I talked with my family which have bought from you guys before so I came to Ashland to see what i had to pick from. Kerry showed me the vehicle I wanted and helped tremendously with me being able to drive away in new vehicle that night. He was very nice and no pressure on me. The experience I had at Sheehy Ford in Ashland, VA was better than any other I have ever had in my 50 years of owning/Buying cars. We had a wonderful experience buying a car. Antoine Lovick was our salesman and he was great. He listened to what we wanted in a used car. Took down our info then searched all Sheehy lots. Once he found some cars in our milage and price range he texted the info to us. He had one sent down that we liked. He worked with our work schedules to see it. I just bought a new 2016 F150 V8 XLT from Sheehy Ford of Ashland. I love it! I was a difficult buyer. I test drove multiple trucks, stayed there all day, and ended up diving out in a 2016 F150 V6 2.7L XL. I was trying to save money, but soon realized that it was not the truck I wanted for the next 10 years. I went back the next day to upgrade to the 2016 F150 V8 XLT and I thought that the dealership was going to be upset with me. To my surprise they were extremely nice and took care of everything.My sales person, Robert Antoine Lovick, goes by Antoine, was so helpful during the buying process and afterwards. There were a couple of thing that had to be fixed to make the truck right for me and he took care of setting up the service and a loaner vehicle. Excellent service!Two other people that have been extremely courteous and helpful were Derrick Pendergrass, Director of Sales and Finance, and Vinnie Ingarra, Finance Manager. Derrick helped work up multiple quotes on different vehicles and Vinnie had to do all of the loan and purchasing documents twice since I returned the first vehicle.I am currently getting a spray-on bedliner from them and will return to them for all other service needs.Again, all of the people at Sheehy Ford of Ashland have been great, and I will request Antoine as my sales person in the future.

So, I'm just chilling in the parking lot with my wife looking at SUVs. Wasn't looking to buy anything that day, we were going to wait until October, but my wife had her eye on a Ford Edge and it was looking like i was doomed...Then, in EXPLODED, Kerry!! Like a golden eagle in all of it's glory!! That's the best way I can describe it. I have never met someone so happy to just be alive, much less sell me a vehicle. Working with Kerry was exhilarating to say the least. Coming from a sales background myself, I absolutely loved watching him do his thing. The man is GOOD, but part of what makes a great salesman is doing what KERRY did...Keeping the promises he made during the sale even after the sale was finalized. He even took my heckling and haggling(you know i had to try)like an absolute champ!! If you're looking to buy a car, don't waste your time with anyone else. I purchased a used 2011 car 2 months ago, something happened to it which nobody knows, when I called sheehy told them I had to have it towed to a chev dealer they told me to bring it bk so they can figure out what is wrong w it, they took it to a chev dealer near them bc it was a chev. For 3 wks they couldn't figure out what is wrong w it so I called bk to sheehy talked to a GM, When he said customers come 1st he did what he said what he was going to do. I no longer have to deal w the stress w the chev no more, they worked w me walking out of there w a new 2017 ford. ...One very happy customer will work w them again....Evan in sales was great..GM Derrick was a god sin! After viewing many different Ford dealerships online and comparing prices for a little over a week I decided that the dealership seemed like the best option. They were kind enough to retrieve a car I was interested in at there Maryland dealership and bring it to Ashland so I could view it. After test driving the vehicle and such it was time to talk numbers. This is when the day seemed to be going South. The price was higher than I had expected from looking online and I did not understand why. This is when Derrick and Maurice come into play. They totally turned the day around. Derrick did an excellent job of explaining to us why the price was increased at the Ashland dealership and honestly this was something they didn't even control. After Derrick had explained all of this the rest of the process with Maurice and Vinnie was smooth and exciting. What I loved about Maurice and Vinnie is they weren't pushy. They just gave me the information and allowed me to come to my own decisions. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Ford.

I will start with the good. I am happy with the vehicle I purchased and the price was good for a high mileage 2005 F-150.Worst customer service I have ever experienced with a dealer. I initially emailed for information and price on the truck and was sent a link to the ad on the website, nothing new. I sent another email regarding price, no response from internet sales guy. Got an email from him a few days after I purchased my truck asking how my buying process was going...I did not respond.Went to dealer on Friday before Labor day, was there shortly after they opened, test drive, made deal no major issues. Sometime around 11:30 AM I finally got in with the finance guy and we did the paperwork. Around 12:30 my salesman, Maurice Shands, informed me they would not have time that day to wash and detail the truck and do some other minor body repair work. Was told to come back Monday, they could do it then. I asked Maurice, do I need an appointment? was told "you just made it with me." OK. Annoyed that I wasted my morning there I took truck home (again I really like the truck!). Was back there on Monday morning, Labor Day, when they opened. Was informed they could only detail it today, the body shop was closed due to the Holiday (angry face). I live in Midlothian, a 30 minute drive from the dealer. Was told I could bring it in any Thursday or Monday. Saying I would bring it in Thursday I left frustrated again. Wednesday, I emailed Maurice, to let him know that I could not bring it in on Thursday as my wife could not take me to work that day, I would bring it the following Monday. No response. I emailed again, to ask another question, no response. Sunday night I take it up and drop it of at the night drop with a list of what needs to be done. Around 10 on Monday I call to check on the status. Was told it would not be ready until five as I did not have an appointment (so Maurice did not let them know I was coming in), and btw in the process of getting to service I was disconnected. Around 3:30 I started calling to confirm it was going to be ready (hour long round trip, want to be sure). Nobody seemed to know what the status of the truck was, and I was disconnected or hung up on about 6 more times, no one could find Maurice, or maybe Moe was taking care of it...who knew, I kept getting transferred and hung up on. Finally got to Maurice's VM and left one. I think he called me shortly after that, as I was on they way at 4:40 or so, to tell me it would not be ready. They had done the body work only, no detailing and no cutting the second key. I needed my truck back, so I said do not worry about the detail, just cut the key and I will be there in 30 minutes. I arrive and sent my wife to go grab dinner for us as we had somewhere to be that was a 50 minute drive from the dealer. I go in, get sent over to Moe, who very non-apologetically tells me my car is not ready, they still have to cut and program the key and that would take an hour (really?!?!? an hour to cut a key and stick it in the ignition and turn it back and forth about 8 times, I quietly wondered to myself why they had not performed this extensive process during the other 8 hours they had my car). I told him I had to leave in 15 minutes. They did have the extra key to me and I was out of there in about 10 minutes. So 3 unanswered emails, 7 hangups, and 2 1-hour long round trips I left with my dirty truck. They asked if I would be bringing the truck back for detailing, I will NEVER set foot in this dealership again.

