Just purchased a vehicle here. Drove 2.5 hours to see a specific car here hoping it might work out and it did. It was a very busy day at the office but the guys were helpful in moving things along. Well, where do I start! Took my wife over to Signature Auto just to look at a X5 M we saw online! We were greeted by Anthony who was SUPER friendly! Got the keys to the truck, started it up, pressed buttons etc! We then looked around the yard and saw they actually had LOADS of quality vehicles! Got his card and left! After shopping around for about two weeks I noticed, no other X5 M was THAT reasonably priced with such low mileage!!! Then I decided to look up the dealership...lot's of great reviews! My first thought was, this can't ALL be true!!! Well they sure changed my mind! This was BY FAR the EASIEST and BEST car buying experience I have EVER had!!!! The entire staff from Anthony, Rob, Gus to Edgar were UNBELIEVABLY helpful, informative and friendly!!! I've always wanted an X5 M and they worked to make sure I left with the truck of my dreams! I told them what price point I wanted to be at with my monthly payments and BULLSEYE! Don't know how they did it, but they sure did!!! So I called the dealer today about a BMW. It was my intention to pay all cash for the car and have it shipped. I talked to one of the salesman who then proceeded to tell me that price shown was actually a :"finance price". That's pretty interesting and it should warn all buyers that these guys make a LOT of money off the finance fees charged to YOU. The funny thing? The salesman told me he would call me back in 20-30min and get the best price and shipping costs for me. 3 hours later, nothing. Guess they are not interested in my business.

When I spoke with Edgar,and Anthony they were professional and knew when to take a step back and not pressure me. I called the dealership in the morning and spoke with Sergio about a pristine 2004 Nissan 350Z Roadster Grand Touring that they had on the lot. From that first conversation, I knew this would be a good buying experience. When I showed up in the early afternoon, the guys were all extremely helpful and friendly. Realistic -- that's the word I would give for how these guys approach a deal. Good prices on great cars, with excellent service start to finish... what more can you ask for?

We purchased a Honda Odyssey from Signature. The dealership is beautifully maintained with a pristine selection of used cars. Edgar, our sales coordinator was most helpful. He made every attempt to make sure the experience was as stress free as possible. Edgar was knowledgeable and courteous. A minor part needed replacement and I was called and told when the part arrived and he set up a date and time for installation. The entire transaction was uncomplicated and I was on the road in 20 minutes. If Signature continues with this level of service, they certainly will be able to have a nice business in the Franklin Square area. I would recommend Signature Auto Sales without hesitation!

The entire process was very smooth. I was kept well informed throughout my time there. They were very thorough in explaining everything to me, and were more than reasonable in their negotiations. John, the owner, is an honest businessman, who will, in good faith, work with you to come into an agreement. No typical "used car" tactics. Edgar, the salesman, worked very hard to make sure I was happy with not only the price, but the entire buying experience. Do not hesitate to give these guys a chance to earn your business.

I was interested in purchasing a car from this used car dealership and was going to drive about 5 hours to look at the car. I was 90% sure that I was going to purchase since the price on the site seemed perfect for me and the car was something I really wanted. The week before I went down I talked to Deborah about getting financed and working with my current trade in into my loan (if needed). She asked me what my max payment would be on a monthly payment, and she was set on making sure it was the ABSOLUTE MAX of what I could afford - so I told her 250 a month. After she told me she would "make that happen", we drove all the way down there and found out that it was actually going to be 308 a month AND the price was magically 15% higher than what was advertised on the website (there is fine print under the photo that we missed about 15%). The price on the site, less the 15% "down payment" was their way of "advertising." Talk about false advertising. I'm a Marketing Manager - this was was very disgusting in my opinion. Deborah even asked me if I had a down payment - and I said no. This should have been her clue as a decent human being to tell me "well, that price we are referring to on the site is with a down payment, so I don't want you to be surprised when you get here." But, that did not happen. She continued to refer to the online price and used this as a way to get us down there. Sorry guys, you might have got me down there - but I wasn't going to magically pay an additional 15%!! I sadly had to let the car go, ever after everyone's time was wasted. Deborah wasted her co-workers time, her time and our time - to boot I even missed more of my uncles surprise 60th party because it took so long for them to get it coordinated. Though the guys there seemed pretty decent, and I'm sure they would have ensured this was laid out ahead of time - do NOT trust Deborah!!

I recently bought a 2006 Chevy Trailblazer from Signature Auto Sales. I was helped and not pushed or persuaded by John. After some light conversation we came to an agreement on the price.
