Within two days of contacting Chris (wouldn't start anywhere else) with our needs and some ballpark parameters, the new car was in our driveway. I just purchased my fourth car from S&E Auto in Weymouth. All of my cars have been reliable for me to drive, and then on to my kids. My four cars have been different makes/models and each one has been a pleasure to drive.I returned to S&E because I didn't want to feel pressured or anxious about the purchase.. I went in with a few ideas. Through discussion and test drives, I was able to make the best choice. This was only because Chris was patient and listened to me-he is knowledgeable and helpful. I asked his advice about several different concerns and he was honest and trustworthy. He walked me through all the options, explaining in a clear and concise manner. I was able to get my car within 24 hours, including servicing and a minor repair. The price was reasonable and fair compared to my research and conversation with friends.Chris helped me set up my phone and explained all the bells and whistles. I drove away not having to dread spending hours with the manual. S&E is a professional operation and I am extremely satisfied for the fourth time.

I had spent months looking at two vehicles--low mileage 12-18 mos. old autos-the BMW 328 drive with premium packages and the Infinity Q50. Living on Cape Cod, service is sometimes tricky (reliable and timely service) and our experiences with one local service person have been excellent. Thinking about our successful ownership of Japanese high end vehicles vs. our experience with European autos and the good service on the cape, we decided that the Q50 was our best bet. I did not expect to walk out of the dealership with a fair trade, expedited financing and the new vehicle (in under three hours!) but I did. I usually return to upstate New York to do my auto business, but feel that I have found a good, reliable and courteous group at S&E! Judging by visits to both locations, I would suggest you stop by to see quality vehicles at excellent pricing.

I finally got the chance to experience the reason my parents have purchased their last 5 cars with Chris Jaime - he is literally the most down to earth, genuinely nice because he wants to be, no pressure salesman I have ever met! I originally went to the dealership to test drive a car that I never ended up wanting to see, because he nailed it when I got there and had me test drive the car I ended up buying. So not only did it seem as though he knew me forever within 5 minutes of meeting him, the next two days I spent finalizing the sale, he treated me (and my mom Debbie) like we were family. I purchased a 2014 Audi S4 in March 2016. I saw the car on one of the auto websites and it was priced a few thousand below all the other cars. There were only a handful for sale in the state so I was expecting the car to be not quite as nice as it looked in the pictures. When I got to the dealership, I spoke to Steven and he had the car all ready for the test drive and threw me the keys. I took it for a 20 minute ride, came back, negotiated price and the car was mine within 30 minutes of me getting there. As I searched the state for my car...Audi A5 Cabriolet, I started at another dealer which did not have what I was exactly looking for (after driving over an hour to get there). so I sat in their parking lot and tried a search using car gurus. It happened that S & E had listed a red one, which was the color on my list, and we decided to swing over there seeing we were in Canton and Weymouth wasn't too far away. We got to the dealership and at first we could not find the car! We looked around and then Steve told us it was being washed! We test drove it with suds on it, and knew it was the one! One week later I am driving my mid-life crisis dream car! There were no gimmicks or hassles; I was ready to buy and they were there to get me what I wanted without any pressure. After spending an unsuccessful, exhausting day at "The Auto Mile", we begrudgingly decided to make one more stop at S&E. Chris had to find info on my trade, says he would call next day.., that was six days ago.Nice showroom but they have the same old used car salesman mentality.If I could invest nearly 2 1/2 hours to see the car I would think you could spend a minute to call me as stated. Even if you couldn't work out the numbers.

We just purchased a 2014 Mercedes C300 4Matic from S & E Auto in Weymouth and were very pleased how easy the selection, sales and financing processes were at this dealership. Looking around for a while to trade and purchase an off lease Mercedes and drove a few cars at the Walpole\Weymouth locations. Steve was the best as he let us take our time without any of the usual high pressure sales tactics. We knew exactly what we wanted and the car he found for us fit the bill. An off lease 2014 C Class 4Matic in pristine condition with all the bells and whistles. Chris in Finance also was easy to work with during the finance process. The staff exhibits a high degree of professionalism with ease which is very rare in the auto sales business. I recently found S&E on the Internet while looking for a used low mileage BMW X3. Contacted via the web site and got a nice friendly email reply, no irritating calls while I was at work (unlike other dealers I had contacted). Answered a few questions, emailed me car history and set up a test drive. Car was ready to go, very nice interaction with Steve and Steve explaining the car and answered any questions I had. Being my 4th BMW, had done my research which they recognized, making it a very good conversation. I went and drove a few other cars and ended up going back to S&E and purchasing the car at the end of the day. Very low pressure. Just tried to educate me as much a possible to help in final decision. Worked with Chris on the paperwork, which was very smooth. Car was ready as promised when picked it up, probably took 20 minutes top. Will definitely look to S&E again for my next car.

