Just wanted to let people know that I had a great experience dealing with Shaffer Ford and their salesman Jonathan Leyh. I was in need of a new vehicle and Jonathan was very informative, friendly and most of all patient with me in choosing the best vehicle to suit my needs. I ended up purchasing a new Ford F-150 FX4 and couldn't be happier with it.

I was looking at your inventory and was approached by a young man by the name of Jonathan. He is very knowledgeable in all the products and features you have to offer. I was really impressed by his willingness to find us exactly what we were looking for and has since followed up with us as we haven't bought an upgrade yet but will certainly be doing business with this person. We dealt with it Jonathan and even tho at the time we did not purchase our next vehicle will be a purchase from Shaffer. Jonathan was such a great sales representative. He made sure my wife and our we're comfortable and taken care of during while shopping and testing vehicles. Made suggestions based on what our interests were, didn't try to force the sale if the vehicle. We look forward to dealing with him and Shaffer again very soon!

The service I received from Shaffer Ford and from my sales consultant Jonathan, was outstanding. Jonathan was very informative, reliable, and honest from my first test drive to my walking away with the keys. I traded my old Ford Edge in for a new one and feel I received an incredible deal. Johnathan guided me through the trading and buying process and took the time to help set up the SYNC function on my new Ford. I have and will continue to have my Edge serviced at Shaffer as well for the great service and the knowledgeable Ford technicians. Been thinking about trading my Fiat 500 turbo on a Fiesta ST for a while now and finally went out to see one in person. Although I really was only kicking tires, Jonathan was willing and enthusiastic to help me check one out. He took the time to make me feel like more than a customer, but like a friend... no, family. When the time comes that I'm ready to pull the trigger, he will be getting the sale!!

Shaffer Ford is a family operation that goes back to previous generation dealership. Always Ford, so they know the products. Very positive impression of their people. Jonathan Leyh represents them well, interested in Ford Performance, part of the local enthusiast set and organizes events at the dealership for the local animal shelter.
