I searched all over the internet for a low-mileage used Impala. We drove from Kansas City because Shottenkirk had the best selection of what I was looking for. Our salesman Shannon was honest, respectful and didn't fool around playing games. Gave us their bottom line price right away and saved a bunch of back and forth haggling which I dislike. This dealership truly exemplifies "drive a little, save a lot." It was a very pleasant buying experience.

Trina is awesome in the service department. She knows my name, gets me in for an appointment within 1 or 2 days, works with me to describe the problem with my car, always calls right away when she knows what the problem is and the costs and calls me as soon as my car is ready for pick up.

Internet Sales Mgr. and Salesperson were fantastic. Buying process was good with one exception. Finance Mgr. spent 20 minutes trying to sell me an extended warranty when I stated at the outset that I usually keep a car less than 5 years and factory warranty covers all of my needs. Extra 12 mo./15K miles on select items (tire damage, window chips, wheel damage, and lost/stolen key fob) are covered with no extra fees. A very pleasant surprise!!!!!! I hope I never need to take advantage of this benefit.

Trina was super helpful in getting me an appointment on short notice for issue with blower fan motor in my truck. Mr. Colvin from Shottenkirk Chevrolet gave me a ride to my place of work. Repair was professionally completed by noon and vehicle delivered to my place of work which made it super convenient for me. Repair was covered under warranty. All in all it was an easy and excellent experience for me.

I had a brake repair a couple of months ago...your service department is the best!i Then about a month ago I had problems with my AC and your people were able to clean up the unit and got it working and did not charge me! It was a really great experience. Ben in Parts Dept. was able to order hood deflector and wheel well housings within a few days for me to see. Trina was excellent in getting me an appointment on Wednesday of this week to have them installed. She made arrangements for me to be taken to work and also have my truck dropped off at my place of work when finished. Your shuttle driver, Don Colvin was quick and very courteous in getting me to Gardner Denver the morning I dropped my vehicle off, plus getting a cup of coffee before leaving your shop. Accessories were installed perfectly and having your delivery service made it even better. All in all it was a great experience and your staff went above and beyond in meeting my expectations.

My purchasing experience was great because of my salesman, Josh Henderson. He knew his cars. Specifically, the Chevrolet Trax I was interested in. During the test drive he had me drive on several road surfaces (i.e. city streets, highway, even a road with uneven surface.) He thoroughly explained EVERY feature in and on the car. It was a pleasure to have him impart all his knowledge. He also helped set up the radio, onstar, etc. At first I was not overjoyed about the color of the car: Deep Expresso, but it has grown on me and now I have had many compliments. My only negative experience came when three different managers tried to get me to purchase the extended warranty when I specifically said NO! I did not like that "tag team" atmosphere.

Check up and oil change scheduled and confirmed. Shottenkirk drove about 45 miles to my home to pick up car and returned it the same day. Shottenkirk employees were very considerate and the regular maintenance was done in a timely manner. When I scheduled the regular maintenance, I made them aware of paint pealing from the front bumper and dealership said they would have to send it to another shop to be repaired. They said the "body shop" person would be calling me. It's been 3 days and no call. Therefore, I have no any information regarding the paint pealing issue yet.

