I received email about getting a new car a I qualify.I was hesitated though I desided to go down to Scott Robinson take a look??the first car capture my eye was Jeep Patriot first test ride burgany color. Tony very patient man quick to get you taken care off he look serious but all and all he cares a wants to give you the perfect car. Finally November I inform Tony I will think about it truthfully I was scared f a new car. Afterwards December I desided I make good money I need a car so I called Tony was ready to me the deal got me approved . I bought by used car on March 19, 2016. It should NOT have been on the lot to sell because of all the issues I had to bring it back for. Took it in on March 29th, got it back on April 1st, took it in on April 10th to show them what a different mechanic had shown me was told to bring it back on April 12th, dropped it off on the 12th and didn't get it back til the 21st.........I dropped it off today to fix a broken engine mount and it was ready by 12:30. These people do NOT communicate and no one takes accountability for ANYTHING! They give you a lot of lip service, but that's it. And if someone tells you they will talk to the GM because the GM cares........HANG UP AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! They will "shoot you in foot and then give you a ride to the hospital" to make them feel better about themselves but they are not to be trusted. I've now paid on a vehicle that has been at the dealership more that it has been in my possession and they think it's OK.

Dealer could not follow through with my work request now that Fiat/Chyrsler has implemented new procedures. Work is pending. I was able to video the reported problem and (lucky for me) replicate the previously reported problem in front of the technician & customer service writer. Delays on getting work started.

The people were all great and friendly. After viewing a few vehicles Wendy and Marcos finally helped me find the right Truck. I have always been a Truck Man and in this Ram 1500 I feel safe and secure. It has great size and is very comfortable on a trip. The sound system is very important to me and this vehicle has one of the best I have ever heard. The size of the Cab enhances this even more. Great base as well. I had always been a Ford owner, so this was my best fit of the vehicles on the market today. The Fords I tried just did not feel as comfortable or as roomy. In early 2014 I was looking to get out of a lease on my daily driver 2013 Impreza and either replace it with a new v6 challenger lease or find something on my own that had more power. Scott Robinson Dodge in Torrance keeps sending my flyers offering to buy my 2010 Camaro for over Blue Book value, whether I buy a car from them or not, so I figured, why not, lets throw the Subaru at them and see what they say.I called the dealership to see what their policy on taking over a lease was. I was directed to the internet sales manager, Steve Ponser who mentioned they could definitely get me out of my lease of a 2013 Subaru Impreza and in to a new vehicle. I reiterated to Steve that while a good enough deal may interest me, I may also very well simply just want to get out my lease and not replace it as I have another car. He said no problem. When I showed up at the dealership, I explained my situation to Steve that I did not really need my Subaru anymore and I did not want a direct replacement. I was willing to take on a new lease only if I could get a car with higher horsepower while not paying too much more a month than my current lease (about $200). Steve seemed optimistic thinking we could make a reasonable deal, potentially on a v6 challenger. Turned out the lease payments would be almost double my Subaru's so I passed on it and simply wanted to get my car appraised.After the appraisal, Steve told me they would be willing to match what was owed on the car but that would simply leave me walking away with nothing (I had no issue with that) but that it would be a better deal if I were to buy or lease something because then they could through another $600-800 towards a down payment. I said I understood but getting a new car simply didn't make financial sense so I would be fine with them simply taking over the car, even though what they were offering/what I owed was $500 less that the Kelley blue book trade-in value.This is where the dealership failed me. Steve seemed visibly uncomfortable at this point and asked if we could do it tomorrow morning, which seemed strange. I was offering them a car at below trade in value, let alone retail, so they stood to make a profit... why delay? Sensing something wasn't right, I asked for a written offer. "We don't do that", Steve said. What? A dealership doesn't give written offers? So I ask to see the manager that supposedly green-lit the offer on my car. Steve told me I cannot go in to the office so he will instead bring the manager out. A couple minutes later he comes out and has the audacity to tell me that the manager does not have time to talk to me. Seriously? The manager cannot be bothered to talk to me? That kind of service is abysmal. He then explains that he doesn't know if they can take the car for that price, despite the fact that not 20 minutes prior, he already told me they would take it, if I would buy/lease another car. This is where the lying begins:First Steve tries to tell me that they do not stand to make a profit because the state of California mandates a minimum of $2000 worth of reconditioning to be done to any vehicle before it can be resold (no such law exists). I ask what kind of reconditioning? By his own admission, the car, with only 5000 miles on it, is perfect. Steve tells me, "Well, we have to wash it". I'm no mathematician, but I think that equates to a $2000 car wash...When I call him on that, he then moves on to saying that my buyout price from the lease holder (Chase) may be different than what theirs would be. He explains that Chase does not want them to buy the car because if I were to sell it to Scott Robinson and buy a new car from Scott Robinson, Chase would not get the new financing so they will charge the dealership another $2000 extra for the buyout. If this sounds ridiculously illegal to you, it's because it is and Chase has no such policy. Amusingly, in this half-wit, absurd explanation, Steve contradicted himself in that he actually would be willing to take the car if and only if I also bought another car from him, invoking his imaginary extra buyout fee.I call him on this as well, telling him that is not legal and Chase does not do this. At which point, after going to his manager again, tells me that the manager just called the fleet manager (seriously, how many managers do these guys have?) and the fleet manager felt he could not sell the car because it was a manual.Now. Let me be clear. I do not care if the dealership's policy is simply "We won't buy your car unless you buy one of ours". Fine. Let's talk business. If we can make something work, great. If not, no harm done. Instead of just flat out telling me this, though, they instead decided to waste an hour of my time, insulting me with the most ridiculous nonsense ever to be passed off for the truth. Why waste my time? Why insult my intelligence? When I ask "Will you take my car if I don't buy one of yours, like the ad you sent me said?" just say no. Done.Regrettably, I must caution anyone looking to buy any Mopar to stay away from Scott Robinson. While their Body Shop at the Honda branch just North is excellent, the Dodge Sales branch is severely lacking not only in ability, but also common decency. I will be looking to replace my girlfriend's Jeep soon, but I will not do business with these people. Not only have they failed as a dealership, they have failed as human beings; unable to extend even the most basic of human courtesy.

