I called Schrecks on a Sunday morning, knowing that they were closed (as all dealerships are). I was hoping to leave a message in order to "get the ball rolling" on the purchase of a new car hauler and utility trailer. To my surprise, my phone call was answered with a generic "hello" - no indication that they were related to the business. The "gentleman" on the other line proceeded to interrogate me as to my knowledge of Colorado Law and the legality of a licensed dealer "talking business" on a Sunday. This was done in a VERY demeaning way, as if they were questioning my intelligence and putting me to shame for calling on a Sunday. I explained to him that I had intended to leave a message and was not expecting my call to be answered. A simple "I'm sorry, as a licensed dealer, I cannot discuss the sale of a vehicle or otherwise" would have been sufficient. Next time bud, save yourself the trouble and don't answer the phone on a Sunday.

These guys are the real deal. I was shopping around for a trailer for my business. I’ve known that Wells Cargo is a premium brand and often comes at a premium price. When I found Schrecks, I couldn’t believe that the price was actually the RIGHT price. So many others we saying “this is the price of my cheap, poorly built trailer (which was a good price) but then they add on shipping! The cost of the shipping made their cheap trailers more than what I paid for my premium trailer that is built better than all of them! Bottom line is that Schrecks prices are honest, the gentlemen there are helpful and there is no BS when it comes to doing business. Keep up the awesomeness gentlemen!