I bought a 2006 Chrysler 300 limited edition from the shottenkirk chevy dealership in Quincy Il at the beginning of February 2015. Since 1 week and 3 days after we purchased the vehicle it had been in the shop to have the transmission fixed 3 times. The warranty is only for 100,000 miles and its pushing 94,000. So since we have given them 3 times to fix it we decided they should make it right since they sold us a junk car.....a $10,000 junk car I might add......going through this dealership has ultimately been the worst decision me and my husband have EVER made....my cars been in the shop over a 30 day period all together. I like Greg in the service department, no complaints with him he was very kind and HONEST!! After trying to contact everybody under the sun at that dealership to help us since our car is still not fixed, we got tired of no one returning our calls and hearing that no one was available to speak with us for several days in a row, we went there. When we got there this afternoon Tyler Jung seemed like he was trying to help us with our situation but we understood his hands were tied. Bob on the other hand could have done something about the situation. They brought two cars for us to look at that our bank would not loan on to replace our car and we had told them the banks guidelines as I had spoken with the President of our bank about the situation. Bob was extremely roude and really didn't seem to care and honestly acted like he was trying to get us out of there as fast as possible and acted like he just didn't want to deal with us at all and I don't appreciate that...then after all this told us he couldn't do anything. I told him i would be contacting an attorney as i had been advised to do and then, without saying a word, no "I'm sorry I can not help you, nor kiss my rear"....just turned and walked inside the dealership. Well shottenkirk, YOU LOST MY BUSINESS AND MY MOTHER IN LAWS which was getting ready to purchase a new truck from you.....I will never recommend ANY shottenkirk to anyone. We trusted y'all and you screwed us. The ones I don't have complaints about is Greg, Trina, Tyler, an older sales man that is tall and wears glasses, he almost always opens the door for me and is always a sweet heart.... maybe the other employees should take a lesson on CUSTOMER SERVICE from him, Tyler and Greg ( sorry sir I can't remember your name), and the lady at front desk I have no problem with. I do not appreciate the fact that you sold me a $10,000 lawn ornament. I honestly feel that they have no problems with taking your money and they beat feet to help you when your putting money in their pocket, but when you have an issue with something don't plan on them making it right because they'll just say there's nothing they can do because they've made their dollars and no longer care.

I dropped my car off and they took me to my doctors appointment, then delivered my car back to my home after it was serviced since I had to have a shot in my eye and could not drive afterwards. My Granddaughter brought me home from the doctor and I did not have to worry about my car.

Overall satisfactory service. The person who signed me in was not as friendly as I would expect for a first line of contact. She didn't do anything wrong, but I didn't get the feeling that customer service was priority #1.The maintenance performed was good. Greg (I think) from the service department was very friendly, professional, courteous, helpful, and accommodating.The parking area to the north of the building is terrible.

I can't tell you enough how I appreciate everyone that I deal with at Shottenkirk Chev. It is an extremely smooth process from making the apt to you dropping off my car at work once the job is done. Keep up the great work!!!!

Shottenkirk did an awesome job an 6 years down the road when I go to buy another truck I will be.coming by to see my man Tom Voss you guys at shottenkirk otta feel proud to have this man on ur team he takes very good care of his clients an goes above an beyond to make sure you are taken care an getting everything you want so my hat goes off to Tom Voss an the job he did for me

My first experience at Shottenkirk was purchasing a used truck in 2012. The sales representive was very professional and courteous, which was one of the primary reasons I returned to buy another vehicle. I was very impressed with the deal I got on a new pickup truck.

I called for an oil change/tire rotation appointment was able to get in within two days. When we got there we were taken immediately and my car was finished within an hour. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I have an hour to drive to get to Shottenkirk at Quincy but its well worth it! Thank you for such great service!! Shelly Jordan

I can't tell you enough how grateful l I am to Jason in your Parts Dept. and Trina in Service for getting my tires replaced on such notice this past Friday. I frantically called Jason Friday morning. I dropped my car off at noon and had it returned to my work by the time I was ready to get off of work. Thanks to your transport folks for taking such good care of me too! You also matched the lower price I had found for the tires I wanted. You have amazing service anyway, but your folks went over and above giving me peace of mind as I travel 120 miles a day and my tires were shot!!! Great job!!!!

We came here for a specific car. The customer service at our first visit was good at first. One problem I had was that we discussed having the car filled with gas and the salesman danced around the question, and then in the end did no deliver on that, which made us feel slighted. The biggest problem however was that I could not get the dealership to call us back about our loan's progress. I had to call three times to get the information I needed. We had no idea what was going on with our loan for the longest time, which was really frustrating. When I finally got them to call us back to say we had gotten the approval, then we never could get our salesman to talk to us again. I guess he was too busy to close the deal? We definitely didn't feel like we were a priority. Everything at closing went well enough. On our way home in the new vehicle, we noticed immediately the heat/cooling on the drivers side was not working properly. When we called the dealership, they basically told us too bad, so sad. Then we went to wash the vehicle, and only of the LT symbols came off, and appeared to have been glued on. Luckily the car seems to be sound mechanically other than that, but I would never buy from Shottenkirk again, even if they had the exact care we were looking for.