Well I brought my car in for an oil change and for them to see why my car would not start sometimes. I was told by a service advisor that the car could be fixed but it wasn't under the extended warranty because my warranty said I had to take it back to where I bought it to get it fixed. To make a long story short they fixed my car and I got the 4 oil change package and they worked it out under warranty. I payed my deductible and now I won't go anywhere else. The manager, I think his name was Brian is awesome.

Valerie Gower refuses to honor my Gasp insurance refund. We purchased a Challenger SRT8 from this dealership 2 years ago. I had it refinanced in May 2014. I contacted the dealership on getting a refund for the gap insurance; which I have done and received with every car I have ever owned. Valerie Gower (Finance Manager, email:vgoweratscottrobinson.com phone:(310) 542-0900 Ext. 7716) told me it would be a two month process to get the refund. Every 2-3 weeks I would email or call her. She would either ignore the communication or say it was still in process. . Once I called her twice on my cell phone but the phone was not answered. I borrowed a friend's phone and she picked up. This woman is lying and unprofessional and rude for absolutely no reason. One email Valerie Gower sent me included the phrase complete for immediate processing. I think immediate means within a week, two at the most in terms of business days. Last month Valerie told me that she does not have anything to do with the gap insurance refunding. It is done by another woman, who doesn't speak to customers so I am not allowed to contact that other person. I have not done anything to warrant this treatment! What I am asking for is legal. I gave Valerie Gower every document she asked for. It is now October. A 2 month process has become 5 months long with absolutely no explanation. I have never had a gap insurance refund take more than 3 weeks. I am starting to think that when she receives the gap insurance refunds for customers that she is pocketing all the money. There is no other reason why she would be avoiding me. This is my first time speaking out and stating my displeasure in my treatment. It is unacceptable and I completely undeserving of this "customer service".

Rudolph in your Service Department was very helpful to me, and assisted me through a surprise engine replacement that was costly and more than I anticipated I'd have to pay to fix my car when I thought the damages were less. He showed me the problem directly, told me he would get it diagnosed and kept me in the loop at all times, worked with me on the costs and options, and most importantly: was very honest with me and empathized with my situation. Solely because of Rudolph, I will now service my car here when I need it and refer others to your dealership. Rudolph is a great asset to your Service Department and dealership, and I thank him very much for everything.

I bought a Doge Caliber 1 1/2 years ago and i had a horrible experience... first they hit me with the bate and switch because the car that i saw on the internet was sold earlier that day... so i guess i ended up with another car with the same description and $800 more than the identical one i saw in the post... i asked a lower price but they shot this "true value" car price at me and they said that they would not discount it even though they had just sold the same car for cheaper earlier that day... they weren't trying to work with me at all or value their advertisement... when i went to the dealership to have them fix it they could not find my warranty on their comp, so always have your warranty in the glove cause they do not have it on record... they did a shabby job, one of the service writers broke my window off its regulator and then tried to blame the car... because of the shops miscommunication about my car being fixed, when it was not, i was going to be "late for work" and as i said that the porter laughed at me and said "So".... and i had already turned in my rental as a condition to get my car back.. but when i got the car back the speedometer glass was Cracked...Buy a Dodge but don't buy it from Scott Robinson

Purchased a 2014 Dodge Durango and found my salespersons Marcos and Ammar were excellent. I received personalized assistance from both of them. I discussed with them the various options that I wanted on the vehicle. I was very specific they worked extremely hard to assist me and accommodate me which I thought they went well above and beyond in finding what I was looking for. I had done a lot of Internet research but Marcos added to my information by being extremely detailed about the various options on the vehicle,how things worked and extremely patient with me. I would have to say was one of my best car purchasing experiences and for the first time actually felt that I walked away with a great bit of knowledge and a super deal. Valerie in finance was also a Gem. Although I was already preapproved through my credit union with a great deal of interest rate Valerie took it upon herself to still look for the best deal for me and financing my vehicle and actually got me through my same credit union with a quarter percent less that's what I call excellent customer service.