Typically the process is not that pleasant...lots of waiting around but not this time but not at Sheehy. Kerry even included my daughter in the process. Paperwork was quick and painless. Came in looking for a car for our daughter and Travis showed us several cars and we ended up purchasing a used focus for her. Travis went to great lengths to make us feel comfortable (it was 100 degrees) and meet all our needs. My husbands family have purchased cars from Sheehy since my husband was a child and we continue the tradition. While we are sad our long times salesman retired, he did a great job training Travis. I searched online for a Loaded Fusion Energi Titanium and found one at Sheehy Ford. They beat comparable cars advertised price by thousands. I planned to come down from NY and bring it home, but instead I received excellent communication, photos, and videos from Kevin Doherty. I am a "car guy" and never before have I considered buying a car I couldn't see in front of me, but I did and, with Kevin, I would again. He and Kathy went above and beyond by delivering the car to me at a very fair cost. I didn't lose time from work or family. I will certainly look Kevin up next time I'm shopping for a car!

We live in Manassas (about two hours away) and Kevin arranged to have our new car delivered to us by one of their drivers. Twelve years ago, Kerry Harrell sold me first Taurus. Since that time, I've have gone through many personal challenges and that reliable car got me through it all. I was finally able to get back into the market for a new car & I did not hesitate to contact Kerry. My salesman Darrell McKinney met me immediately, showed me all the available inventory taking note of what I did & did not want and found me the perfect 2017 Escape Titanium. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Vinnie Ingarra, the finance manager was also outstanding at his job. Both times purchases were done with Darrick Randall. Buying our new car at Sheehy of Ashland was the easiest and fastest new car sale that my wife and I have experienced. Our sales person was Kevin Doherty, I had several phone conversations with him to make sure this car was exactly what we were looking for and what we could expect on our trade in before we made the trip from Harford County, Maryland which was 4 hours away to purchase our new vehicle. Kevin went over and above to make sure this deal went as easy as possible for us being we were traveling more than 140 miles to get to the dealership. I told him we would make the trip last Wednesday, he told me he was off that day but would change his plans with his kids to meet us at lunchtime to help us with the deal. We arrived and met Kevin, he showed us the car, put our car in for the trade allowance, we test drove the new car, we returned and agreed on the deal and started paperwork. Kevin had us filling out paperwork while finance started their paperwork and within minutes we were signing finance paperwork with Amy in finance. Kevin put temporary tags on the vehicle while we were signing finance paperwork, we were done and on our way. This was truly the best car buying experience that we have experienced and trust me, we are both retired and have purchased a lot of vehicles in our time. Thank you Kevin for the pleasurable experience and thank you Amy for working well with the finance part of the deal. I have worked in service all my life so I can appreciate the excellent service that Kevin has provided for us, he was down to earth, very professional and could not have been more helpful with this experience!!

Searching for a vehicle for my wife brought me to Sheehy Ford. I spoke with Jesse Melville via telephone to insure the vehicle I was interested in was still there. By the time I arrived, (approximately 10 minutes), Jesse already had the car out front ready to show me. I was interested in the vehicle after seeing it on CARGURUS.com. Jesse had already pulled the CARFAX and was knowledgeable about the car. The price was several thousand dollars less than KBB.com price. It was a few thousand dollars less than NADA.com. Jesse was knowledgeable about the finance process as well, explaining that my credit union (Connects) participated in the CUDL program. (Credit union direct lending). I had been preapproved at certain percentage, the actual final came in more than a percentage point lower. Vinnie took care of all the financial stuff, seamless process, would recommend to everyone. THanks SHeehy, give Jesse and Vinnie a raise!

This is the second new vehicle we've purchased from Antoine Lovick in two years. Personally, I don't like the process of buying a new car, all the anxiety of spending that much money makes my blood pressure rise. But Antoine is very laid back and all around nice guy. It made the stress of purchasing a new truck so much more enjoyable. And since it was our second time around, it was nice already know him. They found the exact truck I wanted and I had very specific wants since I intend to keep this truck for a long time. So it was nice to get exactly what I wanted and get it without feeling pressured at any time. I couldn't recommend them more, then entire staff was fantastic! We've had the other vehicle serviced there for almost two years and the service staff is excellent too!

My wife and I bought a certified pre-owned 2013 Ford Focus SE from Kevin Doherty. Kevin treated us in a very friendly, courteous, and respectful manner. My wife and I had looked at two Ford Fusions, so Kevin got the keys. On the way to going to the Fusions for a test drive, my wife saw a maroon Focus and immediately wanted to test drive that car instead. Kevin graciously told me that since the car was for her, he would go back into the dealership and get the key. he directed my wife on a test drive route that tested the car in an urban setting and then on a highway setting, so that she could get a good feel for the car. She loved it! Kevin made us feel right at home while we waited for John McGrane to valuate the 2006 Mustang convertible that we were trading for the car; then for Vinnie to draw up the paperwork. We would like to thank Kevin for his outstanding customer service and to John and Vinnie as well! I want to thank John for recommending Kevin, as I bought my last car, a new 2013 Mustang from him. His personality is the best and such a great guy to talk too. My daughter bought her first vehicle at Sheehy in Ashland, a new 2014 Ford Focus. The sales person was wonderful however the service team is not helpful. She took the car in for service in February, the problem with her car is worst now. They say it needs new tires even though the tires that came on the car were 60k mile tires and the car has around 30k. She has tire rotation completed at service dept. Now it feels unsafe and they want $115 to tell her whats wrong with it again! My daughter and I have both called trying to reach a service advisor to help with the issue on the car. We have gotten the run around and transferred from one person to another. we are always told that Meghan the advisor will call us back but neither of us has received a return call. Im sure they are busy but someone could have enough consideration and call back when they say they will. I believe they have taken advantage of my daughters age and her trust!!

Tony Nowlin is one of the best salesmen I've run across and Sheehy Ford is awesome. I started shopping for a truck and after visiting a couple of dealerships I was ready to just keep driving mine. Nothing is more frustrating then a salesperson that knows nothing about the cars they are selling and only asks where you need your payments. I was a cash buyer and wanted the details of the trucks. Tony knew everything! The dealership didn't push what they had on the lot and spent a week finding the right truck to bring in. The real surprise came in negotiating when they looked up the company I worked for and found I qualified for X-plan pricing. That gave me a better deal then expected without any haggling. I purchased a 2016 F-150 from Brantley Slater at Sheehy Ford in February 2016. It was a special order and I must say, it was the smoothest and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Brantley was always courteous and was responsive to my questions. We communicated via email and his personal cell phone number. When I picked the truck up, the paperwork processing was straightforward with no high-pressure pitches to purchase additional services. Brantley showed me the various features of the truck and paired my phone with the Sync system. Brantley also followed up with a phone call a couple of days later to see if I had any questions or was having any problems. Vincent Terrell was amazing to work with while we were buying our truck. We told him what we wanted and he line up several trucks for us to drive. I bought my 2012 Fusion here and had a great experience then and excellent service since. So when my son was looking for his first car this was the first dealership we visited. Jarad Perkins met us outside and was very friendly from the get go. When the used car my son was interested in looking at was on a test drive Jarad showed us the used car area while he went to check on that car. My son looked at several cars but eventually found the car he would buy, a very clean 2012 Focus hatchback. Jarad was very helpful throughout the entire process. Call ahead and ask for him!

