I went to this DEALERSHIP to buy a 2014 max. I car is really nice but the process was terrible. I was already approved by one financial company and they ran my credit with other company's when I asked them not too. We started the process of buying the car & I had a trade in. Their finance officer tried to talk me in to getting other services and when I said no, he still pushed it. My husband finally said she said NO..that's when he stopped. Now it been a month and I'm getting letters from my trade in company and from my new finance company. They sent my payoff information to the wrong account and they never sent the infomation in to my insurance company for the new car.So I been driving with no insurance and my credit report showing that I'm 75 days late on an payments for the trade in. I will never get a car from this company again & I will never referred anyone to them. It has been a stressful processes. I called the dealership and spoke to my finance officer Louise about my issue and he was not concern and did not try to help. Do not use this dealership.

I must say that this has been the best experience I've ever had while in the process of purchasing a car. On Monday, I received news from CALEB, that I would need a new transmission and that it would be really costly. Caleb, referred me to jimmy, to discuss possibly purchasing a car. After thinking about it and weighing my options, I made an appointment with JIMMY - to come in and discuss my options, with him, on Saturday. Nykkitta Lane was our Sales Representative. I have been a Nissan owner since 1988. My introduction to N.Lane began when I called about a pre-owned vehicle for my child. I told her I was looking and said I may stop by. I had a rough experience at another dealership I visited prior to coming to Scott Clark. When I arrived N. Lane made time to stay longer than planned to show my wife and I the vehicle in the rain, which we appreciated. After we viewed it I, responded by saying we wanted to discuss what we saw and get back with her the next day. When I confirmed I was coming back to look at the vehicle more, by time arrived she had the vehicle cleaned and a full tank of gas. N.Lane and I test drove the vehicle which was great, and she answered all of my questions. I felt some comfortable, I began to mention my other issue of replacing my 16 yr old Maxima with 220K miles which iwas worring about its reliability due to its age. We discuss a few options, and long story short she was able to help me package two vehicles at a great price. Her soft skills, temperament, and customer service was excellent. While i wasnt looking forward to looking for a new car to replace the one I lost in a total loss car accident, I heard wonderful things about Scott Clark and the Nissan vehicles as a hole. This guy was awesome. Definitely not pushy and was very understanding of my needs. I told him what I wanted and he showed me some great options. This place offers the best pricing in Charlotte for what you get!! I'm in love with my car and wouldn't want it any other way! Not to mention, I managed to get a lifetime warranty on a Honda Accord purchase. I called at around 10am on a Saturday and asked if I could bring car in within the next hour Ronnie told me I could! I brought it in and it so happens Ronnie was right in the lane when I got there (with a smile) took my keys and coupon and even informed me of a recall on my car that they were able to do that day. I left and within an hour and half he gave me a call that my car was done and I told him I'd be there in the next hour. My car was right at the front of the service drive washed and ready!! That was the second service I had with Ronnie and it was another great experience thank you!!!!

I purchased a used 2011 Mercedes E 350 from Scott Clark Nissan.The Car was in immaculate condition but the alignment was off.The Service Department sent it out to a alignment specialist for Mercedes and it still didnt fix the issue.They concluded that the Rims were bent and ordered new rims and installed them.I was given a Rental car as well.Recently I had a oil change and Tire Rotation that was covered under warranty.The service was fast considering the amount of people.Great Service!

Got a great deal on new Maxima. Matt and Nykkyta were both great to work with. Took a relaxed test drive and then with a little back and forth we were quickly able to agree on something that fit in my budget. It did take several hours to get everything done but pretty much in line with my prior car buying experience. At the end they take time to give a great tutorial of all the car's features to make sure you know how to use everything. Overall everyone was courteous and professional. Most important, I really appreciate not being pressured to add on a bunch of "extras" Got a great car at an excellent price. Recommend for sure.

My intelligence has never been insulted like it was here. I was interested in their 2004 ford f 150. I will say that it was a very nice truck but I nor my bank will ever finance a vehicle 3100 over NADA. I know how buying a car works if you have a trade that is still owed on. I also know the trick of trying to add what I owe on the car on to a new loan. Now maybe it's just Scott Clark Toyota but I thought they had the deal where they pay off your old loan. Well not here. Well I won't be mad I guess I guess that's just the car salesman way of business.

I stopped in at Scott Clark Nissan to check out the NV 200 city cargo van. I wanted a small cargo van for personal recreational use. So, I thought the NV 200 might fit the bill.When I got there I was put in touch with Mr. Chris Nagy of commercial sales. Chris and I sat down a for a bit and discussed the points on commercial vehicles verses passenger vehicles. I was sold on the commercial aspect for sure. Thanks Chris. Now it was time to go look at some models in stock so out we went. Chris continued to explain the features of the NV 200 and some of the differences between the models produced by Nissan. These vehicles are very popular and I see a lot of them around the city. I sat in one and checked out the views and features but I didn't drive one. I was still in a shopping/comparison mode. I thanked Chris for his time and expertise. He got me a brochure and I went on my way. Scott Clark Nissan was my first stop in my search for my own little RV. He cut to the chase got us a good deal, warranty and took care of a minor repair on a cup holder that broken. After the sale he had great follow up to ensure the repair was completed, retrieved a few personal items we left behind in our trade and called a week later to make sure everything was ok. My service manager was Caleb Martin. I had an appointment at 7:45AM and he took me right back to his office I had the 60,000 mile service performed and they did everything I asked for to the penny. When I went to pay I learned I had a credit which was a nice surprise. I ask for a courtesy shuttle to go to work. I waited and Caleb explained to me the shuttle driver had to go all the way out to WT Harris for a customer. I waited and he picked me up about 30 minutes later. Caleb went above and beyond to keep me informed.

I got off work early to drive my mother 76 miles one way to this place; this was the worst experience ever attempting to make a used car purchased. I requested an OOD price on a vehicle listed above KBB value via email, due to location and availability. After several conversations emailed back and forth between 3 online sales reps. I received a price that was doubled the KBB value from Kristofer at Performance Ford. In addition, he attempted to get me to consider another car probably worth 2-3 times more. I advised Kristofer that I wasnt going to pay double KBB value OOD for a car with 85k miles and wasnt interested in the car he wanted me to purchase either. I received an email from Glen, Internet Director notifying me to come to dealer because he wants to earn my business, but it has to make sense. Kristophers offer sure didnt make sense to me.We went to the dealership where the car was located, which was Scott Clark Nissan. Brandon introduced himself as my mother and I proceeded to the inventory. We located the car, Brandon went to get the keys and took us on a 3-5 mile test drive. My mother was driving the car and wasnt able to test drive; due to the max 45 mph speed limit; we didnt go on the interstate. I would think a sales rep of 4 years; the little time we spent in the car he could have been telling us information or features regarding the vehicle, instead of humming tunes from the radio. Once we got back to the dealership, we began inspecting the car. Multiple scratches were found; looked like painted over rust spots on door frames; the spoiler wasnt the same color as the car. I asked Brandon, How much is the OOD price on the car? He responded, Our prices are on the internet! Brandon took us to his desk. He provided us with an OOD price that was over the KBB value. Brandon researched car on KBB, registered car as good condition. We really did not know what condition the vehicle was in, because of the limited test drive. After going back and forth about the price in an intellectually challenging manner, we got nowhere. After being dismissed with handshakes, we werent provided with any contact information for future purposes. A sales manager contacted my mother about 10 minutes after leaving asking; if she liked the car; how much she was really willing to spend on the car; telling her hell try to find us another vehicle within the price range. NO, THANK YOU!Kristophers and Brandons OOD had a $6,000 difference, with OOD still priced over market value. Sounds kind of like a rip-off somewhere along the lines to us. If that car or the same model cant be purchased between KBB value and her budget. Shell just proceed to her other cash options, with one of the sales representatives that she and myself has previously purchased vehicles from in the past. After having this experience with Scott Clark Nissan and Performance Ford, we feel like your employees need to work on their integrity and making consumers feel more comfortable. We wish we would have known what the actual OOD price on this car like I requested from the different online sales agents before we continued to the lot. It would have really saved us a lot of time, gas, and money. I wish my review couldve been more positive!