I don't like how this dealership treats young buyers like me.i felt like i was treated badly, i got snub whenever i need something done for my car. My car had a windshield stress crack after its first month and when i brought it back to the dealership all they said was that the warranty does not cover window damages. They didn't even look if it was hit by something or just a stress crack so what i did was i called the manufacturer and then the dealership called me and replaced the windshield. it also took me 3 visit to get my tire sensor change. then i have a problem with my contract now. i went to the finance department and ask then why did they gave me to a lender who gave me 80 months and and 11.99 % apr when i was just suppose to be getting 72 months and 9.29% interest and my contract says that i should know and changes done with my contract. the person who talked to me only said that they gave me what was on the contract and they didnt know what i was saying. they didnt even look at their file. so much for friendly customer service. that's the second time i told them about the rate. the first time i told them about it happened the first month i got my car. they said that the looked at it and it was just a typo but now i'm sure they didnt fix it and it wasnt i typo anything about it and the sad part is that it was the manager who i was talking to. if only i could return my vehicle with out paying anything i would without a second thought give it back. i just cant work with this guys.

Up until now, I had not been very happy with the service. Between lack of greeting at pull up, seemingly disinterest in taking care of the customer and poor flow of drop off to pickup, I was ready to take my car elsewhere. Thomas Edward was helpful, thoughtful and on top of it. I will recommend him only. He was great. You spend money marketing to get people in the door - why not try and keep them there

I purchased a new Dodge Dart a year ago - It was the first time I purchased a new car so I learned a lot from the experience. Steve Posner was there to help me out and he sincerely seemed like he wanted to help. But he was not able to get the exact car that I wanted. Eventually he found one that was close, the only thing missing was Navigation. He said that i just need to make an appointment and they can download it in 20 minutes. So I thought everything was great and made and appointment. Went back to get Nav installed and was told my console was not Nav ready so they could not install navigation to it. I was then given a number b y the front desk at the dealership for an after market guy to help me out. Fast forward a year later and still no navigation. The after market guy, though very nice, has not been able to get the right 'pieces' or whatever to put navigation into the car. I go back to the dealer for a service and mention this to the tech guy working on my car. He says the same thing - console is not Nav ready, I would need to have Sales order the parts(a new console is $2,500) and he could install it no problem. So I go talk to sales and find Steve there. I explain what I have been doing the last YEAR, show them the get ready paper that says I still need Navigation and Steve makes it seem like this is a big issue. He even questions why I was working with the after market guy... I didn't know any better since I was sent to this guy by the dealership! So he says he needs to talk with the manager or whatever and that he would get back to me - or for me to call if I do not hear back. Well I never heard back - he never picks up his cell, his cell VM is full (which is guess saves me the time of leaving him a VM since he wont check it anyways), he doesn't answer his emails, I tried emailing the dealer - nothing. Yes they treat you nice when they want you to buy something, but as soon as you are off that lot you are forgotten.

I absolutely appreciated Johnathan (Svc Dept). He extended his svcs greatly after I was misinformed of when to bring my veh in, he contacted me & made arrangements for me to bring asap. He set the ppr wk up with Enterprise Rental to cut the time I spent there, He assisted me in returning my rental car as a convenience and he waited for me to get there to p/u my vehicle although his shift had ended. Caesar promptly took care of us when we arrived and provided a shuttle to return us to our home. The next morning when he called to tell us the car was ready he did us one BIG favor in sending the shuttle to pick us up at home. I had knee surgery 2 weeks ago and cannot drive. Our daughter was out of town. We now have another favorite friend at Scott Robinson -- Jenkins is a great person to be driving the shuttle. Thank you for the great service!!

I called up, they got be right in, and was out within less than an hour. They even took care of the warrant work without having to make another appointment! Went in and looked at Jeep. Was unable to meet monthly payments and asked how much more of a downpayment I would have to come up with to lower the monthly payments to an amount I could afford in the long run. I was willing to save another two-three months, but they wanted the sale immediately. They did some magic with the numbers and suddenly it was almost as low as I wanted the monthly payment amount. Until it came time to sign the papers ... now instead of making 72 payments, we were looking at 83 payments. Some business model.

Jeremy's service is always A+, and keeps me informed of the progress of my car's repairs and any other problems I have. I must say that I was very impressed that the labor involved in changing my HID headlight was about $40-50 less than what I was quoted by Pep Boys and Le Mans Body Shop in Santa Monica - I wasn't prepared for that.

