I inquired about a car on their website and got a response from Dina. She was beyond helpful with everything and connected us to garret cook our salesman. And they both assured us that we would be happy we came because we were driving 2 hours to come look at a car we had in mind and it was everything we thought it was. We worked with Garret cook and we spoke on the phone before we made the trip and he was very pleasant on the phone and in person. Along with everyone else there they were all so friendly from the time we walked in to the time we drove off in our new car. They made us feel welcomed and not pressuring us to buy anything which is nice when looking at car. Once again shootout to Dina and garret for making our purchase a pleasant one! Highly recommend SHEA for your next car purchase they’re honest and have very competitive prices. Go see garret cook specifically you won’t be disappointed that you did. From the time we entered the door until we left we were treated so well, above expectations. Our salesman, Aaron Walton, was exceptional in his knowledge in every aspect of a car purchase. Everything has great! But had a 2:30pm appointment on Saturday but the 1:00pm appointment came late no fault of salesman so 2.5 hrs later we left at 5::00pm. On Monday had 1:00pm appointment to pickup new car waited long time for finance guy because of customer before us having problems no fault of Jim's so we finally left around 4:30pm. We live in Saginaw Michigan first time buying in flint was a great choice nice people clean dealership. All in all we had fun!Thanks Brian J McNamara husband of Joanne
