Liked the expert sales work done by Marcos Avila this August. He arranged a lease of a 2022 Bolt and return of my 2019 Bolt before the 2019 lease expired in December. Monthly payment is $300 versus $380 on the 2019 Bolt. Did not charge me for a lost fob or around $1000 of damage to the front bumper or $1141 left to pay on the prior lease. $2995 due on lease of the 2022, after $3000 deducted from list price. They will install a 240 charger at the house at their expense. $2000 clean vehicle rebate payment coming to me from the State. Free car washes at their shop (which is 2 miles from my office). Clean air decals to allow solo driver use of carpool lanes. Better range (259 vs 240) than 2019, and better safety features (blind spot warnings, improved cruise control, lane tracking assistance). Hard to say no. Sorry to say the 2022 car is recalled, but do not anticipate that will be a hassle. The 2019 was also recalled. Thankfully the 2022 car can still be operated per my normal procedures while waiting for new equipment.

service dept was great, 5 stars! However i was told that my maintenance package (oil changes and tire rotation) has been cancelled. I will never refer anyone to Irvine Simpson Chevrolet. such disrespect from from financing. I asked to cancel gap insurance and some other warranty which i didn't even want. Seems like they eventually cancelled my maintenance package even though i didn't request that. I remember speaking with a manager in sales and he said my maintenance package was not cancelled then a 2 years later its cancelled. i don't understand.......

Purchased my first new truck here in 2013, Silverado 2500 Z71. Since then the truck and the service at the dealership have been terrific. GM/Chevy trucks speak for themselves but the service you receive after is rare. The service manager Roger has a great team and Roger is an amazing service tech. If an issue arises he and his team puts 110% in to do what he can to fix it and insure total customer satisfaction. In the last 7 years this dealership is the only shop that has serviced and repaired my truck and it will stay that way. Thank you Roger for all you do! I recommend this dealership for both purchasing new and servicing your Chevy vehicle.

Make sure you never lose James. James was my saving grace. I went for a scheduled service during a very busy day for myself - only to find that the power was out at the facility. I was upset that the dealership simply didn't reach out and let me know, so i wouldn't have drove all the way there only to be told that I would have to come back the next day. I know things happen and I simply came back the next day and James was there to thank me for understanding and have a few laughs. James is a huge asset to your company, please acknowledge and appreciate him. Every person should follow his lead on his great customer service. I run two companies and to me - customer service is the heart of any company - it sets the energy for the entire time a customer is at the location. James is and example of the heart of your company and I do hope he gets acknowledged for his great service.

I've purchased a lot of cars in my life and have to say this was by far the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership. As a first time lessee I wanted to understand the process, costs and of course get the best deal I could- got all three! Clear, straightforward help form the internet sales manager (Raymond) and ended up driving off with a 2017 Volt lease that was pretty much everything I wanted. No pressure, no tap dance- very helpful, courteous and professional staff!

Took 07 avalanche in to replace instrument cluster panel. Upon completion of the repair, took the car home and within 2 days the car battery died. Took vehicle back and service technician stated the door latch on the diver side is bad causing the drainage on the battery. AT no time the cluster was tested. Had new latch replaced, took the car home and within 1 day, the battery died again. THIS IS A BRAND NEW BATTERY. Took the car back and this time insist on the testing of the cluster. Suddenly it is now determined that the cluster is bad. Had a new one replaced. Within a week, had to return to the dealer because the cluster is giving faulty warning on the dashboard. Had another one replaced. Within a week, had to return to the dealer because the cluster is now missing programming function. Finally have a fourth cluster replaced. To summarize the issue, had 4 clusters replaced, 3 jump starts from AAA at my cost, missing time due to multiple trip to the dealership, over $1000 out of pocket and when the issue is brought up to the management, their response is NOT OUR PROBLEM IF WE PUT IN FAULTY PARTS, JUST BE GLAD WE REPLACE THOSE 3 CLUSTERS FOR FREE. NEVER ACKNOWLEDGE ANY WRONGDOING AND WILL NOT COMPENSATE FOR THE INCOVENIENCE

Denni, Michael, and Brian are AWESOME! They worked with me to get the best deal, but when it was time to sign the papers, Rula in the financial department was unbelievably rude. I cannot believe how I was treated by her! She told one of her co workers, "It doesn't matter, the car will be back i two weeks anyway." Referring to me, and my credit. There is so much more that was said, and I'm just astonished about how stuck up Rula was. It was as if I was some person off the street, not a customer. I complained to the manager David, and he did NOTHING expect tell me he would handle it later. Do not deal with anyone in the actual dealership. If you want a good price and someone who's really looking to work with you, I reccomend going to the collision center and speaking with Denni or Brian. They are AMAZING!