I can confirm with the other reviews that this dealership is terrible. It's the epitome of why people hate dealerships because they lie and only have their best interest in mind. Situation: I brought my car in because two shops told me something was faulty with my transmission. They both mentioned it was under warranty and that Nissan would have to replace it. It's a known issue on 07' & 08' Nissan Sentras. Well, I brought it in, was charged $95 for them to check it out and lie about the noise being the left wheel bearing. Cool, then why is my check engine light on? Long story short, I brought it to another Nissan Dealership that knows what they're doing and they're replacing the transmission. More business for them. The manager Alfredo was also of no help.

My daughter has brought her car to your Dealership on several occasions and some of your staff customer service really sucks. My daughter was not rude or disrespectful when she had every reason to be due to the Rental Managers attitude towards her. The manager of the Rental Department Jena was very rude. My daughter whom was next for service and standing at her door waiting on her to assist her, Jena purposely pass by her and got another customer and waited on her first. This neglect, lack of compassion and horrible customer service skill made her late for work. When any customer comes in your establishment ethnicity, status looks, or religion should not matter. The only thing that matters is that the customer comes first. Mike the service manager came to our daughters rescue. Mike did call us to make sure that we understood what was going on and apologize for Jenas rude behavior. This was not his department but he step in as a leader to correct a wrong. We appreciate his kindness and understanding.

I bought a new 2014 Rogue in June of 2014. My sales person, Matt Floyd is wonderful. He doesn't hassle or pressure you, and is an asset to the sales team at Scott Clark Nissan. Thankfully my vehicle is under warranty as there began to be some issues with my steering assembly. Mike Redwine ( and Alfredo, his manager) ALWAYS treat me with the upmost respect, timeliness and care. I am a spirited customer to say the least, and its always a vulnerable situation to be in when your brand new car starts having issues that take three visits to the service department to figure out the problem and get it fixed. All three times I brought my car in, Mike was there with a smile and ready to help me. He got me in a loaner car so that I wouldn't be inconvenienced with no transportation. The second time I came back, unnerved ... he helped me understand that there is a process in finding the cause of the issue and talked me off the ledge. And the THIRD time when I was coming unglued, he really helped diffuse the situation, handled it professionally and courteously and as always, was a joy to work with. He is definitely the guy you want on the front lines dealing with your customers. Thank you Mike for being consistently awesome and taking the time to walk me through the process and for always taking great care of me when I am in for any reason. You are the bomb-diggity. :)

Nykkytta was fantastic- special b/c not like a car salesperson- real, great follow up, professional, easy going. Would absolutely work with her again. Ricky closed the deal and was also good to work with. So far so good with the car. We bought for the best price for the best car in the area with the best warranty behind it. We started our experience with Scott Clark Nissan via the internet, after pressing the "Chat Live" button on their website, at just about closing time. I got a callback from Michael Chavis in their Internet Sales dept the very next morning, and that was the start of a great leasing experience. We had been leasing other manufacturers vehicles for around 15 years, and this was probably the easiest experience yet. Michael was very product knowledgeable, and evidently Scott Clark puts its folk through a thorough training program. Michael even knew about my first Nissan (a Datsun 411 which had come and gone long before he was even born). We were comparing the just out 2016 Maxima to a comparably equipped (and priced) 2015 Acura TLX. The Maxima won, and Michael did a great job of locating the exact model and colors at another dealer and working a dealer trade to get it to their lot. He worked out the best upfront cash-monthly payments lease given the parameters I had set and we closed the deal a couple days later. The good experience didn't end there. There was no hard sell of service plans, etc. just a brief mention. And I'Vonna from customer service spent a good hour in the car with us going over the large display and its various settings before we pulled out of the lot to go home. This dealership is very keen on customer service and relationships at every level. Overall an excellent experience.

On July 31st I was going to Hondo to look at their Pilot. I stopped by Nissan to look at their SUVs. The salesman that helped me was Richard Ash. I am truly sickened by Scott Clark Nissan. I have purchased many vehicles in the past and I have never experienced such poor customer service in my entire life. I have a BASIC service need (air leaking from 3 of my tires) and instead of listening to my concerns as the consumer (and addressing them), Nissan service was quick to look at my vehicle and even quicker to get me out of the door ...stating that there was nothing wrong with any of my tires. With 20+ years in the corporate industry (with a Ph.D.) I would think that I have some good sense to know when there is a problem with my vehicle; however, Scott Clark Nissan failed to listed even after I brought my vehicle into their service department on 3 separate occasions. During the 3rd visit, I was so annoyed by their unprofessionalism and failure to listen to my concerns I INSISTED that they take the vehicle back and spend quality time inspecting my tires. After 10 minutes, the advisor came back to me and stated that one of the valves/stems was broken and they also found a nail. I was outraged that it took 3 services visits along with my demanding to thoroughly inspect my vehicle...before they could identify the problem. After addressing these issues, the service team continued to insist that there were no other issues with my tires but I knew this was not the case and since they continued to dismiss my concerns I reached out to Nissan Consumer Affairs (which I would advise to all customers who experience such poor customer service). CA advised that I take my vehicle to another dealership for one final inspection (before any action was taken on their part). I agreed to take my vehicle to Gastonia Nissan and I must admit I was PLEASANTLY pleased!! The service advisor Robert Reynolds was highly knowledgeable, extremely professional and more importantly, he LISTENED to my concerns and addressed them. Not only did his service techs perform a thorough inspection of my vehicle, but they found another nail located in one of the tires which I had advised to Scott Clark was still leaking air. Additionally, the Gastonia team recommended filling my tires with nitrogen (which they did) and further advised me of a recall on my 2013 SUV - - something that Scott Clark DID NOT EVEN MENTION TO ME AND SHOULD HAVE. I ask, what kind of dealership fails to advise/address a recalled item?? This, coupled with the WORST customer service is the reason why I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone and especially why I will NEVER return. I will also post this feedback on every site I can to warn other consumers of my experience with Scott Clark. I want this dealership to know that despite their attempts to claim that they are the "all new" Scott Clark Nissan, they truly need to learn the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE. (additional note: I attempted to connect with the General Manager to discuss my concerns. A service advisor confirmed that he relayed my message but I never received a return call. It was my first time visiting this dealership service department. As soon as I pulled up there was someone cordially greeting me and asking how I was doing and if he could be of service . I told him that I needed an oil change and tire rotation if it was not too late in the day and if they had a spot available. He immediately consulted Bobby and before I knew it, the order was wrote up and I was escorted to the waiting area. I was prepared for a long wait, however it was quite the opposite!! Even the cashier, unfortunately I do not remember her name (a beautiful African American "maturer" lady), was extremely friendly and advised me of the reward program and the different ways it could be used. I was very satisfied with all services I received that day and walked out with an extra smile in my face:). In summary, "first impressions are lasting impressions" and me completing this survey (which I normally don't comple surveys) is a true sign of how I was impressed.

