan on the lot with all the features we needed that same day. These guys work hard and are not pushy, They worked so fast at finding us the best deal and we got just what we needed. EVERYONE was was so nice and helpful. we had only been there to see him once before we bought the van and everyone knew who we were and our situation, it was like a family trying to help you make the right choice. now one thing i didn't tell them was my husbands father and grandfather owned a car dealership for 10 years, we knew all the little tricks, that dealers try to pull over on you.These guy were the first dealership to not try tricks, they just wanted to help. My husband and I just bought an Expedition from Sakelaris in Rolla and are absolutely thrilled at the great customer service. Jim was our salesperson and made the transaction pleasant, easy and comfortable. All of the folks at Sakelaris treated us cheerfully and pleasantly, just like we were family. I was feeling unhappy when I first got there because I love my Suburban and was sad that is finally had to be replaced, but sad turned to relieved and happy with the professional treatment and even better when I got to ride in our new truck. The Ford Excursion is very user friendly and has very comfortable seats and ride. I even found that it is more intuitive than my Suburban with the buttons right were they 'should' be and extras, like 'backing up help' in the technology. I also love that I don't have to take the back seat out every time I need to load something large in my truck. The first thing we did was take it to Colorado on a ski trip and it made the drive pleasant and fun, even loaded down with skis and skiers. The Excursion we purchased is a used truck and there were concerns that needed to be addressed, but the concerns were taken care of in a pleasant professional manner. The sales manager had Luc help me with learning my car and everything it could do, and even when I had questions weeks later they still helped me out. I have taken my car back for service (oil changes) 3 times now and I still love their service and I am always greeted by anyone who works there when I am on the premises. I would totally recommend this dealership to anyone, as they went above and beyond by locating the exact options and color I wanted on my car, went and picked it up, and when I was contacted to come get it, it was complete with all the specs that I wanted, and again, never impolite or unprofessional in my times there, as I still go there for any needs I have on my vehicle!! Began a purchase right at closing time (dark). I really liked the vehicle. Arrived home to look at my vehicle in my garage closely I discovered the rim had a gouge which had obviously hit a curve previously. I contacted Sakelaris Ford at opening the next morning and was told they would look at it when I came back to get my vehicle demo of how everything works since I had purchased it late at night. When I was headed back there, the tank read "Empty" but it wasn't. Another issue! I left it over the weekend & they fix that issue but stated that they could not do anything to repair the rim issue. When I asked to speak to the Body Shop person it was evident that he had never been approached about the rim before. When I asked the Sales Manager what would they have done if I had noticed it that night prior to my leaving (I think they were aware), he became VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and said "for all I know, you could have damaged it" when you drove it to get something to eat. Problem is...when I brought the vehicle back for the gas tank issue/rim damage it was then that they gave me a LOANER to go get lunch!! He also started ranting about my trade-in. However, I noticed he has it on his lot for almost 6k more than he gave me. Beware! Attitude of the Sales Manager after the purchase was a complete change. This was a real shame because otherwise I liked the vehicle, but I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

I recently contacted Sakelaris Ford to inquire about a used car they had listed. I had the worst car buying experience I have ever had with a salesmen named Jim. Jim treated me with disrespect and treated me as if I had no idea what I was talking about. I have been car shopping in mid Missouri for several months now and have talked to many dealerships about buying a used car. There are many other car dealers out there that will treat everyone like a valued customer. I would recommend anyone in the market to avoid Jim at Sakelaris Ford.