I dont have the best credit so I went on line. I found Chevy of Irvine. I had been there before and didnt have to worry about getting bumb rushed driving thru because the first time no one was anywhere. I applied on line and got a call from a Kevin. I had a lot of detailed questions and as soon as he didnt know the answer he promptly put his boss on the phone. She was cheerful, nice and got to the point. She told me to come on in and she would beat the Toyota store on price. I pulled up and shevwas outside waiting. Thus was much better t than before when I drove thru. I told her what she had to do. She showed me the screen and even though I have bad credit she got me done and better than the competition. There was no haggling.No back and forth I sat in the managers office with Kevin and her Husband Brian. I was there about 20min. test drove,got my monthly payment, changed my insurance and I was ready to sign. It was the experience I ever had and I came after work. I did wait for the Finance girl to get help. I believe she was new. They must be under new management because it seemed like the paper lady took the longest and didnt know how to do everything yet. But what do you do when someone is new. The sales team kept me busy and laughing. Its a VIP entrance that they are doing for internet customers that gets you in and out. They said they are working on making the building more presentable and labled better. I loved the service and I sale insurance. Denni even asked me about my product and seemed genuine about keeping business local and gave me her email. I believe she will by my services. The VIP entrance made me feel better about my situation and they were fast and didnt judge me and everything she told me on the phone they did and then some. I felt comfortable and its like a quicky lube entrance for car buying. I will go back and my sister said she would come next week (and she doesnt like anyone) she likes to deal with ladies. Ask for Denni and the VIP team. Other than the learning curve signing my papers with the new finance girl and the fact she could speak a little better it was perfect. I love these guys I love my Hyundai Sonata and the VIP entrance for Internet buyers who dont have time to be there all night will keep me coming back. Thanks Guys!! You did what you promised and my sister is looking forward to talking to you Denni and Kevin about giving her the same fast experience except she is the one with good credit. Thank you all. Im glad I found you.

Took my car in for a quick oil change and warranty repair which was only supposed to take at 15 mins. Service said at 3-4 cars in front of me and I'd have to wait 2-3 hrs. Had shuttle drop me off and waited 5 hrs. Finally called them and they said vehicle was just about ready and they'd sebd shuttle. Waited an hour still no shuttle. Called them back and they took my name and number and would find out where shuttle was and would call..guess what.. Another hour and I'm still waiting.. So far, 7 hrs fo something that should have taken at 30 mins.. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

This review is for the Service Department. I made an appointment for 9:30 AM on Wednesday. Dropped off my car with Julio (Service Advisor) on time. He didn't call me all day. Finally I called twice between noon and 3PM, he said he would go check on my car and call me back in twenty minutes. He never called me back either time. So they kept my car overnight. I called around 10AM on Thursday, once again he said he would check and call me back. Never called me back. I called around 2:30 and he tells me they still haven't even looked at my car and would check with his manager regarding getting me a rental. Come 4PM hadn't heard back, so I called him and told him to forget it and I would pick my car up and continue driving it with the check engine light on. I am taking my business elsewhere. I emailed the GM and Service Manager and never got a reply from them either. TERRIBLE service. This is the first ever bad review I have written by the way, it was that bad.

Salesman I dealt with was Bob and he was straight forward and very knowledgeable. He knew all about the vehicle and was so helpful. Also dealt with Yasser who actually came into office on his day off to help me with financing. Best overall experience that I have ever had at a car dealer. I currently also own a Cadillac CTS but wasn't sure about buying a GM car for my son. Test drove Mazda and Dodge (same price range) but felt the Cruze was such a better car for numerous reasons.

The worst service organization I have ever dealt with. I've owned 4 Corvettes over the last 14 years. 2 have been serviced at this dealership in the last 14 months. Both have been physically damaged. Today I left my 2014 Corvette Stingray (which I purchased here) all day for some warranty work and an oil change. Arrived early for my appointment, had to get a work colleague to come and get me (no courtesy shuttle).By 5pm no word on progress...so I called, was told service adviser Dan Tross would call me back. NO call so at 6pm I walked to dealership. Arrived at 6:30pm. NOTHING had been done. They were too busy to #1 work on my car and #2 call me to update me and #3 arrange for a ride from work/to home etc.Doesn't matter how much you spend here, once they have your money you get treated like crap.I feel sorry for service manager Bill Howard, he's a nice guy but clearly senior management / owner doesn't give him the resources he needs to be successful.My friend drives a MERC that costs half what my Vette cost and he describes the service at the MERC dealer next door like "checking into a 5 star hotel". Chevy Irvine is like checking into a flophouse.

