We had been searching for a good reliable first car for my college student daughter for a long time. We found one online at Serra that included the car fax, a great shopping tool. Our sales person, Brandon, was awesome! knowledgeable, fair and no high pressure. We purchased the car and my daughter was thrilled. When a minor repair issue came up a few days later I called Brandon first. Even though there was no warranty Brandon and the service dept. worked with us and had us out the door in just a couple hours. Our experience couldn't have been better and Serra will be the first place I look when my next teen goes car shopping.

When I leased my 2013 Kia Soul, Brandon Foreman went "above and beyond" to facilitate a deal that worked for me. Yesterday, I "stopped by" to explore options, as my lease was coming down to the final 60 days. I was blown away that Brandon remembered small, personal details about our interactions 3 years ago. I was blown away with his willingness to do everything he could to make sure I was getting the exact deal I wanted, in terms of the vehicle itself, and with the financial details. When I struggled deciding between two vehicle colors and was digging a coin out of my purse to "toss," he asked a simple question that made all the difference... and the decision was made. He went "above and beyond" repeatedly - this is a man who truly cares about his customers and goes the extra mile (or two!) every time.Every step of the way, Brandon made my experience a joy. First I'll say Michael Daoud was great and easy to work with, he worked with my wife and I. He was an excellent negotiator, helping me to negotiate a price that would work for me. I will definitely be buying from him/them again. They were worth the 45 minute drive! Also they sent my family a tin of cookies for Christmas! Can you say awesome! I like surprises like that, sometimes it's the little things that mean so much to people, they did not have to do that. Oh and the car we bought was great and was in impeccable condition. Serra will get my business again.

The sales staff was attentive and polite, but did not engage in high pressure sales. The atmosphere was friendly, and the salesman was very knowledgable about the product. The price was unmatched. The dealership actually went way out of their way to get the car I wanted with the options and color I asked for. In fact they went all the way from Romeo Michigan to Cleveland Ohio to get just the right car. The car was delivered in flawless condition, and all the options were explained to me. This was the best car sales experience I have ever had. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

This is my 3rd Kia and Nick and the Whole Team there along with Brandon and Fern Helped me get into my New Hybird. It took me 1 week to make up my mind. I test Drove almost every car they had on the lot and they never gave a single issue. Nick's only concern was to get me in the correct car that would make me happy! so if i needed to drive every car then he was all in just to make shure i would be happy. This Dealer ship is bar far the best i have ever been to Even the Service dept is Great Terry over always takes in my Ford and had it fixed in no time again i give this team a A+++ and 5 Plus stars go vist and see what were all saying these guys rock.

We went to Serra Kia in Washington Twp MI, Saturday November 23 2013. We wanted to just look and we had a list of 3 other dealerships that we wanted to visit that day as well. We had no intention of purchasing a vehice that day. Our plan was to look and go home and discuss it. When we arrived at Serra, Brandon was out the door and greeting us immediately. He was friendly and very knowledgeable but not at all pushy. Infact, he acted like we were long time friends he hadn't seen in awhile. He offered more information than I could think to ask. Brandon offered for us to take the Soul for a ride. I didnt think I would like it but I found it to be roomier than I imagined it would be and it was very comfortable. I drove a stick shift and it was real easy even though I hadn't driven one in many years. Brandon was wonderful when it came to running our background check. My husband, who is real gruff , tried to give Brandon a little trouble. Brandon handled him so well. Brandon stayed calm and ask my husband a few questions making him think about what he was saying and rethink his plans. My husband wanted to go to the other dealerships and see what they have. Brandon ask him why. He asked my husband what he expects to find at another dealership. He also told my husband that whatever we want, he can get. My husband didn't know what to come back at him with. He is usually argumentive but he just smiled at Brandon, speechless Before I knew it, my husband was signing papers and purchasing the Kia Soul I test drove. I love it. Brandon and Dave gave us so much information, Brandon cleaned the car up for us himself. They showed me how the phone and radio works and sent us away with a full tank of gas. Dave called me yesterday to ask if I am happy with the car and I told him I am having issues with the phone. He told me to bring it in and they will look at it. He said he leaves at 6:00 p.m. but when I go there after 6:00, he was still there and he located Brandon for me. I appreciate that they are there for me even after the sale. If I buy another car, it will be from Brandon at Serra Kia.

