After a few months of searching for a new truck we stopped by Lake Park Schumacher to pick up a brand new GMC Canyon as a work vehicle. We came back in for our first oil change and purchased a new Chevrolet Colorado for my personal vehicle. Both times they took the time to find the truck we were looking for and helped to get us the deal we needed. Super satisfied with both trucks and we will be back to upgrade in a few years.

It's nice to take a vehicle in for service and have the service rep. actually listen to the description of the problem, then detail how they will proceed to identify and fix the issue. My 2013 Volkswagen Beetle went in for annual service with an additional problem of the keyless remote being defective. Cindy set me right up with a loaner car for the unexpected overnight stay with no cost to me. It turned out that a part had to be ordered and it would be during the next week that the car could be repaired. When the part was received by Schumacher I was called right away and once again given the use of a loaner car the overnight repair. Each department was efficient in the handling of my service and I would highly recommend Schumacher to anyone.

Went in for factory recall. Cindy was very cordial; explained there was actually another recall that my car needed though no solution is yet available. She said I would be notified when there was a solution. My appointment was for 8:30AM and I was out by 9:30AM. They had a comfortable lounge with complimentary internet access where I was able to log in to my office and work while I waited. Even gave me bagel and coffee!Very satisfied with my experience.

At 8:25 am I was advised that my recall service had been accomplished and I was ready to go.Not only was I early for my appointment, but I was out within 45 minutes of my arrival. Great service by all. However, without the expeditious handling by my Service Representative i would not have had the same results.

I suggest the "Pre-delivery Service Charge Fee - $795.00" charge be eliminated. The Salesman was upfront and stated the price plus tax, tags, and fees. I took it that the fees were the usually things like battery fee/new tire fee, etc. The last two vehicle purchases we made were from the local Ford and Toyota dealers and they both have abandoned this tactic of dealer fees. I'm sure it's still built into the price, but it's not a surprise when viewing their final numbers. Your Pre-Delivery Service fee policy puts the salesman and customer in an awkward situation and in my case I was going to walk and get a Ford again. Fortunately, there was still some wiggle room in my trade-in to eliminate this fee.

Hopeful that the quality of repair was good this last visit as the last time it was serviced we were not entirely satisfied. Our service advisor, Dave Stedleman explained all the repairs very clearlywhich should be done after listening to our list of the problems we were having with the car. As always the service was excellent. I waited for my car and Cyndi told me it would be about 2 hrs for my car service. Cyndi kept checking with me and before I knew it my car was done. I only got my oil changed and tires rotated and whatever else they did. Cyndi told me they would do something to my brakes and change my cabin filter. This was just a routine maintenance and I waited for the work to be completed. Although there was an offer for complimentary transportation, I needed some quiet time to get work done on my computer and appreciated the facilities in the lounge, along with the complimentary coffee and a bagel. While I realize that I am paying a bit more for authorized VW service, I feel that, in the long run, It will be worth it since I know that all of the services will be done when and as required. Since I generally keep my diesel VW's for 200,000 miles or more, this is important.

First I set the appointment, detailed what I needed, received clarification from the employee, she gave me direction in how, what, and when to do with my car drop off the night before. I did as she requested. Not only was my car not ready the next day (in the 4-5 hours I was told)I had to wait another day to collect. Upon pick up, the entire service request was not completed nor then was my coupon to use accepted. The Tech who checked me out, did not only not apologize but had no answer as to why my vehicle was serviced in the manner it was. I then followed up a call immediately thereafter to speak to the Service Manager, who was not available so I left a message detailing the event and asked to be called back to discuss. To this date I have received a call back, no information or explanation, and no apology. I assure you I will not return to this location nor will I refer this location and services any further. I am seriously disappointed in the service and how I have been treated as a customer.

The service rendered was for a recall having to do with the headlights noncompliance.ISVSP courtesy vehicle wash was performed (value $19.99) however my vehicle did not need to be washed as I had my car polished before the service was rendered. I found that when I opened the driver 'front door water was all around the inside of the 4 doors and also the trunk so if I would have had to pay for the wash I would say that it was not a "complete good job" I did finish the job myself.I did not report this to Doreen Preshlock at the time. But did so the next day after receiving a call from your office.