I visited a few dealerships in the process of purchasing my Volt. Randy was BY FAR the most knowledgeable on the workings of the vehicle. He was also great as a salesperson. He kept the process moving along but put no pressure on me. I felt like he really had my best interest in mind: courteous, friendly, accommodating, especially for my wife when she stopped by. In 40+ years of driving I have purchased more than a dozen new cars for my family. He rates among the best experiences.

I took my car here in May 2014 to have warranty repair work done on the power steering. At that time they "topped fluids" and certified that all fluids were ok according to their service records. In June of 2014 (approximately 1 month later), my brakes went completely out. I took the car in again for service. I was advised that the entire breaking system was out because "someone" put the wrong type of break fluid in. I reminded them that they were the last people who touched my car. They then claimed that it could not have been them and that the place that changed my oil [also in May of 2014] must have been the ones that put the wrong fluid in. This caused $3,500 worth of damage to the breaks. I was forced to commence a complaint with the Bureau of Automobile Repairs against them. After analyzing the testing it looks like there is water in the fluids [no foreign brake fluid] and that is what caused the damage. The representative from BAR agreed that Chevy of Irvine should have noticed the fluids when doing the check regardless of whether it was them or the oil change place to put the wrong fluid in. Had it been noticed when my car was there previously [or had they not put the wrong fluid in] it would been easily solved by flushing the braking system rather than causing damage of $3500. They still refuse to take any responsibility and when I asked to sell the car to them they of course lowered the value by the full amount of work they will have to do. I have been renting a car for an entire month while the investigation was being conducted and it looks like there will be no resolution with them without a lawsuit. NEVER go there. These people do not understand customer service and love to put the blame on "someone" else.

Joe Burgess was the best salesperson I have experienced. He was very knowledgeable and personable. In the course of going over all the cars features with me, he mentioned the 0% financing special which is what prompted me to purchase the vehicle. If he had not been engaging enough to go over all the car features and been talking to me for an extended amount of time that wouldn't have come up in conversation and I wouldn't have purchased the vehicle. The financing portion of the buying experience was the fastest and easiest I have ever had as well. A very good buying experience.

Rotated tires and did recall on battery coolant. My back up camera, I thought was dark and sometimes there is a streak that runs down the screen. The technician explained to me that they were normal. The streak was due to Sun hitting it at a certain angle.

My Yykon overheated due to a broken hose. I had it towed there and they had it fixed and ready for pick up in 3 hours. Amazing same day service. I dropped it off at about 1PM and they had it ready by 4. Great service ** for first time experience.

I dropped off my car at 7am. George was great checking in our car. had made the appointment for an oil change, the check engine light and to fix our key that has not worked in over a year and a half. George told me that Phil would be my advisor and would give me a call. He was scheduled for 10am. At 2pm, I called to find out what was going with our car. Phil was busy helping someone and had someone tell me that he would call within the hour. At 4pm, I still had not spoken to Phil and I called back. At this point, I spoke with Phil and he said that our car hadn't been serviced yet. I told him that I would need to come get the car and he offered me a loaner. I said that I would be there within the hour. He said that he should know more about our car by then. I called back a few minutes later and left a voicemail to say my plans had changed and I wouldn't be able to need a car until the next day. I never heard back from Phil with information regarding our car. I eventually had to call several times to reach Phil the next day. I finally reached someone in Service and waited for Phil to take the car. It was after 11am. He said that the car would be ready in about an hour. He never told me why the Engine Light was on.When I went to pick up the car, I just went to the Cashier and paid for our oil change. The key had a dead battery which I thought was odd because the key hasn't worked properly for well over a year. The Engine Light was covered by warranty. While we were waiting for our car, we had 2 people at different times ask us our ticket number and that was after I heard the cashier radio it. We, also, watch someone else just walk right out and have their car pulled around by the firs guy who asked our number.I never met Phil and it would have been nice to have had some contact and updates.

