Went 2 times and both times not one person approached me but instead watched from inside the windows. I won't be going back nothing has changed in 20 years. Well I did try again and ended up getting a way better deal at Marcotte

I brought my 2015 Ford Escape there for it's 100,000 mile maintenance and the staff at Sarat Ford did a great job. I liked how the service department kept me updated on what was going on.

I brought my truck in for a safety recall involving the air bag deployment and a 60,000 Mile check - up. All the work was done in a satisfactory manner and the service rep, Koryn, called me to explain that the technician had discovered a few additional issues that needed to be addressed.