Fernando allowed me to take a new Kia Optima Hybrid home, take my wife for a test drive and let her drive it. We had test driven the Chevrolet Volt and Ford Fusion before driving the Kia. Both the Volt and Fusion felt "stripped down"; no driver's power seat, no "bells and whistles", but both cost more than the Kia. We bought the Kia and are very happy. It has voice-activated phone and radio/MP3 controls, dual zone climate control, comfort with luxury touches, and cost less than either of the competition. We are getting 37 mpg so far, very close to the published 38 mpg figure. Dave, the sales manager, figured a way to get us out of our current lease which had 9 months remaining for less than half of what either the Chevy or Ford dealer offered. Overall our experience with Serra Kia has been great.

The dealership acknowledged us as we walked in the door. Immediately offered us coffee and donuts, keys to look in or test drive a vehicle and the pizza delivery man came in and they offered us lunch. Wow!!!! Brandon had a customer but put us at ease that he would take care of us soon. He was recommended by a friend; and I could certainly see why. He is soft spoken, not pushy and didn't even make suggestions. It was my son who finally told Brandon which car he was interested in and Brandon showed him what it would take to get it. Brandon used every possible avenue to get my son the car he wanted. He made several suggestions of how he could stay in his budget and and got several staff members involved in the closing of the sale. Brandon explained so much I forgot 50% of what he said, but assured me he would be available to explain anything that we didn't understand at any time. He said we are family now, gave me coupons for future services and my son is a proud owner of a KiA Soul, He loves it, I have one, my daughter has one and now my son has one. Hope there is enough colors to keep the whole family happy!!!!!I look forward to having all my Kia's serviced there. I am just sorry I didn't buy my Kia Soul from Brandon..But my next one will be.

Brandon Foreman was the only reason I walked into Serra Kia to purchase a new vehicle. I dealt with Brandon years ago and unfortunately lost track of him until recently. Based on my prior experience with Brandon I knew he would give me an honest opinion. I explained my current hellish situation with a vehicle I purchased 2 years ago from Parkway Chrysler (that dealership is a TRAGEDY!) and asked Brandon if there was anything he could do for me to get me out of that car. He listened to exactly what I wanted from style to price and within a day had a solution that addressed all of my needs and was able to get me into a new 2013 Kia Optima Hybrid. I literally gave him "mission impossible" and he made the entire experience from start to finish a dream. I have over 15 years management experience in high-end luxury retail sales running a 15 million dollar business and can confidently say Brandon is by far the best sales professional I have ever experienced. In addition, the dealership is gorgeous and very welcoming. Brandon spoke very highly of upper management which solidified for me that I was purchasing a vehicle from a competent organization. Brandon gave my wife and I one of the best customer experiences we have ever received! He went above and beyond to listen to us and understand our needs and budget. He doesn't play any games (runaround, dishonesty, bait and switch, etc.) like most dealerships or leave any doubts about his prices. He explains everything very well and shows you as he is doing it. He considers every possible combination of options and incentives to give you the best price possible up front so you're not wasting time going back-and-forth. Brandon was not pushy and did not pressure us, but he did make himself extremely available and communicate promptly when we needed him to. Brandon's motto is "No stone left unturned" and he really does abide by it. Even when the sales person from the first dealership we met with had my wife going back and forth on her decision with better prices each time they called, Brandon was patient and professional about the situation. He didn't defame them, he explained to us how he thought they were coming up with a price that seemed too good to be true ($50 a month less than any other dealer). Brandon was 100% right on how the other dealer was giving us that price. He told us to trust him and we are very glad we did. He took over both of our leases, made the necessary calls so he could turn them in early and find out all the details so we wouldn't have any surprises. He gave us great prices on a Sorrento and Optima that were within the overall budget we gave him. Brandon is a superstar and we were happy to give him our trust and business that he very much earned.Brandon really cares about his customers and puts them first, he's not just looking to make a one time sale and forget about you afterwards. He and the rest of the Serra staff treated us like friends and family during our multiple visits there. They even gave our son goodies from their own break room because we were there for a little while and he was hungry. Brandon is the best in the business and we will definitely be visiting him and Serra for all of our needs.