What I like was Tom Edwards he kept me informed every step of the way called me once a week to make sure I knew it what was going on with my vehicle. also I was provided a rental car through the five weeks of repairs. Also my car was returned to me clean tires armor all looks great also years ago I owned a Dodge I almost didn't buy another Dodge because of the service departments back in those days in the early 2000s they wouldn't even provide you with a rental car and they were very difficult to deal with I'm glad to see the change at Dodge hopefully this is what happens at all the dealerships

Our service rep (Jonathan) was attentive, friendly and went through what was needed on our 300C and answered all of our questions. Also, we want to comment Cesar who was our service rep twice before...these two did an excellent job in making the inconvenience of having to bring your car in on a Sat. morning more bearable. Also, we didn't have to wait long in line before the service rep acknowledged us...very efficient in addressing customers timely (that is #1 issue with most customers...they do not want to wait in lines for car service for protracted periods of time).

from the moment I arrived I was greeted with a smile, every employee was professional, in high spirit with a lot of energy, each employee greeted or offered to help a customer in any way possible. I saw employees updating customers, checking in on them, it was the day after Thanksgiving and raining a lot- the waiting room was crowded- employees brought in more chairs for the customers so they were not waiting outside- they were communicating with each other and seemed to be enjoying the work that had to be done. Raymond was waiting for me when I drove into Service for my appointment. He was more than attentive and gracious. He quickly entered my information into the computer and suggested that waiting would be faster and more time effective for me than to take the shuttle, and have to return with the shuttle in both time and convenience. My car went to the service technician at 7:30 and I was in my car on my way back to the office at 8:00, after paying the cashier. That is extraordinary customer service and 100% client satisfaction delivered. Raymond is a shining positive influence for your Service Department.

1 day after purchasing the car i noticed it was hard starting. i called the Finance person that helped me and explained it to him. he stated no problem bring it in and we will handle it. i took the car in to svc dept and they told me it would be $115 just to see what the problem was and it was not covered but the ext warranty did cover and it was $200 deductible.... I was livid after hearing this. i called the sales guy and told him about the issue. About an hour later I got a call back stating they would fix the issue w/o charge. This is what i call taking care of the customer......

Scott Robinson for two new JEEP vehicles. The two internet managers, Chris & Bill, handled most of the transaction stuff, answering a milion uestions, going on test drives, sourcing wish list vehicles from other lots. These guys rock. Both of them are super knowledgeable and laid back/easy to deal with and talk to. None of that sterotypical wheeler dealer vibe at all, which would have turned us out the door. The price negotiations and financing go through other people/departments, and agreeing on prices is always a long process, but once we got there, financing and paperwork was straight forward. Driving home in two new JEEPs is SWEEEEET!

The service department just got a 5 star. This department on 8/28/12 that didn't instal my drakes correctly and charge me $2,300.00 for a deferential work. And because of mechanical error I lost my 1998 Dodge Ram. That's a bunch of Bull!!! Plus no one has even taking their time to call, to see if my family (4&7 yrs old) are ok after the accident. What happen to the "We love to work on your cars and most important we are professionals".?? About, three months I try to get a new 2014 Dodge Ram. And the sales manager would not work with me, I'm so unhappy with Scott Robinson.

We already have a Jeep and were looking for a 2nd Jeep to trade in for. We saw a Compass, and wanted it in a specific color, which they did not have at their dealership. A couple of other salesmen tried to find one they could trade for, but told us no luck, so we left. Our salesman, Anthony, called us back a day or two later to say he was still looking for one for us. Another day or two later we went back with info that a nearby dealer had what we wanted. Anthony and the trade manager told us no problem, got our paperwork going and told us the car would be there the next day. As it turned out, they had to trade with a different dealer much further away, and it took longer than expected to receive the car, until after closing time. But Anthony and the mechanic stayed late to make sure it was washed and polished and ready to go so we could get our new car the day they promised. They were both very helpful and friendly, as was Kyle in Financing. We think that Anthony went above and beyond for us, and he was always was friendly and smiling and very professional.

Just bought our second Jeep Grand Cherokee at this location. Jason was our sales rep and he was non-pushy and very knowledgeable on the vehicle despite his "newness." We left to look at a few other SUV options and ended up coming back to purchase the Jeep (our 2008 Grand Cherokee has been such a reliable car!). Bill, Jason's sales manager, helped us with the purchase end and quickly cut right to the chase on cost-no need for major haggling, and thus we got out the door quickly. Good, painless experience overall.