I made the decision on a friday night that I wanted to trade in my 2013 Nissan Altima. I had never traded in a car that I still owed money on, so we took that car to CARMAX the next morning to get a price for it. Then we headed over to Scott Clark Nissan. As I had purchased my previous cars from that dealership there was no doubt that i would purchase this one also. Our salesman Harold was very helpful in finding the car i wanted on the lot and the Sales manager Jacques was very helpful when it came time to haggle over the price. While my experience is very typical of anyone wanting to purchase a new car i only wish that when I ask for the best price that i would actually be given the lowest price. I never buy a car the first time I look at it. Later that afternoon jacques called back and after a little more negotiating we agreed on a price. I like this dealership and will certainly buy future cars from them. On a side note my husband, who worked in the car industry for years says the service dept at this dealership is the best he has ever seen.

We were window shopping the day we visited Scott Clark Nissan, and wasn't expecting more than that. We drove away the owners of a 2014 Nissan Maxima. We love it. The entire experience was painless and smooth... Deon Brace was our salesman, and we appreciated the fact that he didn't walk away from us when we told him we weren't really in the market for anything at the moment. We fell in love with the Maxima after the test drive, and Deon and the Sales Manager (forgot his name) worked with us until the deal was done. At no time did we ever feel pressured to get the car. The first week of ownership there was a problem with the sunroof, we brought it to Scott Clark Nissan and Alfredo' Took care of the issue very quickly and send us on our way. This week we brought the hardware for the towing package that the other dealer was supposed to install for us but didn't, and again Alfredo came to the rescue. I must say I am very happy I came into this dealership looking for a vehicle. First Jarmaca Byrd worked hard to get me the best ideal and without a hassle. Then much to my surprise the Service Manager replaced the water pump and serpentine belt and all 4 tires just because they wouldn't have sold the vehicle with need of any obvious repairs (I figure my cost ~ 1000.00 plus labor, but I bought the auto AS-IS)-FREE!!! Unbelievable... Well I'm convinced Scott Clark is in a Class by itself here in Charlotte NC.Thanks again and my next purchase will definitely be with Scott Clark.....

Everyone I have ever worked with at Scott Clark Nissan and when it was South Charlotte Nissan, have been excellent. I have worked directly with Alfredo Zambrano the most. From the beginning he has made sure the work on my car was done well and at the best price. If I have any questions he is always available to help with a smile. I didn't realize I could rent cars there and he let me know about that this past time when I said we would go that route some. He had me speak to Terrell McElroy and he also was great help. I got better prices than I expected I could. The service and pricing is great at Scott Clark Nissan. Dealerships have always been given a bad wrap as far as what I heard in the past as far as cost of work. I can say this place beats the price and the quality better than I thank most or even all that I have worked with through the years. Also the fact that I feel cared for as a human being and not just another person they are doing work for. I feel respected as a person not just someone that is getting work done at their place. Alfredo has done well by treating me as a valued customer and that is why I presently am very loyal to Nissan and I hope it will be a long term place for me to get our car work done. I alway come back to the dealer where I bought my car for service. Since purchasing my 2011 Murano I have had Alfredo Zambrano as my service advisor. He consistently provides high quality service to my vehicle. He thoroughly explains the services needed and ensure the vehicle is completely reviewed. The last service found a leak in the transfer case. Fortunately this was under warranty. Alfredo provide a loaner vehicle for the period my vehicle was unavailable. If I could not have the same service advisor I would not use this facility. Alfredo knows my vehicles and ensure I am satisfied with the service.

At that point the sales man was itchy, came back 20 sec later to say oh sorry car was sold but I have others....NO! At that point we just walked out and never looked back. I called about an oil change and tire rotation. The tech said to come in by 5pm and we'll get you fixed. When I arrived the dealership was overly busy, but the service staff was excellent. No one in a panic, and the wait time to talk to a service provider was less than 3 minutes. My Armada was serviced and ready in an hour and a half. I was very impressed

I would love to share my experience with the world that I witnessed at Scott Clark Nissan in Charlotte on S Blvd. Malik was my sales that wasn't even my original salesmen in which I spoke to 2 days prior to purchasing my 2015 Altima S. There was a great manager Chris which is over sales, he treated me like he had known me for years, being very straight up about information that really educated me at 40 yrs old, and after purchasing 4 cars in my lifetime. He woke me up to information that was of true importance I never noticed, but this didn't make the deal work this visit. I was obliged with a call from Malik, which this was his first day on the floor at this location as a salesmen, and was sourcing failure deals, and came upon mine. He took the time and effort to call me, and I wasn't even his customer, he felt as though there was a 2nd opportunity for me somehow to get a car, and guess what I'M DRIVING A BRAND NEW 2015 ALTIMA TODAY , now this is 5 star customer service, not because I got a car, because Malik believed in his career, and he is for the best interest for all of his customers, the finance manger was awesome-Brian Martin , and the manager over sales Robert Mack was astonishing. This time last year I was in the market for a gently used vehicle. I had done tons of research and called before actually going into the Scott Clark Nissan dealership. The sales manager I dealt with, Robert Mack, was absolutely amazing. I had anxiety about financing a car, as I have always paid cash and never had a car payment, but Robert quickly eased my anxiety and was able to get me a great deal. Robert, and his sales team, answered all of my questions and met all of my demands without being the typical pushy car salesmen/women. Even after the sale was finalized Robert was still very helpful and didn't act as if he had gotten my sale and no longer cared about me as a customer. Shortly after purchasing my vehicle I experienced a minor problem with my seat side view mirrors. I took my car into service and Bobby Jackson is the consultant that helped me. My issues was quickly addressed and I was in and out in no time. I decided to take my car back for an oil change when it was time to have one and once again Bobby was my service consultant. Bobby is an excellent consultant he made sure I was in and out in a very short time and was very courteous and professional. Bobby has since been my service consultant and I still experience the same excellent service I experienced during my first visit to service. Bobby always makes sure I am in and out in a timely manner, and if I have any questions he is always happy to help me over the phone. I do a lot of driving so about 8 months after purchasing my vehicle I had to purchase tires. I wasn't expecting to purchase tires at that time and was a bit upset. Bobby did everything he could to deescalate my anger and was able to get me a great deal on brand new tires. Based off of my experience I would send anyone to Robert Mack and Bobby Jackson at Scott Clark Nissan.