I was in the market for a 2016 F-350 DRW truck. I met with Matt Kachmar at Sheehy in Ashland, VA and told him what I wanted but that I wasn't ready to buy that day, I was just starting to look and get an idea for what I was going to have to spend. He told me every thing I needed to know, and never pressured me at all. about 2 weeks went by and I did plenty of research to make sure I was going to get what I wanted, called Matt and told him to find the truck. The next day he had it transferred from another dealership and I was on my way. I couldn't be happier, Love my truck and would recommend Matt any day of the week. Mr Kerry Harrell was us to every challenge we had in buying a new car. We arrived at the dealership before it opened on a Sunday. We were just looking at cars and he came out and said "we are not open yet, but how can I help you". He answered all of our questions and demonstrated a great knowledge of his product, this case 2015 Ford Escape. We did not have our trade in with us but he asked us questions about it and even got his sales manager to give us a good offer on an unseen trade in. Came back 2 days later to have a remote starter installed....dropped off on my way to work....Antoine called me by lunch to let me know I could pick it up anytime....what service!!!!!

I did purchase a new mustang from Sheehy Ashland. Was so happy to buy a new mustang, but after the sale things went south in a hurry and are still south after 8 months. nothing is fixed , no solution as to making it right and there is a huge lack of concern to make it right. Never once did the general manager ever get involved to remedy this or show a concern. 8 months after the sale, when your told the GM is going to call you to get it straight and 5 days later still no call. Whats important here. But they made sure the first day to point out ,, fill out the survey, make sure you check all excelllent. make us look good. Yea, they look good on paper but in reality not so much. If you want the real truth, documentation, photos, reciepts, the real truth, just leave a new review with a email and I'll be glad to forward 75 photos and copies of all reciepts, documents to show the real deal.I didnt want to go this route to bash a dealer or list names of those that display lack of concern. I wanted my new car to look new, be new. But I guess spending 40k is to much to ask for new.

I went there looking for a used truck I had seen on their web site. I got to dealership at closing on Sunday ( Oct 25th ) at approx. 5:10 pm . Kerry, after dealership was closed took the time to see if he could help me locate this truck. He located this truck, went and got keys so I could see interior of truck. I got his business card and came back on Monday during store hours. Now he was very busy this Monday, handling several customers, including myself, so I looked around , while he was helping someone else, spotted another truck, some how he got me keys to test drive this truck, and said test drive it for 24 hours, so I did. Needless to say I had the Best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I will buy my next truck from Kerry at Sheehy Ford /Ashland . Do not buy your car from Sheehy Ashland. Don't.Want to know why? Because frankly they don't listen, offer false promises, and you get screwed over because of it.When I bought my vehicle I told them SPECIFICALLY I did not want to pay for the VIP service, but lo and behold once I got the vehicle, there it was tacked onto my loan.Also, if you're promised something make sure they deliver because you'll end up screwed. I was promised free Siruius Radio for 30 days, never happened. Was promised they would hold onto a second key whenever I needed it (they said they had it held there) and surprise again, that wasn't the case so that when I did lose my key I had to continue to pay for something I shouldn't have.Make sure you get your car tested as well before you buy it, one of the speakers was blown when I purchased the vehicle but I was assured by the salesman it was "Just how it sounds on SYNC"The speaker is blown, I'm paying more on my loan than I want, and I had to pay extra for a key I shouldn't have to begin with.DO NOT DEAL WITH SHEEHY, THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER.

We went out for a test drive and were debating options although were not totally sold on either truck. We then looked a two Eclipse SUV's and test drove one of them. Listen, flat out working with Sheehy Ashland is the easiest time you'll ever have buying a vehicle and when you want the best skip the rest and walk in turn to the left and head straight to Kerry's desk. . Kerry never pulls punches so no need to play the "hi, low" dealer game. Tell him what you want and where you want to be and if it's do able he'll get it done. He then passed us on to a salesman, Kevin Dougherty, who got right to it, answering all our questions by email before we even had a time scheduled to come by the dealership. We felt respected and cared for at every step of the process. Kevin took special note of some of our circumstances and helped us understand some of the short and long term issues to consider given our need for a car. We got exactly what we had wanted and hoped for and drove away in about 3 hours, after a leisurely and realized shopping experience. If all salesmen were like Kevin and all dealers like Sheehy Ford of Ashland, then there would be no jokes or stories about bad car buying experiences. Period.

I'm not the easiest guy to deal with. I started shopping for a new truck in April and pulled the trigger on a new Ford F-150 Sunday. I studied. I visited...again and again. I drove truck after truck. I took one home overnight. I brought it back. Never thought I'd own a Ford. I took a lot of work by Lisa Johnson, Tony Nowlin, John McGrane, and Vinnie Ingarra plus who knows how many others behind the scene to execute this amazing transformation. They were patient, good natured, and mighty helpful. I can't say that about the other places i shopped.An old Chevy guy now dries a new Ford.

On August 2, 2014 I and two other relatives purchased vehicles from the dealership. On Friday July 30, 2015 I went to trade the car which is in the same condition as when I purchased it less than a year ago and was advised that they now value the car at 15% worth the value that they sold it last year. I am a customer who has referred customer's. Sixteen of which purchased in the last two years and guess what I can't even get a telephone call to discuss my complaint. The car has been driven 6.298 miles in the 11 months since I purchased it from Sheehy and still has an extended warranty. You see until this experience I considered myself a long term, repeat, and loyal customer. Of course I feel differently today.

I was looking for a very inexpensive, reliable used car. I had looked at other places - don't get me started about the sleazy salesman at Car Max who kept ignoring what I was looking for and kept trying to sell me a car at twice the target price, telling me Obama had "bought back" and destroyed all the cars in my price range - grrrrrr. At other places nobody ever offered to help. On a whim, I browsed Sheehy and found the perfect little car there - a 2005 Ford Focus which fit my needs perfectly. It was the cheapest car in ALL of Sheehy anywhere. KERRY, my Sales Person, was THE NICEST and most helpful, likable, accommodating and funny person I could have wished for. He let me take the car for a 24 hour test drive. Before, during, and since the purchase, he has answered my calls, and my questions, and I really feel like I have a true friend. He makes me feel like a VIP, even though I bought the cheapest car in the entire fleet. So not only did I get a great little car at a great price, but I bought it from a place and person who made me feel comfortable, respected and appreciated. Kerry is a gem of a person.Additionally, I got the VIP package where they take care of all your oil changes, tire rotations, state inspections, etc., and my first experience was amazing. Not only did they change the oil and rotate the tires (while I drank their coffee and ate their danishes), the WASHED my car. It was done as scheduled and was so easy and convenient.