As a working college student, time and money is hard to come by, especially being car-less. Our salesman Herb Kay was very knowledgeable about the Jeep brand, he took the time to make sure we found a vehicle that fit our needs and budget. Herb explained the many fiance options in detail, it was an important part of our decision to buy our car. He was patient with my wife and I throughout the entire process, this is our first new vehicle in 12 years and it was an important decision. We stopped Scott Robinson Dodge dealership to check out their used trucks. There we met Mr. Herb Kay who asked why we wanted a truck. We told him that we planned to move to Sedona AZ and felt we needed a vehicle to periodically transport large items. Herb, having lived in Arizona, convinced us that we should consider something other than a truck due to the extreme heat in Phoenix. Mr. Kay convinced us to lease a 2014 Grand Cherokee for our Arizona transport. We drove home that day happy with the deal we received. My family and I came in to get our Jeep Commander repaired, so we started looking at all the cars in the lot. As we were looking around our saleswoman came and greeted us. She asked if she could help us, but we said we were just looking. we went to have breakfast as our car was being serviced and then we came back to look at more cars again. We looked at a Jeep liberty for my grandmother and we found one at a phenominal price. We asked her if we could take it out for a test drive, so we went on the test drive. The Liberty drives great by the way. When we returned she went to see if she could find us any more savings, the car was already very inexpensive, and she found us $2000 in savings!!!!!!!!!!! I would suggest buying a car from here as they really to treat you well here.

I did a lot of research and visited several dealers before finding the used 2012 Durango that fit my needs at Scott Robinson. I had spoken to a gentleman on the phone before coming down and he told me to ask for him or another salesperson when I got there, which I did. Neither of them were available but Scott Klee was and I'm grateful for that, he was great! It was Labor Day weekend so we expected a lengthy stay (which it was) but Scott kept us good company and was very easy to get along with. He was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and was not pushy at all. I would highly recommend going to see him if you're at all interested in a Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler or Ram! The whole process was lengthy, as mentioned, and there were a few bumps we ran into but Scott and the Management team stepped it up and made happy customers out of us. They did not have to do some of the things they did for us but because they did, I can confidently recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I took my 2000 Dodge Dakota Truck into Scott Robinson Dodge for its 60,000 mile service. When it was done I paid $1,500 for the service and I drove the truck back home, The next morning I opened the hood and found that the air filter box was NOT bolted back in place and the carburetor cover was disconnected. I drove my truck back to the dealer and asked for the service manager. He told me that they would fix it and offered me a full tank of gas for the inconvenience. All the way home I wondered what else they might have screwed up. This dealership charges customers professional rates and does repairs like amateurs!! I could have taken my truck to Mexico and got better service for a lower price!!! I will NEVER go to Scott Robinson Dodge Service Department again!!! The 2 people that I dealt with were Service Writer Cesar and Service Manager John.

Hello John Torres (Service Manager). jtorresatscottrobinson.com 7/18/2013 I am writing to let you know that I am NOT HAPPY with the service I received in your service department at Scott Robinson Chrysler in Torrance Ca. I took my 2000 Dodge Dakota in to your service department on 7/11/2013 for a 60,000 mile service, Your service department replaced the Engine Oil, Transmission Filter & Fluid, Brake Fluid, Rear End Fluid, Gave my truck a minor Tune-Up, Cleaned the fuel Injectors and replaced 1 light bulb. Your service department charged me $1,532.97 for this service. When the service was finished I paid the bill and drove my truck home. I was happy with your service department at that point in time. The next morning 7/12/2013 I opened the hood of my truck and seen the Air Filter Box was Unbolted and NOT reinstalled and the carburetor cover was reinstalled incorrectly. I took half a day off of work, Drove over to your service department and asked to see you. I waited 15 minuets for you to show up, I showed you what I found and you took care of that problem. I was trying to be very understanding when I told you that I realize that these things happen but it also made me wonder what else your mechanics DID NOT TIGHTEN on my truck. You offered to give me a full tank of gas for the inconvenience but I had a full tank already. On 7/17/2013 as I was backing out of my driveway headed for work, I noticed a large spot of Motor Oil on my driveway where my truck was parked; AGAIN 3rd visit, I took half a day off work and drove back over to your service department to get the Oil Leak fixed. Your mechanics found that someone at your service department left the motor oil drain plug LOOSE when they changed my oil!!! (Now just to remind you, this is the 3rd visit I made to your service department to get something fixed that your mechanics should have done the first time!) THAT IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! The one reason I took my truck to your dealership and paid the high (dealer service) price is because I wanted the service to be done by a professional!!! I could have taken my truck to any garage and received the same amateur service for less money!!! At the end of my 3rd visit I wanted to take you up on your previous offer of a tank of gas but you disappeared when the service was finished. I understand that you personally didnt screw up this experience for me but as you know its your job to make sure your mechanics do the job right the first time like it says in your website advertisement on the internet!! (That Could Be Considered False Advertisement). For the above reasons I am going to mail a copy of this letter to Chrysler Head Quarters and let them know what type of service department and mechanics you have there at Scott Robinson Chrysler in Torrance Ca. I am also going to give your service department a NEGATIVE review on every web site I can find! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT AGAIN!!! This dealership met all of my needs. I went in to trade my 2010 Dodge Charger for a 2013 Dodge Charger. They offered me a great deal on my trade; better than other dealers were willing to offer me. Prior to my purchase, I've been going to Scott Robinson's service department and have found that during the week I can get in and out within an hour. I enjoy not having to wait all day in their service area. Overall good experience at this dealership. Staff are always friendly trying to find ways to make your experience a good one.