Brought in car for tire rotation and inspection. To my surprise the car was returned to me with the exterior cleaned. I received and e-mail to bring in the car to have the below checked. I have new brakes and rotors, they currently squeak and hum. I asked that the dealership take a look at the issue but the sounds continue. I don't think there should be sounds with new parts. My old brakes didn't squeak until they were at the end of their life. I'm disappointed that this continues to be a problem especially since I paid several hundreds of dollars on the previous service.

I wish there was a ZERO STAR!!!Absolutely the WORST experience I have had since I started driving at age 16. DON NOT GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP YOUR BUSINESS!!!! Dropped off my Tahoe Hybrid at 3:30PM on 4/23 and it took until tonight - 4/25 - at 5:30PM before it was ready to pick up. I have to call to get updates on what was going on. I can understand that they had techs out on Thur, but this is not my fault and they didn't even begin to trouble shoot until almost 3PM on 4/26. I was told at the time of drop off that it would be done by COB on 4/26. I had a car rental since they don't have service loaners so it cost me almost $400 to ultimately have a new 12 volt battery installed!!! I understand the people call out sick, but why should I pay for extra days of a car rental when it was completely the dealerships fault! I stepped into the service managers office to explain that they have lost my business and he didn't even respond - just sat in his chair. Not one word and he didn't even come out when I was putting in my kid's car seat to discuss. This really put to rest that I will NEVER come back and will do everything I can to STOP ANYONE from going to this dealership. I am a pretty easy going guy and would have been fine if they would have covered the second day of the car rental since it was their issue and not mine. I received basically a $20 discount on the battery!! Just UNACCEPTABLE for a business that relies on repeat business.I will guarantee that they will respond to this post with a "canned" reply that will do nothing to fix the issues this dealership has. Just review negative comments on this very site to see past replies from the dealership.Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go to this dealership for service and I wouldn't even go/recommend this dealership to purchase a new vehicle as they just don't deserve your business!!Cheverolet of Irvine if you would like to discuss this you know how to reach me. It took awhile to be approached/acknowledged by a service rep, but otherwise service was great. Requested tasks were performed and I was notified of a minor battery leak - had an idea that battery needed to be replaced soon. Would've been helpful if I was notified before arriving so that I didn't have to wait to fix while waiting. Mike was courteous and provided me bottles water while I waited - definitely appreciate the thoughtfulness.

I went in to get a bed liner installed in my 2013 Silverado and I was told it would take 3-4 hours. I received a call an hour and a half later and my truck was ready! Also I needed to get a new key fob for my Pontiac Grand Prix and this was taken care of in 30 minutes! Great job and great customer service! Thank you folks.

I actually look forward to bringing my vehicle in for service at Chevrolet of Irvine! This is because of the professionalism of all personnel especially my service advisor Phillip Neuer. He keeps me well informed on the status of my vehicle and when repairs will be complete. He recently has been assisting me with some warranty concerns that were necessary. The high level of service he provided greatly diminished my inconvenience and frustration with these premature part failures. The new and improved service waiting area also was appreciated.

Chris made sure everything was ordered on time & was done expeditiously. I had my transmission rebuilt, 4 new tires put on with a wheel alignment, had a defective part on my stereo console replaced & my faulty airbag repaired. I brought the car in Saturday afternoon when it suddenly started making a terrible noise. I got it back on Tuesday afternoon. I am really grateful for the very prompt service. I rely heavily on my car & I am lost without it. Even though I got a loaner car, I have a gate pass, carpool stickers, toll road pass, garage door opener, school parking stickers & navigation in/on my car. I drive more than a hundred miles a day. Thank you to the team for getting me my car back so quickly.

I have only one complaint...not serious, but one I know you would like to hear. Every time I get my car back from the carwash (after being servced) it is streaked from the towel (chamois?) used to dry it. (My car is white so the streaks are gray.) They are the types of streaks that come from a dirty rag, towel or chamois and have to be rubbed out with a "dab" of car wax. The solution is simple: Clean towels (chamois) when drying the car. Like I said, it's not a serious complaint...just an irritation. Thank you again for all your wonderful service. I plan on getting my oil changes from you even after the warranty expires because I trust the work you do.

Met with the Service Advisor and he immediately handled the situation. My Charger for the Volt was not working. He took it to one of the Technicians and they immediately diagnosed the problem as the unit was non-functional. They had one in stock and I was out in less than 45 min!!Great service!!