I haven't had the pleasure (LOL) of buying a new car in many years. I must say however that buying my son's first car was an all around very positive experience. We expected the typical promises with poor follow through but we got the exact opposite. Except for a few rebate parameters we closed the deal just as they had advertised. No one ever tried to oversell us and there was no typical car salesman pressure I have experienced in the past. Shannon, our salesperson was knowledgeable and just seemed to let things happen more naturally. Our son was very nervous about how it was all going to play out because he has seen me negotiate in other situations and it is not always very pretty but there was absolutely no need for me to dig my heels in. Everyone we dealt with was courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. The rebates and financing could not have been much better and the fact that they stood by their advertisement was very classy and a welcome change from the past. We were told that the owner does business with goals to increase volume and not try to squeeze every dime out of the customer possible and that seemed very true to us. If I ever get to purchase another vehicle I will definitely go to Sheehy first and hope it will be my last stop as well.

I have not financed a new car in almost 10 years! I have paid cash for my last 2 vehicles, I was ready for a new car that I could depend on. I chose Sheehy as my first stop in my car buying mission and did not need to look any further. I arrived at Sheehy Ford in Ashland with a pretty good idea in mind on what i wanted to spend/ buy. Antoine my sales rep immediately pointed me in the right direction and we were test driving cars to fit my families needs. We chose to not get a brand new car but one of their certified pre-owned cars. We ended up getting a 2010 Honda CRV, under 50,000 miles, in great condition. Been looking around for an inexpensive, reliable, high gas mileage small car. Not as easy as you would think. For the heck of it, I checked out Sheehy, where I bought my Ford van 5 years ago. Saw a $4400 car and went to see it in person where Kerry came out to help me. Kerry is GENUINELY one of the nicest people I have ever met. I felt like he was an old friend and he could not have been more helpful (I won't bore with the details), fun, kind and knowledgeable. He took his time and showed me ALL the bells and whistles on this little car, and actually let me take it home overnight for an extended "test-drive" and a visit to my friend the mechanic. I asked him if he won a special award for selling the lowest costing car in their entire fleet in jest, but honestly he could not have been more caring and attentive if I had been buying a $44000 car. Then I got to see Vinnie in finance. Vinnie was with Sheehy 5 years ago when I bought other Ford and he remembered me because we share a love of rescuing dogs in need. I have never been happier and more pleased with a purchasing experience - these guys are just the BEST! THANK YOU!

From my call to Quick Lane to make the appointment until I walked out of the dealership in less than one hour from the time I arrived with the work completed, I was very pleased with how I was treated. Cindy and all her co-workers at Quick Lane are always very courteous and seem to sincerely appreciate your business with them. I might also add, they also rotated my tires for free that day because I had purchased a new set of Michelins there just over a year ago, they came with free lifetime rotation! Another reason I chose to deal with Ford and Sheehy in particular. I live closer to other Ford dealerships in Richmond but I found that I get more personal and appreciative service in Ashland, perhaps it is that small town feel, but I really do sense a difference in the way the staff at Sheehy in Ashland treat you and that is why I will continue to recommend them to others in my community. This week we purchased our 5th vehicle from Maurice Shands. Each and every time we have been very pleased with the process. This time the car we wanted was on the lot, but in the past they have brought a car from another lot for us. While they explain all of the add-ons that are available, there is never pressure to add them. They are great about small repairs before the car leaves the lot, and making sure you understand how the options in the vehicle work. Maurice even synched my phone to the car for me. When I bought my new 2014 Escape in February last year, the sales representative, Kevin Doherty, was highly knowledgeable and responsive. Before I decided to make the purchase, I had a long list of questions about the car, and Kevin patiently answered most questions off the top of his head, and if not, did the necessary research and answered my questions promptly. After looking at new trucks for quite a while, I stumbled upon Sheehy of Ashland on the internet. The only down side was that they were 2 1/2 hours from my home. However, they not only had EXACTLY what I was looking for in a truck, but their prices were the best I found in the entire mid-atlantic area. So, shortly after emailing their sales department with what I thought was going to be an arduous process, it completely turned out to be the best dealership sales interaction I have ever experienced. Mike Lacey was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, understanding and very responsive to my emails. Arriving at the dealership, Mike then introduced me to John McGrane, Internet Sales Director. My apprehension was still high as the buying process began to move along but John, knowing I came from outside of VA, made me feel like we were old friends and any tension I may have had simply simply vanished. In August of 2014 I purchased a new 2014 F150 XLT Supercab, 4x4, Ecoboost, with the Heavy Duty Package. These trucks are very, very rare apparently. Brantly Slater was my salesman. He searched in multiple states to find a F150 that had the Heavy Duty Pkg. The HD Pkg and Ecoboost were deal breakers. I would not have traded if the new truck wasn't a HD.He found 4 in Pennsylvannia. And when I changed my mind on color, he was able at the last minute to make the change before the truck left PA. Brantlley did everything he said he would do. I would use him again if I'm in the market for a new or used car or truck.While this review is about my purchase of my pickup, I did check Cynthia Doss-Wallen's name because I have dealt with her for Quick Lane service on both the pickup and my Fusion I bought from Sheehy back in 2010. The heated seats and steering wheel are much appreciated during this cold winter of 2015. The Tarus is so quiet and comfortable on both short and long trips. The multi-contoured seats provide a special comfort on loing trips. Vincent Terrell was outstanding in negotiating the purchase of the car and ordering just the equipment that we wanted. On the delivery date of December 22, 2012 Mr. Terrell was most knowledgeable of the features on the car and patiently demonstrated the operations of each system.The service staff has been excellent on performing all routine service and two warranty services. He never once grew frustrated or acted as if I was a nuisance ((I'm sure I was lol)) I ended up with the 2015 Fusion in the vehicle color and interior color I wanted and the price I could afford. Tony is hands down the reason I bought from this dealership. And if I should again want or need another car I'm coming to him first. Anyone that compliments me or comments on my car I'm always quick to let them know what dealership and salesperson I bought from. And as an added bonus the customer service doesnt end when the car leaves the lot, Tony had consistently ensured if I have any questions concerns etc that all I have to do is call. You are made to feel like part of a family when you go into the showroom. I was always greeted by several sales associates when I arrive and helped to find "my sales associate" as well. I have always received personal attention when I go into the salesroom, not feeling like a customer, but a friend. I got the vehicle that I wanted at a great price as well. Although I purchased a used vehicle, it felt like it was "new off the showroom floor"!

I was on the hunt for a 2012 Ford Escape Limited. I had a 2009 that was recently totaled in an accident and wanted the same car because I loved that one so much. For the amount I owed, I thought I could get a 2012 but I would have gone a little older if I needed to. I went to a dealer in Fairfax first, I will post a review on them later.The next day we went to Sheehy in Ashland. What a difference! We were treated like valued customers. Kerry sold me, if I was going to buy a car I was going to buy it from him. He is so genuinely nice and down-to-earth and provided me with the best buying experience possible. I don't think I could have found a better deal, or a better sales person. I am truly happy with my buying experience. If I ever need to buy another Ford, I will be back to see Kerry.