First of all, the immediate saleman (allen) was excellant. Everything was going well until the sales mgr.,gen. mgr. and three other guys who said they represented the gen.mgr. got in the mix. Allen was keeping in the loop as the how the progress for finding the specfic vehicle I requested. Something went way south (all the way to where it gets extremely hot when allen went to talk to one of his mgr. A very rude and obnoxious person came on the line with a tactic that didn't suit me , when I asked to speakto allen, another same type of person got on the line and they refuse to let me talk to allen again. so , in my opinion NOT A GOOD PLACE TO DO BUSINESS. After only(3) phone calls in side of (2) hours, I went to Glenn E. Thomas dlr. in Signal Hill, drove out the same day with the exact vehicle I wanted and brought them a check the next day for the agreed upon price. The only thing I wanted from scott robinson dlr. but they couldn't deliver because of the big dogs at the top.

Had to go for service on my Grand Cherokee. They were very helpful and took my car in right away. While waiting, I went and looked at the new Jeep Wrangler. I was greeted by a salesperson named Jeff Azar.Jeff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Even though I told him I was just waiting for my Jeep to get serviced, he still offered to let me test drive the Wrangler Rubicon. When we got back, Jeff offered to have the Manager give me a value for my Jeep in service... long story short.. end up trading in my Grand Cherokee in service for a brand new Rubicon!!!! Didn't even have to pay for the service bill on my Grand Cherokee! I can honestly say that the service, sales, and my experience all together at Scott Robinson Chrysler Jeep was amazing. Thank you for doing such a great job and making me this amazing deal.

But this time was very different I went to Scott Robinson in Torrance and was approached by a very nice man by the name of Fauzy...Super cool guy very very nice and the whole time I was there he just made me feel very welcomed and comfortable even after the deal was done he still stayed very nice and that is rare it has been my experience that once you close the deal that's it...the dealer goes on to the next customer just waves you off, not this guy. I only got my car last month and I have already sent 3 people to them. I will go to them again in the future I was very pleased with them.

Now I can't say that is the same case when service is needed.I purchased my Jeep on a Saturday afternoon and got home when it was dark. The next morning my wife noticed two flaws in the car. One was a broken piece of plastic on the passenger seat and a small crack in the side glass. I was pretty upset, but made the call to the dealership.Jake Monnier in the sales dept. (not my sales rep), stepped in, said he would get it taken of and took complete ownership to get both pieces replaced. He restored some of my faith in service related issues, but until it was repaired I didn't get my hopes up.The following day I received a call from Silvia Nena in parts. She wanted to know exactly what part on the seat was broken and asked if I could come in. The dealership is an hour + away from where I live, so I asked if there was another way... Silvia tracked down someone in parts and was able to find a picture of the seat and I was able to id the broken piece via email... She made that an "effortless" experience. Her follow-up was awesome, she provided me updates when the part would be in. The window took a little longer, so I asked her to just hold it and replace when they fixed the window.Fast forward a couple of weeks and I get called that the glass replacement was in, but was going to take half a day to replace. I wasn't looking forward to getting a loaner and driving back and forth.When I arrived for my scheduled appt., I was greeted by Service Advisor, David Sanchez. He informed me he would take care of me. I voiced I was not excited about getting a loaner and having to drive back and forth...This is when I knew I truely was experiencing great customer service, both David and Silvia fast tracked my repairs and I was able to wait while both items were replaced. They had me out of there in 2 hours! They valued my time and have made me a believer again in service work.Thank you Jake, Silvia and David!Ron Ellman

We sold our 13 yr. old Dodge Grand Caravan to a friend. We're looking for a replacement van. Found the Dodge Grand Caravan Crew we wanted at a very fair price but the wrong color. They got the correct color for us. There was no pressure by the sales people which we found very refreshing. We would not hesitate in recommending this dealership.

My Grandparents 2008 Chrysler PT cruiser is stalling randomly without warning at either stop signs or at red lights. I had the vehicle told into this dealership.Service department refused warranty repair on malfunctioning PCM Powertrain control module on 2008 Chrysler PT cruiser with only 22.000 miles on it. Service Attendant Manuel advised us is was a diagnosed that a bad battery was sending low voltage to the PCM causing error code 700 and 550. And the PCM only needed to be re-imaged and updated once the battery was replaced.. I asked to speak to there service manager and was advised his was not in. Then i was cold transferred to the general manager voice by a hostile and unprofessional service attendant. This information was then communicated to Chrysler customer service to deny a possible warranty repair.I had the vehicle towed back to there home and AAA sent out a diagnostic truck to replace the battery as it was under there warranty and was only 11 months old. AAA found nothing wrong with battery and provided a print out of passing test that were performed with and without load.I reached out to the Glen Thomas 5 star Chrysler dealership in Signal, the service manager Tom quickly took a interest in this issue. He had me contact Chrysler and advise them of AAA findings Chrysler assigned a case manager under a executive case has been opened and we they will be working the new dealership to fix this problem with little cost due to this errors of this dealership.I have opened a complaint with the BBB for a refund of service charges.