Coming out of a two-year-old bankruptcy & foreclosure caused by a year of surgery and chemotherapy for cancer without the benefit of medical insurance, I hoped to trade in my 13-year-old, road weary VW Jetta for a new Kia Soul. Mike initially helped me on the phone. Brandon greeted me when I arrived at the Kia building. I told them my situation; Brandon was straightforward about the options available to me. My credit rating prior to having cancer was 780. Now, two years later, it was 719, and as in the past, everything is paid in full and on time. Still, the response to my request for a lease was refused by the finance team. They wanted me to purchase the vehicle instead, but the loan amount was beyond my budget. Mike and Brandon contacted Dave, the Kia Sales Manager, who heard my story and agreed to champion my cause by calling the finance team directly and explaining my story and situation. Within two hours, I was approved for the lease at a payment within my budget.Two days later my bright red 2013 Kia Soul was waiting for me in their delivery bay. In the course of the two hours it took to complete the paperwork, get the plates, and go through a quick "tutorial" of the vehicle's options, I came into contact with several more members of the Serra team - all of whom were very friendly, introduced themselves, and were more than happy to answer my questions. I'm blown away by the attitude and approach of all the people at Serra - they'll be my first and only stop when it's time for the next vehicle!Thank you, Mike, Brandon, and Dave - you are all my heroes!

There are no words to explain the exemplary customer service Brandon gave to my husband and me. We bought a Kia Optima SX Turbo. I had my heart set on a Cadillac SRX but felt that the cost was more than I was comfortable with when I added all the options I wanted. I drove the two cars back to back a year ago and could not get the Kia off my mind. We have always bought GM cars and were having difficulty making that shift. Brandon explained the car was assembled in GA and had many US parts employing US workers. So I decided to give the car another drive and remembered how much I enjoyed driving it a year ago. The car had all the bells and whistles of a much more expensive car for a price that I was comfortable with. The looks of the car inside and out are stunning. I feel like I am in a much more expensive car than I could normally afford with a price I could absolutely afford. Weve bought many cars over the years but never had the pleasure of having someone like Brandon assist us in making decisions and being so proactive for us. In the past I felt defensive and protective about the salespeople doing what was right for them and not what was in our best interest. Not so with Brandon. It felt more like a son trying to take good care of his family. I hope Kia truly understands that the car is fabulous but there are many great cars on the road today. I feel Kia gives you that expensive car experience for a price the average person can manage. What will make us return to Kia is the honesty and forthrightness of Brandon Foreman. I am truly excited about my new Optima and look forward to many years of enjoyment. Thank you Brandon and Kia for making this such a great experience!

I have to say everyone in the dealership was very nice. My wife and I started at another dealership and we set up a deal of a trade-in plus $5K cash for a new Kia Forte. We gave a sales salesperson: Brandon a call (of witch used to work at the dealership when were first looking at cars) and he told us to come down to see him, he said it would be worth our drive and that he could give us more for our trade-in. We none the less went up to see him. When we got there Brandon was not there he was doing something for another customer. We were greated by Dave (Can't remember his last name, sorry dave), we told him we were there to see brandon, he told us that we stepped out for a min and that he could get the ball rolling as far as getting our current car appraised. When Brandon got back he told us that he would give us $13K for our trade-in(the other dealership was going to give us $12.5K). We told him that we have $5K cash and the trade-in of the old car to work with. We also told him about the other deal we set up at the other dealership. He asked us what car we wanted and what options we wanted. He told us that he would sell us the can at invoice so as to not have us buy the car from the other dealership. He then asked us if we could come up with $5.5K, we told him that we cannot. After some doing he told us that he would just give us the extra $500.00 on our trade-in (Thus making it $13.5K). He held the car for us with no money down.We were all set with the deal Brandon set up for us but the $5K cash we had we had to wait for (Lawsuit settlement). He asked us if we would have the money by May 31, we said we should but we were not sure. As it turns out the money was a bit delayed so we looked into financing. Financing was not really an option for us because I was just laid-off of work, my wife's credit was shop, and my credit was non-existent. Well after convincing my mom to co-sign (her credit was also 0 but she had a job) Brandon and Dave got it pushed through and we were approved! Brandon and Dave both did an awesome job getting my wife an I the car we wanted and did everything to give us the best deal we could have ever asked for. I recommend everyone I know to buy a car from him. This has been by far the best car buying experience I have ever had!