I just bought my second car from S&E in four months. The first car I bought for a family member who had just totaled their car and that experience was great. Who thought it could get any better? This dealership is in a class of its own! I live in Framingham, Ma; a town with an abundance of dealerships. After experiencing nothing but unorganized dealerships and sneaky, misleading salesmen, I found myself a little heartbroken. Throughout this process I had fell in love with a 2103 Acura ILX; white with tan leather interior, heated seats, low mileage, blue tooth, etc. So I took to the Internet. I broadened my search to a 50 mile radius and found one at S&E Auto! It was priced below market value and I was impressed by the dealership reviews. So I reached out via e-mail. Chris Jaime responded promptly and was amazing!! He made the process so simple it's unbelievable. I pretty much purchased the vehicle via e-mail. My husband and I scheduled an appt to view the car. I had been watching S&E Auto on their show each Sat. and Sunday for several years. I knew that when I was ready to buy my next car that it would be from them. I was really excited to purchase a new car for the first time in my life. Past experiences were just awful and I was really taken advantage of. I felt "SAFE" for the first time shopping for a car when I met Chris. He was just wonderful answering all of my questions and guiding me to just the right cars after asking me what I was looking for. I bought a wonderful Ford vehicle that had more bells and whistles that I knew existed, Chris took a lot of time explaining how the car worked and more than that, I was in and out of there in less than one hour. Other dealers keep you in their showroom for hours and hours. Chris was wonderful and to top it all off, he personally delivered my new car to Natick. He took at least 45 minutes explaining the car to me as it had so many extras. I tell you, when you are ready to look for a new used car, I would run not walk to S&E Auto. I know I could not have made a better deal anywhere else. I am a 73 year old Senior Citizen and was treated with the most respect. Oh, and one more thing. Chris was adorable!!!!!

So my lease was up and I was dreading going to a dealership and wasting the entire day with them and playing games. S&E were recommended to me by co-worker. I had been watching S&E Auto's website for months (since June). I went to the Weymouth location on a Friday afternoon (Oct) and was met by Steve. I told him what I would like to drive and he got a plate and the keys and I was on my way. After driving two cars I found the one I wanted. Steve was awesome, no pressure to buy any car from him. Was patient with me and helped me work out some numbers-- outside in the parking lot in a casual conversation. He didn't drag me into the "office" and keep me there for hours! I told Steve right there which car I wanted and we went to the office to get the ball rolling. I was in and out of there in an hour - drove two cars, filled out some paperwork, had fun casual conversation with Steve on topics other than cars! Please note, I am a female and I brought my boyfriend with me, but I did not need him-Steve knew I was the one buying the car and worked and looked directly at me when we were discussing the car. This would not have been the case had I gone to a dealership. I went in that following Monday after work and worked with Chris on the paperwork ...smooth sailing, took less than an hour! We've bought 7 cars from S&E over the years and keep coming back because it's a very relaxed shopping experience where you get everything you need to make the decision that is best for you. They have a great selection of used cars with many makes/price points to choose from within every category. We were trying to decide between a Minivan and SUV, and we spent the better part of a day test driving several, different models with no sales pressure at all. If you've got questions, any of the staff are happy to help. If you just want to look around on your own and test drive cars, they'll just hand you the keys. I really like the fact it's not the typical car buying experience of 1: Greeter. 2: Salesperson 3: Manager/closer. At any point during the shopping/buying experience anybody in the showroom will help you. Once you've narrowed down your choices and start shopping competitors, you'll find their prices are great. If you are price shopping, make sure to check the specs on competitors' cars closely. It may at first look like the prices are comparable between S&E and another dealer on the year and make. But you look closer and realize at S&E you're getting a higher trim model, bigger engine, etc. and still for a few bucks less. Of all the cars we've bought there, I've never then seen a better "deal" on a comparable car that gave me buyer's remorse.Probably the biggest thing that keeps me coming back to S&E is total confidence in the car I'm getting. I've not had one, single problem with 7 cars over 20 years. That's a pretty good track record!

