Fast and easy! Best experience I've had at a car dealer store! I found a car i loved on the website and scheduled a time, John Cardenas was waiting for me at the time scheduled and showed me my new car. John made sure i understood everything and was happy to answer any questions i had. Finance Manager, Abe was great, very patient and helped me though the finance process! Everyone was great, very friendly and very professional. I left happy with my new car!

Rolando was my service agent and helped me through recalls on my car. My car was cleaned for free at the end. I appreciated their service, their work, and the updates on my car. Tiffany was also wonderful and helpful. I've called here before about my car being locked and got help, as well. All around, great service. They go over and beyond and I appreciated them doing so. Special shout out to the cashier's, as well. They were very kind and wonderful!

Tyler was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and communicative. He was able to make a normally arduous process happy, upbeat and painless. We will undoubtedly see Tyler in a few months for a second vehicle! Jess in Quick Lane is a great friendly face that greets me when we go to Sawgrass Ford for service. Jess is friendly and very knowledgeable. He makes sure you get exactly what you need. Jess also makes sure our vehicle is safe and ready to go in a reasonable time!

Great dealership, fair prices, and no dealer fees! Tyler gave me a great deal on my Mustang, and the customer service was perfect. I could not have had a better experience. When I went back for an oil change, they were fast and efficient. No complaints. Great service, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
