This was by far the best vehicle purchasing experience I've ever had. Bob is a dedicated sales person, but more than this he learned our needs and was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. At no time did I feel pressured by sales jargon, which is exceptional sales as my father had his own dealerships when I was young. He is an asset to the Show Low FORD dealership. Bob was great. We were looking for a specific truck and after waiting 2 months he never forgot about us. He was on the phone with me before it was even unloaded off the truck. The car day we made a fair deal even in this crazy market and took it home! No reason to leave the mountain to go car shopping. Great experience thanks guys!

They drove me home so I didn’t have to sit around the dealership with my little dog for 3 hours and then they came to pick me to take me back to the dealership when the repair to my car was complete. They are neat and courteous. Thank you Show Low Ford.

My husband and I were looking to sell our infrequently driven '18 F150 without purchasing another one, which I know not all dealerships are keen on. Another dealer in town lowballed us, so we came here instead and could not have been happier. Bob was friendly and talkative, and they offered us $7k more than the other guys. Sold it on the spot and they sent us on our way with a check. Fast, painless process overall, highly recommend.

At first I felt that since we are a small community, that I would be treated with respect, honesty, and that the dealership would operate with integrity. I found out that we are just another sale. The have a good front, that's for sure. Once the sale was finalized they couldn't get us off the lot fast enough! Ford pass-what a joke!!! I was told that the first 3 oil changes were "paid for" with the points on the pass...WRONG!! My second trip in, I paid...which was after waiting over a month to get the initial points loaded...The young man who helped us (which was nice) didn't seem to know a lot about the vehicle. I found out most of the answers from my niece...After speaking to the "assistant" manager (since the manager or owner cannot be reached). It still didn't make a difference. Now, I know that my name is not as known as others but it is a small mountain!! To conduct business like they do at SLFord is reason to seek assistance off the mountain!!! I'm sure after reading this review, I will receive a nice fake offer....thanks for nothing......I knew I should have bought a Chevy!!

I would not buy a hamster from these people. They have engaged in a marketing contest that is clearly designed to be confusing and deceitful. When following instructions, the contest very definitively declares you a winner. "To play simply lift tabs on card. If you have a matching pair, you win!" "Then proceed to Show Low Ford to claim your prize." Upon arrival at Show Low Ford it was then made known that there was another set of numbers that needed to be matched to win. An underhanded tactic designed to get you into the dealership. I was shown language in the very last paragraph of the VERY FINE PRINT that made mention of the numbers on the board at the dealership, but the game instructions were crafted to make you think this was a bifurcated, or second segment of the contest to receive a secondary larger prize.I will not go into contract or negotiations for the purchase of a vehicle with any party to such tactics. Stay away from these guys like the plague.

Made an appt. to take in my 2010 Jeep Liberty for 2/29/16. When I arrived at my appointment time I was told I was not on the schedule, but they could fit me it. Thought I might be having trouble with transmission or rear end. I was covered with an after market warranty which I provided to the service dept. I was told the "transmission guy" wouldn't be in until the next day. I told Kevin Eckstein that I didn't expect to take my car home the same day and thanked him. He said he would let me know. Well to make a long story short they did find trouble with the rear end. The OEM parts were on back order with the supplier and they went back and forth with my aftermarket warranty. I might note that this back and forth dickering with my warranty was only done after much prodding from me and I even had to contact them myself several times. After weeks, Guy Hatch became involved. He stated he was "on top of it personally" and promised to check on it and call me back by noon that day. 2 days later he contacted me. In that conversation he said the OEM parts were on back order and I suggested they contact the after market warranty and ask if they would allow after market parts. Well that took several more days and they did get the approval for aftermarket parts. The parts were ordered 3/18/16 and I was told they would take 7-10 days to get them there. Well the parts arrived 3/28/16 and I was told my jeep would finally get in for repairs. I asked when the jeep would be ready and was told "I don't know". They said it was an 11 hour job and I asked if it could be ready by Tuesday. They said they didn't know. I did get a response from Kevin after I said I needed the jeep by 3/30/16 at 1:00 p.m. He called me and stated they were on schedule for that time and date. When I arrived on 3/30/16 I found the jeep was still on the rack. When I asked Al when the jeep would be ready he said he didn't know and the tech was at lunch and should be back by 1:00. I did get my jeep at approximately 1:40 on that day after 30 days in their shop. During that 30 days I was treated with the most disrespect and lack of caring that I have ever experienced in my life. The entire 30 days they treated me as if I was an aggravation to them. I might note at this time that we were in the market for a new truck in those 30 days that my jeep was in their shop and the jeep was to be a downpayment for the new truck. We bought a beautiful Dodge from York Dodge in Prescott, AZ after this treatment. Even Guy Hatch tried to get us to change our mind and sell us a Ford. Could this have been the reason we were treated to poorly? That we didn't buy a Ford from them? Well I think that may have had something to do with it because the last thing Al said to me when I picked up the jeep was "have a nice drive to Prescott". Poor poor poor customer service and rudeness by all employees involved in this experience including Guy Hatch. I would never buy anything from them or take another vehicle to them for service. 30 days to diagnose, obtain, and repair a rear end is RIDICULOUS". They will come back to this response I'm sure saying it was all due to my aftermarket warranty which does share SOME of the blame but not the majority. Never offered to expedite delivery of the aftermarket parts or ask if I would pay for expedited shipping which I would have. AND......after 30 days and all this.......they still held out their hand for my $100 deductible. My advise......buy a Dodge from Steven at York Dodge in Prescott!!!!!!!!!! They are amazing and Al they delivered the new dodge to us in Show Low we didn't even have to drive to Prescott. Claire Allen

The sales rep. Did not pressure me in any way. That impressed me. I was treated like a valued customer and that reminded me of the good old days of car buying. I also liked that fact that the sales rep. believed in the product he was selling. He took the time to tell me all of the improvements Ford has made over the years with their cars. I dealt with 2 salesmen Erik Mata and Tod Clift, both of these gentlemen were extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and this was hands down one of the best experiences. These two gentlemen are a credit to their profession and your organization. In all honesty I must admit that car salesmen have never been at the top of my favorite people list but this business transaction was quite pleasant. Also I would like to add that I recently had an experience with the service department concerning a repair to my Ford pickup. Kudos to the service writer and the mechanic for their knowledge and professionalism.

I live in Phoenix and was having some issues trying to work with a local dealer. Guy Hatch and Show Low Ford took no time at all to put together exactly what I wanted at a great price. Price is part of any transaction but to me the experience offered from Show Low Ford is what made all the difference. Any dealer can sell you a new car or truck for a great deal but where Show Low Ford shined above the rest was the service and commitment they offered through the entire transaction. I ordered my new truck from them and they were on top of every aspect down to letting me know where my new truck was in its build and delivery process. Guy Hatch knew how excited I was to get my new truck and within about a 6 hour window from being dropped at his store it was delivered to me here in Phoenix! I am in sales myself and understand fully the difference between good and exceptional service. Guy Hatch and his team at Show Low Ford offer exceptional service and to me that made this the best deal I could find out there. I would highly recommend to contact Show Low Ford for your next vehicle purchase. You will not be disappointed