The last vehicle I purchased was from Chris at S & E Auto. I had such a great and smooth experience that I knew I needed to go back to Chris for my next purchase. I went on the website and checked out if there was anything that I would be interested in. I called Chris that day and set up an appointment to take an SUV for a test drive that I liked. I drove for about 15 min. and came back. I could not find anything wrong with the drive of the car or the look. It had new tires as well. Chris ran some numbers to give me the best price and explained the SUV in detail. I had gone to my usual car dealer for tire light check plus car detail, I was told that I will have to pay $150 for checking it in the first place (no repairs included) and then another $250 for the car detailing. It was not right that they would charge me a separate fee just to check the tire light if my car servicing has always been by my dealer. I decided to try S&E Auto services which was close to my home and requested for same services. Not only did they check my light, which I was told came on due to low air pressure only - hence, no charge and they also detailed my car toughly...My car looked brand new. From the minute I worked in, a gentleman named James listened to my complaints and made sure the detailing of my car was super excellent, then TJ who serviced my car and kept me informed of the findings and ended with Steve / Chris - they made sure my car was ready for pickup. I just purchased my fifth mv (two new and three pre-owned) from S&E using the info on the internet before I drove to the dealership to see the mv and sign the purchase agreement. I have done this for all five mv's I have purchased. This makes the purchase process that much easier because I live about one hour from the dealership. The main reason for doing this is knowing the integrity of Steve and Chris. The information provided on the internet regarding the mv is exactly what you find when you get to the dealership and see the mv. Prior to purchasing mv's at S&E I dealt with a local dealership for 30 years before they shut down. I had my reservations about driving (one hour) to S&E when I purchased my first mv but that changed once I arrived at the dealership. Steve and Chris have always been true gentlemen every time I have contacted them regarding a mv that I was interested in. Steve and Chris are a true asset to S&E and I hope Ed and Steve realize this. Anyone considering the purchase of a mv should check out S&E first. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !

A 2009 BMW X5 at S&E caught my eye - checked on the web extensively and found the price was completely in line. Sent an email and Chris was extremely responsive via email (I find it hard to talk while at work). I hemmed and hawed for 2 wks about whether I should even consider a V8, but ultimately just popped in on a Saturday around noon. I met Steve, and he had me on a test drive literally within 3 minutes! These guys are professional, gracious and extremely responsive. Buying the car could not have been easier. Chris went the extra mile on my financing too - found me a lower rate after initial papers signed, and called me to see if I could come back. It meant extra paperwork for him - he could easily have let it pass without letting me know. I picked up the car yesterday, and couldn't be happier with the entire process - right down to their providing 1/2 tank of gas! I would unequivocally recommend these guys - they are the perfect team!

I was a bit anxious just thinking about starting to look for a car. I had never purchased a used vehicle which only added to my stress level. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention and focus I received at S and E Auto Sales Dealership. It was the perfect balance of attentiveness and space. I was allowed to browse at my own pace but had support from Steve and Keith when needed. Chris also made the financing and paperwork process hassle free and pleasant. Drove by dealership friday and saw 2 vehicles that interested me. Checked out both online and stopped in on saturday to test drive. I knew right away when they gave me time to look at the vehicles we were off to a great start. I met with Steve and told him the two vehicles I was interested in, he gave me the keys and put a plate on them and off I went. Picked the one I wanted and made the deal I was very happy with. Overall I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle from S&E. I could not have asked for an easier transaction! Chris Jaime was so very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He was able to get me a great low interest rate and he showed me how to use all the features in my car when I picked up the car. I've been buying cars from S&E since the mid 90's. It's been a pleasure dealing with all the staff and especially Steve Cirino. He even helped me set up the blue tooth in the 2013 Nissan Sentra with only 10,000 miles that I purchased They have the best selection of low mileage used cars on the South Shore that are priced right. No pressure sales is one of the best benefits buying a car at S&E.. I know I'll probably buy my next car there and you should check them out.

Went there to test drive an Acura TSX. The salesman (Chris Jamie) was very friendly, helpful and not pushy. He let me take the car for a spin on my own. After the drive we sat down to discuss the car. This is the point where I usually get turned off. To my surprise we had a nice conversation about the car, the price, my trade in etc. There were a few things I waned fixed with the car and we were able to nicely negotiate those things along with the price. No salesmen running to the boss with offers and counteroffers as you sat and waited. Chris and I worked out the deal right there. It was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had.

I've been to branded dealer and looking and testing many cars. But I always hated the pressure when you sit down after the test drive. They call you back so many times to get you back. I understand the business, but when you tell them that you have meetings and can't be disturbed, but they still call, that is a no-more-business-from-me.S&E was a complete turn-around experience. Polite and very professional. Found them randomly because this car has so low milage that it was like new. They accommodate around my schedule.This is my first buy and have not used their service yet, but I will definitely return if when I want to change and recommend it to friends and family. We have friends who are dealers too, but they didn't have what we wanted, so for a perfect stranger dealer, it feels like being a friend.