I am so happy to have a place I can trust people with my car as well as have a good price and friendly people to work with. Alfredo Zambrano has always been more than helpful. I met him back maybe 2- 3 years ago. I can't remember but I was very happy with his service in helping me with care for my car. For a while I just went in and who ever helped me helped but it was always someone different so I started to call Alfredo and ask when a good time to come in was and he has almost always been there. In the past at other places it was hard to keep that established relationship and if the company changed things sometimes weren't as good. That Scott Clark has kept Alfredo I am very thankful. I don't feel like I have to worry about lies or being treated as some ignorant woman nor do I have to fear being taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge. I also don't have to worry about costs as the costs are more reasonable then I ever expected a dealership would have. I have very happy with Scott Clark Nissan and Alfredo. As soon as we got inside the dealership, Steve Carrasquillo introduced himself and greeted my wife and I with a smile. We were immediately impressed with his energy and friendly disposition. He asked questions to determine our needs and then really listened as we explained our situation. He then offered suggestions he thought would work for us and explained why. He took his time with us and never pushed for a commitment until he knew we were ready. He made us feel like we were buying from a car from a close personal friend. Every person we met and interacted with made us feel like valued customers. We were never rushed even though we didn't finish until almost 2 hours after they closed. I purchased my 2012 nissan maxima from Northlake mercedes , when I drove , I came to find out that the drives power seat adjustment panel was broken.l took the car back the next day and they sent me to MODERN NISSAN because it was still under nissan waranty. Modern told me I had to pay for it replacement. I left and called Scott Clark and Ronnie Taylor told me to bring the car the next day to be checked out. To my surprise he told me it was under waranty. Ronnie ordered the part and when it came in. he called me and I brought the car to be fixed.This is the kind of service person I will always attend to.Thank you Ronnie Taylor. First I would like to state that I'd rather have a tooth pulled than go to a car dealership! Dealing with Nate & Jay I did not have to! I live in a small town near Lake Murray SC, over 110 miles from Charlotte and was able to take care of the whole deal by phone and email with Nate. We tried to do business with several local dealers in Columbia and was pre-approved to buy a car, however one dealer would not bring a car across town without a deposit and the other dealer just kept trying to make me come to the dealership.Scott Clark Nissan got us the price we wanted with payments to match and the best thing is THEY DELIVERED THE CAR TO US HERE IN SC ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON where we finished the paperwork on our kitchen table! I took my Nissan Altima in for the 5000 mile service. My sales consultant Troy Ingram had contacted once again seeing how everything was going and to remind me of the upcoming service. He told me just to bring it in and talk with Mike Redwine. I did this and was met with the utmost courtesy. Just a little info was requested and I was on my way back to the customer waiting area. In just a short time Mike was calling my name reporting everything was ready. I returned to my car which I add was also washed a satisfied customer. My friends and I decided to drive down to ATL for the labor weekend and vacation. We took my 2007 NISSAN ALTIMA, which I recently had minor work done prior to my trip (front tires replaced, oil changed, and new brakes). I never had the check engine light come on in all the 4 yrs that I've had the vehicle. I have driven this vehicle up and own 95/85 from Boston to ATL. I'm originally from NY/NJ, but was making frequent trips to MD, VA, NC over the past couple yrs. Needless to say, my car had trouble on the highway in Charlotte, and after going to a few auto shops to get answers/service, I dropped in to Scott Nissan. The entire team showed this up North chick the true meaning of Southern hospitality. There are some great people there; Brandon Hunt helped me get into my new V (she's a beauty and she rides nice), Milton Andrews (if my memory serves me right) also helped to explain the cost/billing/financing factor, and he had some sharp at$$ shoes...lol. Thanks to Kaysha, Brian, Orlando, and many more just for the smiles while walking by. I was for sure that my vacay would be ruined, my friends would have to rent a car to drive to ATL by themselves, I would have to rent one to drive back to up north, and then still shell out dumb dollars for another Vehicle. Boy was I in for the shock of my life, people still can't believe I went on vacation, and came back with a new whip! What a tale to tell..

First let me say right from the get-go that I have an intense loathing for car shopping. I actually prefer a surgical procedure to having to deal with it. Dave Gibbs went beyond the call of duty to make our experience enjoyable and thorough. We went to see a particular truck noted on line. We talked several times and determined a meeting time. He researched the truck, he was knowledgeable about all of our questions. He was very personable and honest with our many questions. We don't change vehicles often and we felt he totally understood our needs in obtaining what we wanted within our given budget. We felt Dave was put in a difficult position during finalizing the purchase. Of no fault of his own, we felt uncomfortable in that he had to take the offer to another person to come back for more negotiating several times. This back & forth between a salesman that we had become familiar and had established a good working relationship and someone we never saw, telling him to require more money negated the dealership's "customer service" qualities for what was perceived by us as the pay price being the main focus. We will recommend Dave to friends that are vehicle shopping and will definitely call him with our future vehicle needs. Also, Amanda, the fiance director was a delight to work with. She explained everything succinctly and it was a real pleasure to work with her. She is an expert in her job and a super personable person in doing her job. Let me begin by telling you I was recently in the market for a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder. I had done all my research, and knew what trim level, color and options I wanted. I talked to someone named Cruz at your dealership a few months back, and he was really helpful. I wasn't ready at that point and he followed up and I still wasn't ready. When I became ready, I decided to stop by this dealership for the first time around noon on Saturday, March 21st 2014. That's where I had one of the most unpleasant experiences of any dealership visit that I've ever had.I had never met Cruz, so when I went in, I had no idea who he was. I went in through a side door, so I did not immediately see the receptionist. I walked around the dealership, aimlessly, for at least 5 minutes. No one said anything to me. I saw someone and decided to ask if there was a Cruz working, and he replied yes and did not seek to point him out. I finally found the receptionist (Daylin), and she seemed not very friendly and into her phone. She did page Cruz, and I began to wait. 10 minutes later, I asked for him again, and that's when Jacques Deadwiley came over and asked if I was being helped. I told him I was waiting on Cruz, and he attempted to call him on his cellphone. He walked outside and came back in and told me he was with another client, and that he himself would help me.We went to a desk, and I told him I only had 30 minutes today, and he said cool. I told him what I was looking for, and he brought in a salesman who took over. He was very nice and began taking my info. Again, I told them I had 30 minutes and had to be somewhere. I had Jacques card, so I planned on calling back after he had my info and I could see what kind of deal he was going to offer. After being there about 45 minutes, I walked over to the glass booth and told them I was leaving, but I would call back in a few. That's where the real problem began.Dawud Muhammad, who I had not spoken to and only know his name based on your website, aggressively threw his hands up and said "I thought you wanted to buy a car!" in a condescending tone. I replied "And this is supposed to entice me?", referring to his tone and approach. I then walked out to my car. Dawud followed, and as I got in my car and attempted to close the door, he was holding onto my door. I can't really remember all that he was saying, because at this point I was insulted and ready to go. The salesman came out and I told him that I felt Dawud was an a**hole and I asked for the salesman's card. He said he didn't have any on him. After another brief exchange with Dawud, I drove off.I called Jacques back in 10 minutes, and he asked me why I left. I told him, just as I had originally told him, I had to be somewhere. He replied "I thought you wanted to buy a car? I had the deal worked out and then you walked off". I advised that I did and that was why I was calling back. I asked what the deal was. He said he had thrown the numbers away since I left and had to start over. At that time I told him that I felt like he was playing games, and to forget it. He angrily hung the phone up.This by far is the worst I have ever been treated by a car dealership. Nissan dealerships in this area and I have never had such a horrible experience. I have worked in sales before, so I can honestly appreciate an aggressive sales approach. This was over the limit though. You can't talk to and treat people in this manner and expect them to patronize your business. I felt insulted and I think they tried to shame and belittle me in an attempt to push me into continuing to stay there and wait forever. This experience sucked on every level.S/N: I purchased the car I was looking for at East Charlotte Nissan a few hours after this experience.