Visited this dealership this morning to buy a new family car. Our salesman Fawzy was helpful, informative and friendly. He helped us get a great deal on the car, and I felt he went above and beyond in his service to us. went in for my 30,000 mile service on my dodge 1500 and pointed out a factory defect/ safety issue ( back seat belts were bolted in the wrong spots ) that i tried a year ago with a different employee to correct . The employee a year ago told me there was nothing he could do except chanrge me money for somethin that would hardly fix the problem and still be a safety issue. i showed the problem to Manuel Salinas and he had no problem fixing the problem with a quickness . thank you Manuel for being the type of man who takes pride in his job and going above and beyond .

Cubby was exceptionally friendly and honest and he understoon what I was looking for and did not try to sell me up or look for anohter vehicle. He was very professional and went to bat for me with mangement. Jason was also very friendly and profiecient in the finance area. Explained everything in detail and answeredc all of my questions. I had a very pleasant experience in dealing with both of the gentlement.

I was taking my car to Scott Robinson for a light that was on in my Honda, not realizing I had pulled into the Scott Robinson Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM I was waiting in line at the service department. A man walked up to me and asked if I need help, I explained the reason for my visit and he informed me that I was in the wrong place and need to go to the Honda dealer down the street. I was trying to back my vehicle out of line since I could not drive forward due to other vehicles and was having a difficult time. Another service man walked up and asked if I need assistance, I explained to him why I was taking my car to the dealer and that I was trying to get down to Honda. Jonathan (as I found out his name) explained to me that I did not need to go to Honda; the light that was on was due to my tire pressure being low. He filled up the tires and that was that! I was so impressed that he was willing to help me out even though I was at the wrong dealer. This also, saved me much time waiting in line to fine out I needed to put some air in my tires. The reason I gave all 5 stars is because of Jonathans great customer service.

Why Scott Robinson? Because Joe Cuberos (fleet dept) restored my faith in Dealerships.No games, no BS. He is the 100% go to guy. We went to a few other Jeep dealerships... Huntington Beach, Glenn Thomasand so on and we did get the same old salesman crap. We were told about Joe from a friends friend and called him and he said come on down and talk to me and you will see the difference of a caring dealership. We left there with a 2013 Rubicon Jeep! I give Scott Robinson Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram as outstanding because I was treated with nothing but respect, courtesey, and friendliness. I did slightly know the salesman, however the Finance Man, Jason Corrigan, did 'go to bat' for me, and get me a finance deal that is great on my 2011 Dodge Avenger. Low milage, love the car; low payments, and both the Sales Mgr; and General Mgr; treated me very friendly. i would not recommend this dealer when u r going to purchase a chrysler, dodge or jeep. this last experience has been a total headache and a big mistake. i regret doing business with these guys here, but i was time limited so it is what it is. although the salesman that was helping me out (cubby) was very professional and heard me out on what i was looking for. the overall experience was awful, time consuming and just... bad!! if u decide to still go despite this message, be prepared to be there all day and be prepared to get a bunch of bullcrap from the upper people in the office. and to top it of, they did not honor the internet price that was listed on the internet at the time. why??? they just want to get u to come in and give u a bunch of mumbo-jumbo!

I will never do business with this shady dealership again nor will I recommend them to anyone else and here is why:I recently purchased a used 2009 Certified Mazda 6, vehicle from Scott Robinson Chrysler Dodge Jeep on 10/9/12. Prior to the purchase I was told by the salesman, Jeff Azar that this was a great car with no previous accidents and it had a clean title. Shortly after I purchased the car I began to experience several problems such as the air bag warning light, it is constantly flashing on, the driver side door gives me a lot of problems when I'm trying to open the door to exit the vehicle, it tends to get stuck and to the point where I sometimes feel trapped inside, also the driver side window barely wants to roll up all the way. Last week I took the car to a Mazda Dealer and was told by them that they could not find any warranty records for my vehicle therefore they would not be able to check out my car and I would have to take it back to the dealer I bought it from for service. I then contacted Scott Robinson Chrysler and spoke to Jason the Finance Manager to find out what was going on with my certified warranty and he reassured me that the Mazda dealer must have gotten confused about it. I later told my mother what was going on and she was a little suspicious about everything and suggested that we order a vehicle history on this vehicle asap. Once we ordered the history (thru Auto Check) we found out disturbingly that this car has a junk title. It has a "Unibody Damage title with previous frame damage. This information was never disclosed to us during the purchasing of this vehicle. This is total fraud! Not to mention that I already had financing thru my Credit Union so the dealer has already been paid in full! Yesterday I had a meeting with the General Sales Manager, Dallas Berg along with my mother and stepfather to advise him of this issue and to request a full refund and return the car due to car having a worthless junk title, but of course he tells us that they don't give refunds and he insist that the car fax came back clean but I showed him my Auto Check history which apparently dug alot deeper then his carfax history. He then tells us that if the car has a junk title that they were not aware of it(whose problem is that? They should have!) and in the same breath insisting to us that we could not get a refund. This issue will most likely become a legal matter with a very seasoned Lemon Law Attorney and tons of complaints to every state agency possible. I have advice for other consumers: Please do your homework when shopping for a used car even if it is from a big dealership or what you may think is a well known dealership and don't trust anyone! Ask alot of questions, ask for the car fax and order your own vehicle history thru Autocheck.com it will be the best money you can ever spend, just think of it like getting a home inspection when buying a house. Take your time and give yourself a day or so before signing the sales contract this way you can do all of your research. I hope my story can help others. Good luck!