I had heard good things about S&E Auto in Weymouth, and decided to give them a shot. I knew that I wanted a one owner, mildy used newer vehicle. I spoke with Chris before my visit, and I had several cars to choose from the day I visited, took 3 vehicles for a test drive, and ended up making a buying decision very quickly that day! Normally, I do not enjoy the car buying process. Everything was handled quickly and professionally by Chris. Nice experience and I am quite happy with the car I purchased.

It's not easy buying a new car, but I can honestly say the people at S&E Auto are the best at making your experience enjoyable and simple. They don't push and bug you into purchasing something you don't want. They only sell the best vehicles and stand by their product. I had used the service department for a long time. Glad to see they have reopened a larger garage for repairs. I will be going there to do my service work.Last fall I bought a used Honda Pilot and have had no problems at all. No high pressure, no huge lots to wander, no "bosses" in the back room coming out just to say "hello", only to haunt you for the next month on the phone.Just quality used cars. This business is what a car dealership should be.

S&E made arrangements to get the car to their Weymouth location, for our convenience, to test drive it. She did test drive the same model vehicle at another dealership but S&E had a better car, price and service. Chris helped with competitive financing on the balance due. We saw a Ford Pickup online at S&E Auto, called to see if it was still available, and as it was we took a ride to see it and ended up buying it that very same night. Steve is the one who sold us the vehicle, and Chris handled the paperwork, and both couldn't have been nicer to do business with. I never thought I would say this, but it was actually a pleasure doing business with them. They aren't pushy, they have some really nice looking vehicles on the lot, and it was a very laid back atmosphere. Most dealerships that I've been to in the past are very stuffy that need to know your name, date of birth, address, phone number, trade in, etc... before you can even ask them a question about a vehicle on the lot. I bought my first car from ED and Kevin in the original Weymouth location in 2000. Although 3 years old, it looked and performed like new. Since then, I steer my friends toward S&E whenever they tell me they are looking for a NEW car. Why buy a new car when S&E has cars with very low mileage and at a great price!!Recently I purchased an SUV at the Weymouth S&E facility. While Steve Cirino and Chris Jaime looked over my trade in, I took the vehicle out for a test drive. For years I have been watching Ed on TV- weekend mornings. He was always telling us how the SUV I was test driving compared to other, more expensive SUV'S. As I drove it, I thought of what Ed had said about the car and that he was 100% right!! By the time I got back to the dealership, Chris and Steve had come up with what it would cost to get me into the car. Indeed, their price was very fair. Chris helped me get through the paper work, patiently answering questions I had about Sales Tax and extra warranties I could get for the car. Steve said that he had my back and indeed, if any issue came up, he helped me through it. I picked up the car the next day and have been very happy driving it all over the place! If your curious about why I refer to the vehicle as an SUV and sometimes a car it's because it's a Mitsubishi Endeavor SUV that drives and feels like a car.

I found a car that I wanted on auto trader. It was at S+E Auto. The next morning I called to see if it was still available. It was, so I went in to see it. The dealer who helped me was Chris Jaime. He was very helpful. I saw the car, took it for a drive and knew it was exactly what I wanted. When I got back to the dealership Chris worked the figures and got the price to exactly what I wanted! I came in to test drive a 2012 Lincoln MKZ and admit to having low expectations. Chris was very professional and without any arguing gave me the key to drive the car on my own. That was the first welcome surprise. Upon return, we went into his office and talked about my experience and how serious I was about buying. I told him I liked the car but wasn't prepared to buy or put down a deposit that day. I asked if he could do any better on the price and he did. I already had done my homework and knew the price wasn't too far off the mark but could be lower still. I asked to see the Auto Check and he readily showed me the report. I asked several more questions and he was able to answer them all or said he would get back to me promptly with an answer and he was true to his word. I came by a few days later, as agreed, to bring the car to my mechanic for his opinion. The only surprise was that the breaks had not "just been done" as Steve at the auto place had bragged about to me. They weren't worn out but most certainly had not been worked on anytime recently. When I brought the car back, I did tell Chris that I didn't appreciate the fact that Steve had outright lied to me. Still, Chris had been truthful in all his dealings with me so that wasn't his fault. I put the deposit down after getting a few more things ironed out ( I wanted an extra key and factory floor mats thrown in).I picked the car up a few days later. It could have been slightly cleaner inside but Chris promised to have his guy clean off the leather driver;s seat as soon as i can bring it back in. I just haven't had a chance yet. Other than that, S&E Auto was easy to deal with and none of the usual games I have had to put up with at most dealers. What was even more unusual was the respect I was treated with as a woman. The other places I visited prior to this one were simply awful.