A year later with several thousands of miles under my belt and Im still in complete awe at the level of service extended through Scott Clark Nissan. My experience started with Jarmaca Jay Byrd through an online process of completing an application and he handled everything from submitting my information, processing the material and selecting automobiles for my review. Although I had a few credit scars Jay was able to use his resources to creatively finance me and I drove away in a 2013 Nissan Altima in April of 2013. The service didnt stop there, Jay followed-up with me to ensure all was well with my automobile and teamed with the service department to schedule my oil change maintenance appointments and everything. This was something that other dealerships internet department would not do. It made for a very easy buying experience once I arrived. TV and radio blare throughout, including outside, the dealership. Associates turned off the TV for me, (in the smaller waiting room) which was very helpful, but I still had to sit outside in the parking lot to get away from the radio. On the curb.Your music was way too jumpy, and I needed quiet to read and work while I waited 2 hours for my service.You guys do a great job with food and snacks. Please install a quiet area without the TV and radio and make it no kids allowed.

I went to Scott Clark Nissan after visiting a few other dealerships in the Charlotte area. After doing a significant amount of internet research, I was fairly certain that I wanted a used Nissan Maxima on their lot. Before taking me for a test drive, Jay Byrd, my sales consultant, asked me a lot of questions about what I was looking for in a car, how often I travel, etc. Based on my responses, Jay recommended that I test drive the Altima as well. I did...and loved it. It suited my needs much better than the Maxima. After selecting that car (2014 Altima 2.5 SL), Jay Byrd and Dawud Muhammad (General Sales Manager) worked with me to get to a price we could agree on (and I drive a hard bargain)! Even though we were negotiating a deal, the exchange was friendly and fun. I truly felt like they wanted to get me into a car at a price I was comfortable with. I left that night to sleep on it and returned the following day prepared to sign the deal. Unfortunately, as we were reviewing the quote, the car I had selected was sold to another customer. Robert Mack (Sales Manager) immediately came over to work with me/Jay on selecting another car (same model, different color choice). Unbelievably...this one was sold as well as we were discussing it! (note: this is my only criticism of the process. There should be a mechanism in place that flags a car as "in process" and prevents it from being sold from under a customer.) At this point, I must admit, I was frustrated. However, instead of letting me walk away unsatisfied, Marty Abernathy (General Manager) came over with a quote for a 3.5 SL that was quite competitive. As soon as I said yes, Jay Byrd went outside and took the keys so it couldnt be sold! Despite these bumps, I felt like every member of the team worked hard to keep me happy and ensure that I walked away with the car I wanted. Following the sale, I have heard from that sales team multiple times, following up to be sure I am a satisfied customer. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

After purchasing a used Honda Accord and only having it for three months, I quickly learned that it wasn't the right vehicle for my family and I for various reasons. Let's face it cars pretty much sell themselves. A potential buyer narrows it down to a few models or a specific vehicle type. Dealerships merely stock the name brand, and provide a selection of vehicle types, in some cases service for the vehicles too. I have purchased many vehicles, roughly 10, from the Scott Clark's Toyota dealerships. I've brought in 5 relatives that purchased. I have sent at least 50 people that I know, there to see for themselves how easy it is to buy a vehicle, and at a fair price. My husband and I both called numerous times to verify that the mustang we were looking for was there. JAY said,"we have the car in stock." We asked questions regarding that specific model and were told the car was there and to come look at it. We drove an hour to get there and then found out the car was never on the lot. There are five pictures on their website and auto trader with a price and description. We drove an hour to see that specific car they had advertised on two sites.I don't know how they can advertise a car that they never had on their lot. They also verified on the phone that they had it. We called three times before making the drive down there, all three times they did verify they had that car on the lot. This is horrible business ethics and bait and switch. We will never do business with any Scott Clark dealer after this experience.

I went in to the dealership on May 13, 2014 and originally wanted a Used Nissan Maxima, however I test drove it and it wasn't all that I thought it was going to me. To my amazement, Jay Byrd put me in a 2014 Nissan Altima and I fell in love with it immediately! I came to Nissan after leaving the Honda dealership and almost buying a CRV. I walked in, was greeted by Troy and immediately could tell he was going to be able to get me into the car I wanted. He showed me the comparable car to the CRV, the Rogue, I sat in it, and immediately loved it. We took it for a quick test drive, and afterwards I told him if he could get me into that car with a similar deal that Honda was offering i would buy it today. I was looking for a particular trim package on a 2014 Altima. I called Scott Clark Nisan and Jay was the first person to answer. He took the information and said he would research and call me back. I received a call back that they had the exact car I was looking for in stock and offered me a good deal on the price. I said I would be in the next day to look at the car and Jay told me to ask for him and he would take care of me and show me the car. Unfortunately another salesman sold the car that night and they did not have another one just like it. Jay and Nate called me and said they had a car with the same color and more packages on it and they would work with me to add the accessories I requested and at a great price. Jay was very patient and professional in working with me to get the car exactly the way I wanted at a good price. I went into the dealership to LOOK at a rogue. I was interested in the 2014 SL rogue. I had talked with Michael Chavis through email and asked to see him upon arrival. We talked for awhile and then I test drove one of the rogues in the red. I was looking for a white or possibly grey with tan interior. Michael was very nice and has an awesome personality. After we were back at the dealership he started talking about what vehicles they had. I really had no intention of purchasing that day. They didn't have the car I wanted with the light interior so I was going to wait. After awhile longer he showed me a SL rogue premium which I liked a lot but with black interior. After a good while we went in and started talking numbers and he had Marty Abernathy come over and eventually they wore me down and I ended up buying the vehicle. I love my car but I still question if I'll like the interior when it gets hot. I enjoyed working with Michael, Marty and Brian. I feel I could have gotten a better price if I hadn't been so tired from being there so long. It seemed everything that was done took quite some time which is why I spent close to 6 hours there. I love my car except for the interior color and I'm getting used to that. The people I worked with were very nice.