I went here to purchase a new Jeep. I will say Alan, my sales person, was great. The downfall was the 3 hour wait for financing. Purchased the additional security system and since it was already passed closing time, they stated they would send someone out to install. Called for 3 weeks before I had to drive the vehicle to the dealership but got one free movie pass? I traded in a vehicle and the finance company could not close the account until they received addtional paperwork from the dealership. I called the dealership over the next 2 months leaving various messages, routed to mailboxes that I couldnt even leave a message because their mailboxes were full. Spokewith Mike, Steve, and a few others who told me it was taken care of so I would call the previous finance company to get my "closed account" letter just to find out NOTHING had been resolved. Three months later I get a demand letter stating my payoff amount was different than what was given at the time and now have 5 days to pay an addtional $2k. I have called for the last 4 days and guess what......Still no call back. Do NOT go here, worst service EVER. Love my Jeep but you can buy a new Jeep and actually get the customer service you are suppose to get somewhere else.

This was the first dealership I went to in my search for a new vehicle. I was pleased with the service and thoroughness of Jeff Azar. it's no wonder his office is full of plaques. He is a workhorse and his a great spokesperson for your dealership. As for Jason the Finance guy he was the BEST. Professional, Kind, great sense of humor, tentative. He really make the finance portion of the experience a pleasant one.

I had been driving a (boring) fleet vehicle provided by my employer and the agreement was terminating, so I had to purchase a vehicle. Scott Robinson was the first dealer we visited as it is located near our home. We came in to check out the new Dodge Dart and Max Makou assisted us. My husband and I both test drove the vehicle, along with a different vehicle, and really liked the Dart. Max was very friendly and knowledgable and had a nice sense of humor. I had a preapproval letter, and Max set us up with John in the finance department. The dealership was able to match the rate offered. The sale was complete in about two and a half hours start to finish and I'm very happy with my purchase. Max has a ton of sales plaques on his office walls, and they were well earned. I'd happily recommend Scott Robinson.

Even though it can be a stressful experience, I am completely happy with the experience that I had at dealership. First of all I would like to preface this review with the fact that I drove all the way from Ventura to purchase my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from Scott Robinson Jeep today. The internet sales staff is fantastic!! Alan and Fawzy were a tremendous help in not only finding the exact vehicle that I wanted at a ridiculously great price, they made the experience a fun one which believe me I have bought many cars and this one I enjoyed the most! This one I HAVE TO, they were GREAT and you need to hear it.Why so great?I walked in with an offer in hand for a Jeep from another dealership faaar away, and even though it was below their asking prices, they looked at it and said let us try. Not only that, they did the work FOR ME while I was just calling in to them between my errands, I wasn't the one haggling! Sherry in Sales was WONDERFUL! I told her what my criteria were and the situation, and she searched the stock and called me back to let me know. I was still juggling children (mine AND others'), and she was cool with me stopping by just to say hi quickly and setting a time for later - but still showed me (and three little girls) the Jeep quickly while I had a minute. Later she did a great job getting me what I wanted, and at the price I was looking for. Even though I already had my own preapproved financing, they really wanted to take a shot at it so I let them. Mo and Sherry did half the paperwork for me because I was short on time - heck, they even kept it going while I went and returned a rental car and came back! Their numbers were right in line w/ the financing I already had, so I ultimately did not use theirs, but it was competitive with what I'd found, which was also a great rate. Tough to beat, but they tied it!Last I want to give a good grade to Josh in financing, too - he made the process fast and easy, and frankly it was MY questions that took longer than his rundown. He was very friendly - just as the rest of the staff - and they hung together as a good team to make the whole experience great. I stopped by today just to pick up some paperwork and Sherry hugged my girls and Josh came out smiling to show off his tie...poor guy has to wear a tie... ;)End to end, I was only there three hours, and that included me leaving a couple times in the middle for one thing or another, AND including giving them a shot at competing with my financing, AND me dragging out the process swapping stories with Josh (my bad). That could have easily been 1.5-2 hours, but once I had the price I was looking for I admit I relaxed a bit. ;) And this all happened with a 13 yr old tagging along, as well as a short stint when the 9 yr olds came back (!!!), and they took the chaos of children in stride.I plan to be back, as someday I may be trading up from my Liberty to a Wrangler, and there's service to be done in between.