I can't say enough about my experience with S&E Auto. I have been a repeat customer there since '97 when there was only the one dealership in Weymouth. Between my wife and I we have purchased five vehicles there and would never go anywhere else. Actually in the last two years my son and daughter have bought cars there and couldn't be happier with their choices. Buying my 2010 SE Ford Focus last year from S & E Auto was fantastic. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. In have purchased many vehicles in my time and have been frustrated with the pressure, untruths and outright deception of other dealers in my area.At S& E Auto I met Steve Cirino, manager, who understood that I had recently totaled my Nissan Altima. I was in an intense situation with my insurance company who wanted me to buy a vehicle quickly and he even let me take the car to my own mechanic to have it checked out. He was gracious, understanding and helped me to make the right choice in buying my new vehicle. The car was within my budget, came fully equipped and It has been over 1 year now. I have been very happy. On New Years Eve day, Chris Jaime, the other car salesman, helped me register the car on site, spent plenty of time with me and made my buying experience the highlight of the new year. Since that time I have been back to S & E for complimentary oil changes and visits. I have always been treated with the greatest respect. This is our third vehicle purchased from S&E Auto and our third time working with Steve. We were referred by some close friends in 2009 and honestly wish we had found them sooner. Most get intimidated or overwhelmed when it comes to car buying, but Steve and S&E have made it a no brainer for us. My wife makes fun of me b/c I don't feel like a "smart (or careful) consumer" unless I have shopped around at a few other dealerships. She has always been right b/c honestly, I haven't needed to. All three times NO ONE has been able to match or even come close to the quality and price we have received from S&E.Steve knows his stuff and is the most knowledgeable associate I've had the pleasure of working with in all my years buying cars. That's most of the reason S&E is able to offer the great deals that they do. They do their homework and really know what's out there. They get good quality cars and price them accurately to make the buying process worry free. It's where we take our cars for Service as well. Same deal - Quality and Price are great.From now on - One stop for me. S&E and that's it. No more wasted time trying to find better deals!

Chris and Steve were easy and great to work with. I had been looking for just this vehicle( options and color) for a while. They helped get me financed and got a GREAT trade for my 9 year old pickup. Excellent service, did not wait for delivery of vehicle, follow up calls were friendly and they intend to keep that relationship going forward. I know I'll be thinking of this dealer when shopping for my next car!

I just purchased my third vehicle from S and E in Weymouth and as in the past, I was overwhelmed by the genuine care and pride this franchise (namely Sales Manager Chris Jaime) takes with it's customers' satisfaction. I can't say enough good things about S and E!!!

The people here are friendly and helpful. I was a first time car buyer and they took the stress and confusion of buying a car completely out of the equation. They will work with you on your financing and throw in all kinds of awesome warrantees with the sale. They take care of all the legal stuff too (plates, inspection, registration, etc). I was previously dealing with another dealership, and they saying is true "If you don't take care of the customer, someone else will." And that's what these folks did, they took very good care of me. To them you're not just a potential sale, you're actually a person they get to know who you are. They own another place in Walpole, so if the car you're looking for isn't on their Weymouth lot, chances are its in Walpole.Seriously, check these guys out if you're looking for a car.

I agree. This is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I had to downsize my vehicle due to a divorce and was not feeling very good about it. I am a woman and the car buying experience, for me, is usually a horrendous experience. Dealers talk down to you or feel you have no brain cells when you walk on the lot. I dealt with Chris the sales manager. I knew more about the vehicles on the lot than he did and he was not ashamed to tell me so. He took his time and told me I could test drive as many vehicles as I wanted. I did. He treated me with respect and there was no pressure. They offered me $3,000.00 more than any other dealer on my trade in and I purchased my vehicle at what I considered a fair price. When asked what I thought of the deal I had made I said I felt I received an excellent trade in value and a fair price was paid on the new vehicle. Then came the financing. The owner, Eddie, another extremely decent gentleman got me 4.99% when everyone else was offering me way over 12% because of my lousy credit rating. I cannot tell you how happy I am with my purchase. I will be in the market for another car soon and would not go ANYWHERE but S & E Auto. Class Act, Class Business, Class Employees. A+++++