Process is in need of improvement. Car was ready and sitting outside service area at least 15 minutes before paperwork was completed and delivered to cashier. Service rep was good, but said he had problem with entering something in the computer that should have been covered by warranty. I don't believe it was his fault, but the process (computer application) needs to be improved.

I brought my Chevy Cruze in because of a "Check Engine" indication on the dash-panel. I was promptly greeted and explained to the service writer that the "Check Engine" indicator came on the night before but was off the next morning when I brought my vehicle in. I left the facility but at 4:30 that afternoon, I had not heard from anyone regarding the status of my car. I ended up calling in and was then told that they had just finished up with the repair and was told that I could come in to pick it up at anytime prior to 7:00pm.

I found the vehicle I liked posted on the dealerships website. The price seemed too good to be true and it was, they posted the incorrect price. After Matt called his manager, they decided that since it was a trade in and no one will likely come to a Chevy lot looking for a BMW, they honored the incorrect price and took a loss on the car. I really didn't even negotiate very hard. They realized their mistake and helped me out. Of course they pushed hard for the warranty, but they were able to come down on that as well. Stellar service all around.

The part on my car, that was getting an estimate, was in worse condition when returned and the estimate was very high. As always, the service department was courteous and professional. In this case, Will was my service rep and he was exceptional. I received a follow-up call from him after the work was completed.

Bill Howard and his service reps are awesome !! My only concern is that we are having such issues with a 2007 Corvette with 72,000 miles and have now had 2 catalytic converters replaced. To GM- this should NOT BE !!

My truck was ready before the time promised, it was freshly washed and all the repairs were done. I worked in the lounge the whole time which makes for an efficient process.

I dealt with Orlando and Justin in sales and John Morgan and Marc Jones , sales managers. All were extremely helpful and accommodating. John remembered me from a previous purchase a few years ago and went above and beyond to located the vehicle with the options I wanted and in the color I wanted. He also worked to find me every available discount to get my final price where I wanted it. Will certainly be back!

Bill Howard has been the Service Mgr at the Irvine Chevy store for more years than I can remember. He has always genuinely cared about the customers and has a great crew working with him.Very knowledgeable in his field and I respect his judgement when he advises on whether service is needed or not! Sh goal is to keep his customers happy and he has far exceeded my expectations!This is one of the many reasons I have purchased (4) vehicles from Chevy of Irvine for my wife, daughter and myself. Every visit to Chevrolet of Irvine has been very pleasant. The purchase process was smmoth with no pressure and the price was as agreed with no last minute add ons. We always work with Phil N. for many years and have 2 SUV's. We always have a positive outcome with Phil in Service. He is always honest and willing to help when there is a problem. If there is a special going on he will let you know and try to give you the best price and let you know if what you need is necessary.

It was good; low pressure, salesman went the extra mile to explain all the features we could think of. The Volt has more features than can be grasped in one sitting though. The staff should learn more about the price of electricity and the cost to install chargers etc to help buyers make a more educated decision. It would be nice if they could set up the visit with the people who install chargers. How much my electric bill will increase and what my options were, was a source of anxiety.

I've been in the market looking for a new truck. I visited several dealerships before arriving to Chevrolet of Irvine. I got there because they had the closest match to the truck I was looking for. Specifically, I wanted a Silverado LTZ Z71 with trailer package and downhill assist. Well they had everything but the downhill assist. I first emailed with the Internet sales director Ricky Zimmerman, who was very prompt and professional. Personally I am a manager for a major bank so I can be critical of service and professionalism down to how one looks professionally and conduct themselves. And let me say how blown away I was with Ricky. I've owned luxury sports cars as of late (Audi S5, Lexus IS-F) and am use to outstanding service and Ricky blew any previous experience out of the water. WOW! Was my response. We then came to the point for a test drive. Ricky told me he was going to hand me over to his truck expert. So I'm think ok here's where the hick up is gonna be as I don't like be bumped around from salesman to salesman. Well I was wrong. I was introduced to Richard Fleming who was an absolute professional and the best truck expert I've ever spoken to. The dude knew it all. And he even impressed the Misses as he offered her to test drive and asked for her opinion even tho the truck was for me. I bought the truck. They took excellent care of me but the truck didn't have the downhill assist package. Well Ricky and Richard threw it in to make sure I was happy and that I would have a memorable car buying experience. And let me enthusiastically state it was the BEST!!! 10 out of 10, 5 Stars, Perfection!