Talked to Marc about a new explorer, went to Sheehy to pick up explorer and Marc pointed out there was a scratch on the bumper,I offered to have a body shop near me to fix and Sheehy refused and told me they have to repair. Okay I agreed to let Sheehy repair the bumper, Marc said it would be done the next business day ( Monday) and would deliver to me. I called Marc on Monday to setup the delivery time and tells me the painter never showed up and it would be done on Tuesday and will deliver on Tuesday, then it becomes Wednesday. After talking to Derrick Pendergrass all he wants to go is sell me another explorer and pay the difference due to they have some lazy employees who can't show up to work when they are suppose to. The only thing Derrick got right was we screwed up and now we want to sell you a new explorer because we aren't making much money off this sale and purchase a new one where we are making money of the vehicle .Kevin McLaughlin won't return emails or phone calls some customer service. So to be honest with you go to another dealer and pay more and you will never regret it.

Not only did the honor the price out the door we had discussed but all conditional elements were fully laid out on the table without any numbers games or high pressure sales nonsense. He made me very comfortable during the entire process from the test drive, working with me and showing me the numbers in regards what would be expected for financing the car and working with the finance guy, Trevor, for completing the transaction. Buying a new car can be stressful these guys took the stress out of it. I was given a quote for a new car over the phone after speaking with John Seal and he delivered. No surprises when we arrived. We went to four other dealerships and Ashland Ford was superior to all of them. This includes Haley Ford, Crossroad Ford, Williamsburg Ford and Sheehy in midlothian. We felt like we were dealing with professionals from the time we arrived until when we left with our new car. When we trade our other car, we will go back and buy from them. They do not play games like the others.

I found my experience at Sheehy Ford in Ashland to be a very pleasant one. I worked with Jerrell Coleman, a sales associate, in the purchasing my 2014 Ford Focus. All throughout the process of buying my car, from taking the car for a test drive right on through to the actual purchase, was a smooth and easy process. Jerrell was professional, courteous and personable. He was able to answer all of my questions in a concise and clear manner. After the sale, Jerrell was prompt in answering the many questions I had via phone calls and emails. All in all, I would have to give Jerrell a five out of five stars for his outstanding customer service. I will work with Jerrell again in the future should I ever have to buy another car. I was looking for a used truck in good condition. Test drove a Ford but really like Chevy. I was surprised when my sales rep asked what I was looking for even though it wasn't a Ford and while I was still walking the lot brought me a print out of just what I was looking for. My sales rep, Jerrell Coleman, was very polite and energetic. Had the truck shipped to Sheey in Ashland from another dealer up North, had everything fixed, truck clean and I could not have been happier. Love the truck and the service. Would go back again. I really like that I did not feel pressured into getting something I didn't want. I have already recommended him to others because he did such a good job. Even came in on day off to meet me when I came to pick up the car.

When I bought my focus, I had the most amazing salesperson. His name is Nick Awad and I highly recommend anyone buying a car to ask for him. I had a little trouble with ford motor credit since I owed more on my trade than it was worth. Long story short, Nick said he was going to put on the gloves and fight for me. Wow - that is my start and stop here. My wife and I went in to buy a Ford Explorer using the price quoted online. We were told that only applied to military and students. After checking at home for this disclaimer, we found no such wording. When we called back to speak to the manager, we were told "Ford makes us put those prices there" and "that all Ford dealerships have this sort of advertising". No matter, they would not honor the price. Finally I was told to call them back if anything changed - what??!?? PS when we were there from 6-7, we were one of only two customers. I think I understand why.

I had just started thinking about getting a new car when I took my Pontiac down to Sheehy of Ashland to be serviced. I hadnt decided if I wanted new or used, car or SUV. Went inside to ask a question about the Fusion Hybrid and was directed to Brantley Slater. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! After talking a bit he said he thought the Fusion SE would better fit my needs. He knew everything about that car, showed me every bell and whistle and explained in simple language how everything worked. When I explained that I didnt know what I wanted he asked if I wanted to go on a test drive, so I did. Even though it was nice, I wasnt convinced it was what I wanted. He suggested I go look at other cars in that category (Malibu, Accord etc) said he was confident that I would come back to the Fusion. So I spent the rest of that day and the next test driving his competitors vehicles and he was right I liked the Fusion the best. I tell you that is a salesman who is confident in his product that he suggests you go try out the competition! He worked diligently to find the car with the color and options that I wanted and kept me abreast of everything. Called when he said he would (how refreshing), didnt keep me waiting and was always there and ready when he said he would be. He made the whole buying process a very pleasant experience! This is my second vehicle from Sheehy Ford of Ashland and although my past experiences with everyone there has always been good, Brantley is definitely the cream of the crop! His professionalism, knowledge and dedication to me the customer is absolutely top notch. He is a definite asset to Sheehy Ford of Ashland and Ford Motor Company.

I came to Sheehy Ford of Ashland looking for a specific car- a Volvo S60. I had seen a car online, but until I saw it in person I did not realize it wasn't exactly what I wanted. Darrick helped facilitate a different Volvo S60 being brought down from a sister store in Maryland. The car arrived at the dealership in Ashland the next day, and fit my specifications exactly. Throughout the whole process, Darrick was knowledgeable, friendly, and laidback. I appreciated the fact that he was not pressuring me, as this was my first car purchase on my own. I decided to purchase the vehicle and all of the staff at Sheehy Ford helped make that process easy. I received a fair deal, and everything else was hassle-free. Trevor Coley, one of the finance managers, help me secure an interest rate lower than I ever thought possible. Also, the car had Maryland inspection stickers on it, which obviously needed to be changed. Darrick facilitated the car being picked up from my work the next day to get inspected and brought back all without inconveniencing me. The whole experience was a positive one.