Let me begin by telling you I was recently in the market for a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder. I had done all my research, and knew what trim level, color and options I wanted. I talked to someone named Cruz at your dealership a few months back, and he was really helpful. I wasn't ready at that point and he followed up and I still wasn't ready. When I became ready, I decided to stop by this dealership for the first time around noon on Saturday, March 21st 2014. That's where I had one of the most unpleasant experiences of any dealership visit that I've ever had.I had never met Cruz, so when I went in, I had no idea who he was. I went in through a side door, so I did not immediately see the receptionist. I walked around the dealership, aimlessly, for at least 5 minutes. No one said anything to me. I saw someone and decided to ask if there was a Cruz working, and he replied yes and did not seek to point him out. I finally found the receptionist (Daylin), and she seemed not very friendly and into her phone. She did page Cruz, and I began to wait. 10 minutes later, I asked for him again, and that's when Jacques Deadwiley came over and asked if I was being helped. I told him I was waiting on Cruz, and he attempted to call him on his cellphone. He walked outside and came back in and told me he was with another client, and that he himself would help me.We went to a desk, and I told him I only had 30 minutes today, and he said cool. I told him what I was looking for, and he brought in a salesman who took over. He was very nice and began taking my info. Again, I told them I had 30 minutes and had to be somewhere. I had Jacques card, so I planned on calling back after he had my info and I could see what kind of deal he was going to offer. After being there about 45 minutes, I walked over to the glass booth and told them I was leaving, but I would call back in a few. That's where the real problem began.Dawud Muhammad, who I had not spoken to and only know his name based on your website, aggressively threw his hands up and said "I thought you wanted to buy a car!" in a condescending tone. I replied "And this is supposed to entice me?", referring to his tone and approach. I then walked out to my car. Dawud followed, and as I got in my car and attempted to close the door, he was holding onto my door. I can't really remember all that he was saying, because at this point I was insulted and ready to go. The salesman came out and I told him that I felt Dawud was an a**hole and I asked for the salesman's card. He said he didn't have any on him. After another brief exchange with Dawud, I drove off.I called Jacques back in 10 minutes, and he asked me why I left. I told him, just as I had originally told him, I had to be somewhere. He replied "I thought you wanted to buy a car? I had the deal worked out and then you walked off". I advised that I did and that was why I was calling back. I asked what the deal was. He said he had thrown the numbers away since I left and had to start over. At that time I told him that I felt like he was playing games, and to forget it. He angrily hung the phone up.This by far is the worst I have ever been treated by a car dealership. Nissan dealerships in this area and I have never had such a horrible experience. I have worked in sales before, so I can honestly appreciate an aggressive sales approach. This was over the limit though. You can't talk to and treat people in this manner and expect them to patronize your business. I felt insulted and I think they tried to shame and belittle me in an attempt to push me into continuing to stay there and wait forever. This experience sucked on every level.S/N: I purchased the car I was looking for at East Charlotte Nissan a few hours after this experience.

I called the # on line after deciding that Nissan had the most competitive prices. I had a prior Nissan when married . We had it for 12 years so I knew the car could be counted on. I was assured by the internet manager, Jay Byrd, that they would have a selection of Nissans and that I could walk out of Nissan with a final total of $12,000 to finance. I already had financing with the credit union. We discussed that the basic standard nissan with nothing on it was 11,999, and 12,999 for the automatic. I only absolutely had to have an automatic. I also wanted power locks and even power windows if possible. But mostly, I wanted the power locks for safety since I am a senior. I was given a test drive in a basic automatic and told they would bring a car from another location. He asked if I wanted dark/light as far as color in and out. He also asked if I would consider his financing if he could get it for the same percentage or less than the 3.75 I already had. I agreed that would be fine. He went back and forth with a manager about the price, etc. At this point we were talking about payments and I agreed to a car with payment of $225. or less; this was considering getting financing for 3.75 or less and walking away having paid $12,000 after down payment of $500 and trade in. He came back and said $229 per mo and I said yes. He showed me a medium grey/tan car and I was very pleased with the look. It did not have power locks and in total I asked three different times how much it would be to get the power locks put in. When I got in finance after nearly 4 hours nothing was the same. I was getting nothing except an automatic which would have been fine, but now the interest was 5.34%!!!! I saw the price with financing was $19549 and it looked like I was paying $16,246.24 for the car. So I started looking at the paperwork and I told him I was told and agreed to 3.75 or less not 5.34! I said I was leaving and he said "GO AHEAD". He was intimidating the whole time and I was exhausted. I should have left right then; I was quite upset and then he did say if I paid an extra $30 a month I would pay it off early and it would amount to the same as the credit union or I could refinance with the credit union in 90 days.. He said I would lose the $1000 incentive if I financed earlier than the 90 days. He said without the 1000 dealer incentive, the payment would be worse with the credit union. He also said he would check on the locks and did and they were $900. I was still quite upset, and beyond exhausted, but I did end up signing the papers that were left. I just wanted to get out of there. A few days later I had a flat tire. AAA said there was no puncture that they could see. They put on the donut and I called the dealership and was told "so just bring it in we will repair it"! I asked if they knew how far I lived and at this point I became really upset about everything. It was the final straw. I called Jay and told him how unhappy I was. He had never showed me any other cars or indicated there were any other cars or additions to the car to make up for the price. He stated he was not responsible for the financing part and I shouldn't blame him. He said he had nothing to do with credit. I later had a call from a manager named Nate, whom I was pleased with. He offered to have the power locks put on for $300 instead of the $900 quoted. He also explained some of the financing stuff. He also told me I could refinance with the credit union in 30 days, not 90. Back to the tire, I couldn't drive all the way to the dealership on the donut since you're not supposed to drive over 50 miles on it. I took it to a tire place and there was a puncture and they patched it. I am pleased about Nissan agreeing to do the power locks, and further to do them at my house. I am, however, still upset at the lies, rudeness, and intimidation I experienced - especially the intimidation of the finance manager. At this point, the locks will be installed at my house soon.

We bought a Nissan Rogue so we could get good gas mileage to travel with our daughters AAU team last summer. We weren't really looking to buy another car but received a call from Cameron Fields, who is a new salesman. He had such great interpersonal skills and followed up on a couple of different occasions. My husband is 6'4" and we didn't have enough room for coolers, gym bags, and suitcases with the Rogue. We decided to look at a Pathfinder. They stayed late because we were driving from Camden and gave us a great deal. Everyone was great! We will be back!

I went in to the dealership looking for a specific car that I saw online (2011 Nissan Altima). When I arrived, Jarmaca happily greeted me in the parking lot and offered his assistance. The car that I came to see had been sold that weekend but Jacques came out with Jarmaca and assured me that they would be able to find me something of similar make and price. Jarmaca was very helpful, knowledgeable and happy to help me find something that I would like. After test driving a 2010 Nissan Altima I absolutely loved it and went through with the purchase. They were able to match and even go below the interest rate that my insurance company offered and they were lenient on the price of the car because of my initial reason of coming in.Overall, this was a wonderful experience. They had very nice cars on the lot and a wonderful staff. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car in Charlotte.

I purchased a 2011 Honda Accord. Car was clean and in great shape. Low mileage and great warranties. David pickerling sold me the car and Brian Martin got the financing. Brian Martin went above and beyond to get this car financed and I truly appreciate all of his work! The car needed a new key as the remote didn't work. This place was a nightmare. I live two hours away from here and the guy I was dealing with called to tell me that they had three cars in my price range with the miles I wanted and the year I wanted. I told him ahead of time I did not want to come out unless they for sure had at least three cars in my price range since I was two hours away. I get there and the guy I spoke with was not available so someone else shows me one out of my price range and another not in the year range I asked for. I asked for a Manager and was belittled by him. On top of that was lied to about what cars they had and it turns out the guy had said they had the cars just to get me there. Two hours of a wasted trip and money. They don't care about you or your wants and needs only but what they can sell you.