I went in yesterday to look at a used car I saw online for my grandson. As soon as my foot touched the ground, I was greeted by a polite and well dressed young man by the name of Eric Sowyer. He was vary excited and kept a smile the hole time I was with him. All though the car I saw online was already sold, Eric walked me around and showed me everything he had on the lot and must have offered a test drive in atleast 5 cars that I thought my grandson would like. But unffortnatly I was on a little time crunch being I was on my lunch break. As we walked back to the showroom to grab his card he introuduced me to an older gentalman by the name of Gary or Tarry. He was polite as well. Im am 57 years old but 21 years old at heart, I have been buying cars for a while now and I will rank this dealership number 1 on my list. Oh and Eric noticed that my Lic. plate frame was faded and went ahead and put a new Chevy Of Irvine plate on for me. Thanks again to the both of you L Winson.

I drove from Riverside to see a car I was interested in that was advertised online.They wouldn't show it to me The salesman was helpful, asked his boss twice to let him show it to me, but the boss wouldn't go for it. Said it wasn't ready yet. Didn't care that I'd driven a long way. Didn't have any explanation why they had a car advertised that weren't ready to show. Guess I should've read these reviews first. No wonder there were no other customers in the place.

I went in for my keyless entry remote because the department said this was the problem. I purchase the remote, fro $90.00 and then the service department tells me I have to schedule an appointment to get it program. They weren't busy and work on it. Found out it wasn't the remote. it was the reciever. They wanted to charge me for a new one at a price of $300.00. I said "No Thanks" and went back to the department to get my money back for the remote that I purchase. They said that it would have to be credit because it was open. I explain that I wasn't the one that did it. It did matter. I just walk out. Never again will I use or recommend them to any one.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE HERE! Look at all the number of bad reviews they have on YELP and consider all your options! I got ripped off here. My truck was towed there and would not start. They charged me $110 for complete diagnostic and for a total of $500...told me they had to remove the injectors and charged me $50 for gasket kit and then tell me the short was located under the injectors. I drive car home and same night car stalls again. I have the truck towed there again and they charge me another $110 and they have the nerve to blame Pep Boys and that Pep Boys left the wiring harness and plug wires on the exhaust and that is what caused the 2nd stall. REALLY????? Your mechanic didn't see all the plug wires and wiring harness hanging on the exhaust the first time you charged me $110 for the diagnostic and now you want to blame Pep Boys?????? Very poor ethics and workmanship and this is why no one trust dealerships or the auto industry for anything. Their mechanics don't have the decency to put the plug wires back in their clips and give back my car with burnt plug wires touching the exhaust, and 3 of the plug wires were burnt to the inside material, which was a major liability and my car could of caught on fire or I could have lost control of my truck when it stalled again and could of made me crash!!! They offered me $110 for 2nd trip cost, only if I removed my bad review on YELP and I refused and I am now disputing charges with VISA and my credit card company and taking them to small claims after that. I also reported them to the BBB and they didn't respond to my complaint so the complaint stays on BBB's site for others to see. DO NOT TRUST YOUR CAR HERE! YOUR LIFE WILL BE IN DANGER with how they work on your car and miss simple things and take no responsibility. They are a disgrace to the auto industry! It's obvious all the 5 star reviews on YELP are their family members posting for them. So sad how low they go to add good reviews. Sad!

Purchased a used truck..pointed out a defect prior to signing. A couple days later issue on defect became a replacement....Chev. of Irvine sales manager could care less. I complained to Matt Tupa...he asked what they could do for me. I have spent weeks chasing him down...shouldn't it be other way round?! Received some sort of $250 credit on another used car?! (Why would I return). I had extra expense to get fixed elsewhere...I must say the service dept. is pretty decent and honest.

They lure you in with a car. As they tell you they won't play games, they do. They start with the numbers game. Then they ask you to meet half way. When you do - they said their portion of coming down was lowering the sticker price to the internet price and that was not the figure we started out with. In the email, they apologized but said cash wasn't good enough...they wanted a trade in also.

This dealership is the closest to me, it would have been great if they were willing to do the work to earn my business, but they were not. So I bought somewhere else. I may see how the service department is. I hope it is better than the sales department.

This is the place that makes you feel good. Then they stick it to you. These guys are crooks. I bought a truck with warranty after a week i took it for some noise it was making and they tried to charge me for it. Then when i went to complain to the general manager they claimed it was accidentally fixed and it was ok for me to take. There are many other dealers to purchase from. They have nothing the other guys don't have. Stay away from this dealer.