My husband and I just purchased a New Ford Escape Titanium through Sheehy Ford of Ashland. We live in New York and have family living in Virginia. A few years ago, while visiting family in Richmond, we were ready to purchase a new vehicle. New York is not known for the nicest customer service, so we figured we'd give Virginia a try. We drove into Sheehy Ford of Ashland, in the old location. Immediately upon driving into the lot, we were greeted with smiles and friendly hellos. We knew exactly what we wanted and what budget we needed to stay in. Our sales associate at the time, was above and beyond helpful. He consulted with Sales Manager, Kevin Anderson, throughout our entire purchase to ensure we were getting the best deal possible. Mr. Anderson worked so hard making sure we were happy, satisfied and having a positive experience. My husband and I couldn't believe the lengths Mr. Anderson was going to in order to meet our needs. He was unwilling to let us walk out of the door without having exactly what we wanted and not comprise any of our wants. Our first experience with Sheehy Ford of Ashland sealed the deal for us never going to another car dealership ever again - and it was all due to Kevin Anderson. Fast Forward a few years later, we now needed to trade in our vehicle. My son and I came into the dealership to speak with someone in regards to a SUV that was featured on the website. The internet saleman was unavailable at the time and Mr. Harrell asked if we needed assistance. We explained that my son had been approved for a loan through the credit for $5000.00. Mr. Harrell to the extra time to explaine to us the difference in what type of loan my son needed versus the one he had been aprpoved for and the SUV he came to look at would not qualify for the purchase with the approved loan he was already approved for. From there, Mr. Harrell took my 20 year old son under his wing and showed him several cars and actually sat him down and spoke with him as if he was his son from what type of financing he needed and what each step of the approval process entailed. That made me feel very welcome and comfortable to move forward in considering the purchase with my son of a used vehicle. The car ultimately chosen by my son and myself was a 2010 Honda Civic it was a basic car with not all the bells and whistles that my son needed since this was his first car. He allowed my son to test drive it for the day while he secured financing and assured him that somehow he was going to work it out to get him financed. Mr. Harrell not only got us approved but he went even further bu allowing my son to test drive it for the weekend and worked to get it financed with a credit union with a good APR as we had originally desired when we first got there. Mr. Harrell also worked out a very good warrantly that I myself am jealous of with my own car. I TRULY enjoyed my experience at Sheey Ford of Ashland as I adventured with my son in search of and obtaining his first car.

I just wrote a general review for Sheehy Ashland Ford, but wanted to write a separate review for Darrick Randall my salesperson. About 4 weeks ago I decided to look at the different truck models available from all manufacturers. It just so happened that Sheehy Ashland was my first stop and we met Darrick. I told him that I was only looking and wasnt interested in buying a vehicle today.My past experience with car dealers was if youre not buying we dont have time for you. Well, Darrick spent a considerable amount of time with us, even though I wasnt buying, and informed us of all the features the F-150 had to offer and then we went on a short test drive. After the drive he handed me his business card, we both said thanks and I went off to see what other dealers, including other Ford dealers, had to offer.Over the course of the next couple weeks I had narrowed down my choice. I could have gone to another Ford dealer, but I went back to Sheehy in part because of Darrick and his non-pressure approach which was appealing to me. I went back to Sheehy a couple of times to make sure this was the truck, or at least the style I wanted. Every time Darrick was great to work with, he answered all my questions and I even went on a couple more test drives. Unfortunately the truck I was interested in was not on the lot. That meant we either had to find it elsewhere or have it built. Darrick did a phenomenal job working to find a truck close by with the options I was looking for. The truck was delivered a couple of days later.Finally after seeing the real truck I was interested in we moved on to price. I dont like haggling, I dont like going back and forth, I dont want to be pressured or told one thing and something else happens in the end. I dont have the time or the patience for this type of game anymore. I informed Darrick of this; he talked to his manager (who is also really nice) and came back with a vary fare price that I was pleased with (I had been researching raw build, dealer invoice, true value and MSRP pricing and knew what I was looking for). After all the finance paperwork and signing was over with, Darrick again went over the truck details, asked if we had any questions and even Syncd our phones to the entertainment system. I know this may all sound standard, but what I havent included in this write up are all the phone calls and emails Darrick answered, all the status updates he provided and the easy going non-pushy personality he has that is really nice to work with.This was truly the best car buying experience Ive had. A large part of this is how Darrick represents himself and Sheehy Ford Ashland. I would definitely recommend working with Darrick and Sheehy Ashland when looking or buying a new vehicle. Went to. Sheehy to just to check out a 2008 Mustang Bullit. it looked just like it was advertised. I drove the vehicle, loved it . The Consultant that assisted me (Nicholas Awad) was attentive and super efficient. They gave me a fair exchange on my trade and when I explained where I needed my monthly payment to be they were able to get it right where I wanted, plus get me a three year extended warranty as we'll as free oil changes for three years. I've probably bought about 10 cars in my life but this was the best experience I ever had in purchasing a car. Everyone including consultants who were even involved was friendly. I HATE buying cars. I don't like small talk. I'm not conniving. I'm pretty straightforward. The whole smarmy "Hey little lady, what will it take to sell you a car today" stuff makes me nauseous. So when our car died of old age a week before we planned to start shopping for a new one, I was discouraged. Not only did I have to buy a car, but without the benefit of a trade-in.Our mechanic suggested we try Sheehy Ford. Since we go to our mechanic (C&C Auto in West Point) because of his honesty and reasonable cost as well as for his car expertise, I trusted his advice.I'm glad we did. My husband did the initial reconnoitering. Our salesman was Antoine, and even though we were not looking for an expensive car, he gave us top service. He. answered all our questions, went looking for the answers when he didn't have the answers, and seemed to really enjoy the process. Gregory, the business manager, got us a better deal on financing than I hoped for as a fledgling small business owner. Like Antoine, he seemed to really enjoy his work, not in a false, salesman-bright kind of way either. We ended up buying a Nissan Murano from their used cars.We had a minor problem with the vehicle the next day. It's taken a little while to get it resolved, but we were well cared for. Everyone we dealt with was open about the problem, what they would do to solve the problem, and answered my slightly pointed questions with good humor. Antoine arranged a loaner car for us, and even filled the tank with gas for us. The sales managers, Kevin and Travis, talked to us to make sure we were happy with the service we recieved. They even talked to us about our particular car issue, and had done some investigating about our issue by calling a local Nissan dealership, qnd looking up information on the internet. We are still getting the final resolution, but I feel confident that their service will continue to be top notch and they are really pulling out the stops to take care of us.Usually, car lots and the people associated with them make me want to burn my clothes and take a shower after I'm done. I could actually see myself stoppung by to say hi to the gentlemen from Sheehy Ford.

This is the 3rd car Kerry has sold me. I keep my cars forever. the first time I went to Ashland Ford Mercury kerry was the one to sell me a Ford. He has a great personality and is a fantastic salesman. I have kept in touch with him since I have had all 3 vehicles serviced by the dealership. My son bought a Mustang from him last year and I contacted him this year and purchased a 2013 Taurus SEl. I would recommend him to all my friends and family. this will be my last car as I am now 71. I doubt that I will buy another car but I could be wrong. If I did it would be from Kerry.

Kevin was brand new to Sheehy. I was his first sale. He spent a lot of time showing me the difference in several cars so I knew what I was getting. In the end they did not have the car I wanted but they searched others inventory and was able to bring the car I wanted in from Maryland. Every one was helpful, they took my old car as a trade with out seeing it. I think I got a great deal. With the warrenty and the oil change program they offer, my car should be worry free for the next six years. My son had bought a car from Sheehy in Sept and he was very happy with the end result. I have always purchased my cars from Richmond Ford. Never again.