To clarify, the overall review, and review of this facility is excellent, and the service manager there, Jack, is about as good as you can get. The problem is that an asst. service manager, Dave Stadelman was rude, unprofessional, and insulting to me, a 15 year customer. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and unbelievably unprofessional.He actually told me "he would never take care of me there again, and to seek another service tech in the future"! This is from an EMPLOYEE whose salary is paid by my fees! I was a corp. trainer for 30 years, and never received this type of treatment ever. He failed to explain fully my fees, and seemed much more interested in getting my payments, than in the actual repair of my car, or my customer satisfaction. If you use this location, my advice would be to use another asst. service manager, Jesse is excellent, and pretty much everyone else there.

I brought my car into the Schumacher Volkswagen on Northlake Blvd at 7:30am for a recall repair and for my brakes to be inspected. I received a call at 10:30am with information regarding the estimate for my brakes; I could not answer the phone because I was at work so they left a message. At 2pm I received another phone call and voicemail, mentioning they still needed an answer on what to do with the brakes and that something else came up. When I finally got out of work at 4pm, I called the service provider. She continued to mention the $1,000 estimate for work on my brakes, THEN she mentioned that a maintenance employee had backed into my car and damaged the front end. When I arrived at the dealership I was astounded by the amount of damage. I was handed a police report that the employee filed (while I was not there, and he had apparently searched through my glove box for my insurance card.) The service provider and the service manager handled this situation poorly. The police report was filed half an hour before I was called and told something came up. The service director told me the employee was on his lunch break and in his personal car so the incident would be handled by the employees insurance. When I asked for the time out of the employee, to prove he was on his own time, I was denied this information. When I asked for the dealerships insurance, I was also denied. Not only was I denied this information, but the response was rude and seemed as if I had been the one that caused this issue. I understand that accidents happen, had the service manager not been so rude in handling the situation, I may not be complaining.

Although I ultimately did not buy a vehicle (chose a 2WD instead of 4WD used), they gave me a very fair deal, dealt with me professionally, didn't play silly games. I would definitely return.

Stay away if you don't want to waste your time and money. Terrible service, very rude manager. Don't honor appointments time. Very long wait. Can't provide accurate estimate. They recommended unnecessary service to us, while failed to perform the mandatory service to change the transmission fluid at 40K. Complete disappointment not expected at VW dealership. Never coming back.

The staff at Schumacher was awesome. I was looking to trade my car in and get a new car. I love the new Chevy styles that came out and was drawn to go look. The sales staff at Schumacher, were extremely patient, supportive and knowledgeable. I would definitely go back to them to buy another Chevy in the future. The building is easy to locate, clean, modern and comfortable. There was not one single pushy or weird salesman in there, like some other dealerships. Nope, the staff gave me space to look, time to ask questions and exceptional service. The best moment there was driving off the lot in my brand new Chevy. Thank you Schumacher team!

My name is Bruce Blauvelt and I am the proud owner of a 2011 GMC Denali HD Pickup which I purchased at the West Palm Beach location. Due to the location of where I now work, I decided to bring my vehicle to Lake Park Schumacher for warranty work. I was then greeted by Dave Stadelman whom I found very courteous and professional. He discussed my issues with my vehicle as well as my time frames for vehicle availability. He checked part availability and provided me with a courtesy shuttle to bring me back to work. I returned approximately 30 minutes prior to the time we agreed upon and Dave told me my truck was already completed. I am a mechanic and shop manager so I am aware of the work that your technicians completed. I know the difficulty factor of the work performed. My hats off to the technicians that worked on my vehicle. They completed the work in the time frame that I required. It was a pleasure meeting Dave and his team of technicians. Buying a car in the past has not been a pleasant experience! However I can now say that buying my new Buick Verano at Schumacher was a very enjoyable experience in every way. My salesperson Harv was extremely knowledgable about the cars we looked at, put me at ease and tailored a car to meet my needs. The Verano is the finest car I have ever driven, and I am enjoying it completely. I had shopped around, and this is the first dealership where I felt at ease, and their price was better that any of the others by far. I can highly recommend Schumacher on Northlake. I had a great buying experience at Schumacher Chevrolet. I have stopped at severel dealership through the state of Florida and had numerous follow up phone calls with pusher sales men. Dave Rosynek sales consultant was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and made me feel very comfortable to be there. I would defiantly refer going to see Dave for any sales help out of the several other dealerships I went to. He was quick at finding the car I wanted, and very informative on every aspect of the car. Everyone at Schumacher was excellet from the sales representative up to the final signing of papers to purchase my new Chevy Cruze. And the car is awesome. The gas mileage is what I expected and more, the ride on the road is so quiet and that little 4 cylender engine as more get up and go then my old V/6 Grand Prix. The care is everythng I expected and even more.
