I have never had such a seamless and easy car buying experience. Christopher and Horace were amazing. I held off on purchasing for quite a while. When I drove on the lot to see if the only car I had been interested in was still available, I drove off the lot with it keys in hand in under 2 hours. By far the friendliest service and genuine people I have encountered (and my father is a car salesman). You fear when you walk onto a car lot that the sales associates are going to pounce on you and tell you whatever you want to hear just to sell you a vehicle… This was absolutely not the case here! Thank you for restoring my faith in car dealerships and a personalized purchasing experience. Highly recommend this dealership, and I highly recommend Christopher Ramirez! 10 out of 10, Would recommend!

I was riding around most of the Sumter dealerships yesterday and the best customer service I experienced was with Marcel at Scott Will Toyota and it’s not even close. Although I have not made a decision yet on purchasing a vehicle his attention and efforts to make the customer happy go a long way

I have bought a lot of cars and have way more experience with car dealers that anyone ought to have, but Scott Will Toyota is hands-down the best dealer experience I have ever had. They are all great when you are buying, but what happens after that is what separates the men from the boys and Scott Will has it going on! They have a first class service organization and a customer-comes-first attitude that will be obvious to you as soon as you have any needs after the money get spent. Richie Dean, the service manager and Cleveland White, Service Advisor take a personal interest is your satisfaction. When you buy a used car, they do your first oil change free and check virtually everything on the car to make sure there is nothing amiss needing your attention, then give you a written report detailing the status of the many things they check for you. They even check the tire pressures AND THE PRESSURE IN THE SPARE! Free water and coffee when you must wait, and rental car when some unusual thing requires they keep the car. If you need a car go to Scott Will Toyota and see Brian Will...great salesmen.