I needed to replace my 2004 Ford Explorer. I bought it 10 years ago at Sheehy Ford of Ashland and drove it 246,000 miles. I loved this vehicle and it met my needs perfectly. But there comes a time in the life of every vehicle that it is necessary to trade it in and get something newer.. The people at Sheehy Ford of Ashland have always been excellent to me and treated me well. So I began there in my quest to get a replacment vehicle. When I went there, I enjoyed seeing and catching up with Travis Thomas again, It is always nice to see a familar face and Travis was there ten years ago when I bought my previous vehicle. Another reason I went back to Sheehy was that I got a lot of life and quality miles out of my old Explorer because of the service department staff there. Sheehy service department manager (Frank Tinney) is very professional and he has always helped me keep up with any regular maintenance issues my Explorer has needed. I know I can always count on him to get me in and out in a timely manner and have the work done right.A few days ago I met and talked with Cedric Willis about trading in my old vehicle and getting into a new 2014 Ford Explorer. Cedric took the time to show me all the new 2014 models and features available. From there I was able to decide the options and features that I wanted in my new Explorer and match it up to the price range I was comfortable with. After searching the lot inventory and checking the internet I found a vehicle that I liked sitting at another Sheehy dealership. Cedric had it brought to Ashland for me to look at. Paperwork is signed and I'm stoked to be in my new ride. It's beautiful and perfect for me. I'll keep going back to Sheehy Ford of Ashland for all my vehicle purchase and service needs.

I worked with Cedric Willis and John McGrane and they were both incredibly customer oriented and made me feel welcome the moment I arrived at the dealership.The trade-in value they offered me for my vehicle was higher than competing dealers in the area and I was given the maximum amount they would offer upfront, no negotiating for hours just to get a decent trade-in value.I can honestly say this is the best car dealership experience I've had. Even though they are twenty minutes farther than my closest Ford dealership I plan to use them for maintenance requirements as well.

Did not complete work that was to be done. Did not follow thru on warranty verification and work. Did not follow up on complaints. Tried to over charge on repairs that they said were needed. Did not offer alternative to replacement such as refurbishment of headlights. VIP service plan is not worth the extra money that you pay. I have purchased quite a few cars from Sheehy Ford Ashland and I will not be buying any from them in the future.

Tony, my salesman was not only very knowledgeable but took the time to answer all my questions and concerns regarding several different vehicles. I have taken my car in for an oil change and the service department is on top of their game. The car was serviced in a timely and efficient manner and the staff was very courteous. I went to Sheehy on Monday, January 13th to look at some vehicles. I was buying a car for the first time so I wanted to go somewhere I knew I could trust so I chose Sheehy since my parents have purchased two vehicles from them already. I was immediately approached by Brantley Slater and asked what I was looking for. He showed me what I had said and even showed me other options. I told him I was on a budget and he made sure to show me vehicles in my price range. He went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I wanted . They beat the price of three other area dealers, next closest price was $400 higher, and they beat the dealer where I had purchased my last car (in Fairfax) by $1,700.I placed my order, and when it arrived we went through the delivery process quickly and painlessly (was offered extended warranty and I politely said no thanks and they politely said OK, imagine that!). No baloney, no bravado, all parties just being happy that a customer with a decent price is a win-win for both and greatly increases the chance that the customer will be back... and refer his or her friends, too.So I would recommend this dealer BECAUSE they did not give me the runaround or try and sell me magic beans for a thousand bucks, or any other gimmick that makes many car buyers dread walking through the door.So thanks Reese, will be back again.

I saw a vehicle I was interested in online. When we arrived we were looking at the vehicle. Brantley approached us and asked if he could assist us in any way. I told him what I was interested in and he helped us take the vehicle for a test drive. I was very impressed with the vehicle,but more so impressed with staff, and how personal they all were. We wanted to look at a couple other vehicles elsewhere, and to my surprise there was no high pressure sales pitch, just polite staff that were very personable to us. I came back the next day and purchased the vehicle. I had mentioned to Brantley that it was an anniversary present for my wife. He had the vehicle detailed the next day and placed balloons in the front seat, and a bow on the door handle. He then took my wife around the vehicle and made sure that she was totally satisfied with it. We worked with Mike on all the paperwork, and I must say we were impressed how quickly the process went. Not the typical 4-6 hour deal. We will definitely recommend this dealership to others, and use them on future purchases.

My wife and I were looking for a new or used vehicle with AWD for a daily commute into Richmond from Ashland. Our salesperson, Darrell McKinney, listened to our needs and shared some recommendations. He did not try to steer us one way or the other, or try to sell us more than what we were looking for. When we narrowed down our search to a specific vehicle, he was very helpful and personable in locating the car and having it shipped from Maryland to the lot. When the car arrived, we were pleased, but we had a few concerns about some normal wear and tear on the vehicle (it was 3 years old). Darrell and his sales manager, Travis, were accomodating as they addressed and corrected each one of our concerns before we took ownership. The finance manager, Patrick, was very easy to work with as well. Overall, we love our vehicle and appreciate the effort that was shown to make us happy. I visited sheehy saturday march 30th to get a tie rod on my truck repaired/replaced. Cindy seemed more interested in pushing me to bring my vehicle in a different day than getting it fixed. Been to your shop many times and she has had the poorest attitude i have come across. I was told that there were no diesel mechanics on saturday and that they had too many state inspections to do. Really?? I was not impressed with her at all. Love frank and his crew.

i bought a 2012 f 150 8/29/12,left it at the dealer to have accessories installed,took almost 2 weeks to have that done.picked truck up day before vacation,while loading truck to come home from vacation,i noticed bubbles in paint on roof.i called the dealership & told them about.i took it by the next saturday to show travis & john,i told them i did not want the truck because of defective paint.travis assured me the body shop could fix it.they picked the truck up ,left me a 2010 f 150 with no gas,had truck over a week,when i got it back,i noticed there was bubbles in the paint on the tail gate,also damage on left rear quarter under tail light,still had defects on roof.i emailed travis & told him i wanted my money back or a new truck.he said the general manager said thats what a warranty is for.they picked the truck again,made repairs & brought it back.this time there was damage on the tail gate,spot on roof wiyh no paint,pits in tail gate & more bubbles on roof,went back to dealer ship,talked to john.they picked truck back up monday.on tuesday jb from the body shop calls & wants to know why my truck is there,i told him about the problems,almost 2 weeks later i got the truck back.tail gate still has pits in paint,plus a scratch,roof still has bubbles in paint,pits in repaired areas,spot with no paint still there.it is ashame to be paying for a new truck & be driving a used truck while the dealer has it more than you.

He is very honest and works very hard to provide the best service possible along with being very attentive to the needs of his customers. We have bought a F150 ad a Caliber from him and will use him again in the future for our children's first cars. We know Vinnie will help us find what we want within our price range. I could go on and on about Vinnie, but i will end with this, Not only is he the perfect car salesman he isn't bad to look at either.