With my last car I had a horrible experienced and lost any faith in dealerships but now I know I will never go to anyone else for my cars and I would recommend Brandon to everyone. I also had a very good experience with their finance manager Michael. The dealership itself was clean, the workstaff friendly and very easy to work with.

I highly recommend Serra Kia for anyone looking to buy a vehicle. The dealership itself is very nice. Very open and inviting. Everybody I came in contact with was nice and cery willing to help. There was very low pressure from the sales staff. Yes you heard that right. You can be low pressure snd still sell. I also love the fact that I was able to take a test drive alone. My salesman Brandon Foreman was phenomenal is every aspect of my car buying experience. He even helped my mom and dad with questions they had about their vehicle from another dealer. He went over every detail of the vehicle before we pulled off the lot. The dealer even sent chocolate chip cookies to show their appreciation. It was so refreshing to have a great experience from start to finish. No surprises when we got to the signing. The price he told me was the price I paid. The car was fully detailed at delivery and I am 100% satisfied with my Kia Optima.

Oh my gosh-where do I begin?!?! Let me just start by saying that I am so unbelievably grateful for Serra Kia. For starters I am grateful for this dealership because they possess what many dealerships are missing these days, which is an ability to place themselves in the shoes of the customer! This dealership handles customers as if they were the customer themselves trying to receive the best deal, price and service they can. Secondly, am super impressed with Serra Kia for employing a DYNAMIC staff!! I personally dealt with a salesman by the name of Brandon Foreman (dont forget his name, this guy is memorable and may someday be the headliner of a Foreman Kia dealership or at least he should). While closing a deal on my lovely 2013 Kia Sorento, I met other great staff members but that Brandon is a miracle worker if youve never seen one and I mean business!As you can see, I have so many wonderful things to say about the dealership and my experience, Ive unfortunately almost written an essay; but, trust and believe me when I tell you that if you are looking for a vehicle and you read this rating you will not be disappointed.In most cases, when an individual is looking to purchase a vehicle you sometimes get the run around, dishonesty, etc. with dealer sharks. In the case of Brandon Foreman, he was a Blessing to both my husband and myself. Our saleman Brandon Foreman made this the best experience for my husband and I! He got us what we wanted and at a outstanding price!!!!!! He listen to want we needed that would fit with our lifestyle. This was our first time at this dealership and to be honset our plan was to go to a few places & make a decision,but that all change after meeting Brandon & the friendliness of everyone at Serra. Live in IN but decided to look for a good car deal in the Motor City. Looked at many different makes of cars but kept coming back to Serra Kia mainly because of the bubbly & personable, down-to-earth sales approach of Brandon. I felt comfortable from the moment I stepped into the dealership. Unlike a few other dealerships, Brandon let me test drive a car without his presence in the vehicle. That was a welcome change. The dealership was in the process of opening the new KIA building of the dealership while I was shopping during February. Even though I'm sure it was a hectic time for Brandon and Dave, I would never have realized it. I was in this dealership at least 5 separate times over a 1 month period before finally making a decision to buy. Never once did Brandon give the appearance that I was wasting his time. Once the new building for KIA opened, I got to enjoy the new surroundings. Dave Fischer helped with the sales process when Brandon wasn't available and chimed in now and then with the purchase process to see how things were going. Both men were friendly & easy-going. These qualities are "key" when deciding on returning for another purchase down the line. Anyone can be polite and courteous, but it's the personable folks like Brandon and Dave that make a normal sales experience--SPECIAL. I look forward to a new and lasting relationship with this dealership. I opted for a new OPTIMA EX Turbo and have been very happy with the purchase, the price I received, and all the compliments I get from total strangers on how awesomely cool my car is.

I contacted Brandon via the web-site. I work a lot of hours and don't have time to haggle around. Brandon gave me all the info I needed to make an informed brand new car purchase, when I arrived the paperwork was ready for signing and it was all exactly as he promised; no suprises. They were just finishing waxing my Kia Soul!!! I was out of there in about an hour and am completely happy with the entire experience. Brandon is the one to see !!