I usually go to Midas for my oil changes but was told because of my after market bumper they couldn't do it. I went to Scott Clark Nissan and was greeted by Jacob, he was very nice and pleasant to deal with. I was greeted immediately by D.L. Samuels upon entering the showroom floor. I knew what I wanted, he found it for me, didn't try to hassle me and stick me onto something I didn't want. He was very knowledgable of the vehicle. I test drove the vehicle and loved it. He gave me a great deal on my trade and I was out the door in my new vehicle. I contacted Matt Donovan by way of the internet. Matt was prompt in responding to my questions and concerns, and assured me, prior to my arrival, that he could offer me a great deal. I finally made an appointment and found Matt to be very friendly and personable. He was patient and encouraged me to drive many cars before making a definite decision. Gentlemen:I would like to take a minute or two to tell of my experience with Scott Clark Nissan last month. Please forgive the delay in making these comments as the Holidays and my health made my response later than I would have liked.The issue started sometime late in November of 2013. I talked to Mr. Alfred Zambrano, Service Writer at Scott Clark Nissan, 9215 South Blvd., Charlotte, NC. My wife and I have worked with Mr. Zambrano since we got the Nissan. He has always always treated my wife and I with the utmost of friendliness and professional attention to our requests. In addition, my health is very poor and I will need some help in the future to make sure that the car maintenance is taken care of. I discussed this with Mr. Zambrano and I am very confident that he will insure that this request will be accomplished. I had the idea of installing after market front seat warmers in my wifes 2010 Nissan Altama as a Christmas present. Mr. Zambrano and I agreed that December 23rd would be a good time for his installers and me to make this happen. I wrote a check at that time to Nissan and everything was set up.I made some lame excuses to my wife about getting the car serviced so that I could get the car in for the installation. I got to Nissan about 9:30am on the 23rd. At that time Mr. Zambrano was not available but another Service Writer met us and said that Mr. Zambrano had discussed our arrangement with him. Everything looked good! However, my wife asked the Service Writer how long it would take to get the service done. The Service Writer started by saying the after market installers were ready to take the seats out so it wouldnt take long. Well, my wife told him that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the seats! This let the cat out of the bag there went my Christmas surprise. However, this Service Writer did not know of the surprise.We left the car there and went on with our other errands. We picked up the car later that afternoon, drove straight home and parked it for four or five days.When I got back in the car I smelled cigarettes. Neither my wife nor I smoke. Thats when I found a cigarette butt on the passenger side in the front. I also realized that my garage door opener was missing and I really didnt think that the seats were heating. At this time I was not too happy!So, we took the car back. I then talked to Mr. Zambrano. He stated that he was very sorry about the failed surprise, he would have the car completely detailed inside and out, he would get the seats checked and would replace the garage door opener if it could not be found. What more could I ask?? Mr. Zambrano asked when it would be convenient for me to leave the car with him for a day and offered a Nissan car during that time. I had my car so the Nissan car would not be necessary.At about noon I called Mr. Zambrano stating that I had found the garage opener and also apologized! My fault.Later in the afternoon I went to pick up the car. This is where we get into the purpose of these comments. Mr. Zambrano thanked me for letting him know about the opener. Then the car was brought out. Just as Mr. Zambrano said, the car was Clean inside and out! He had the seats checked and adjusted according to specs. The Mr. Zambrano said that he had something for me. That something was the check that I had given him back in November, it was torn into four pieces! What a great surprise!I want you to know how much I appreciate the effort Mr. Zambrano made on my behalf. His friendliness, courtesy and professionalism will insure that we have all our maintenance done at Scott Clark Nissan. Scott Clark Nissan sold us a used car that was dangerous to drive and we couldnt get our money back. Jacques Deadwiley sold us a used 2013 Ford Escape SEL without supplying the CARFAX or disclosing the condition of the car. They did not do a NC Safety Inspection and we found out later that the car had been wrecked twice, was a lease/rental car, and then sold twice at auction. Parts were held on with zip ties and had missing bolts. We would not have bought this car if we had known. We found out about the cars history when bought our own CARFAX and we had the car checked out before our Christmas Day trip across the state to visit family. The Ford dealership mechanics said the car was unsafe to drive or even tow. Transport it back to the dealership that sold it to you on a flatbed truck. Matt Donovan called us 10 days later and with no repairs said the car was ready to pick up and was safe to drive. Water was standing in the floor board and the tire had a 3 inch gash. We refused possession of the car. Matt Donovan offered all of our money paid on a trade-in that was significantly more expensive or we could try to trade in our used Ford Escape somewhere else. They also offered a car that had only been wrecked once. They would not match prices on a new car with another dealer. They never offered our money back. We were forced to pay above MSRP with the Dealer Addendum in order to avoid being stuck with the wrecked car they sold us. Marty Abernathy could have cared less about our customer satisfaction or our prior bad experience in buying an unsafe car from his dealership. He was only concerned about the money the dealership lost on the transaction. Our experience with Scott Clark Nissan does not in any way represent the advertising that lead us to believe we were dealing with a company that treated its customers fairly. The reason for visiting this dealership was to just have my 2008 Maxima serviced. While sitting in the service waiting area, I was contemplating purchasing a new car. The timing worked perfectly because Jay Byrd approached me in a VERY PROFESSIONAL manner to ask if I was interested in purchasing a new car. He explained to me all of what was offered and how it could benefit me. I was a little reluctant, but Jay GAVE me REASSURANCE that my interest rate will be matched with my banking institution. I accepted to fill out the application. Once completed, Jay walked it over to Jacques. Jacques walked over to me to introduce himself and sat down with me to explain what he can offer. Jacques LISTENED to what I was looking for and the features I wanted. He said he would make sure I walked out of the dealership with a new car. Jacques actually DELIVERED BEYOND my EXPECTATION . I was EXTREMELY SATISFIED after signing my contract and walked out to my 2014 Maxima. Jay and Jacques EXPLAINED that Sandra will demonstrate how the features are operated. She did a THOROUGH and EXCEPTIONAL job with explaining features in DETAIL!. I left the lot a HIGHLY SATISFIED customer and GREATLY APPRECIATE the TEAMWORK Jay, Jacques, and Sandra showed me! Buying a car is usually a stressful experience, but from the moment that we sent the very first inquiry, everything was EXCEPTIONAL! We sent an inquiry about a 2013 Nissan Rogue that we were interested in. We submitted a pre-approval application and within 15 minutes Jay had called us and asked when we wanted to come in to test drive. We went in that night with our kids (16 months and 5), and there was ABSOLUTELY NO run around, no games. The entire staff was EXTREMELY professional, and even came over to entertain my 16 month old son. Although we were not very happy with our payment amount, we needed a second vehicle so we signed the papers. while we were signing, Brian Martin mentions that he would attempt to lower our payments, but due to the time the banks were already closed. Now what happens next really sets this dealership apart from ALL the rest! The very next day, Brian Martin calls my husband and states that he was able to LOWER our payment with a MUCH better interest rate and asks us to come back in to sign! WHAT?!?!?!?!?! I NEVER expected this! he could have just let us go with the EXTREMELY high interest rate, but instead he chose to maintain his integrity and called us back and lowered our payment significantly. This was by far the best experience that we have EVER had with any dealership! Thank you Jay Byrd, Brian Martin and Scott Clark Nissan..... We will DEFINITELY encourage family and friends to come here and will DEFINITELY be back!

It was very nice to deal with a car salesmen that did not push a sale but rather worked with you to make sure you as the client were happy. Dawud Muhammad was the Deciding Factor in every aspect of our purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and patient. It was a very pleasant experience! We live in West Virginia and Virginia, and sent out several internet inquiries to dealers in the NC and VA areas. Several dealers were slow to return the inquiry, (or not at all). NOT Scott Clark Nissan! This is the most "on top of things" dealership I've ever dealt with, and I buy A LOT of cars! The dealership was clean, bright, attractive, and orderly. We were made to feel right at home upon arrival fairly late that evening. Thanks to Michael Chavis, the cars were up front, ready to go! My boyfriends deal was completed over the internet, I had actually not made up my mind, after some usual dealing, they came so close to the deal I wanted, I bought the car. EVERYONE at the dealership was great,it was a wonderful experience! We plan to try to travel there for our services on the cars, since they were so great to deal with. I .in the past, had leased 5 Infinitis from Rice Marko Infiniti, when they were bought by Modern, we at once saw a "change" in their practices, since then I have tried to deal with MODERN, I would NOT even consider them now that this experience with SCOTT CLARK NISSAN was so great!