I purchased a Ford F-150 from Sheehy Ford Ashland 3 years ago. Salesman convinced me to also purchase extended care warranty saying "You won't have to pay for anything". WRONG. My factory warranty ran out in March. Unfortunately for me, I noticed a leak in my third brake light in May with water damage to my headliner and when I approached my service manager, his only response was that they knew the trucks were having this problem. Because my factory warranty had run out (only by 45 days) and of course, the extended care warranty doesn't cover "weather-stripping", they offered to get me a quote to fix the problem to the tune of $1,200. WHAT'S WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE. Sheehy has serviced my vehicle from day one. I drive over 1 hour because I am a dedicated customer; however, they didn't feel the need to let me know to keep an eye on this potential issue with my truck; nor did they bother to check on the issue when my truck was in for servicing. They simply claim they are not responsible for notifying customers of "technical service bulletins" (which they got on this issue a long time ago) and have washed their hands of the issue. Resolution - I offered to pay for the part if they would put in - but that's not good enough for them. Obviously loyalty and customer satisfaction are not a qualities that Sheehy Ford cares about.

Just purchased a 2012 Focus, I was very pleased by the overall customer service, and especially pleased with the salesman's knowledge of the product. It was a very simple, no hassle experience to find the exact vehicle I wanted. I would defitnatley recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone in the new or used car market.

Fantastic car buying experience - will recommend to anyone! I just bought a 2013 Mustang V6 from Sheehy Ford Ashland. I have bought quite a few cars before and, while every time I was eventually happy with my deals, the process of getting there was often very lengthy and painful, with countless emails and phone calls across many dealerships. This time it all changed I was able to strike a fantastic deal in less than a day and get the precise car I wanted with perfect overall servicing experience. The internet sales manager I worked with, Vinnie Ingarra, was one of the most skilled car sales managers I have ever dealt with and a great asset for the company. Couple points I wanted to mention:-He was genuinely interested in selling me a car I wanted and more focused on making a customer happy than making more money on a car. -He quickly understood my needs and my level of preparation for negotiations. With his second email, he came up with the offer that was absolutely fantastic (and I cross-checked plenty of dealers around). I avoided days of pointless negotiations on the car I most wanted in the entire Virginia. -His overall service was top notch he focused on listening and understanding what I wanted versus trying to push me in a certain direction, like it happened with me many times before. Also, all my minor requests were fulfilled, and some of them were not free for the dealership. Special thanks to Derrick Pendergrass (General Sales Manager) for backing this deal and his willingness to promptly approve some of the extra favors I was asking for even after the deal was struck. Overall, Sheehy Ford of Ashland seems to have built a fantastic team that is genuinely interested in meeting customers needs and selling more cars rather than just trying to waste your time in pointless negotiations. I am definitely coming back when my next car swap is due.

Robert from sales helped sync my phone to our f150 that we bought last year after the truck had been serviced ( the service department was just wonderful as always). My phone all of a sudden would not sync to the truck. Robert was awesome. He worked with the phone taking the back off several times, doing this and that and finally got it to work. Robert asked me if I knew about the features the truck had other than just making phone calls and I had to admit I did not. Robert went through the features, explained everything, encouraged questions, it was great. Robert was very kind, professional and seemed to really love what he does. Robert represents good old fashion service. Honesty, integrity, and interested in the customers satisfaction. The service given was outstanding. I have had problems with dealerships in the past promising one thing and doing something totally different. I had dealt with Victory Nisaan before Sheehy took it over and I was very unhappy with the broken promises. I then decided to try Sheehy in Ashland and I have to admit, it was the best experience in a dealership I have ever had. Steven was straight up honest with me and helped me get into the vehicle that my family really wanted. I really appreciate all his hard work in making this deal happen. I will defintely recommend Sheehy Ashland to my friends and relatives.

I went to Sheehy to purchase an used SUV that was one the lot. When I got there the vehicle was unavailable. Robert took the time to walk around the lot with me to find an vehicle that I was happy with. I found an Toyota Camary that I liked and I took the vehicle home for an test drive while my paperwork was being processed. When I got back, I was advised that I could not get the vehicle. Robert looked on Sheehy website and found several vehicles that would be an match for me. After time spend and nothing was found after being there for about 5 hours, I left. When Robert called me back I was at another dealership looking at other vehicle. Because Robert was so nice and generous and took all the time that he did to make sure that I was satified, that was the reason I returned to get the Toyota that I wanted to purchase. I left satified and I thanked him for being patient with me and making sure that I was leaving an satified customer. He went thru all the necessary steps that most sales reps dont do and I appreciated him for that and that is why if in the furture if I am looking for another vehicle he would be the sales rep that I would go to. He takes pride in his customers and his job to make sure that customer satisfation is his main goal and objective.

In October 2011 my husband and I went car shopping and ended up at sheehy. I wasn't sure if I wanted a used or new car. Robert Nixon patiently worked with me to figure out what I wanted. He allowed me to test drive several vehicles and never made me feel like I was wasting his time. I ended up picking a Ford Escape. All I had to do was tell Rob what I wanted in a car and he found the perfect car for me. He made us comfortable while we waited for the loan papers to go through and even got us a complementary coffee. If I ever need to buy another car I would certainly buy one from Rob as he is very friendly and knowledgable. As a salesperson myself I was very clear with Derrick Pendergrass as to what I was looking for and my expectations. Derrick was awesome to work with and stood by his word. The buying process was simple and any issues that arose, he handled immediately. His customer service should be the standard for all car dealerships.

We were contacted by Sheehy Ford via one of their solicitation promos. The promo was customized for my husbands vehicle which was purchased at Sheehy Ford The letter indicated he would receive the actual trade in value the truck was worth. We looked at a truck we were interested in to accomodate the family. We allowed Sheehy to appraise our vehicle, and they appraised a vehicle they sold to us at half the value of the vehicle is actually worth. They said it appraised at that price because the vehicle needed 2 back tires. The vehicle we were attempting to trade ours in for was only one year newer and had high miles, it was priced higher than the vehicle was worth. Not only were they trying to low-ball us on a vehicle trade we purchased from them, but they lied and said they submitted our credit application to our credit union and we were not approved. I contacted our credit union, and was advised an application was never submitted. We were previously satisfied customers of Sheehy Ford in Ashland, however their sheisty behavior really changed our perception. I would never refer anyone to this business again.

This is the third vehicle I have purchased from this location and every experience was better than the last. I worked with Vincent Ingarra. He was one of the best automobile salesman I have ever worked with. He did not have what I wanted in stock but was able to find the desired vehicle on a truck enroute to a Maryland dealership and arranged for it to be delivered to the Ashland dealership. I would like to add, the sales manager was aware of what was going on at all times, was able to answer any questions I had, and was a real plus to the sale. I might add, this was not the first dealership I visited looking for the automobile I purchased.