Finance Department is a waste of time. Your are better off having your financing arranged prior to purchasing a vehicle or go to a different dealership, I would recommend a different dealership!

Sales team was friendly and helpful, however they were asking more than NADA reported the vehicle was worth. The finance department has horrible customer service skills! They do not return calls, no follow through and are dishonest. My husband and I have bought 3 other vehicles from Shottenkirk Chevrolet and the finance department was outstanding, however the finance employees that we worked with are no longer employed there. We decided to purchase a vehicle from Heaton Chevrolet in Pittsfield, IL and the customer service there was outstanding! We spent less than an hour in Heaton Chevrolet and left with a new car! We will never purchase a vehicle from Shottenkirk Chevrolet again!!!!

Motor went down on my 2011 silverado they done everything they could and when all failed put in a new motor very satisfied with everything that happen. Had my truck back to me in 10 days during my busiest time of the year on the farm

We just needed to bring our vehicle down to be looked at. The engine light kept coming on. It was all under warranty. There were no issues. Everything was ok.

I have had trouble with this dealership in the past with upper management. For this reason I took purchased my car from another dealership. Upon needing a oil change and a recall of a part I was forced to return. Trena was very helpful and nice. The gal I paid was also very helpful. I will continue to get my oil changes at Shottenkirk after this experience. However I will never purchase a car while Brad Mintle is at this establishment.

My wife, three of our boys and myself went to Shottenkirk set on buying a specific car. The sales team was very helpful and courteous and tolerated our two year old who needed a nap badly. Our visit was unfortunately very lengthy but they were trying to ensure they were able to get the financing at the price I wanted and to include any licensing costs including sales tax into the loan. Over all I'm very pleased with my purchase and very gracious to the sales team at Shottenkirk for helping me with my individual needs when it came to buying my first new car.

We bought our truck from Shottenkirk in Quincy last year. The emails are great to remind us when service is needed. I recently called to make an appointment for an oil change (thanks to the email) and Rick got us in right away and reminded me they open early so i could go before work. Katrina told us about a special going on to save us money. All of the staff, at the Quincy location has always been professional and friendly.

We were very pleased with the professional and pleasant way our transactions were handled. All personnel were great to us. We have never known such good service to our past vehicles as what Shottenkirk at 24th and Locust, Greg and Trina give us each time we go to them for maintenance oil change or a problem. DO NOT BUY A CAR AT SHOTTENKIRK CHEVROLET QUINCY! They will screw you out of your money, and there cars are JUNK! We had drove a 2007 Chevy Monte Carlo SS (red) and the seats were broke. It was missing a knob on the back of the seat. There were scratched everywhere on the inside and out! The when we got back, the man, started being rude and saying "Why'd you drive it if you don't like it?" When we didn't say we didn't like it! The they tried giving $3000 for my 2003 Chevy Monte Carlo SS (yellow)and i only had 150,000 miles on it! And we found one 3 years older, with more miles that sold for 11,900. And it wasn't a special race edition either! If you are going to buy a car there, blue book your car at: www.kbb.com! And tell them you want poor condition value or more, or your walking out the door! AGAIN, NEVER EVER, BUY A CAR AT SHOTTENKIRK CHEVROLET IN QUINCY IL!

The employees that woked with me were great. They worked hard to find for me, what I was looking for. They showed me options that fit my strict budget and within a month found for me the vehicle I was looking for. They made me feel like I was the most important person in the deal and it wasn't about the money they were making, but my happiness in the purchase I was making. I absolutely love my vehicle. In my opinion, the internet team at Shottenkirk has a very good new car purchasing process. They responded to my initial internet inquiry promptly, in the manner that I requested, and answered the specific questions that I asked. Other dealers that I contacted via the internet had customer service people respond to try and set up appointments instead of answering my questions the way I asked them to. I really liked the way they transitioned from internet communication to the personal contact at the dealership...except for the also plesant experience with Ken England on the paper work, I dealt with Gillon and Adam from the first email until I drove my new vehicle off the lot.

We trusted them that they would give us a good deal. They did not pressure us to buy something we didn't want. They spent allot of time with us while we were trying to come up with a car that would suit our needs. We will go back and deal with Gillon in the internet Department again when we want anything else.