After going online to look at choices, I called the dealership. Marty put DeWayne in touch with me. From the moment DeWayne called, the ball was rolling. He stayed with me throughout the process making sure everything was right. The most unusual part? I live in Garner, NC - a 3+ hour drive from Charlotte. The whole transaction took place by phone until DeWayne said he would deliver the car to us. "What?" I said. "Are you crazy?" I had to make a purchase within a limited amount of time. I knew that I wanted a Nissan, and I knew that I wanted a Rogue. Because my sister was previously in a similar situation, she recommended Scott Clark Nissan, and even gave me the names for whom to ask.I had to keep making adjustments to my appointment, but Sampson was friendly and accomodating from beginning to end. During the test drive, he explained every feature of the car that I thoroughly liked. He worked with me to see to it I would leave with the Rogue I now have. Next I spoke with Brian. He was courteous and direct. No question was unimportant. He explained each of the warranties and their components in thorough detail, even citing examples. Scott Clark Nissan has overall provided satisfactory service. Both Sampson and Brian were not only about the bottom line, but their being friendly--and smiling!!--made for a positive experience. I told my family that any future vehicle purchase should be considered with Scott Clark Nissan.

I found the exact car I wanted, a 2010 VW Tiguan S 4Motion. So, I scheduled an appointment to see it. I wasn't intending on buying a car. My experience with Scott-Clark was great, starting from the phone call I made the morning before driving 300 miles. Customer service is very important to me being that I am a business owner. I had been online for a month or so and knew exactly the car I wanted. Nissans are extremely great vehicles, I drove in with a 2003 Nissan Maxima that had over 208,000 miles and it drove as good as the day I purchased it. Jay was extremely helpful and organized in our purchase. He was knowledgeable and not "fake". I highly recommend Scott-Clark Nissan, I drove off in my brand new Nissan Altima very happy.

My mother and went to this Nissan dealership from a recommendation from a coworker. Our only intention was just to look at our options. We had been to several dealerships in the past and left extremely disappointed. My credit score is not the best because of divorce and my mom's credit is limited. As soon as we entered we were immediately greeted and seated. Jay Byrd took time with us and he did not make us feel judged because of my credit score and my mom's lack of credit. We found a car and test drove a 2011 Nissan Sentra which I just loved. The finance manager made sure he found us financing. He originally found us financing at a somewhat high rate. However, the finance manager kept looking until he found us a better finance agency at a better rate. Jay also sat down and called several insurance agencies for me so that I could choose affordable automobile insurance. We went in expecting to be disappointed and we drove away from the dealership with a two year old vehicle with low mileage, very affordable car payments, and a big smiles on our faces. Thank you.

From entering to exiting the dealership, all staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Worked with Tonia majority of time and she was honest and worked with us to get a great deal. Originally planned to visit another Nissan dealership and finance through my credit union, but after hearing about the Lifetime Warranty and getting a better interest rate than my credit union, she made it impossible to pass up the sale. Hats off to Tonia for sticking in there with us and to Jay for placing us in such great hands. Mr. Martin in finance made the numbers and financial "mumbo-jumbo" make sense to us and we appreciated his patience. I can't recall the name of the young lady who provided the vehicle tutorial but she was very helpful and open to our questions. Even having Jacques offer his congratulations and engaging in conversation with us made us feel like we are really part of the Scott Clark family. The assistance with financing and insurance was completed late in the day on a Saturday without any problems. It was also nice to get a personal overview inside the car to go over all of its features, many of which were new to me. I did a lot of work shopping for a good deal and in the end we were very happy with the pricing and service we received at Scott Clark Nissan. The car itself, an Altima, has been great, reflecting the viewpoint of many professional editorial reviewers found on the internet.

The folks at Scott Clark Nissan are not only knowledgeable, helpful and kind, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. We had an overall great experience with Scott Clark Nissan. Jay Byrd and Nate Moskowitz were great to work with. I felt I got a great deal on a 2014 Pathfinder Platinum Premium, when I actually came in to purchase a 2013. I only gave a "good" for Customer Service because our walkthrough of the vehicle prior to driving off could have been better performed by Sandra Rivera. We felt rushed by her, and several of the items that we felt should have been covered in that walkthrough, we are having to research and find out on our own via internet and the owner's manuals. Still, overall great experience and we would recommend this dealership to others.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with both salesman Michael Sampson and Brad Brawtley, as well as sales director Jacques Deadwiley. This team really knows what they are doing, and know how to provide customer satisfaction. I am not the easiest buyer to deal with, but these three gentleman were outstanding. Today we went just to look at a Nissan Juke, and possibly test drive one. Mr. Brawtley and Mr. Sampson immediately assited our every need and were very knowledgeable about the products and services the dealership had to offer. My wife and I said lets see what we can work out, and a few hours later we were able to settle a reasonable deal that I feel worked for the dealership and ourselves. Thanks to the diligence and hard work from this team we are now proud owners of a Nissan Juke, and honestly did not expect to buy today. I strongly believe with the leadership skills of Mr. Deadwiley and the customer service skills of Michael Sampson and Brad Brawtley, Scott Clark Nissan will be very successful. My Senior Parents and i visited Scott Clark on 11/17/2013 per the request of one of the dealerships sells associates. The reason for the visit was to sell my Father's 2011 Dodge Challenger which one of the sells associates viewed on craigslist where it was listed. After arriving to (Scott Clark) Charlotte for a 9:00 am appointment we were told that the dealership didn't open until 12:00 pm leaving us no choice but to wait since we traveled 2.5 hrs that morning to get there. Our experience only got worst when we met Mr. Jacques Deadwiley!! After attempting to conduct business we found him to be rude, pushy, unfriendly, and impatient when dealing with my 78 year old dad and never offered an apology nor did he show concern after finding out we had been waiting 3 hours to speak with someone. My mom was so upset that she didn't say much on our journey home except that she would never go to that dealership ever again!!!! I know good customer service when i see it and not all of the people we met that day were rude, in fact most were nice and friendly, with the exception of Jaques Deadwiley.

In March, 2013, I bought a new Nissan Murano from Jay Byrd at South Charlotte Nissan, now Scott Clark Nissan. I was very excited about getting a new car, but nervous about the car buying process. I used the web to research car buying tips, car reviews and pricing. I connected with Jay through the website at the dealership. Not long after my initial contact with Jay I had a life event which made it difficult to concentrate on buying a car. Jay kept me updated on his inventory for several weeks. He was pleasant. He was persistent, but laid back. He expressed a willingness to work with me until we found the right car. When we did find the right car I was surprised how smoothly the buying process went. I went to the dealership expecting to be there for most of the day, but was only there a couple of hours. I am pleased with my sales experience and would not hesitate to refer others. I can not remember the names of everyone I had contact with at the dealership, but they were all friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help.
