If you want to be screamed at, and thrown out of the store because you behaved like a normal customer - when you tried to negotiate the price of a used rusty car that was over priced, go to Serafinni Nissan used car lot.Mike , THE MANAGER from used cars lot, is going to throw you out of the store , and tell you you to never come back. Wow , what a shame for a business to allow a guy like Mike to be a manager .

I'm a longtime customer of the service department, having owned several Volvo wagons. Unfortunately, my 2000 xc70 wagon wasn't able to be fixed as Volvo no longer makes the (expensive) part needed to fix my vehicle, so I had to find another car in a hurry! I've been wanting a Volvo SUV for at least 3 years, and there was this beautiful xc60 for sale at this dealership that was in my price range. I had never purchased a vehicle from Serafini before. The sales staff were excellent! Elmer, Mike and Dallas were very nice, helpful and professional. The xc60 I bought has low miles (for a used Volvo), was very clean, had one owner who had it serviced at Serafini. I plan to do the same with my wonderful new xc60, though I'm hoping it won't need service for a long long time. :)

I am a long time customer, 18 years to be exact. This is the third Nissan I have bought from this dealership and have been going to them for repairs and maintenance. I don't trust anyone else with my vehicle. The customer service reps are very nice, as well as Andrea the service manager. They let me know what my car needs and how much the repairs will be and how long it will take. The waiting room is very comfortable, and they have complimentary coffee, tv to watch and Wi-Fi is available which I like.

Picked up a screw with attached flat washer. Drove my Chevy Equinox to Serafini Nissan/Volvo, seeking help. Within an hour, the tire was repaired and I was headed home. What more could I ask? Well done, Serafini!

I was looking at the used car inventory for Serafini online and not even planning on upgrading vehicles. Two Altima's caught my attention, so my wife and I decided to go look at the cars. The prices were fair and honestly I didn't expect the trade to be where I needed to be. After test driving the cars (and I'm very picky), we talked and the salesman (Pete) shot me a number. Surprisingly it was VERY close to where I wanted to be. I countered with a few things I wanted included in the trade (new or very good floor mats, full tank of gas, minor touch up paint work, include sales tax and undercoating). He presented to his manager (Mike) and he came over to talk to us. He said IF we can make it happen is it a DONE deal today. I said YES. He shook my hand and the deal was final, I get the car in a day or two and can't wait. Very courteous staff, PROFESSIONAL and also very easy to work with. I would definitely buy from Sarifini again in the future. Nissan has a great reputation and I was very pleased with the transaction.

I have been going to the service department at Serafini Nissan since I purchased my Sentra in 2008. There has never been any problems. Sometimes I may wait longer than I like for my service to be completed. But, I have never had them come tell me a list of things that need to be done. That alone is worth going there. Many service garages "prey" on females. Serafini service department does NOT.

I've had my car a year now and was due for an inspection. In the past, the other service centers always seemed to find something wrong that needed repair before the car would pass inspection. I was very happy when the service agent came out to tell me that the car was done. There was nothing that needed to be repaired. It didn't take very long at all and I was ready to go. I asked about the tires and the agent told me there was a sale on tires going on through September and if I was interested to get back to him. He printed out information on the cost of 3 different tires for me. I also had a question about the seat belt and he went out to my car with me and showed me how to raise the seat so the seat belt would adjust better. I was very happy with the agent who was very informative, pleasant, and helpful.

My wife and I were looking for a vehicle to replace one which was totaled in an accident. We looked at 'a bunch' of vehicles and dealerships we found on cars.com over the past week. We just had a wonderful experience. We located the vehicle online. Called spoke with Dallas E. And he did everything for us. We also spoke to Art and he was excellent also. We drove 2 1/2 hours in the snow and the vehicle was inside all cleaned off and warm to test drive. We are very happy with our experience with your business.

I went to look at a car there I had seen on the Internet. I was greeted by a salesman who shall remain nameless. I was expecting to go there, tell them what I could afford based on a loan from my own bank, and see what they could do for me. The salesman immediately said his "guy" could get me a better interest rate. I doubted this based on only having a fair credit rating. We spent about 30 minutes checking this and then finally went to look at the car I was interested in. He then proceeded to show me cars $4k-$5k more than I was comfortable buying. The whole experience took up my entire afternoon, only to try to "upsell" me a more expensive car. He was definitely a little too pushy.

I've had nothing but unpleasant experiences with their service department. I had taken my car in for service and the representative was very rude. she made false claims about recalls on my car then upon confronting her about the validity of her statements she recanted all that she said. After that first incident I was skeptical about going back, but did anyway for a major repair (head gasket). Upon pick up, certain parts were replaced that I had asked not to be. But that was the past, however just recently I asked for an estimate on another pricey repair (control arms and ball joints) several days later I got a reply via phone; the representative said she would check on a few things and get back to me, almost five days later, I still haven't heard from her. Instead I contacted Alan Byer Volvo who replied within 24 hours and received my business and all my future business.

I only marked the Facilities down to 4 stars because there was considerable ice outside the building! A little salt thrown down would have been nice...I have now bought two used vehicles from Serafini and found both experiences to be very positive. The vehicles themselves were in pristine condition, and priced very fairly. I never felt talked down to as I went through the process, and I especially commend Dallas Erle for his approachability and professionalism. I will, and have, recommended this dealership to friends who are in the market for a new vehicle!

I did not intend to buy my car in New York as I live near Scranton. However, the exceptional customer service at Serafini Nissan Volvo won me over immediately. The Internet rep was accommodating and efficient in locating precisely the car I wanted. Financial options and additional services were explained thoroughly without any pressure. I felt as if I were a long-valued customer although this was my maiden experience with the dealership. Every individual with which I interacted was polite, conversant, and helpful.

I purchased a used '05 Honda CR-V in August. I dealt with many dealerships in the area and Serafini Nissan/Volvo was great. They let me take the vehicle overnight no questions asked so I could have it checked out. I was given a great deal on my trade in and the buying/financing process was seamless. They handled everything and had the car cleaned and detailed waiting for me.

Consistently high quality, professional services from a group of very competent service managers. Loaner cars are easily scheduled which was extremely useful in a current repair situation when the wrong part was initally sent to them, delaying the repair. Warranty repairs were made to a door lock and a faulty ABS sensor as well as an electronic key that I actually damaged myself. As a courtesy for delays and return visits, there was no charge made for a scheduled oil change. Plus Andrea is a sweetheart.

This place is great -- friendly people, timely service. While my used car was in for scheduled 30,000 mile maintenance, loaner was made available, time estimated, as well as cost. And they always hose off the mud I bring in.

I went in for a cabin air filter change. It turned out I needed a state inspection and batteries for my keyfab. The service advisor also found a leaf in my air cleaner, and some scratches on my hood - I fixed them. They also did a complementary alignment check and a multi-point inspection all in about and hour. I waited in the clean waiting area and was comfortable. Overall it was a positive service experience. When was the last time you heard those words?
